New flights for Greece to Croatia travellers

People planning a road trip from Greece to Croatia this year are being offered a new flight option.

Monarch Airlines has announced that it is launching a new route from Luton airport to Corfu, which is a good starting point for road journeys in the region.

Travellers beginning their tour from Greece to Croatia on the scenic island will be offered three weekly Monarch flights from the UK airport from May 23rd.

Kevin George, Monarch's managing director, revealed that the airline has seen strong interest in its summer flights and decided to introduce the route to Corfu, as well as a new service to Turkey, to meet customer demand.

"It's great  that we have been able to respond to this demand further by boosting our eastern Med programme with the introduction of new flights to Corfu and Bodrum," he commented.

During road trips from Greece to Croatia, travellers can visit destinations such as Tirana in Albania and Kotor in Montenegro, as well as the Adriatic cruise hotspot of Dubrovnik.
