Visit medieval Sibenik on Croatia holidays

People with an interest in history may fancy combining a Croatia sailing holiday with a visit to the town of Sibenik next month to attend a medieval fair.

The event will take place on the streets and squares of the old town from September 19th to 21st.

The medieval fair is held to highlight and celebrate a time when Sibenik was the largest city in Croatia.

Vocal groups and troupes of dancers will add to the festival atmosphere during the fair weekend, while jugglers, archers and knights will provideunusual spectacles for tourists to see.
