Croatia holidays: Abba concert to be staged in Split

There will be some special entertainment on offer to music fans taking Croatia holidays this month when an Abba tribute show is staged in Split.

Abba - The Concert will be performed at the city's Spaladium Arena on November 5th.

A cast of 13 artists will appear in the 150-minute concert, which will serve as a showcase for the Swedish pop group's impressive catalogue of hits.

The band are remembered for timeless numbers such as Dancing Queen, Waterloo, Mamma Mia and Take a Chance on Me.

People who have the chance to attend the concert during a Croatia holiday this month can look forward to a show that is "professional in every aspect", according to Split's tourist board.

The live event will feature two giant projection screens on both sides of the stage.

Split is also home to many permanent attractions that travellers can visit during an Adriatic cruise, such as the Riva promenade and Diocletian's Palace.
