Salve Di Mare is the latest custom-built vessel to join the Sail Croatia fleet in 2021.
Brand new in 2021, Salve Di Mare is a luxurious ship, accommodating no more than 40 guests in 20 modern, spacious cabins. This impressive ship features not one, but two relaxing splash pools onboard, multiple sun decks, and lavish areas to lounge, socialise and dine in. The name Salve Di Mare translates directly to ‘Glory to the Sea’ in English, paying homage to the family's nautical roots.
The family behind Salve Di Mare have been working with Sail Croatia for many years now, providing exceptional customer service to thousands of guests over the years! The owner of Salve Di Mare is a third generation provider of nautical tourism, and his son, the Captain of this stunning new ship, is a fourth generation sailor. Their vision for this vessel was to create a luxurious, modern sailboat, and judging from their plans and progress, this ship will certainly exceed expectations!
We recently accompanied the owners and shipbuilders for a prestigious ceremony, as the ship entered the water for the very first time. The first stages of the shipbuilding process have been completed in Trogir, and now that the grand outer shell has been finalised, the next stage of the shipbuilding process can begin. The vessel will now begin its journey to the next shipyard for its stylish and modern fit-out.
