Enjoy 'beautiful' beaches and history on Greece to Croatia trips

Brits travelling from Greece to Croatia can see Corfu, which has been recommended for its weather and history.

Simon Harley, business development manager at London Luton airport, highlighted some of the experiences on offer in Corfu to mark the fact that Monarch Airlines now flies to the island from Luton.

Travellers planning to begin their Greece to Croatia road trips in the destination can choose from three weekly flights from the airport on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Mr Harley said: "With excellent weather, beautiful beaches, a wealth of historical sites and other tourist attractions, Greece is one of the sunshine destinations of choice for discerning travellers.

"Corfu even has the added advantage for sports lovers of being the home of Greek cricket!"

After exploring Corfu, holidaymakers embarking on road trips from the island can discover some of the experiences on offer in the Albanian cities of Saranda, Berat and Tirana and the Montenegrin coastal destinations of Budva and Kotor, before arriving in the Adriatic cruise hotspot of Dubrovnik.
