 Croatia holidays could remain the cheapest options for travellers in Europe, according to new figures.Popular eurozone destinations have experienced significant price peaks, with the costs of holiday budgets and hotels rising for five successive months. Holidaymakers in Rome, Barcelona and Nuremberg have seen prices go up – meaning that having a cheap getaway might be easier outside of the eurozone. One pound sterling is currently worth eight Croatian kuna, allowing those on a budget to make the most of their money in the region. Croatia holidays offer a variety of experiences that appeal to many kinds of travellers. Though it is a budget destination, it offers a wealth of choices. Going on a Croatia cycling holiday is one way of seeing the country. A sailing holiday taking in all islands on the southern Dalmatian coast could feel luxurious without costing the earth. Travellers that just want to sit back and relax will also find that eating out and seeing historical sites costs much less than in other countries.  |
