Croatia holidays: Elton John to perform in Zagreb in 2011

Croatia holidays could prove a more popular option among music fans next year following the news that Sir Elton John will be performing in the country.

The legendary singer and pianist will play at Zagreb's Arena centre on July 11th, the Croatian Times reports.

Organised by Lupa Promotion, the show will take place exactly two years after Sir Elton's last performance in the country.

Tickets are due to go on sale today (December 20th) and will be available for prices starting at about £38.

Music fans planning to visit Zagreb during a Croatia holiday to attend the performance will be hoping to hear some of Sir Elton's most famous and enduring songs, such as Don't Go Breaking My Heart, Sacrifice and Something About the Way You Look Tonight.
