Our tour director Calum was excellent, he drove a perfect mix between professional/organised and facilitating a fun, positive and hilarious atmosphere. The whole week ran smoothly, the activity and food suggestions were spot on. The crew on EOS were such a well oiled group. The service was impeccable, so efficient and the crew were always polite and welcoming. Can't thank both Calum and the crew enough for showcasing everything Croatia had to offer. Such a beautiful country made even more memorable by the way it was experienced. Thanks team!

Had the best time ever! We were on the beautiful EOS for the week and just had the best time. The swim spots were my favourite. Lots to do activity wise. Cal was a legend best tour manager wouldn’t want to do a cruise with any other tour manager also the crew they were awesome. I was 20 weeks pregnant as well and they were all so accommodating.

My fiancé and I had the best week on our Split to Split Navigator 7 day journey the other day. We couldn’t have been more blessed with such an awesome and diverse group of people who are now life long friends. A huge part of that is thanks to our amazing representative, Marin. He was absolutely fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and so experienced. From start to finish he made sure our trip was smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Marin organised the best activities, kept the whole group entertained, and always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having the best time. I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday during the cruise, and he made it so special by helping organise an amazing night out, even surprising me with a celebration at the club. It was such a thoughtful touch that I’ll never forget. If you’re thinking of booking, do it and if you’re lucky enough to have Marin as your guide, you’re in for the best experience. Truly the best representative ever!

Ema and the team on board Big Blue made our trip so amazing. They were there for everything we needed and brought all the vibes and info we needed to get the most out of our week! Such a great, once in a lifetime experience to see the islands around Croatia, make new lifelong friends and enjoy partying and exploring together. The crew were lovely and super accomodating of allergies too. I was apprehensive going on a boat with allergies but I was so grateful for how ‘normal’ my meals were, I never felt like I missed out, despite being coeliac. Loved the 5 Day Navigator having ensuites and air con, they’re definitely a must have in the heat of summer and on a boat with a big group of people. The ensuites and cabins were roomy. The only thing about the room I wish were different was having bedding the correct size for the bed - the top sheet wasn’t quite big enough to cover the bed and the blankets were two single blankets rather than one larger one for the double bed.

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about traveling in a more tourist setting, as I usually travel solo and off the beaten path, but this was one of the most memorable trips (in the best kind of way) I’ve ever taken. Everything you could want or need was super convenient and organized. The crew were very accommodating, helpful, and organized. All of the activities were a blast and it was a great experience to connect with other like minded travelers. Even the prepared meals were pretty good. Everything surpassed my expectations, I would recommend. The crew members were all a great asset.

I’d done a sail Croatia 6 years ago and had such a good week that I wasn’t sure going again would be able to top it but I was wrong - this again was the best week of my life! Really awesome bunch of people to be with, the boat crew were incredible (shout out Ivan, Christina, the chef, the sailor and the captain) and special shout out to our group leader Ceili! She was great fun, knowledgeable, took care of us and made sure we all had a great time. Recommend sail to anyone and our boat Aphrodite was incredible. Life long friends and so many fond memories to look back on xx

We absolutely loved our stay on the Penelopa. The crew were amazing! Ola was the best tour representative. She was very knowledgeable on every destination that we were in, she was always more then happy to help no matter the situation, and I felt very safe knowing I could call her and get a prompt and helpful response. We adored her. Darren cooked delicious breakfast and lunches. The crew were very helpful and always down for a good chat too.

I enjoyed the week, our leader Vin was very good. I thought there were a lot of hidden costs not very transparent when booking the trip, we had way more inclusions with our last tour we attended with a different company and felt we got more moneys worth with them. Also disappointing that we missed out on two stops due to weather which is understandable however when other sail Croatia ships still go despite what we are being told it does raise some questions. The last day in particular we docked into Dubrovnik port a day early due to weather conditions and then missed out on our swim stop the next day as port authorities wouldn’t let our boat leave? We then found out other sail Croatia boats left for there swim stop which didn’t make much sense, the crew weren’t very transparent with us on the why. The whole last day of our trip was spent docked up, we were told we could go to the beach but then we had to pay 20€ for an uber to get there, frustrating when you pay money to be on a boat.

Me and my partner had the best week on the boat. The weather was amazing. The swim stops were incredible and we wish there were more hours in a day for them. What really made our time awesome was Saša and the crew. Saša made sure everyone felt welcome and included on the boat, and cracked the funniest jokes all week. He had so much knowledge about everywhere we went, and made sure that we had the best week possible with all of his recommendations and tours of the towns. No problem was too big or small - there really wasn’t any anyway because he was always two steps ahead. Now the crew, Harlem and Marlin were the sweetest bar staff ever, getting to know us and cracking jokes throughout the week. Chef cooked incredible meals everyday and you could tell was very proud of his work. Although we didn’t see the captain and sailors often, when we did they were always extremely friendly and I could tell they were hard working to get us to our stops. Thank you for the best week Saša and crew!

Our travel guide Hana! She has a great ability to read the group and provided so many different options and included for everyone’s needs, even if that was for more dinner options, medical ect. The crew on Emanuel onboard were AMAZING and friendly- down for a chat and would answer all questions you had!

My partner and I did the navigator cruise, we got very lucky with Marin as our host and all the crew on the boat were super lovely too, and our bartender Matej made the best cocktail jugs! We had a clear and concise plan texted to us each day, informing us of breakfast and lunch times, activities, swim stop durations, and any relevant updates. (This was super helpful for me as I’m a planner and I love structure but there was also lots of time for spontaneity and free time). We were also texted restaurant and bar recommendations for each city, as Marin stated he had been working in his role for a long time he knew all the best spots to go and shared this knowledge making our experience even better. During our trip my partner and I got sick and Marin took us to a tourist Dr to get some antibiotics, we also had a freak storm and our room flooded with rain, Marin the legend put us in a hotel for the night, while the crew worked to fix our room which was fixed and ready the next day.

He went above and beyond for everyone, adapting to the circumstances at each island and providing us with alternative options. He was always friendly and kind and worked very hard all the time. Our Sail Croatia trip was incredible from start to finish, but honestly, it wouldn’t have been the same without our rep Ceili. From the moment we boarded, Ceili’s energy, enthusiasm, and endless positivity kept the whole group buzzing. She was more than just a rep — she was our hype queen, party planner, tour guide and therapist all rolled into one. Sail Croatia completely exceeded our expectations!!! The locations we saw were breathtaking, our ship was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the excursions were so much fun! To top it all off, our guide, Hana was incredible. So friendly, accommodating and educated on every stop. We boarded the ship not knowing anyone and are so happy to have 30+ new friends from all around the world. We had an amazing experience overall and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip! One of the standout highlights was our guide, Nour. She was absolutely fantastic—extremely well-organised, kind, professional, and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. Her knowledge and calm, friendly presence really made a difference, and we felt very well taken care of throughout. The excursions were varied and really well thought out, offering a great mix of activities to suit everyone. The rooms were also excellent—clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. If we had to mention anything for improvement, it would be the price of the drinks on board, which felt a bit high, and we would have loved more opportunities for swim stops, as those moments in the water were some of the most enjoyable. That said, it was a fantastic trip overall and Nour’s guidance truly elevated the whole experience. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The food was insane, we had such a great cook. Saw so many beautiful places, swam in crystal clear water and tanned in the hot sun! We had an epic week on board the navigator ensuite cruise. Our tour guide was so friendly and helpful to all the guests, he had lots of knowledge of Croatia and could help us with any questions we had. We went swimming everyday, did so many activities in each destination (my favourite was the canyoning). Unfortunately, due to weather conditions we missed one of the destinations I was excited for but that’s okay!! We still had the best time and were lucky to visit a different destination instead.

I recently traveled to Croatia to do the sail with my boyfriend. We were on Tvrdi boat & had Cal as our guide. He seriously made the week so bloody good! He wasn’t only just our guide but seriously one of our bestfriends! Cal knew all the spots for everything!! Like literally everything. He not only knew all of the most amazing & beautiful spots to visit but he knew everything down to great coffee shops, laundry mats & a lot of other helpful things. Cal was seriously the best guide ever and I know we definitely wouldn’t have had the same week if it wasn’t for him!

Our sail week was perfect, from the crew, our sail manager and the boat itself. The swim spots and places we docked each night were amazing and our sail manager, Tim, was really organised each day and responsive to everyone’s needs. We did have some issues with the AC in our room but the team were able to fix it a few days in and Tim was really responsive to this. Overall, highly recommend Sail Croatia to anyone thinking about it - it’s a week we will remember always and have made some amazing friendships along the way 🫶🏼
