Save money on Croatia holidays by planning ahead

People planning Croatia holidays and other breaks have been advised that they can save some money if they plan ahead.

A spokeswoman for Midlands Co-Operative Society, the largest independent retail society in the UK, pointed out that arranging all-inclusive trips can be a good way of sticking to a budget.

Travellers planning to embark on white-water rafting adventures, mountain walks and other excursions on offer during a Croatia sailing trip can make sure they don't exceed their budget by booking in advance.

"Making sure that you pre-book all your extras, like car parking, car hire and holiday excursions, will … save you money," the spokeswoman said.

"It is also important to keep an eye on the foreign exchange rate so that you get the most from your pound."

Britons planning Croatia holidays can choose from a range of options and packages, from relaxing boat trips and sail-and-cycle cruises to Balkan road tours.
