Customer feedback is gathered weekly on every aspect of our cruises to maintain quality onboard. Features such as staff performance, food quality and ship facilities are all monitored closely to ensure standards are maintained.

Please note: Agents are required to handle payments for their clients. We do not offer travel industry discounts, and Agent commission is not applicable on bookings where Agents are travelling with their clients.
We’ll hold space for 2 days and set up an Online Account where you can manage the booking. Your commission is included as a discount on the booking - we do not issue commission invoices.
Secure the booking with a £50 deposit and organise other travel arrangements for your customers! GBP, Euro and USD are accepted forms of payment, and the balance is due 12 weeks before departure.
A £50 deposit per person is required to secure the booking through the online account. GBP, Euro and USD are accepted forms of payment and can be made via credit, debit card or bank transfer.
Full payment is required 12 weeks prior to the cruise. We’ll remind you via email when full payment is due from your customer.
Once full payment is received, pre-departure information will become available in your Online Account. You can then pass this along to your customer.
Prior to check out, all guests are asked to complete a feedback form about their experience onboard.
A summary of your customers experience onboard will be emailed to you directly.
