See La Roux and Mogwai on a Croatia cruise

Croatia cruise guests can enjoy some diverse music at a new event this summer.

The Terraneo festival, which has been set up with the aim of combining music and fun with an eco-friendly outlook, will take place in Sibenik from August 9th to 13th.

Travellers heading to the destination during Adriatic cruises will be able to catch performances from the likes of Britain's Grammy Award-winning electro-pop duo La Roux.

Bulletproof, the third single from La Roux's self-titled debut album, reached number one in the UK charts in 2009, while In for the Kill climbed to second spot.

Also due to play at the Terraneo festival are Scottish post-rock outfit Mogwai, along with the National, Crystal Castles, Oneida and others.

Croatia cruises could prove popular among fans of varioustypes of music this summer, with a host of dance acts set to perform at the Hideout Festival (July 1st-3rd) and the likes of Arcade Fire and Cypress Hill confirmed for the INmusic festival (June 21st-22nd).
