A Croatia holiday could be ideal for "good value" trips predicted by Post Office

A Croatia holiday could be ideal for good value trips predicted by Post Office The popularity of Croatia holidays could be set to rise in 2012 as more travellers seek out "good value" holidays, according to the head of Post Office Travel Money Sarah Munro.

Speaking in a recent interview, Miss Munro revealed that recent research by the firm had pointed to the increased focus on holiday budgeting over the coming year.

"Holidaymakers will be looking very carefully at their own finances before committing to a holiday," she explained.

Miss Munro added that most travellers will also be "eagle-eyed in searching out trips that represent genuine good value".

The news is likely to see renewed interest in Croatia holidays too, given the mix of low cost activities and exotic locations available to people visiting the region.

For instance, Adriatic cruises provide an ideal opportunity to explore the 1,000 plus islands spread across the Croatian region, at a reasonable price.

Those embarking on a sailing holiday in Croatia may get a glimpse of some rare natural wonders too, with monk seals and dolphins both spotted around the Dalmatian coast in recent months.ADNFCR-2466-ID-801264559-ADNFCR
