We were on the Romantic Star on the Elegance Cruise. The cabin suite was very spacious and had great storage for all our personal effects. Loved the full size windows to watch the scenery as we cruised. The crew really made an effort to accommodate my special food diet, which was really appreciated. We only had 19 passengers on our cruise as it was near the end of the season, which was really nice as there was so much space on the vessel to hang out. We loved the itinerary to all the different islands. This cruise is very good value for the price and would recommend it to others.

We loved our cruise on the Almissa, we sailed from Dubrovnik to Split. We had a wonderful week, the crew the food & locations were amazing. We were so lucky to have Dino as our tour guide, he made our trip the best, he gave as so much information on where to eat, what to see, great swim stops, when the weather wasn’t great he organised alternatives which we much appreciated. We had the time of our lives, we loved Croatia!!

Well organised cruise encompassing sommeliers and vineyards along the Dalmatian coast. Our tour manager, Vicko, the staff onboard and people we met along the way were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were recommended the trip by friends and will heartily recommend it ourselves.

Food was great, boat was very nice. The jacuzzi was not warm enough to use (end of Sept), which was disappointing. The boat only has heat or air and someone requested heat, but it left many of us feeling quite warm in the evenings. Overall a great experience, despite some small issues.

We had an incredible experience with Sail Croatia! The cycle guides (Andro and Lovre) and boat crew (Lucia, Valentina, and all cooks and staff) were helpful, attentive to detail, and made us all feel right at home in a new country. We had a few weather shifts that meant we had to pivot the original itinerary a bit and I couldn't be more impressed with how they made that feel seamless for us passengers. We enjoyed the daily cycling routes and the food provided on the boat was outstanding, too. My only feedback would be to provide swimming towels (those are a pain to pack, let's be honest) and shower soap in the bathrooms! Thank you for an amazing trip!

The experience onboard Katarina was personable, and fun, The crew knew us by name almost immediately. They were attentive, caring, easy going, fun and kind. The boat was well laid out, and when we were able, the swim stops were a highlight. The Captains dinner was an opportunity for us to celebrate our time on the water, and it did not disappoint. Ivan hired a live band, and we danced through each course at dinner, through until the end!

We enjoyed our travel of the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Ioana made the experience great ! She has given reliable information and realistic expectations of the activities every day. We made so many friends which added value to the experience itself! Food is great ! The cabin was spacious and clean. We just finished this 7 day cruise Split to Dubrovnik. Stormy weather on Day 1 forced some itinerary changes but the sun soon came out and all was plain sailing. Visited Hvar Korcula Mljet Sipan and Dubrovnik. Relaxed mornings with swim stops in isolated coves, 3 course delicious meals at lunch. In the afternoon and evening wine tasting and on shore dinners. We learnt a lot about Croatian wines and local life on the islands. Friendly crew , personable host Vin and the wonderful chef made for a very pleasant cruise.. Our upper deck accommodation was clean and comfortable. We'd recommend this cruise, suitable for 40s to 80s!

Everything about the e-cycling/sailing trip was a wow. The sights, the bike, the people, the food. It was all fantastic. Croatia is a stunning country-and very hilly. The e-bikes worked perfectly, for an occasional cycler, I had no problems and didn't mind the hills at all. We had some weather to contend with and the crew pivoted quickly and very professionally. Finding last minute ports, bike rides and great experiences and places to dine. We stayed above deck and would recommend that. Also got bike shorts and glad we did, we were comfy all week long. If you are thinking about this, just do it. It was an unforgettable experience.

Just a really great way to see coastal Croatia. The boat gave us a clean and comfortable base for bicycling. The roads were consistently hilly, but the e bikes were up to the task. I had mine on high power for most of the rides and never ran out of juice. We agreed that we might have handled the hills without e bikes, but it would have been way less fun! Our weather in October was cool for swimming, but worked well for biking, even though the Borro winds were blowing. The staff was professional, the on board food was delicious, and the villages we visited were clean and interesting.

We had an incredible week sailing and cycling from Dubrovnik to Split with Sail Croatia! The route was stunning, the e-biking experiences were well-organized, and the landscapes were unforgettable. The Sail Croatia team overall was professional and ensured everything ran smoothly — big thanks to the guides and crew who made the adventure memorable. That said, we felt the dining crew could have been a bit more friendly and approachable. While everything was handled efficiently, a warmer, more engaging attitude would have made mealtimes even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a unique way to see the Croatian coast — highly recommend the tour, and we hope to see continued improvements in hospitality on board.

Everything about our week with Sail Croatia more than met our expectations. The crew could not have been more knowledgeable, accommodating and above all else, friendly & caring. We had a few weather challenges (high winds and rain at the beginning ) but the captain and crew kept us safe and , on the spot made changes to our itinerary that ended up being fantastic!! My husband and I highly recommend Sail Croatia and are already talking about trying one of their bike cruises.

We just finished our 8 day ride Sail Croatia trip & it was fabulous……on so many levels!. Firstly the staff were fantastic, They looked after us all superbly whether sailing our boat in rough seas, serving up endless delicious meals & keeping us safe on the bikes …….they were nothing short of superb. We loved our “active time” with Tonka & Ana, seeing the various villages & landscapes, hearing the history of Croatia & challenging our fitness levels & then some “down time” before exploring the villages. It was a great mix of activity & relaxation. From 2 very recreational riders we loved the cycling. And lastly, our group! MV Katarina was excellent! Every aspect of the cruise was well thought through and enjoyable. The meals on-board were first class - plentiful amount of food that was tasty, beautifully presented and with good variety. The staff on board were friendly, helpful and provided impeccable service (particularly the wait/bar-staff). The cabin and bathroom were a good size and super clean, and the shower spacious with good water pressure and hot-water. The boat itself is kept immaculately clean and felt new with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the scenery. The itinerary was great and provided a good balance between time for sightseeing and relaxing, with a variety of activities and tours on offer. I particularly enjoyed the swim stops in secluded bays. Special thanks to our cruise director Ioana who communicated well, was helpful and organised. I thoroughly recommend Sail Croatia (who were great at communication before the cruise) and MV Katerina.

Our trip started in Dubrovnik where we joined our Sail Croatia boat. Communication about the departure information was clear. We’d arrive a couple of days early to explore the Old city which was a good move as there’s plenty to see. We found it very clean and the locals friendly. A lot of cruise ships arrive into major cities which does lead to a lot of other tourists about. Once we joined our boat and sailed off to our first island with our friendly adventurers, calm resumed. Croatia is surprisingly mountainous but with most of us on sturdy e-bikes that wasn’t a problem. Five of the 32 guests were using regular bikes but all were strong cyclists and powered up the inclines. Cycling through olive groves and vineyards as well as through ancient villages was a real pleasure to complement grinding up a mountainous road to the lookout at the top. Early Oct weather was a little chilly but the sun shone several days and no rain. I did get a few mossie bites. Food on board was good.

The staff! Ivica and Sonja, our guides, were fabulous! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!! Couldn’t have asked for better. Clearly they love their jobs and love people! They gave wonderful recommendations. Excursions they offered were amazing, being immersed in their culture. The food was excellent. Just trouble keeping food warm, which is understandable on a boat. Chef was top notch. Food allergies were handled nicely. Wait staff and sailor and other staff couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful. On the biking tours, I recommended that no photo taking while biking should be a strict rule. Very dangerous for biker taking photos as well as other bikers in the group!! Boat needed some updating. Cabins were clean but very small. We would totally book another tour, maybe on another bigger boat. Thank you to everyone who made our tour so wonderful!!

Vedran our coordinator and guide was fabulous. He is knowledgeable, clear and always ready to answer any question. He made sure everyone was well taken care of. You need to clone him!

This was my first time in Croatia traveling with my husband and another couple from the US. The cruise was above and beyond my expectations. The food was outstanding. We had hot breakfasts and 3 courses for lunch every day. Our guides Jasco and Ana were both amazing. The bike rides were all well planned but there were some changes due to weather, which they improvised very well.. Both of the guides emphasized safety first . This was a great way to see Croatia and a few of the beautiful islands. I would highly recommend this cruise to someone looking for an active and fun vacation.

From the very beginning our time upon the Katarina was wonderful. Ioana arranged excursions beautifully and was very flexible with everyone. We met so many nice people on board and feel like we all got along very well. The rooms were spacious and the showers hot with great water pressure and comfortable beds. The crew is amazing. It is a family business and it feels like it. They all work together to make the stay extra special. There is not a speck of dirt on this boat. They are always cleaning- even saw the captain out cleaning . The food is good. Breakfast and lunches are included and very filling. Almost too much food in fact! I hated to be wasteful but dinner was large portions. The drinks are great and the bar staff was also wonderful. From beginning to end it was a fantastic trip and I would very much do it all over again!

We loved our hiking cruise, Split north return. The national park walks in Plitvice and Krka were a highlight, We also walked in towns, along coastal environments and up hills with dramatic and spectacular views. The crew on the Mali Ante were fantastic, as were our guides, Mate and Mario. The food was good and the boat was comfortable. I’d highly recommend this cruise.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on the Sail Croatia Elegance cruise from Dubrovnik to Split in mid-September. We loved the morning swim breaks followed by delicious 3-course lunches then activities on the next island/stop—it was a great mix of lazy and active. The ship was roomy and comfortable so it was easy to hang out with people or find space to be alone. Everything was well-planned and organized, and ran so smoothly. We were very grateful for Visco, our impressive tour manager, who had a wonderful style—friendly and informative; each morning he described our itinerary for the day, told us more about what was unique about the stop, activities we might want to do, and things like how to find transportation if we wanted to wander further. He’d also send suggestions via whatsapp, and sit and chat with us at meals. We learned so much about Croatia and its fascinating history through Visco and the various guides on the tours. This cruise was better than we even anticipated. The crew was great, very responsive, personable, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious; every meal was expertly prepared and what you’d expect from a 5-Star restaurant. Weather required that we pivot from the original schedule but the captain and the guide made sure we had good alternatives for swimming and exploring. Highly recommend this trip.

The staff were amazing. Mario, the Sail Croatia rep on the boat, was friendly, very knowledgeable and spoke several languages fluently. Matte the walk guide was clearly experienced but also patient and able to adjust to the needs of the group. The crew of the Mali Ante were delightful and went out of their way to make sure we had a great holiday. The cabins were small but had plenty of storage and the shower was great. The food was homely, crowd pleasing and generous. We got to know everyone on the trip and enjoyed the multinational vibe..

We enjoyed the crew and getting to know the passengers. . The food was inconsistent, not always stellar . Much of it dry and cold, the coffee was instant, and we had to pay extra for real coffee. We had an amazing trip from Dubrovnik to Split on board the Queen Jelena. This is an ideal way to get a taste of the beautiful islands that lie between these two major towns. The communication and information from Sail Croatia staff prior to the trip was very good. The ship is a beauty and stands out from the more modern looking ones wherever we docked. The service from the friendly crew on board was excellent. Vicko, our Sail Croatia guide, provided us with tons of helpful information at each of the briefings and via the WhatsApp group - so much so, that we really missed him when we had to fend for ourselves again at the end of the cruise! The quality of the food on board was very good. We had breakfast & 3 course lunch on board and then fended for ourselves in the evening, except for the Captain's dinner and a meal at a Croatian village on one of the islands. The cruise was also made special by our lovely cruise companions we met from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and UK.

We just returned from the hike/cruise trip in Croatia and we have to say our expectations were exceeded in all respects! Our guides, Lola and Natasha were excellent and really made our trip special. Their communication as was exceptional, and we cannot say enough about their knowledge of the areas we visited. Theu adjusted every day to the needs of the group and made sure everyone was included. They are both an asset to the Sail Croatia team. We also enjoyed the rest of the crew who made our trip hassle free and took care of everything we needed, not to mention the delicious meals our cook prepared for us every day. Highly recommend this trip for anyone who loves a great adventure as well as meeting people from all over the world!

Stunning scenery, luxurious accommodation, delicious meals, and excellent crew and trip leader. We never thought we’d take a cruise, but being with a small group appealed to us. Although Sail Croatia advertises their trips as small group experiences that describes life on the ship, but not ashore. At first we were quite taken aback that our ship would raft with as many nine other ships in port. I wish Sail Croatia had included at least one photo of the boats rafted in their trailer on the website so this wasn’t such a surprise for many of us. Disappointing, but it didn’t ruin our trip. The daily swim stops when we were anchored provided a quieter experience that we were looking for. Our trip leader, Ivan, was both well organized and knowledgeable. He provided great suggestions of what to do on the islands in his detailed daily itineraries. He also shared his vast knowledge of the history of Croatia with us in his talks which were really interesting. We loved his surprise on Hvar!
