The Klarisa restaurant has 250 seats and serves a range of Mediterranean cuisine throughout the year. It has become highly popular and played host to a range of famous faces and celebrities visiting Dubrovnik during a Croatia holiday, such as Tom Cruise, Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta Jones, Gwyneth Paltrow and Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich. The monastery used to be home to an order of nuns who were regarded as one of the most devoted in the Roman Catholic church.
