Agent Enquiries

Our business carries direct bookings only in order to keep our prices competitive, quality control at the highest level and customer satisfaction high. As such we are not able to offer commission or discounts on individual bookings although we do welcome agents' bookings and or enquiries should you wish to package our product with your own arrangements. Discounts are available in low season dates for full ship charters. See Charter for details.

All payments are made in advance of departure. All payments are ABTA protected and in accordance with the UK package and holiday regulations.

Service Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm (UK time)

If you are an international agent please submit a booking form so we have all the required details to process your booking enquiry.

Our Booking Process

• Submit a booking request - we will respond by the next business day (alternatively call us)
• We will hold space and email you a quote with payment options
• Process payment online (international agents) / post payment / direct debit
• We will email confirmation and all pre-departure documents.
