We were on the Romantic Star on the Elegance Cruise. The cabin suite was very spacious and had great storage for all our personal effects. Loved the full size windows to watch the scenery as we cruised. The crew really made an effort to accommodate my special food diet, which was really appreciated. We only had 19 passengers on our cruise as it was near the end of the season, which was really nice as there was so much space on the vessel to hang out. We loved the itinerary to all the different islands. This cruise is very good value for the price and would recommend it to others.

Well organised cruise encompassing sommeliers and vineyards along the Dalmatian coast. Our tour manager, Vicko, the staff onboard and people we met along the way were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were recommended the trip by friends and will heartily recommend it ourselves.

Food was great, boat was very nice. The jacuzzi was not warm enough to use (end of Sept), which was disappointing. The boat only has heat or air and someone requested heat, but it left many of us feeling quite warm in the evenings. Overall a great experience, despite some small issues.

The experience onboard Katarina was personable, and fun, The crew knew us by name almost immediately. They were attentive, caring, easy going, fun and kind. The boat was well laid out, and when we were able, the swim stops were a highlight. The Captains dinner was an opportunity for us to celebrate our time on the water, and it did not disappoint. Ivan hired a live band, and we danced through each course at dinner, through until the end!

We enjoyed our travel of the Croatian islands with Sail Croatia. Ioana made the experience great ! She has given reliable information and realistic expectations of the activities every day. We made so many friends which added value to the experience itself! Food is great ! The cabin was spacious and clean. We just finished this 7 day cruise Split to Dubrovnik. Stormy weather on Day 1 forced some itinerary changes but the sun soon came out and all was plain sailing. Visited Hvar Korcula Mljet Sipan and Dubrovnik. Relaxed mornings with swim stops in isolated coves, 3 course delicious meals at lunch. In the afternoon and evening wine tasting and on shore dinners. We learnt a lot about Croatian wines and local life on the islands. Friendly crew , personable host Vin and the wonderful chef made for a very pleasant cruise.. Our upper deck accommodation was clean and comfortable. We'd recommend this cruise, suitable for 40s to 80s!

It's a very nice boat and wonderful crew! The ports were all fabulous. We loved each island that we visited. The food was plentiful and well prepared. We had unseasonably cool weather, but we were still able to enjoy a swim stop or two. We could always find a spot to enjoy cruising. Our cruise manager, Vedron was warm and friendly. He had a great sense of humor and gave wonderful port talks. We especially enjoyed the bike tour in Mljet National Park and the Military tour on Hvar. I would have like another opportunity to do a bike tour on another island possibly.

MV Katarina was excellent! Every aspect of the cruise was well thought through and enjoyable. The meals on-board were first class - plentiful amount of food that was tasty, beautifully presented and with good variety. The staff on board were friendly, helpful and provided impeccable service (particularly the wait/bar-staff). The cabin and bathroom were a good size and super clean, and the shower spacious with good water pressure and hot-water. The boat itself is kept immaculately clean and felt new with plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the scenery. The itinerary was great and provided a good balance between time for sightseeing and relaxing, with a variety of activities and tours on offer. I particularly enjoyed the swim stops in secluded bays. Special thanks to our cruise director Ioana who communicated well, was helpful and organised. I thoroughly recommend Sail Croatia (who were great at communication before the cruise) and MV Katerina.

Number one, the staff was excellent! From the time we entered onto the ship to the time we got off they were always there when we needed them. If someone also had food issues, they were also accommodating to the persons needs. The director, Ivan, also personalized, and went above and beyond some of the things to help us and make our experience very memorable! The staff also in charge of swimming, cooking, serving, cleaning, bartending were all very friendly. Second, the ship was in great condition and kept clean. Third, the two tours that were included were great with Ivan. Fourth, the Captain’s dinner was great and the band was excellent! And, the people that were on the ship with us ended up to be the best and we all had so much fun together! A feeling of family! Ivan, the director was superb!! Captain Ivan was also superb!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience on the Olimp. The crew on the boat was professional, considerate, and hard working. The ship itself was kept fastidious and our meals were delicious. Vedran our coordinator and guide was fabulous. He is knowledgeable, clear and always ready to answer any question. He made sure everyone was well taken care of. You need to clone him!

From the very beginning our time upon the Katarina was wonderful. Ioana arranged excursions beautifully and was very flexible with everyone. We met so many nice people on board and feel like we all got along very well. The rooms were spacious and the showers hot with great water pressure and comfortable beds. The crew is amazing. It is a family business and it feels like it. They all work together to make the stay extra special. There is not a speck of dirt on this boat. They are always cleaning- even saw the captain out cleaning . The food is good. Breakfast and lunches are included and very filling. Almost too much food in fact! I hated to be wasteful but dinner was large portions. The drinks are great and the bar staff was also wonderful. From beginning to end it was a fantastic trip and I would very much do it all over again!

My husband and I had a wonderful time on the Sail Croatia Elegance cruise from Dubrovnik to Split in mid-September. We loved the morning swim breaks followed by delicious 3-course lunches then activities on the next island/stop—it was a great mix of lazy and active. The ship was roomy and comfortable so it was easy to hang out with people or find space to be alone. Everything was well-planned and organized, and ran so smoothly. We were very grateful for Visco, our impressive tour manager, who had a wonderful style—friendly and informative; each morning he described our itinerary for the day, told us more about what was unique about the stop, activities we might want to do, and things like how to find transportation if we wanted to wander further. He’d also send suggestions via whatsapp, and sit and chat with us at meals. We learned so much about Croatia and its fascinating history through Visco and the various guides on the tours. We enjoyed the crew and getting to know the passengers. . The food was inconsistent, not always stellar . Much of it dry and cold, the coffee was instant, and we had to pay extra for real coffee. The islands themselves very scenic, the ship was clean, and the crew were amazing. We would do a smaller cruise but upgrade to a fancier ship with better food. Otherwise, great memories were made.

We had an amazing trip from Dubrovnik to Split on board the Queen Jelena. This is an ideal way to get a taste of the beautiful islands that lie between these two major towns. The communication and information from Sail Croatia staff prior to the trip was very good. The ship is a beauty and stands out from the more modern looking ones wherever we docked. The service from the friendly crew on board was excellent. Vicko, our Sail Croatia guide, provided us with tons of helpful information at each of the briefings and via the WhatsApp group - so much so, that we really missed him when we had to fend for ourselves again at the end of the cruise! The quality of the food on board was very good. We had breakfast & 3 course lunch on board and then fended for ourselves in the evening, except for the Captain's dinner and a meal at a Croatian village on one of the islands. The cruise was also made special by our lovely cruise companions we met from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and UK.

Stunning scenery, luxurious accommodation, delicious meals, and excellent crew and trip leader. We never thought we’d take a cruise, but being with a small group appealed to us. Although Sail Croatia advertises their trips as small group experiences that describes life on the ship, but not ashore. At first we were quite taken aback that our ship would raft with as many nine other ships in port. I wish Sail Croatia had included at least one photo of the boats rafted in their trailer on the website so this wasn’t such a surprise for many of us. Disappointing, but it didn’t ruin our trip. The daily swim stops when we were anchored provided a quieter experience that we were looking for. Our trip leader, Ivan, was both well organized and knowledgeable. He provided great suggestions of what to do on the islands in his detailed daily itineraries. He also shared his vast knowledge of the history of Croatia with us in his talks which were really interesting. We loved his surprise on Hvar!

From start to finish this was a once in a lifetime holiday. The boat Queen Jelena was so beautiful. The crew were polite and helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, the daily routine suited me perfectly . Our Tour Manager Vicko took such good care of us and brought Croatia and its history to life with his informative daily talks on the culture and history of each island we sailed to. From the moment we left Split to our arrival in Dubrovnik we had a wonderful week on Romantic Star. The crew were outstanding and our cruise manager, Anita, looked after all of our needs very well indeed. The daily swim stops were a delight and great fun. Food was good and plentiful. We weren’t impressed by the local village dinner but the Captain’s Dinner was a great night, We shared the week with lovely guests from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA. They all made our week a holiday to remember! The icing on the cake was the weather, 7 days of sunshine and calm waters! We hope to go again before we get too old!!

This was my first cruise of any type and it didn’t disappoint. The boat, crew, schedule and islands were first class all the way. Our tour guide, Anita, went above and beyond to make sure it went smoothly We are already looking at other sailing cruises. I can’t imagine doing a cruise with a commercial company now that I’ve been spoiled by this. My favorite food on the whole trip was actually on the boat. HIGHLY recommend this experience!!!!!!!

We booked this cruise on the recommendation of our friends who had taken the same one a few years ago. They told us we would love it… how right they were! From the booking process through the comprehensive pre cruise information to the smooth embarkation with our lovely thoughtful host Ioana , fantastic crew, beautiful boat, comfortable and spotlessly clean cabin, delicious food and excellent range of optional activities- this side of the holiday was perfect. The other part of this type of holiday is the fellow passengers. Well we definitely lucked out here! A wonderful bunch of people. All very different but all interesting and interested. We quickly developed a real camaraderie and had lots of fun together. We were sad to leave our boat family but continued to meet up for dinner or drinks in Dubrovnik after leaving the boat. My sisters and I loved our trip on Sail Croatia. The itinerary was one of the prettiest I have ever experienced in my travel. We were able to anchor up in areas that a bigger ship would never be able to negotiate. The day flowed perfectly with a swim stop in the morning and time to explore the next island in the afternoon. Anita was our tour director who was excellent and made travel seamless.

The Sail Croatia experience is wonderful. The people on board became fast friends after only one day. The singing, the laughter the wonderful swim stops. My only complaint would be to have better coffee on board, and skip the Village Dinner, our dinner was in Korcula and there were some amazing restaurants we could have gone to instead of a loud, marginal meal on hard seats. The party bus on the return ride was a highlight though. I heard the wine tour before the Village dinner was exceptional. All in all an experience I will not forget. The staff worked hard to make sure each day was exceptional.

The boat - Romantic Star - was spotlessly clean. The cabins were a good size with en-suite bathroom. Plenty of hot water and a great shower. The food was amazing, buffet breakfast, cookies at 11 and lunch at 1 . How the chef produces such wonderful meals is beyond me!always a starter, a main course and a dessert.. the swim stops were lovely and the visits interesting. The village meal was lovely as was the Captain’s dinner. All very laid back - I took far too many clothes🥴.this was a great way to see the islands and towns and cities of Croatia. I can highly recommend this trip and sail Croatia

Queen Jelena is a beautiful ship and we appreciated her elegance. Everything was organized perfectly. The service and food was incredible. Our guide Ioana was amazing, she gave detailed explanations of the days and next nexts plans and optional activities. This was followed up by written explanations on WhatsApp which was very helpful I would have no hesitation in recommending this trip to anyone

I would have discounted our room as we were directly over the engine which was ear splitting.y loud, had home made cookies available all day, served better quality salads, had more beach towels for guests, more water toys, I.e., paddle boards nd kayaks and laundry services available. Loved the opportunity to explore the beautiful Croatian coast on Queen Jelena. Docking in the heart of a different place each day and being able to explore into the evening instead of rushing back to a ship that would be moving on before dinner set this apart from traditional cruises. Swimstops in quiet coves were another highlight of every day. We met some fabulous people, we spent the week with Canadians, Australians and Americans as well as others from England and Scotland. Meeting people from so many places and having the opportunity to socialise with them through the week, was another great strength of the trip. We’ll be keeping in touch! The food was good, the bar nearly always open and the crew helpful and worked hard to ensure we enjoyed every part of our holiday. We had an amazing tour guide with us throughout the trip, who did so much for us, including entertaining us. I would recommend Sail Croatia to anyone wanting something a little different and a memorable holiday.

Our Sail Croatia Rep, Klara, set the tone for the week with her excellent communication and offbeat humour. The Olimp was a beautiful ship, really luxurious and the crew were friendly and helpful. The food was perfect - not to heavy so we could enjoy the fabulous island restaurants and swimming off the back of the boat was so exciting. That left the Islands to spin their own magic on us - stunning scenery, great outings on bikes, buggy and jeep and discovering the history and local wines made for a superb holiday. Best of all we met like minded people from around the World we enjoyed spending time with. 5 stars all round.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and professional and very eager to please. The boat was comfortable with sun, shade, and AC. the swim stops were beautiful. The countryside was wonderful. Our unplanned extra time in dubrovnik was handled well. The trip to Montenegro was way to long with the border crossings. The cruise leader was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and varied. Our whole family aged 21 to 78. Loved every minute. I have told many people about it and have given them information.
