Experience Bascarsija Nights during Croatia tours

Croatia tours will provide the opportunity for travellers to experience the Bascarsija Nights event this year.

Holidaymakers will have the chance to join in with the cultural celebration if they pay a visit to the city of Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina during their Balkan road trips.

Bascarsija Nights takes place every summer in the capital's old Turkish quarter, which is described by the national tourist board as "a most delightful place to be".

Throughout the month of July, the festival will provide folk dancing, opera, ballet, rock music, poetry and much more for travellers to enjoy during Croatia tours and other trips in the region.

There will also be art exhibitions, children's programmes and other events, all of which will be completely free to visit.

Sarajevo and its fellow Bosnian city of Mostar feature on a Balkan road trip itinerary that also includes visits to the popular Adriatic cruise destinations of Split, Korcula and Dubrovnik.
