Ivan out tour guide was phenomenal. He taught us something new everyday about the history and geography of Croatia. He always made things interesting and fun. The entire schedule of the Wines of Croatia Cruise was perfect, never too much and always an adventure. We were treated like royalty on the ship and the accomodations were just right. The Queen Jalena is a marvel of a ship. I hope to sail with Sail Croatia again in the next year or tow, NO ONE could be better!!

If you can find fault with this holiday you have spent the week looking for it, and even then I doubt you will find it. Everything was perfect from breakfast to evening drinks before bed, each trip out was well organised to get the most out of the experience and with morning swims stops everyday each day just flowed perfectly. We had a small kitchen on board that did breakfast and lunch. Well they called it lunch, but each day was a set menu of three courses and the food that came out of that small kitchen was just amazing and all made fresh on board, very talented people in that kitchen first class. Would I recommend Sail Croatia for a holiday, yes without a doubt, Beautiful country, beautiful people, beautiful ship

The boat was lovely , but the crew and cycling tour guides are what made this trip. THEY WORKED HARD!!!!!!! Lifting the bikes everyday and still smiling. The guides were professional and very well informed about the area and were way better at English than we were at Croatian. The food was high quality, promptly served, and plentiful. I woud do the same all over again tomorrow.

We were 4 people that joined an existing group of 24 people that were all connected with each other. We were fortunate in that we all got along great. They were great cheerleaders for those of us not riding e-bikes. Our ride leaders, Ivica and Mario, did an amazing job of planning our rides each day, adjusting routes for the weather and our group's skill level. The crew on the boat were very friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to Christiana, David and our chef (for adjusting meals to meet my vegetarian dietary needs)

Touring the Croatian Islands on bikes was such a fantastic way to see the gorgeous landscape and historic towns. The e-bikes are what made this vacation so special because they allow everyone to enjoy the ride without too much exertion. I did not use one but I would recommend them for most people. Our tour guides were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The food was (too) delicious as proven by my scale upon return. I can't stop telling everyone I know how much I enjoyed this trip!

Sailing through Croatia aboard the Salve di Mare was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The itinerary offered plenty of chances to explore Croatia’s stunning coastline, with stops at charming seaside towns, historic ports, and hidden coves. Swim stops were always a favorite—crystal-clear water, warm sun, and that feeling of pure relaxation only the sea can offer. Our guide, Dino, truly made the trip special. His deep knowledge of Croatia’s history and culture brought each destination to life, and he was always ready with excellent suggestions for local sights, food, and activities. Everything made this trip! Starting with signing up with Sail Croatia.. My girl friends sister had done the trip last year. Being boaters and bikers. We made our decision to do it. It was far beyond my expectations! At first I was hesitant to do it as my travels have never included an organized tour. This trip I was proven wrong. The boat was the perfect size, spanking clean and organized, the crew and bike guides were beyond personable, friendly and professional, the food outstanding! By the end of the trip they all were like family. The group, a mixture from different countries, also became like family, many we will keep in touch with after this trip I do not say these words lightly,. I truly amazed myself with this admittance. I say again, I have never been a fan of tours nor large groups of unknown people. I have been on many world adventures but none quite like this one!

We loved our time on board the Mali Ante. The crew and tour guides were very nice, helpful and fun to be around. The food was great. The excursions to the different islands were amazing. The islands are so beautiful. We loved everyone of them. The cycling was perfect for all of us - from beginner to advanced - we all handled it well. This is definitely the best of Croatia.

We were a group of 11 friends on the Queen Jelena Wines of Croatia cruise and had the trip of a lifetime! From the service, to the cleanliness of the boat, to the excursions, everything was flawless. Biggest shout out goes to our intrepid leader Ivan who was always organized and informative, and most importantly, put up with our antics. If we were to come back for another cruise, he would be our top request! And don't forget about the food! The breakfast buffet was always hot and filling. The three course meals were some of the best meals I had while traveling ever. Finally, the dining excursions included were such a delicious way to try traditional dishes. Sail Croatia truly does an exceptional job at customer service and tourism experiences. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

I absolutely loved this trip! We did the Explorer Split Return on the Almissa. I'm an avid cruiser, but now I'm spoiled and hooked on small ship cruises! It was so nice to have swim stops each day and get to swim right off the bow of the boat in a beautiful cove! Since we overnighted in each port, we were able to enjoy our time there without worrying about getting back to the boat on time! We were docked in the harbor at each port and walking distance to dining, shops, and activities. Food was great and service was excellent. Our cruise director Vin was so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips and advice for each port. My bed was very comfortable and room was clean with good AC! I had an above deck cabin, so I was able to open my window for fresh air, which was very nice since it wasn't very hot during our end of Sept sailing. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to book another cruise with them if I have the opportunity to return to Croatia!

The crew, which is responsible for the sailing/transportation of our group from destination to destination, were very good - trying to avoid rough waters, offering good meals (always a breakfast and usually a lunch and the occasional dinner). The cycling component was handled by a lead that planned the routes. Our lead tried to anticipate the abilities of our group, as we had a few non-electric bikers, and I appreciated him factoring the weather, cycling ability, terrain, topography and the ships ability with regards to docking/port authority schedules. By the end of our trip we ended up cycling: distance and total accumulated altitude climb, exceeded most trips of the season.. I believe that accommodations could have been made if our group was either over or under challenged.. Overall cycling Croatia was a great experience for us. We got to see Croatia in a unique way safely guided and well hosted.

Excited about the boat Aphrodite, it did not disappoint. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Plenty of room. Great introduction with the staff. Any fears of sharing our holiday with a number of unknown people were soon dismissed. We were so fortunate that we had such a good group. The cycling guides, helpful , informative and entered into the spirit of holiday. WhatsApp group for passing information and morning meetings worked well. The bicycles are good quality and surprisingly no punctures.. At times the group seemed to large and we seemed rushed and to be cycling to a schedule. Thoroughly recommend the combination of travelling by boat and cycling the best way to enjoy the Dalmatian coast. The scenery was stunning, weather was perfect for us in mid September. Opportunities to swim from beaches and of the boat was perfect, enjoyed the food on the boat and we all came together to eat at meal times. Most memorable experience and booked again with SailCroatia for 2027….

Our bike tour guides, Marin and Borna, were absolutely outstanding — knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely passionate about the regions we explored. Their local insights, humor, and attention to detail made every ride not just scenic but meaningful. They were the true highlight of this trip and the main reason our cycling adventure was such a success. The boat Dionis was functional and served its purpose as our floating base for the week. While it’s not the most luxurious vessel in the fleet, it provided what we needed for a comfortable journey between islands. The crew was generally accommodating, though the captain’s early departure push on the final morning — moving the checkout time from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. — felt a bit rushed and left us scrambling to wrap things up. Overall, the experience was memorable and well organized, thanks in large part to Marin and Borna, who turned a good trip into a great one.

The food on board was delicious! The weather was superb which allowed us to look forward to each and every swim stop. Loved all the islands we visited. Our cruise director Anita was the absolute best. Always keeping us informed ahead of time on what to expect at each island and ideas on where explore, what activities to possibly participate in and amazing selection of restaurant choices. She was always quick to answer questions, make reservations and assist with any problems anyone had. What a kind beautiful person who clearly loves what she does. We have raved about our holiday and our Sail Croatia experience. What an incredible way to meet people from around the world, explore the many regions of Croatia. Dino, our tour manager was lovely and very responsive to our questions and requests. He often responded within a minute and was already taking action on our request. He was very knowledgeable about each location and gave us a daily briefing. The ship was beautiful and the staff friendly. Due to rough seas the itinerary had to be changed and we did not visit Vis, but instead went to Omiš, which was a lovely town with stunning landscapes and some exciting excursion options! They handled the itinerary changes gracefully and seamlessly. I've deducted one star as there were a few quirks along the way that could have made the stay more pleasant: The ship has AC, but only when the AC is turned on as a whole, so for the first couple nights and the last night our room was a nearly unbearable 77-80°F at night, there were a couple days where housekeeping came into the room, but the room was only partially done, like 1 out of 3 beds done. All in all it was an enjoyable experience though!

Traveling with Sail Croatia was an experience that was more than " just a cruise" where you are one of hundreds or thousands on a massive ship. It wasn't perfect, but I look back on the friendships we made, the cozy feel of the ship and I'm left with special memories of our time on the Adriatic. When we arrived in Split and were faced with two massive cruise ships at port, I was so thankful for the choice we made. Dino, our cruise director, was a very relatable, friendly guy who responded quickly with our questions. The crew were all very nice! I rated it 4/5 mainly because of a few issues such as ventilation in the cabin that made it uncomfortable for a few days. Otherwise, it would be 5/5!

For starters, our guide Ivan was best in class. And the captain and crew were helpful and really good all week. Thoughtful, much attention to detail. We did the wine tour which was lots of fun. Attractions were beautiful. Highly recommend the biking through the national park. On some guided trips you can be programmed to death - this one was just right. Lots of options and guidance on what to do and really good pace for a holiday. There was one moment on the trip when the bus didn't arrive as planned - Ivan had vans show up as a back up plan almost immediately. Felt so comfortable on the trip as he and the crew were just on top of everything. It was my first cruise and it exceeded all expectations from the boat itself to the comfort of the rooms to the food & drink to the quality of service. And Croatia is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend. Thank you Ivan, Captain, and crew on the Queen Jelena!

We are not cruise people, but our time on the Queen Jelena far exceeded our expectations. Ivan, our cruise director was very friendly, informative and helpful. Pamela always had a smile on her face and Ella and the Josips were like magic working behind the scenes making everything clean, comfortable while Captain Gordon kept us safe and sound and found the best swim spots. The kitchen was a standout as the meals were delicious and always elegantly presented which was a plus. The swim spots and wine tastings were great but the highlight for us was the professionalism of Ivan, Pamela and the rest of the crew which made this cruise one of the best vacations we have ever had. The sights were incredible, the crew was attentive and kind, the food was delicious. I never felt rushed or crowded on this trip. The Sail Croatia trip is small enough (about 30 people) to be personal. The organsiation has the experience to know what works for a group. We had 7 nights on board. We were cycling every day in a range of beautiful islands with time also to relax and explore the environment and local treats. The tour guides were friendly, organised and professional. It was fabulous having 7 nights without having to transfer accommodation as we hopped from island to island. We had fun with everyone on board and received fresh meals. At night we could eat locally on shore and there were options like wine tasting easily accessible to the boat. We had seven weeks holiday and this week was a highlight.

It's a very nice boat and wonderful crew! The ports were all fabulous. We loved each island that we visited. The food was plentiful and well prepared. We had unseasonably cool weather, but we were still able to enjoy a swim stop or two. We could always find a spot to enjoy cruising. Our cruise manager, Vedron was warm and friendly. He had a great sense of humor and gave wonderful port talks. We especially enjoyed the bike tour in Mljet National Park and the Military tour on Hvar. I would have like another opportunity to do a bike tour on another island possibly.

Sail Croatia helped make the travel process seamless from start to finish. The communication before during and after made the decision to book simple, what to do during the cruise easy and decision to rebook in the future a definite. The staff was visible hardworking and always available to assist in any way need from pouring a drink, crossing a gap or information about local culture or traditions. The cruise director Dino was the best. He not only informative and professional but also fun and engaging. He arranged activities,,helped with bookings,, transport and was there for us to resolve an unexpected inconvenience with a flat tire on a bike excursion . Whike the weather was not perfect for our cruise. Dino and the Captain worked together to avoid the difficult uncontrollable weather and locate ports with better weather and new fun activities seamlessly. Everything was amazing! The biking was such a great way to see the islands of Croatia. The guides were fantastic in planning the day’s ride; kept a good pace with breaks as needed. The boat staff were friendly and eager to make your trip a good experience. The food was amazing. I wasn’t expecting that type of quality on a small ship. The sea was quite rough for a few hours but that is out of anyone’s hands.

Enjoyed this Sail and Cycle Croatia tour. The accommodation was good - surprisingly spacious, onboard meals excellent and boat staff and crew lovely. The Sail Croatia Cycle guides were exceptional- professional, knowledgeable, funny and warm! Each day, Island offered new and spectacular views and experiences. Only noteworthy, took this tour early October and the weather started to be cooler - tourist season in fact coming to a close.

The MS Katarina was everything and more I would expect from a "Superyacht". The crew were exceptional, friendly, professional and attentive. The breakfast and lunches were amazing. We had one dinner "the Captains Dinner" on board, which I would describe as absolutely amazing. I would have loved to see how the chef prepared such a gourmet delight for all 36 of us. The daily swim spots were amazing with crystal clear waters for swimming. The Katarina was kept immaculate by all the crew. The Captains night will be remembered by all the guests on board. So much laughter dancing and singing. Will be a cruise that will be remembered by all 8 of our friends and all the other guests. Will definitely be back for another cruise. By far our best trip ever and will recommend to all our friends

Number one, the staff was excellent! From the time we entered onto the ship to the time we got off they were always there when we needed them. If someone also had food issues, they were also accommodating to the persons needs. The director, Ivan, also personalized, and went above and beyond some of the things to help us and make our experience very memorable! The staff also in charge of swimming, cooking, serving, cleaning, bartending were all very friendly. Second, the ship was in great condition and kept clean. Third, the two tours that were included were great with Ivan. Fourth, the Captain’s dinner was great and the band was excellent! And, the people that were on the ship with us ended up to be the best and we all had so much fun together! A feeling of family! Ivan, the director was superb!! Captain Ivan was also superb!

The trip was very well organized. We were updated daily on how the day would go and than also sent all the info on Whatsapp. Everything was above and beyond my expectations even though we had to change plans a few times. Our bike guide Marin was amazing. He is so very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe riding in some dangerous locations. It felt like We all respected him right from the moment we heard him speak. Ilona was the back guide and she is a sweet, caring girl who was always so helpful and supportive. She was always making sure everyone was doing ok and she was great to hang with the group and get to know everyone. This was a trip i won’t forget and i will definitely be recommending to friends.
