Explore the sea on a Croatia sailing trip

Exploring the sea will be a popular pastime for people planning to visit Dubrovnik during a Croatia sailing trip this month.

An exhibition of photographs of underwater life in the Adriatic will open in the city on September 22nd and continue until September 30th.

People stopping off in Dubrovnik during a Croatia cruise will find the display on the Uvala Lapad promenade.

According to the local tourist board, the show is the biggest exhibition of its kind ever presented in Croatia.

It will comprise a total of 60 photographs shown on special display panels highlighting the diversity of animal life and ecosystems in the Adriatic Sea, which separates the Italian peninsula from the Balkan peninsula.

Travellers can embark on their own exploration of the body of water during a Croatia sailing trip, visiting destinations like Split, Hvar and Zadar and taking part in activities such as cycling and hiking along the way.
