Fantastic due to Ivan and Borna first of all. The bike guides! The places we went, the efficiency of the crew getting the bikes ready each day and the food service on time every time. Nice food to get thru an active day.. I would recommend Sail Croatia and especially the bike tour to everyone.

My family had three cabins on the ship for the week. We enjoyed it thoroughly! The ship was 100% clean, beautiful and well organized. The beds and linens, outstanding. The crew absolutely focused on exceeding expectations. The Chef and his assistant prepared delicious breakfasts and lunches. Captain’s dinner evening was exceptional, and they brought on board a great musician to entertain us. Everybody danced and had a ball! The swim stops were a blast. And each port showed us a different dimension of Croatia. My wife and I would take this cruise again in a heartbeat!

Such a great holiday! Croatia is beautiful, the Croatian people friendly and welcoming. The cycle cruises combine an excellent blend of varied cycling, sailing and sightseeing. The trips are carefully curated to include the most appealing towns and cycle routes. The balance between "group activity" and independent exploration is just right. The guides are friendly and knowledgeable and committed to ensuring a great holiday experience for the whole group. We had an amazing time on our Sail Croatia Charter. We booked a one way trip from Split to Dubrovnik and had our skipper Ivan guide us along the way. All of our stops were perfectly planned by Ivan and delivered the perfect vacation. He took time to pick out the best stops for our groups needs. OMG… this trip was AMAZING! I found Sail Croatia on Google, from my very first enquiry right through to the very last day stepping off the boat, the communication & service were exceptional. My sister & I travelled from Split to Dubrovnik Day 1 unfortunately greeted us with rain, however the crew lifted everyone’s spirits with a welcome drink onboard, cosy blankets & warm hospitality all around. The crew were absolutely incredible, honestly cannot fault any one of them. They all worked so well together as a team. Nikos, the best! He kept us updated daily through both the group chat & verbal briefings, always making sure everyone knew the plans, timings & options available. knowledge of Croatian history & he delivered everything with humour & personality. Captain Frane constantly amazed watching him manoeuvre the boat into each port with such skill. Marco & Vlaho were both hilarious, friendly & absolute joy to see every single day. We had the most spectacular holiday. The scenery was absolutely amazing with historic towns Sapphire blue water, incredible sunsets and a beautiful boat. Tony And Mattea were amazing hosts. Every day the food was way beyond expectation. Breakfast and lunch were culinary feast. We never felt that they were intruding or that we were an inconvenience. Things just appeared out of nowhere with minimal effort. It’s like they could read our minds, swim, kayak, eat, sleep. They were both very knowledgeable about the towns and islands we were going to with great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. I couldn’t recommend this trip anymore and these two amazing people.

Very good. Boat was beautiful, so clean and well maintained. Staff were a little aloof but service was good. Rooms and bathrooms very good size. Bar could do with more spirits and a coravin system to avoid serving oxidised wines. Our guide was lovely. Be nice if the captain dressed in uniform and mixed a little. Swim stops were the highlight.

The trip from Dubrovnik to Split was awesome. I have been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and I would like to offer some suggestions: -towels need to be dried some way, we had to use them wet. -shower floor is very slippery, you might want to do something. -regular coffee and bread can be better at breakfast. Sweet bread was fine. -Lunch can be better as well. Dessert when made by the lady cook was awesome. she is really good. All the crew offered a fantastic and warm service at all times.. congratulations for that. Ally and Linda worked non stop and the boys as well. Captain was a lot of fun and so friendly and easy going. He did a very good job. Having the boat from Blue Cave take us directly to the ship was a great idea. thank you. Jacuzzi was a little small for a big crowd and we had to take turns. -Dinning room was very noisy during meals. Too many people in a small area. I wish we could extend and eat outside. It was good, but they have things to improve, like the air conditioning not working, the cancellation of multiple activities due to the weather, the captain's absence due to "illness" (though he seemed perfectly fine the other days), and having a bartender drunk almost 50% of the time. But the accommodations were very good, the food was very good, and the main day was excellent.

Just wonderful! Fell in love with Croatia ! Just the absolute best crew, they are all so nice and welcoming. Ivica and sasa (ride wizards) are so caring and patient. You are so safe with them. Very good sense of humor too! They never make you feel bad if you are on the slow side The cook feeds you his great food as if there is no tomorrow. Cruise Director Dino is a national treasure. If ever I am playing "Croatia Trivia" I want Dino at my side. No question was too difficult or obscure. The food on board was great, especially from such a small galley. The opportunity to dine on shore at a restaurant of our choice was great for tasting Croatia cuisine and meeting locals. We discovered some grape varietals on the wine list we were not familiar with. The Captains Dinner was a blast!

I chose Sail Croatia for the first week of our 4 week tour of Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro because the beautiful ships of the Sail Croatia fleet are both stunning and luxurious. Once onboard for the Romantic Star wine cruise I realized what a good decision I made. Immaculate is the word that comes to mind. Comfortable beds with soft duvets and ample pillows in spacious staterooms. Slept like a baby every night waking refreshed and ready for the wonderful excursions (wine tastings!) planned by the Sail Croatia crew. Cruising the coastal islands of Croatia for a week really sets the scene for a luxurious blend of Croatian cuisine, wines and culture. Can’t say enough about our tour manager Klara who was onboard with us 24/7 and catered to our every need, questions and requests.

My husband and I travelled with Sail Croatia on May 17, 2025 on Romantic Star for a wine tour of the Dalmatian islands. The yacht is very well appointed and the room size was surprisingly roomy for the ship. Our stops were well coordinated and the Croatian wines we sampled were very good. Included 3 course lunches were good. The crew were helpful and our cruise director Klara was a plus. We highly recommend this company.

If I could give this cruise a ten I would. This was a trip of a lifetime! The entire crew and our guide Vicko took wonderful care of our entire group. The food cooked by the ship’s chef was delicious and the stops along the way were amazing. We learned a lot about the history of each area and could do as much or as little as we wanted. Everyday we had a swim stop followed by a delicious lunch before docking at that day’s destination. We walked, swam, hiked, biked and also relaxed with afternoon and evening cocktails and local dinners. I always said I would never go on a cruise and if you feel the same this is the one to go on. I highly recommend this trip and the ship we were on, Kraljica Jelena.

Having struggled over the last few years with what works for us as a holiday, my wife and I have bounced between exotic destinations and luxury beach holidays. We’ve found that neither are particularly fulfilling and, although we’ve always enjoyed ourselves, we feel that our experience has been lacking. We thought that we would leave our comfort zone by trying an activity holiday with a group of complete strangers. Having just finished a cruise with Sail Croatia, I can honestly say that, certainly for us, I feel that we’ve found what was missing. A holiday which was centred around our activity level but challenged us to push ourselves further. An experience which allowed us to form friendships with travellers from all over the world. A well led and curated cultural introduction, facilitated by guides (Marin & Olja) who love their country and job, while supporting their guests to bond, experience and enjoy their holiday. We would definitely recommend this holiday, company and guides.

The Adriatic islands are now my favorite area - they have it all. The cruise/biking experience was icing on a marvelous cake. Lauren, Andro and crew took good care of the 17 of us with humor, insights and kindness. It’s obvious that the company has figured things out so itinerary can be adjusted as necessary. Wi-Fi worked great, a “WhatsApp” site, good food, fine accommodations. I’d note only that e-bikes should be considered essential due to the distances and grades - all but 2 in our group had them and were VERY grateful.

The cycling itself was great! The island cycling routes are challenging (in a good way) with so many epic views. The ship and (some) crew, however, fell short of expectations. The Dionis boat was old and a bad experience from the start, especially compared to the other boats for the same price (which you walk through & see what you are missing out on). I feel ripped off. Even sail Croatia staff commented on Dionis being the worst! A leaking roof in my cabin, leaking shower, significant slant in my room so my head was lower than my feet in bed, uncomfortable common areas compared to other boats. Very basic, not like in the pictures on the website. Some crew members were not very engaging…seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No help offered with carrying luggage across multiple ships on arrival. Had to ask multiple times for things like a room key for example, or to have the chirping smoked detector fixed. The single supplement fee is outrageous. the food is plentiful but just ok.

Our cycling guides Marin and Johnny were great, providing support and informative facts throughout the trip, with our safety as a priority. The staff on the Emmanuel looked after us very well, excellent food and very clean cabins. My only disappointment was the uncomfortable mattress.

Our trip through the Croatia islands with Calum aboard Tempura was fun and educational. The trip was from Split to Dubrovnik visiting wonderful islands along the way. The crew was extremely hardworking and helpful. Our guide and leader for the week was Calum. If you are fortunate enough to have him as you cruise leader, know that you will have an amazing holiday. He was very knowledgeable about each stop as well as the history of each island/town we stopped in. He planned trips, dinners and events every day making the trip extra special for my wife and I!
