Enjoy some music on a Croatia tour

Enjoy some music on a Croatia tour Croatia tours will provide some entertainment for classical music fans this year.

The annual Pag Art Festival is set to return this summer, bringing a line-up of prestigious ensembles and performers to the region.

Based in a small Renaissance town on the island of Pag, the festival is organised by famous pianist Lovro Pogorelic.

The event is partly designed to offer entertainment for people taking Croatia holidays, with Pogorelic inspired by the idea of "enriching and ennobling both the lives of the locals and the holiday time of their guests", according to the national tourist board.

Some well-known musical groups have been confirmed for this year's festival, including America's Juilliard Quartet, cellist Kajana Packo, the Capella Istropolitana Ensemble and the Brahms Trio from Moscow.

Travellers embarking on Croatia tours can see the Adriatic cruise port of Split before heading to Pag, where they can enjoy activities such as cycling and rock climbing or simply take some time to relax and enjoy the scenery.ADNFCR-2466-ID-800632877-ADNFCR
