 The Guardian has published a list of top family activities that includes a recommendation of sea kayaking, a pursuit that
travellers can try during a Croatia sailing holiday.Visitors can take to the water to explore the country's Elafiti islands, the newspaper revealed. The activity provides the opportunity to see a number of islands and scenic destinations along the Adriatic coast. People who enjoy adventurous excursions have plenty of options in the region, such as a sail and cycle holiday in Croatia setting off from Solta or Opatija. A southern route provides the opportunity to visit destinations such as Hvar, Korcula and the Mljet National Park, while a northern itinerary includes stops in Losinj, Rab and Krk. Croatia sailing holidays can also be extended with a number of excursions, including a white-water rafting trip along the Cetina river, a day trip to Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a walk in the Biokovo mountains.  |
