Music fans could be set for an early Croatia holiday this year following the announcement that Chicago-based alternative rock
group Wilco are set to play in Zagreb this March.According to reports, Wilco are set to play the popular Aquarius club in the Croatian city of Zagreb as the final concert of a nine-date European tour. It promises to be quite the event for music fans keen on a Croatia holiday, with Wilco famous for their innovative live shows and interaction with the audience. Those wishing to attend the concert can access a unique "request a song" feature on the official Wilco website, to ensure that any favourites do not get missed off the set list. The European tour is in support of Wilco's new album "The Whole Love", which has garnered positive critical reviews. According to Rolling Stone reviewer Jon Dolan, this latest album's sound "suggests a jam band a hipster could love, with every note so tasty and rich you need to hit the gym after a couple of listens". Tickets for the gig in March at the Aquarius club go on sale this Thursday. ![]() |
