Croatia sailing holidays made easier from Manchester
Croatia sailing holidays will be a more accessible option for people based in northern England next year when new flights to Dubrovnik and Split are launched from Manchester airport.Jet2 announced that it would begin offering services to Dubrovnik from April 29th, while the route to Split will operate from May 8th, providing a travel option for people planning Croatia sailing holidays from spring onwards.
The airline will also be launching flights to Reus and Prague in 2010 and claims that it has now established itself as Manchester's biggest scheduled leisure carrier.
Philip Meeson, chief executive of Jet2, said: "Next summer will see us fly up to 140,000 extra passengers to fantastic destinations across Europe and northern Africa, ensuring that people living in and around the region have an unprecedented choice of holiday destinations.
"We have carefully planned our schedule and flight times to suit our passenger's needs, giving them the option to take short breaks or longer holidays of seven, ten or 14 days."
Travellers can start their Croatia sailing holidays from either Dubrovnik or Split and visit some of the most luxurious destinations in the Adriatic, such as the islands of Hvar and Korcula.
