New flights open Croatia cruise ports up to north of England travellers

New flights open Croatia cruise ports up to north of England travellers Sun-seekers living in the north of England are set to benefit from improved links to Adriatic cruise ports in Croatia.

From next spring, the low-cost airline Jet2 will start flying from Manchester Airport to the historic coastal city of Pula, widely regarded as one of Croatia's most beautiful and fascinating destinations.

This means that holidaymakers in the north of England will be able to jet directly to the stunning beaches and historic sites of the city and the surrounding region in just a couple of hours.

Chief commercial officer Steve Heapy said that visitors to Pula will be able to enjoy sites such as the city's Roman amphitheatre and its quaint antiques and crafts markets.

Furthermore, he stated that, with the carrier also flying between Manchester and both Split and Dubrovnik, it's never been easier to head off on Croatiaholidays from the north of England.

"It's fantastic that, with the launch of Pula, we are able to give the people of the North West the chance to jet away to three great resorts in Croatia," he said.

Pula is well-situated for day trips to the Brijuni National Park, a group of 14 small islands offering numerous unspoilt beaches and quiet coves.ADNFCR-2466-ID-800734012-ADNFCR
