The staff, crew, tour leaders and guests on this boat were a fantastic bunch. Loved every minute. Had an issue with my room. Not what I was expecting for the price and supplement but that wasn’t going to spoil my trip. Boat was great, bar area very social. George n Danilo were great and George’s food was very good. Danny on the bar was the best barman very efficient and fun. Ivancic and Mario were a superb team, we have cycled with Ivancic before. He will never let you down he’s a very focussed customer driven guide. Very trustworthy. We’d like to return but we have visited most of the islands on your itinerary’s… any chance you could mix it up abit? Thanks again. Great holiday x

1) Omit overnight on day 7 of trip. End the trip after lunch on day 6. This eliminates unreasonably early check out on day 7 and also makes it easier for a guest to check in to their hotel in DBV without having to wait until 12:00 or 13:00 check in time. 2) Onshore excursion options need clear explanation in pretrip communication. Example: I was not told that a scenic bus tour and a walking tour of DBV was available, so I booked them in advance with Viator. If I had known I would have gone on the onshore excursion instead. 3) Include the use of one pannier on the bike. 4) Include written instructions for charging the bike battery and operating the ebike. 5) There were three outlets in the cabin. That is insufficient to charge two bike batteries plus two phones plus hearing aids, etc. A simple multi-plug adapter can fix this issue. 6) Guide must not make promises he doesn't keep. Example: A military tour was promised on one island (Vis?) but was never delivered.

Hi Tom, thank you for your 3-star review. We also appreciate your detailed positive feedback and we’re so pleased you enjoyed the cruise and would recommend us. Guests are always welcome to disembark once the boat docks at the final destination, should they prefer to end their trip earlier. Your comments about the pannier, charging instructions, and multi-plug adapters are appreciated and have been passed to our Operations Team for review. While our guides provide information at the daily briefing based on the cycle schedule, some activities, such as onshore excursions or optional tours, may be subject to change or availability. We regret that the expectations around the military tour and Dubrovnik excursion options were not met - we appreciate your comments. Thank you again for your review.
This tour is a great blend of cruising and riding. The guides, Miranda and Ana, were attentive to a fault, doing their best to keep everyone happy., as were the ship's crew. Guides and crew themselves seemed delighted to be there! The ship, the Mali Ante, was beautiful, clean, and well-run. The riding was well-planned, taking us along relatively easy routes in the countryside, and giving us a taste of many towns and villages, The meals were sumptuous and lovingly prepared. Someone considering this tour should know: - the rides are short, on average, so if they want more focus on cycling, this may not be the tour for them - the saddles for the e-bikes are hard and flat, so it might be an idea to bring a gel cover for comfort - the crew does smoke, and the smoke seems to come into some of the rooms at times, through the ventilation system. - the meals were very meat-heavy Altogether, with these caveats, this was a beautiful tour, thoroughly enjoyed by all.

The staff made it a really great trip especially Max. Ivana’s knowledge of the area and her help was exceptional.

While this was somewhat of a good experience, there was too much down time, internet reception was extremely poor and whilst the crew were friendly enough they did not seem to want to go above and beyond, then at the end of the cruise, we were nearly shamed in to giving a tip, it was most uncomfortable.

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent experience with us. I’m glad to hear that you found some aspects of the cruise enjoyable - this is wonderful to hear. Our Explorer cruises are designed to blend socialising, sightseeing and relaxation on board. You will find in your Pre-Departure Information, more details on Tipping In Croatia. Tipping is not compulsory in Croatia, however, it is customary, and if you are happy with the service onboard, tips are very much appreciated. Your comments will be passed onto our team in Croatia and we appreciate your insights as they help us improve our services. We want to thank you for joining us this season in Croatia!
We enjoyed each destination, the swim stops and the variety of experiences. Our chief stew was amazing for coordinating activities, both free and paid, but we didn't do many excursions as they are pricey for the value, We still found plenty of fun things to do in each port! The accomodations and food fell short of our expectations though - there were three people on the boat with dietary restrictions or vegetarian, and we were only given extra services of the veggies/starch with no protein substitute. I often left hungry as we were unable to eat a lot for what was provided. The serving staff were also not accommodating, often dismissive or talking over our attempts to sort out alternatives for food. We also ran out of toilet paper a few times, and the showers didn't drain. Overall the itinerary made the trip worth while, but would hope to see a better effort to accommodate guests who don't eat meat.

Hi there, Thank you for your 4 star review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the itinerary, swim stops, and variety of experiences throughout your trip. It’s also fantastic to know that your representative helped make your time onboard more enjoyable. We’re sorry to hear that the food and onboard accommodations didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how important it is to feel well-catered for and your comments have been passed onto our team. I can see your dietary requirement was noted and passed onto the chef. We also appreciate the feedback about onboard supplies and facilities. We’ll be looking into these matters with the crew to prevent similar issues on future departures. Thank you again for joining Sail Croatia!
Whilst I enjoyed the Sail Croatia cruise, it was disappointing in a lot of ways and I definitely wouldn't do it again. The crew and boat/activities manager were fantastic. They were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ivana who was amazing! The food served on board was average for I would have expected for what we paid. The boat lacked atmosphere in the sense that they dont play music, which in Croatia I read that music is a big part of their culture so I expected to have the ambience of soft Croatian music playing whilst on the boat, towards the end they started to play some after getting the hint. I am disappointed that Hvar is listed on the website that it has an "incredible nightlife". The island has since changed but should not continue to be faulsely advertised by SailCroatia. I also find it offensive to be expected to give tips after dropping $6,000 aud on a cruise, Sail Croatia you should pay your excellent staff a proper wage and not expect tourist's to do it for you.
- Mikaela , 09/06/2025 14:42, Travelled in a Couple
Hi Miki, Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your Sail Croatia cruise overall, especially your fantastic Tour Manager, crew, and the facilities onboard, which exceeded your expectations. We have a thorough process in place for handling complaints onboard, which includes raising any concerns with your Tour Manager and, if needed, escalating them to our customer service team so we can address them promptly. This process is outlined in your pre-departure documents and on the Sail Croatia app. We’ve reviewed our internal records and found no report of your concerns during the trip, and it appears the complaints process was not followed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to resolve issues that aren’t brought to our attention at the time. We’re sorry to hear the food wasn’t to your liking. We’ve reviewed feedback from your specific cruise and found the average food rating was 4.3/5 from fellow guests, though we understand experiences can vary and appreciate your input. Your comments regarding the music onboard have been shared with our operations team for review. Hvar is well known for its nightlife, beaches and waterfront restaurants, and offers well-known spots like Hula Hula Bar and Nautica Bar (famous for their flaming Jäger trains), along with a range of other vibrant nightlife options just a short walk from the port. Information on tipping - including guidelines on etiquette and suggested amounts - is available on our website, in pre-departure documents, and on the Sail Croatia App. Given the information provided in advance of your cruise, we were surprised to hear that the tipping process was unexpected. Tipping, while not customary in countries like Australia and New Zealand, is widely practised and appreciated in Croatia and across Europe. Many locals rely on the summer tourism season to earn the majority of their annual income, and while we pay all our staff a fair and competitive wage, tipping is a customary and appreciated way to acknowledge good service. It’s always optional but very much valued. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback.
Food quality - Near prison food. Fish was dry, food unseasoned at all. Your best dishes were soup and 1 pasta meal. Drink prices - total rip off your drink prices rivalled Hvar.. Communication * This involves calling hvar the party island even though it is no longer as such, also being told 2 days before the end of the trip we could order eggs for breakfast..* Pay your workers decent wages. Being told that they are paid less because tips are expected is a joke. Your not America. Tips are standard in a terrible country like America to get around the fact they have shitty minimum wage laws. If you offered me this trip again for free I would refuse. I also will be letting anyone who ever asks me about sailing through Croatia not to bother. They would be better off organising a private car / ferry transportation to a select few islands that would still end up cheaper than the price you charge.

Your comments have been noted and are appreciated. Hvar is one of the most vibrant destinations in Croatia, known for its beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Guests looking for a party atmosphere typically head to popular venues such as Hula Hula Bar or Nautica Bar, famous for their flaming Jäger trains. While noise restrictions apply to ships docked in many Croatian ports to respect local communities, these don’t affect the nightlife onshore - guests simply head off the ship to enjoy their evening. Information on tipping - including guidelines on etiquette and suggested amounts - is available on our website, in pre-departure documents, and on the Sail Croatia App. Given the information provided in advance of your cruise, we were surprised to hear that the tipping process was unexpected. Best way to see and experience Croatia with The Sail Croatia team. From the informative online booking till the actual trip. Tempera was our boat chose with amazing helpfull staff on board. The rooms are very well planned and the bathrooms excellent taking into account the size of the actual boat. The itinerary was fantastic ! Saw so much of the smaller and bigger islands . Our tour guide Ivana Mateja was an absolute gem. She presented everyday a full powerpoint presentation of the daily schedule as well as being very informative about every stop we had. Nothing was too much trouble for her . The food on board exceeded our expectations everyday . Only negative would be the price of drinks . I would recommend this trip and team to anybody considering visiting Croatia

Everyone on the Afrodita works so hard, the ship was very well maintained and the food was great. The hike guides very good and well informed. The trails were not maintained by any standards basically goat paths. I slipped and fell on first hike injured my leg, cuts and bruised on the loose sharp rock. The guides Martin and ILona were great. Martin applied bandages to my leg to stop the bleeding then helped me finish the last kilometer back to the boat. I had to skip the hike the next day and only did 5 of the 7 hikes opting to do the easiest. Looking back I wish I knew the trail conditions, the length and elevations were all that I remember and the hikes were moderate. Next time we will do the elegant cruse. I wish I could give 5 stars.
- Brandon Weder, 08/06/2025 14:35, Travelled in a Couple
More comfortable seating and a shaded area on the top deck More time in port - the water is cold in early May so swimming isn’t a good activity. If the ship can’t dock earlier, the option of getting a water taxi or tender to port should be an option. Excursions were over-priced
- Anonymous, 06/06/2025 03:42, Travelled with Family
It felt like I was with family whilst on the boat. I needed to go to hospital and was cared for brilliantly by Marin and Johnny. The cycling was fantastic getting to see so much of each Island.
- Leanne, 05/06/2025 20:43, Travelled Solo
Biking the beautiful islands. The landscapes and friendly passengers and crew. Mila and Mario couldn’t do enough for us. They were completely committed to our safety and enjoyment. Daily program was well organized. Bikes were in good condition and riding was great. Could have been longer on some days but dépendant on size of the island. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

Amazing scenery, nice boat and wonderful staff.
- Joanna, 02/06/2025 05:52, Travelled with Friend/s
The locations and crew were outstanding. Our guides Mario and Marin were full of knowledge and stressed safe riding. The crew on the boat were also very good. The booking process was less than stellar. My son and I were assigned a room with one double bed, not two singles. Since are large people, it did not work. He slept under the bed. Booking knew the assignment but would not/could not change it. Serious screw up by the office staff.
- Larry, 30/05/2025 15:08, Travelled with Family
Hi Larry, thank you for your review and for your kind words about our guides and crew – we’re delighted you enjoyed the overall experience. We regret to read about your booking experience. As outlined in our FAQs, cabin types vary by ship and are based on 2 people sharing – with configurations including twin beds, bunk beds, or one double bed. Whilst preferences can be requested at booking, we cannot guarantee specific layouts due to each ship’s unique cabin setup and limited availability. Final cabin allocations are confirmed a week before departure. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.
Sail Croatia was a fantastic way to see the country at an affordable price. Firstly, I got extremely lucky with my guide, Noura. You can tell how well-versed, experienced, and caring she was in every way. I do not think my review would be the same if I had anyone else. The crew on my ship greatly improved the experience as well, the bartender Mateo was extremely fun and flexible, the chef was super talented and accommodating, and the sailor/captain were very friendly and felt like a part of the group. Overall, I’d come again but I would never choose a triplet. Realistically, it is not a triplet room and should not be advertised as such. The downstairs rooms were more spacious as doubles, literally. Claiming the lower bed is viable for two people isn’t ok, and especially frustrating since we had a smaller group and empty beds that could’ve been offered. Also, the party bus should be chartered. Everyone agreed it was a money grab that the company definitely could afford.

Hi there, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Sail Croatia! We’re delighted to hear you had a fantastic time exploring the coastline and that Noura, Mateo and the rest of your crew helped make your trip so memorable. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to them. We're sorry to hear that the Triple room didn't meet your expectations. To help set expectations clearly, our website advises: “On some ships, we also have triple cabins available for guests that are travelling as a group of three and would like to share a cabin. Triple cabins consist of a double bed and a single bunk, and we provide a 10% discount per person for these cabin types. In some Triple cabins, double beds may be slightly smaller to accommodate the additional single bed, meaning these cabins may not be suitable for travellers that require more space. If you would like to book a triple cabin please let us know and we can check availability when you enquire.” All extra costs are indicated in the itineraries on our website, to help customers have an idea of what to expect for their cruise. We hope to welcome you in the future!
The boat was immaculate. A credit to the skipper and crew. The guides Mika and Lola were fantastic.

A big shout out to Captain Franco for his sailing expertise. All the staff and crew were great especially Max who looked after the dining and bar area. The chefs were extraordinary and all the meals were terrific and my weigh scale at home tells me so! If I had one complaint…..maybe some replacement of the duvets and bed pillows.

Numerous swimming stops and excursions and daily briefs on Croatia history and culture. Nightly stops at interesting ports with historical and cultural heritage relevance. Captain and crew members professional service ensured a worry free rememberable experience.

1) Smaller group! With that many riders (32) the faster riders, some of whom would have ridden even faster if allowed, spent way too much time waiting for the slower riders. This was the case on the uphills, the downhills, and the level rides. People ride at different speeds, regardless of terrain or type of bike. 2) Longer, full-day rides. One day was only 10 km, which is ridiculous.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review and share your feedback following your recent Cycle Cruise with us. We're always grateful to hear from our guests, as it helps us continuously improve the experience we offer. We're sorry to hear that the group size and varying riding speeds impacted your enjoyment. Our Cycle Cruises are designed as guided group experiences, and as such, we aim to accommodate a wide range of cycling abilities. To manage this, each ride is led by two experienced guides—one at the front and one at the back—ensuring no one is left behind and that the group remains safe and supported throughout the journey. We appreciate your comments regarding the distance of some rides. Please note that all daily itineraries, including ride durations and distances, are made available in advance of booking. This allows guests to choose the trip that best matches their expectations and ability. Some days do feature shorter rides for safety, logistical, or scenic reasons, and all routes are carefully risk assessed to suit the group setting. While we understand that some guests may prefer longer or more individually tailored rides, our Cycle Cruises are intentionally designed as shared adventures—focused on group camaraderie, support, and exploration at a pace suitable for a diverse range of participants. That said, we do value your input and will take your feedback into consideration as we continue to refine our itineraries and offerings. We thank you again and we hope to welcome you again in the future on another journey!
Lovely and relaxing adventure. I wish all my vacations were this fun! Thomas
- Thomas, 26/05/2025 13:11,
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful trip on our bike-boat trip in May 2025. The guides were very good and kept us well informed. The bikes were very good quality and easy to ride. My only criticism is that my wife and I slept in separate small beds in our cabin. We would’ve clearly preferred to be in a single bed together at night as we have been for 40 years. All in all, this was a very successful vacation for my wife and myself.

Salve di mare is a beautiful ship with an amazing and professional crew. They looked after us with attention and care. The food on board was delicious, a big thank you for the chef and his team! Our hiking guide Matte was very knowledgeable and provided full description not only about the hikes but also about the villages visited. Ioana, leading the guests was very approachable and friendly.. Despite the extra charge for the upper cabin booked, we found out that it was on top of the engine making it very noisy and other cabins at a cheaper rate, were way more spacious than ours. Tea and coffee was free of charge only until 1pm, which we did not understand the reason, as it was an average coffee maker, not a barista style at all for the extra charge. We definitely recommend our hiking tour and we will be happy to come back and choose Sail Croatia again!

Beautiful islands Quiet roads Amazing scenery Great food Great hospitality
- Greg, 26/05/2025 08:42,
It was evident from the start the crew member had no experience and very little English. He didn't even know what vodka was. Apparently the fridge was down so we couldn't get ice or cold white wine. Beer was ok. He did not bring drinks during the meals and did not know how to clear dishes. Food was good but cold. Cabin was good but our toilet in ran the entire week although we had asked crew to fix it 4 times. We turned off the water to the tank between uses. We would have preferred to travel to our locations in the evening instead of waking up to engines starting at 5:30:or 6:00 am every day!

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your review of our services! We truly value all feedback as it helps us to continuously improve and ensure the best possible service for our guests. We are pleased you enjoyed the food and found your cabin comfortable. That is so great to read! Upon checking our internal reports, there were no reports of issues regarding running water in the toilet. We have a rigorous process in place for any issues that arise onboard, which is outlined in your pre-departure information. Following this process ensures that no incident is left unreported and gives us the best chance to resolve this during the cruise for you. We thank you for your comments regarding the service challenges — particularly the language barrier and lack of drink service. Please be reassured that your feedback had been passed on to our relevant teams. We also appreciate your comments about the cruise schedule and understand your preference for evening travel. However as advertised, our cruises are small ship cruises and not a big cruise liner that travel during the night. We would recommend our travellers to do extensive research prior to booking in order to have a good understanding of the product. We are a UK-based company with Sales Teams in London (UK) and Australia and we are there to provide support with any questions that arise during the booking process. Thank you once again for reviewing us and for taking the time to provide your feedback.
Ioana was absolutely fantastic, her bright personality and fun loving nature made our cruise one to cherish forever, also many thanks to bar staff Harry and Tony. The wonderful chiefs did an amazing job with the meals, top quality food we enjoyed all the meals. Cheers Cathy and John
- Cathy, 21/05/2025 18:55,
The ship was in great shape and the Captain very skilled. the crew worked hard to make our week a fun/safe time and they succeeded. However, meals are a big part of our annual boat and bike trips. Here they failed. The meals were far too heave generally and the BBQ night was substandard with much meat and few veggies...and they were buried under all that meat. The meal was awful. Equally as bad was the captains dinner of steak that was unchewable...oh, the coffee was worse than any I had in the Navy and I didnt thimk that woukd ever be possible...undrinkable sludge..this boat & bike towr tour 7th as a group. It was the also the first to not put out a nice happy hour food spread...only pretzels and biscuits. All in all, I won't recommend this trip .

Thank you for taking the time to review us! We’re delighted to hear that you found our Captain very skilled, our crew hardworking, and the ship in a great condition. It’s always rewarding to know our team contributed to a safe and enjoyable experience. We're truly sorry to learn that the food during the Captain's dinner and BBQ did not meet your expectations. We understand how important meals are in shaping the overall travel experience. Your comments regarding the menu containing too much meat and poor quality of coffee are especially valuable, and we’ll be sharing them with our team as we work to refine and expand our offerings to better cater to a wider range of dietary preferences and expectations. While we regret that your experience didn't leave you feeling confident to recommend us based on the meals provided, we appreciate your honesty. Feedback like yours plays a crucial role in helping us to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future with enhancements that reflect your input.
We enjoyed having a relatively small group of fellow travellers being 36 in total from Australia, Canada, South Africa, UK and USA. Our cabin was comfortable although the quality in pillows and towels was poor. The chef and catering staff did a magnificent job with meal preparation it’s was always delicious The dining saloon however was very noisy during meal times and made conversation difficult The islands/towns visited all had something different to enjoy and we soon chose our favourites. The staff were all friendly and courteous and the boat comfortable and in good condition .We were disappointed that smoking was allowed in the inside deck area which was enclosed with plastic coverings. and attached to the dining saloon. This was especially unpleasant and meant many of us could not utilise this area. This issue was reported to the staff however we felt the resolution unsatisfactory. Regardless of these issues we did enjoy the experience and had a lot of laughs.

We enjoyed our Split to Dubrovnik cruise; a great itinerary with lovely ports of call. The crew on board were exceptional - Max and Milan especially were so friendly and attentive - they really made us feel welcome. The cruise director, Dino, worked hard to help us with port stops and excursions. Overall, a great trip but there are definitely a few things that could be done to improve the experience: for instance, tea and coffee should be available throughout the day - we had to pay 3.50 euros for each cup of tea, and the trip excursions were very expensive eg we paid 60 euros each for the Vis tour which had 8 of us crammed into a closed landrover and those in the back unable to see anything out of the window or hear anything the driver said. The food on board ship was very carbohydrate heavy - very few veggies eg menu on day 2 was: starter = pasta, main course = rice and bit of meat, dessert = semolina type pudding. I was craving some fruit and veg! Overall a good experience though.

- Yash, 19/05/2025 05:49, Travelled in a Couple
Our guide Tonka was fantastic. The boat was clean and the crew was friendly and extremely competent. The group size was too large for me (30) and we ended up having to stop for long periods while we waited for non-e-bike riders to catch up. I found this frustrating and believe the two bike types need to be separated in mountainous terrain. We had a sun deck on our boat but there were no chairs or any way to sit on it. It only had permanent sunbathing pads fixed to the deck. That was a disappointment as there was not seating anywhere outside for the entire group. The boat maintenance needed a bit of improvement as multiple lights in our cabin did not work and the air conditioner never cooled the room. Croatia was gorgeous and the ride routes were fantastic. Food was good and the bikes were very comfortable and well maintained. I would not use Sail Croatia again unless they separate the bike types and have smaller group offerings or split the group with two lead guides.

Hi Thann, thank you for your 4-star review. We're so pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stunning Croatian scenery, the quality of the bikes, the meals served and that Tonka and our crew made a positive impression. We value your insights and will be reviewing the points you've raised regarding group sizes, bike type separation, deck seating, and cabin maintenance. Feedback like this is essential in helping us maintain the high standards we strive for. We're continually reviewing our operations to ensure the best possible experience for all guests, and your input helps us refine how we manage mixed-ability groups on tour and improve our overall services. Thank you again for your comments — they help us create a better experience for all our guests.
Beautiful scenery and lovely people. Ebiking was great and bikes were well maintained and worked well. H was very good at keeping us safe and organized. I think some instructions could have been useful on how to use them though. I have 2 e-bikes at home and they are all different. The only thing that would have made the trip better was to have a ‘get to know you’ event on the first night for guests. Also a few optional organized activities on the afternoons and evenings when we were in ports where islands had little to do. For the cabins a few hooks on the walls and bathroom would have been useful.
- Carla, 14/05/2025 07:26, Travelled in a Couple
Overall, a very good experience. We both enjoyed our week on the Olimp, it is a beautiful ship. Our rep was amazing, he worked hard to ensure we had a good week. The food , especially lunch, was beyond exceptional. Breakfast wasn't bad but I expected some good fresh fruit options instead of canned peaches and unripe pineapple every morning. Included in the cruise price we had two really excellent wine tastings and two that were average. Having said that, we would still recommend cruising with Sail Croatia. The team really went above and beyond
- Shelley, 13/05/2025 17:17, Travelled in a Couple
Karolina and the Crew Only down side was the Hot Breakfast was always cold and disappointed the Captain only sat on one table and did not move to each table after each course.

Hi Greg, thank you for 4-star review. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed your time with Karolina and the crew. Thank you.
The cruise had a nice relaxing pace but there was still lots to enjoy The food was great. Vicko was very helpful and entertaining.

The 10 day cruise was good . Cons: I did find it quite repetitive. For me personally, I have learned a 3-5 day (maximum) sail would suit me it was the same pattern every day & I found some days we got into port too late to explore more. It seemed the emphasis was on the swim stops., another Con was the food . Breakfast was fine . There were no options for lunch . It was a 3 course meal served at 1 pm which made for very late suppers on shore . I wish they would have had 2 options ie chicken or pasta . I don’t eat pasta so was starving 2 of the days . Pros: the staff are fantastic . Considering they work 7 days a week & then repeat with the next tour they were very helpful , upbeat & enjoyable . The tour coordinator Klara was terrific , positive , informed & very helpful . The boat was in excellent condition and clean . I felt very safe on it . The life jackets & muster areas were reviewed however I was never sure if there was an AED on board , which would be Important .

Great experience meeting a number of people from around the world. Crew did a fantastic job ensuring we were kept safe and answered all of our needs. Well done. Klara our cruise director did an outstanding job keeping us informed and did everything she could to ensure we were taken care of regardless of the time. Highly recommended

Everyone was so friendly both guests and staff. All staff worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant experience. I felt we should have had complementary tea/coffee available at all times. Also the cycle part of our trip could have given water bottles .

I felt that while the guides did an exemplary job. The large number of cyclists (29) in the group was dangerous. The group should have been split into two. Complimentary tea and coffee while on board would have been appreciated. Other cycling tours we’ve been on gave out water bottles which are fun to have and a source of advertising for the company.

Hi Marion, thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear that you found our guides exemplary - their passion and professionalism are something we’re proud of. Regarding your concern about the group size, we understand that safety is a top priority, and it is for us also. That’s why we always ensure there are two experienced guides on each ride – one leading at the front and one supporting at the back – to manage the group effectively and maintain safety throughout the journey. We appreciate your suggestions about complimentary refreshments and branded water bottles. These are great ideas, and we’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests’ experience, so your input has been noted for future planning. Thank you again for riding with us – we value your insights and hope to welcome you back on another tour soon.
