Check out the Flower Festival on a Croatia holiday

Travellers visiting the Zadar region during a Croatia sailing trip in April this year will be treated to some memorable experiences during the annual Flower Festival.

The event will take place in the town of Sveti Filip i Jakov from April 22nd to 24th.

According to the Croatian National Tourist Board, the month of April has been dedicated to flowers in Sveti Filip i Jakov for the past 11 years.

People who have the opportunity to visit the area during a Croatia holiday will be able to enjoy the spectacular colours and unique fragrances that pervade the town.

In addition to the array of floral displays, the Zadar County Flower Festival traditionally encompasses a range of events including presentations, competitions, exhibitions and fashion shows.

Zadar features on a Croatia sailing holiday route that begins in Opatija and stops off indestinations such as Krk, Rab, Molat and Losinj, which are known for their peaceful and relaxing lifestyles.
