Croatia holidays: Spring or autumn 'best time to visit Brac'

Croatia holidays: Spring or autumn best time to visit Brac The spring or autumn months are the best times for people planning Croatia holidays to visit Brac, according to the Telegraph.

David Atkinson wrote in the newspaper that May, June, September and October are the best months for walking on the island, suggesting they could also be ideal for people planning sail and cycle holidays in Croatia.

As well as exploring Brac to see its spectacular beaches and inland scenery, visitors might have the opportunity to check out some of the destination's annual events.

The Varenik Days festival takes place in late September and early October every year and celebrates some of the grapes and wine produced in the region.

People planning to visit Brac during Croatia holidays in autumn will be able to sample some traditional cuisine and combine it with a wine condiment made from indigenous red grapes.

There are many other islands worth visiting as part of an Adriatic cruise, such as Vis, Korcula and Hvar.ADNFCR-2466-ID-800235799-ADNFCR
