New beach venue opens in Sibenik

New beach venue opens in Sibenik Croatia cruise fans were given another reason to head to the historic town of Sibenik this summer, after a brand new beach-based club opened in the region.

Located in central Dalmatia, the town has a colourful and fascinating history that has seen the occupations by the King of Hungary and Italy's Benito Mussolini among others.

While much of the classic architecture and sights dating back to that period remain a must-see, it is Sibenik's close proximity to the nearby Adriatic sea that makes it one to watch out for.

Providing a gateaway to over 1,200 different islands littered across the stunning blue expanse of water, this section of water can be easily traversed on one of the many Croatia cruises sailing through the region during the hot summer months.

These trips provide the perfect balance between relaxation and sight-seeing, with passengers able to kick-back in the sun with a few drinks, while also taking in the various islands and stunning views that make Croatia such a distinctive holiday experience.

The reasons for heading to Sibenik this summer look to have been boosted further by the revelation that a new beach-based club has opened there.

Dubbed Banj beach, the venue has already attracted major attention from partygoers, with over 4,000 electronica fans heading there last weekend to enjoy a weekend of fun, sun and sand.

They were treated to an eclectic mix of performers too, with world famous Hungarian erotic house DJ Niki Belucci among the highlights of a memorable evening.

Ms Belucci is no stranger to the Croatia holiday party scene either, having played in a number of the popular clubs in the region over the years.

This new beach club is the latest to emerge on the scene with many of the new venues eager to emulate the success of the iconic Zrce Beach, where some of the biggest names in dance music continue to feature.ADNFCR-2466-ID-801389623-ADNFCR
