The following Sail Croatia excursions can be arranged when you first arrive on your ship, and depending on availability, can even be arranged during your cruise. All excursions are payable in cash locally with the service provider – so make sure you have enough Euros before you depart!

Excursion Booking Terms and Conditions:
(1) Sail Croatia Adventures acts solely in the capacity of an Agent for this excursion. The Supplier is the local excursion supplier.
(2) When making an excursion booking, you accept that you are entering into a contract which is directly between the Supplier and yourself.
(3) The Supplier’s terms and conditions will apply. You have the right to ask the Supplier directly for these terms and conditions.
(4) The Supplier is wholly responsible for the quality of the excursion and is responsible for meeting the local standards (licenses, safety standards of procedures and equipment etc).
(5) If you decide to cancel your booking, you are liable for the full cost of the excursion. Any refunds are completely at the discretion of the Supplier.
(6) The Supplier may cancel or amend your excursion at their discretion for many reasons including where it considers there may be a risk to your comfort or safety, or where there may be an insufficient numbers of persons booked on the excursion to make it viable. In such cases you will receive a refund of the price you paid for the excursion, and no more.
(7) Problems are rare on excursions. However, Sail Croatia Adventures act only in the capacity of an agent on behalf of the Supplier. Your contract will be with that Supplier and will be subject to their terms and conditions. Any issue with its proper performance (including any allegation of negligence) should be taken up with the Supplier directly. We, as Sail Croatia Adventures, will do our best to assist you, but will have no liability in relation to the performance of that contract.
