Our trip from Split to Dubronik on the Contessa was magical. The swim stops and scenery were beautiful. Access to the swim floaties and paddle boards was a wonderful addition. The boat was recently renovated and fresh. The cabin was quiet and had an ensuite, and there was adequate storage. Staff was friendly, and Hannah had answers to our daily questions. At times, the food on board was a bit too hearty for me otherwise, the breakfasts and lunches were nice.

Our time aboard Salve Di Mare far exceeded all we hoped for. Meeting lovely folk & enjoying their company whilst sailing the Croatian Islands. Every day a new destination with recommendations for activities & places to eat. Swim stops every day were great fun & being able to use the kayaks & SUPs a bonus! Our rep Vicko was the best! Professional, friendly, humorous, knowledgeable & attentive to all questions. All the staff/crew were excellent. They all worked tirelessly with a smile for everyone! We had a wonderful week on the Sal de Mare ship, the crew outstanding, The guys behind the bar so friendly and helpful especially as I needed ice packs for a sprained ankle, Richard one of the crew and in charge of our swim stops a fantastic asset to you, the staff in the kitchen amazing and last but not least the lady who cleaned our rooms and did all of the endless washing, is a star. The captain and Vicko our guide were the absolute best in the business. I also have to say the ship was spotless, so clean and so organised. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone as every member of the crew were faultless. The highlight each day are the swim stops at the prettiest of locations where the water is crystal clear and calm. The meals on board were fantastic and varied catering for everyone. Lastly the captains dinner was such fun, even if we were very loud we all had so much fun. Not enough stars for the crew on the Almissa yoga cruise. The welcoming from the first day til the sad last day! Dora- our breath of fresh air. Goes above and beyond. Whatever you needed she was there. Chefs- I have never ate so well on a holiday. Still want the recipes! Deckhands- so funny and handle the boat and tinder expertly. Cezar and Kafka - Bartenders/Maid /servers- we kept you guys very busy and you were top notch! Captain Josef- great honor to sail with him. He is a master of his craft. Would highly recommend sailing with this crew and boat! Going to miss all the fun with yoga, swimming holes, hikes and wine tasting/dinner. Thank you for a truly wonderful and unforgettable holiday!

We are well-seasoned European travellers & this was our favourite trip so far. The staff made the trip for us, Marin would give us a history of the area and make suggestions as to where to go and things not worth exploring. He would also make any reservations necessary. Joanna & Neno made incredible drinks behind the bar - The Contessa and Pina Colado were my favourites! Teno and Charlie were the sailors on board and made sure everyone was safe and the boat was secure - also, incredibly friendly and helpful. Joy was pure joy - always accomodating when cleaning our room. The chefs were absolutely fantastic, I have never been to a country where I did not have one bad meal! The food on the boat was incredible. The boat itself was fantastic, rooms were roomy, bathroom was spotless and all the public spaces were spacious enough to get away if you wanted to be alone. Overall, this was the best travel experience I have ever had and would highly recommend Sail Croatia.

Our week on the Contessa walking around the Croatia islands was pure magic. So many things to love about it from the size of the boat, the variety of the stops and some nice simple excursions at each one not too expensive, the active days swimming and then beautiful lunches on board before exploring a different island and loved dining on shore each night. Our tour guide Hana was just wonderful and made our trip easy with daily advise, history and support with so many links and always there for anything we needed. Food was lovely and cabins a great size too. Can’t fault it, will go down as one of our best holidays

Great. Was better than expected. So lovely to be with only a small group of 36 passengers to travel around on a refurbished, relaxing boat. Great having a different swim stop every day that you can dive off at the back of the boat. Also importantly exploring a new town/ island everyday and getting the opportunity to experience it in daylight and night time. So convenient having the boat moored so close to these historic scenic towns. Crew were fabulous, very attentive and in a way often invisible (I say that in a positive way in that they were very discrete and quiet in doing their duties). Hana our Tour Guide was excellent in her talks giving enough history and culture and practical tips. Her timing of talks and explanations of things to do and practical tips was spot on. She was always very attentive checking in with everyone and handling minor misunderstandings or hiccups (often to do with outside operator). We sailed the 7 day sail croatia on the Contessa. Had a great time, swim stops were a favourite and towns we stopped at were all stunning. Great experience! Ship was nice and recently remodeled. Overall wonderful way to see Coastal Croatia and would definitely recommend. Mario was our tour guide and he was amazing, really helpful and kind. The crew were great. The boat itself was outdated but nothing that affected our holiday. Food was good overall. Great itinerary and overall we had a lot of fun. Couple days towards the end felt a little rushed. Even earlier breakfast and very short swim stop to get to islands which there was nothing to do on. Would have appreciated better and longer swim stops on those. Customer service was great helping answer questions and booking. Overall definitely recommend the cruise.

We had such a great week with Sail Croatia and couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and they really made the trip special. This cruise was more than we could ever hoped for! Our room (Above Deck) was spacious and very comfortable. The dining room, lounge area and sundecks never felt crowded. The ship overall is very clean and well-maintained. The itinerary was well-balanced between active and relaxed (we leaned mostly on the latter side). We visited islands that had distinct vibes and characters. Kudos to Hana, our Tour Director, who was very thorough in providing us guidance and directions as we go exploring the islands. But our most favorite thing about the cruise was hands-down the daily swim stops. The captain took us to areas with the clearest and bluest waters. Richie made sure all our swim toys are ready to go, so we could all have maximum enjoyment in the water. The plentiful breakfasts and 3-course lunches were also quite the treat! Service was all-around warm and efficient. A huge THANK YOU to all the wonderful members of the staff for giving us such an amazing experience!

This was an incredibly memorable trip. The crew was excellent, helpful, hard working, and went above and beyond. Our tour guide Sanja did an excellent job of making this an amazing experience. She did such a good job of keeping everyone informed and organized. I did not expect the quality of the food to be so good! The chefs and bartenders do a great job of putting out delicious, well timed meals. The schedule is so well put together and balanced. Beautiful swim stops every day, plenty of time on the islands, and smooth sailing. Our cabin had more room than expected. Clean, cool, and enough space for my husband and I. Only complaint is the excursions. We enjoyed the wine tasting. But did not enjoy the bike ride, even though we were excited about it. Long walk uphill, not desirable swimming. Also didn’t enjoy the Dubrovnik walking tour. Didn’t understand our guide and the content was often irrelevant. That being said we’d do the trip 100 times again and would recommend Sail Croatia

We had the most amazing 7-day cruise from Dubrovnik to Split for our honeymoon and absolutely loved the whole experience. The ship was beautiful and had recently been refurbished, so everything felt fresh, modern and very comfortable. Our accommodation was lovely, the food throughout the cruise was excellent, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. One of our favourite parts of the trip was the itinerary and the regular swim stops. The places we visited were beautiful and there was a really nice balance between cruising, swimming, relaxing and getting off to explore. We did have to make one or two changes to the planned stops due to conditions, but this was handled extremely well by the captain. The alternative arrangements were well thought out and we never felt that we were missing out on anything. Unique experience was heightened by the crew: their smiles, going above & beyond without request, delicious food (accommodating allergies & preferences too). Favorite memories: Sailor Tino serving as cocktail server delivering to our "floating bar" we created utilizing the paddle boards during swim stops. Bartender Naeno remembering my drinks from day 1 - am manually making my fresh iced tea from brewed & pm chardonnay w/3 ice cubes. Great conversation & genuinely cared to get to know people. Bartender Joanna sweet & accommodating even when I was being "extra". Attendant Joy for keeping our cabin clean-constantly replacing bathmat & folding clothes, etc. Our space cozy and spotless too. Director Vin was funny even when he wasn't trying to be. Tip to future guests: Do not start a drinking game where you drink anytime he says the word "ALSO". If ya know, ya know. Don't forget Sailor Charlie - ALWAYS cleaning the yacht. Have a chat with him about where he's lived too.

It would have been nice to explore the towns in the morning and then do a swim stop after lunch when it was extremely hot. I also wish there was more excursions like jet skis or fishing. We enjoyed our trip tremendously. We have never been on a cruise. This is the best way to give a cruise a try. It’s a smaller cruise boat with only a handful of people and crew. Great bar with attentive staff. No disco and thousands of people swarmed by a pool. The food was very good. It was the perfect balance of action, adventure, sightseeing and relaxation. The private swim coves were one of our favorite parts of the day. Our coordinator Klara was amazing. I know it’s her job to be friendly but I truly felt like she really enjoyed our group and wanted to hang out with us. I definitely recommend Sail Croatia. We may even try their Greek Island tour…only if Klara is the coordinator.

We were blown away by the end to end experience w/ Sail Croatia— thoughtful stops, daily swimming, excursions + dining reservations made in advance on your behalf. We are busy working parents juggling robust school + sports schedules. Once we got onboard we left all the logistics, planning, navigating to Sail Croatia and were able to miss many of the crowds commonly found across Croatia in August. Our tour manager Hana is an ace at her job and brought in enough history / cultural overview to keep the teenagers interested. Food was beyond expectation and accommodating of allergies + preferences. Cabins were clean and well appointed. We will be re booking this holiday! 5 stars.

We recently boarded the Tempera Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik, and we had such a fantastic experience! Our sail team was incredibly helpful and made us feel so well looked after throughout the trip. Our host, Andro, was honestly the best. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the islands we visited, and we really appreciated his honesty and recommendations about which excursions were actually worth doing. The only thing we wish had been included on our trip was the rafting experience! The crew did a fantastic job of making sure we had plenty of time at the best swimming spots, and they even adjusted our ports to minimise travel time on days when they felt we needed more time to explore the islands. We also loved the people we met along the way. Our cruise had a great mix of younger and older couples, and everyone got along so well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Tempera Cruise team for an amazing trip and so many great memories!

From the moment we walked onto Almissa our expectations were exceeded. The boat was clean and our room was spacious. It was evident early on that the crew was just fantastic. Hana greeted us and made sure from the get go that we had everything we needed or wanted. She was available for reservations, questions, and did a great job filling us in on each destination and providing restaurant and site seeing recommendations. She truly went above and beyond. Not to mention she's just a wonderful person who clearly loves what she does. Kafka and Cesar made sure everyone had a great time. They would be up late chatting and sharing stories with guests and then up early each morning with a smile on their faces. The food was fantastic throughout. We were nervous that things would be bland or generic but they were anything but. Every part of this trip was fantastic, we would highly recommend.

Sailed on the Contessa. The cabin was wonderful with lots of storage. Suggest having a top sheet on beds and a shower mat as floor is slippery. Loved all of the ports and time to swim in the Adriatic! Wonderful crew. Requested an itemized bill at the end but said they don't have a printer. The food was amazing! Fresh fruit everyday, pastries, eggs etc. Lunch was bountiful! The presentation of meals was 5 star! Loved the view from the top deck and all around the ship. A small thing, but maybe a sign upon arrival posting Welcome to ...(port). The crew works very hard and the ship is immaculate. I'd highly recommend. A fantastic experience. I have traveled the world and usually do active adventure traveling, like hiking or biking. This vacation allowed me to relax, make few decisions, eat well, and play in the water and on land. I loved the paddle boards and floaties! The staff was amazing! The Contessa is a beautiful vessel! And all the locations were stunning! The only recommendations I have are to provide correct information: I was told I didn’t need to bring a beach towel and that additional bath gel would be helpful.

10/10 for Sail Croatia. This trip exceeded my families expectations. The tour manager (Hana) and crew were excellent - informative, fun and lots of attention to detail. Daily swim stops were idyllic, each island had something to offer and the ship had great amenities. Rooms were spacious, very clean and great AC. Common areas were very well kept and food was great with change up’s every day. We relaxed, had fun and truly enjoyed Croatia. Would travel with Sail Croatia again and highly recommend to others!

Sail Croatia was beyond amazing!! Klara, our cruise director was THE best!! She was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and fun! We loved the smaller boat! The amount of people on the cruise allowed us to feel that things were tailored to us! We loved the morning swim stops. The excursions were fun and reasonably priced! Breakfast and lunch on board were delicious! The chef was accommodating to distract restrictions. I do not eat a ton of fish which was a popular dish. They were willing to cook other things when notified about the dietary preference before the sailing. The rooms were spacious and clean! If we needed anything the staff was quick to help and get us what we needed. Overall one is the best trips we have taken! If you are debating on booking Sail Croatia- DO IT!! You’ll be happy you did!!

Had a fantastic time onboard Almissa from Split to Dubrovnik even in the heatwave conditions! Loved having aircon in our room to escape the heat at times. Food was great, cabins & ensuite bigger than we’d imagined, swim spots all beautiful, crew amazing (skipper Joseph, Ante & Kafka in the bar & serving us, Hana our tour director, kitchen & sailing crew, all absolutely amazing people! We could relax as much as we wanted, snorkel, swim, float, paddleboard off the boat (not when docked) or sign up for many other activities (extra cost). Having to ‘walk’ through other boats when docked was even a fun experience! We enjoyed exploring the coastal towns of an afternoon / evening. If you’re considering this cruise stop ‘thinking about it’ & do it!

We (boyfriend and I) traveled on Salve Di Mare mid July from Dubrovnik to Split. We regularly take trips/vacations and this has by far been one of our favorite. Barbara was wonderful as was the rest of the crew, especially our bartenders. Mornings were very relaxed on the boat and lunch was incredible every day. Arrived at each destination around 1-2 PM which left plenty of time to explore in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a slower paced way to visit the coast of Croatia.

We had a great week aboard Princeza Diana. The crew were attentive and our host Ana very knowledgeable. Some great excursion options. A small group of 15 which actually made the week as we all got to know each other so well and all clicked. Highly recommend. I would say though when asked if you have dietary restrictions, if you don’t like fish or tomatoes worth saying as they are very much apart of the meals. Overall meals were good.

If you are considering a Sail Croatia trip, take the plunge and go! We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. (We departed Dubrovnik on July 4 and ended in Split - Explorer.) The itinerary was the perfect combination of beautiful destinations, swimming, adventure, culture, food, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the incredible Adriatic coastline. What really made the trip special, though, was the experience of traveling with a small group and the dedicated crew. Of our 31 travelers, 11 were international (Scottish, British, Spanish, Australian, South African), with the rest from the US - and all were awesome humans! With Josip as our guide, and the Salve Di Mare crew caring for us all week, we enjoyed every minute with all our new friends. And the ship is perfection! The trip was well organized, while still feeling relaxed and adventurous. We came home with memories we'll never forget and friends we hope to see again. Five stars without hesitation!

I can't say enough about Sail Croatia and this amazing seven day trip from Split to Dubrovnik. It was so well organized, and all of the stops were beautiful and perfectly curated. It was the perfect blend of fun and adventure, with a great group of people. Highlights were the swim stop every day and of course, all of the beautiful Dalmatian islands with the Port towns and activities. The ship (Salve di Mare) and the accommodations were also fabulous. The rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. The meals were wonderful. The crew was so friendly and helpful and Our tour guide , with Sail Croatia (Vin) took great care of us. I couldn't think of a better way to see the Dalmatian coast than doing it this way!!!

My husband and I had a blast on the trip. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! We were easily able to pick when we wanted to sightsee, participate in more adventurous activities, or have a chill beach day. The boat exceeded our expectations; our room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The waters and scenery of Croatia were stunning; the swim stops were some of the best parts of our trip. I was worried about getting on a boat with a shellfish allergy, but the kitchen staff was easily able to accommodate my allergy, as well as others on our trip (gluten free, pescatarian, etc). Additionally, our guide Vic was awesome; he was a wealth of knowledge about everything from the history and culture Croatia to where the best place to watch the World Cup would be. He presented many fun options of what to do on every island. It really felt like we had a private guide (who knew everyone) at every stop. If we could book to go again, tomorrow we would!

Our week on the Almissa was amazing. Great food, staff, rooms, common spaces and other guests. The itinerary was excellent including a variety of activities and swim spots. A truly unique and special way to experience Croatia and we have no hesitation recommending the Almissa. The Sail Croatia communication was good in the lead up to the tour. A few things to note as feedback. Make the end of tour survey anonymous to get honest and useful feedback, carrying cash is a pain now for tourists - the fact everything on the boat and the extra tours and tips are to be paid in cash is inconvenient. Towels on the ship could be replaced - they are getting a bit old. Provide tea and coffee after lunch for free. This would be a small inexpensive thing to include - many international guests like their coffee and tea in the afternoon. 3 Euros for a cup of tea is way over the top. Finally the tipping recommendation appears out of step with what the cruise cost is. Small suggestions.

The beauty of the Dalmatian coast, the swimming off the boat, excellent food, and the excursions were perfect and unforgettable. The staff on the boat were also professional and so kind. We absolutely loved this trip on the Almissa. Perfect mix of cruising, swim stops and visits to beautiful islands. Staff were great, food was delicious and we had a great group of people onboard with us. Fun side trip options if you want them. Plenty of sunloungers upstairs for everyone. Only give it 4 stars as cabins are fairly basic but you don’t spend much time in there anyway - they were perfectly fine with plenty of room to store things. So good being able to unpack for a week and enjoy the cruise.

Our Sail Croatia cruise was one of the best trips of my life! My husband, our adult kids, and I all agreed it was an unforgettable experience. From the start the crew were extremely welcoming and helpful. The boat was immaculate and stylish, the cabin was spacious and comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise from the boat or other people. Nothing was too much trouble. The itinerary worked really well, there was enough down time to relax, sunbathe and swim. The excursions added a fun dynamic to the trip and were mostly fun and exciting. We did cycling, kayaking, wine tasting, zip lining (the best!!) plus plenty of time to explore the beautiful Croatian towns which I hadn’t expected to be so charming. There was plenty of choice of restaurants and bars and our crew gave us recommendations on where to eat , even making reservations for us. The food on board was delicious, make sure you advise about dietary restrictions at the time if booking so that they can plan ahead for you. We were extremely lucky that the people on board were fantastic. We all bonded really well which made the experience very special…… a cruise family!!

We sailed on the Contessa. The ship and crew were amazing. Our room was comfortable and more spacious than we had anticipated. The entire ship was spotless. The breakfast buffet always provided a nice variety of choices. The lunch menu changed each day and every meal was delicious. My husband and I chose sail croatia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed warmly by Sanja our cruise director. From the minute we walked on board we felt like a family. The crew was so welcoming and the boat was beautiful. Sanja was most pleasant and attentive throughout the cruise. Vlad our chef for the week outdone himself. The food was outstanding. The bartenders were also so pleasant. Our group bonded like a family and spent multiple days and nights together. The pace of the cruise was perfect. The choice of islands and suggested activities were amazing. By the end of the week we were so sad to leave our sail Croatia family. You never know what to expect with 35 strangers but this mini 7 night cruise exceeded all expectations. We were warmly greeted and had ample time to mingle or do our our things. We were provided with numerous options for eating out and placed to visit at each stop. The on board food (breakfast and lunch) were plentiful and the swim stops along the way were so dreamy and refreshing during our hot week on board. The rooms were well spaced with ample storage for our 2 large and 2 small cases and the A/C kicked in well at night. Our main host Andro was exceptional and his command of the English language made everything seamless, closely followed by the diligent boat crew . We had so much fun, lots of drinks and laughs with guests and plenty of time to really unpack and unwind. I felt safe, my belongings were secure and we strongly recommend the Tempera to those looking for adventure, unique beauty but ample time to chill out.. There are a few deserving tips and taxes to factor in though.

Croatia is beautiful, I loved all the islands, Stari Grad and Mljet National Park were highlights. Tempera is due for a refurb next year, it's fine, but it does need some attention. The crew were great. As a pescatarian I was catered for, but hot breakfast items were all in the same serving dish - eggs tasted of sausages - I can cope with that, but many wouldn't. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable.

I was somewhat disappointed and felt the overall experience to be a little lacking. While the air conditioning failed in some cabins and the crew did what they could to fix it was understandable, one guest complained and the Captain felt it necessary to berate all guests on board at dining. The excursions were less than what was advertised. The swim time was extremely long and cut into time that could have been spent on shore. We scheduled a pick up through our ship from our hotel to the ship for departure and then were not allowed on the ship for 2 hours in an area with no shelter, shopping or bathrooms. The coordinator of excursions missed the mark on helping acquire e-bikes along with knowledge of restaurants and distances to attractions. There were not enough deck chairs for the number of guests. The jacuzzi was filled only twice. Coffee was only available during breakfast hour or had to pay for it. Overall, the experience was not what we had hoped for or planned.

We just returned from the Sail Croatia Explorer trip and cannot say enough about the incredible experience. The boat is new and the cabins were roomy. From the very first day, our cruise director Borna went above and beyond. He and the crew ensured every meal accommodated my gluten allergy. He shared fascinating local history and tips at every port we visited during our morning briefings. The excursions offered were fabulous and well coordinated. We had plenty of time to explore in every port. The highlight of our trip was celebrating our anniversary on one of the islands. Borna took the extra care to call ahead and arrange a romantic table with a breathtaking view of the sea, a gesture that made the evening truly unforgettable. The passengers from all over the world are now lifetime friends. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience and we would recommend Sail Croatia to anyone, without hesitation. We are spoiled forever and could never take a big cruise ship again. Five stars, easily!

Lovely boat and crew. Chef amazing. However did not enjoy being constantly exposed to cigarette smoke on only lower deck, especially when deck was enclosed.

This was a fabulous holiday! There are just three reasons I couldn't give it a perfect 5. 1. "Water toys"-having only 4 "floaties" when you have 36 people on board is not enough. On vacation, no one wants to jump is the sea and tread water for the duration of the swim stop. 2. The new Contessa is lovely. However, on the top deck there was not nearly enough loungers or chairs. People were having to share or go below deck. There was plenty of space for more. 3. It is a bummer that you advertise excursions to Explorer travelers but they actually do not happen or are not reccomended. We were excited on day 1 to go river rafting but once on board heard that that actually wasn't an excursion. Same with canoeing-said you "could" go, but that it was a very bad experience. Better tour operators or excursions need to be sourced. Lola was super and responsive. Martin and Neno amazing employees! Chef Bane and Marko fab. Charlie and Tino fun on deck, and maids were wonderful.

It was me and my husband’s first cruise. We had a great experience that exceeded our expectations. The boat has a modern decoration, the room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The crew were very professional and friendly. Lola “the cruise director” organized all the excursions and gave us many tips about the best restaurants, bars, and even ATMs, she’s very professional and sweet. I highly recommend Contessa cruise, a 5 stars experience.

The Croatian itinerary was fantastic, and the crew were friendly and hardworking throughout the trip. Unfortunately, the condition of the Mali Ante did not meet our expectations. The ship felt older and less well-maintained than many others we saw in port. The jacuzzi was out of service for most of the trip, our shower leaked, & our lower-deck cabin was extremely noisy whenever the engines started. The cabin was also very damp, leaving clothing and towels moist and causing some clothes to develop a musty odor. We also found what appeared to be mold or mildew staining on our bedding. Breakfast was limited to one hour each morning, no snacks were provided between meals, and guests could not bring their own snacks or drinks onboard. Drinks were expensive, and the bar tab had to be paid in cash. Considering the ship’s condition and limited amenities, the suggested gratuities felt excessive. While Croatia was beautiful, the overall experience did not provide the value we expected.

Our week on the Sail Croatia Explorer aboard Almissa far exceeded our expectations. Lauren and the crew were amazing, and everything ran so smoothly. The swim stops were beautiful, and the food was always delicious. A special thank you to Bobby and Marko for catering so well to gluten-free dietary requirements - we never felt like we were missing out. A huge shoutout to Ceaser and Kafka for the fun nights, great music, and always bringing the good vibes. The week truly had something for everyone, whether you wanted a social night out or an early night in (or both, like us!). What really made the trip special was the group of guests. There was such a fun mix of people and ages (we're in our mid-20s), and by the end of the week, it felt like one big happy family. We’ve left Almissa with incredible memories and couldn't recommend this experience highly enough.

We booked the Explorer cruise aboard the Contessa with Sail Croatia expecting nothing more than a floating hotel and an efficient way to explore Croatia's islands. What we didn't expect was to love it so much! We chose the Contessa because of its recent retrofit. The ship felt brand new: modern, elegant, and relaxed. Our cabin was even larger than many cruise ship rooms, with a spacious walk-in shower. Having read so many bad reviews about some of the older vessels, we were thrilled with our choice, as the Contessa truly stood out. The food was consistently good. Our bartenders Martin and Nino quickly learned everyone's preferences and delivered incredible service with warmth, personality, and remarkable attention to detail. Anita, our Cruise Director, kept everything running seamlessly from start to finish. From daily itineraries and restaurant recommendations to helping guests make the most of each island, she never missed a beat. She knows how to create an unforgettable experience.

We scheduled our Sail Croatia trip hoping for a Family Adventure and it was SO MUCH MORE than we had even hoped! Croatia was beautiful! Waking up every morning on the Almissa to a new swim spot was epic and the excursions were fantastic! But Without a doubt, the best part was the people…the crew and the 32 new friends that we will never forget! Lauren, our host, was fantastic! She made every excursion seamless, and her brief history of each destination befire our arrival was one of our favorite parts of the trip. Thank you to Kavka and Ceasar for keeping our drinks full and keeping us laughing! ! To Marko and Bobby for the fabulous food and sensitivity to a dairy allergy. To Geo and Chapo for making sure we were safely docked, and ready for our daily swims. And to Captain Joseph for manning the helm safely! And to all of our new friends who started out as shipmates and ended as friends! What an adventure to remember!

Fabulous family trip with brilliant crew and fantastic cruise director. The 7 days we spent with Sail Croatia on an Explorer cruise on the beautiful Contessa is an experience I will long remember. Anita, our cruise director kept us updated every day and was super helpful with any request we had. Thank you Anita- your knowledge of our destinations, recommendations and patience was outstanding. Bar staff, Nino and Martin were good fun and always keen to help. Thanks for the card game lesson! The rest of the crew were also helpful and responsive to any requests- food was consistently very good and catered for our meal preferences. Great tour options at each location. Looking forward to an opportunity to travel with Sail Croatia again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing! Contessa boat is beautiful. Lower deck cabins are spacious and the ensuite bathrooms are gorgeous. Explorer cruise provided a great mix of activity, fun and relaxation. We enjoyed bike riding, zip lining and kayaking as well as relaxing in the roof top spa and drinking cocktails! Croatia did not disappoint and we couldn’t fault the Sail Croatia staff. Salve di Mare is a beautiful boat. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The lunches were delicious. Our guide Nikos was wonderful. He had recommendations for bars and restaurants and was helpful with the excursions. We had a small group and enjoyed all the guest on the boat. I cannot think of a better way to see the coast of Croatia. I would highly recommend Sail Croatia and Salve di Mare.

The itinerary on our 7 day Tempera cruise was great, our cabin was fantastic but unfortunately the whole experience was severly let down by incredibly poor food and service staff. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the trip.

Try to get pics of room prior to booking-I think we had the worst room on the boat. Room 2 on Tempera has a large intrusion in the room from the next door curved staircase requiring you to hunch over on far side of bed when getting in or out. That closet opens up ONTO the bed and is almost unuseable. The tiny curved table in the room slants down so things slide off of it. The bed was comfortable and the room size decent. The breakfast was good- sausage, eggs, fruit, pastries…. but I (and many other judging by appearances) found the lunches inedible. greasy rice stuffed pepper served with cold mashed potatoes, a bowl of buttered noidles served with a small thin slice of overcooked meat served with more noodles, Very carb heavy and mostly served warm not hot. Soups and desserts were good.

OMG… this trip was AMAZING! I found Sail Croatia on Google, from my very first enquiry right through to the very last day stepping off the boat, the communication & service were exceptional. My sister & I travelled from Split to Dubrovnik Day 1 unfortunately greeted us with rain, however the crew lifted everyone’s spirits with a welcome drink onboard, cosy blankets & warm hospitality all around. The crew were absolutely incredible, honestly cannot fault any one of them. They all worked so well together as a team. Nikos, the best! He kept us updated daily through both the group chat & verbal briefings, always making sure everyone knew the plans, timings & options available. knowledge of Croatian history & he delivered everything with humour & personality. Captain Frane constantly amazed watching him manoeuvre the boat into each port with such skill. Marco & Vlaho were both hilarious, friendly & absolute joy to see every single day. This trip is without a doubt the most relaxing Europe trip we’ve been on. The way Sail Croatia had this trip planned you really don’t worry about anything; food, activities and transportation. Just how much sun time you want to get. Marin, our guide on board, made every decision feel easy! The transparency and care was so evident in the way he did his job. He was always so helpful and fun to talk with. The crew on board Nieksha and Dom were energetic and made us feel well taken care of. My husband and I made so many friends on board, saying goodbye at the end of the week was difficult. It felt similar to when you leave summer camp as a kid. We hope to cross paths again with everyone some day. I would 100% recommend this experience to my friends and family. Oh and do the zip lining if you get the chance! It was breathtaking!

After doing much research my husband and I chose Sail Croatia and the lovely vessel Contessa. The boat is beautiful and cabins are very well appointed and comfortable. The crew was absolutely amazing, I can’t say enough about them. They are kind and beautiful people. Calum, Tino, Petra, Charlie, Nenad, Bane, Marko, Joy, Zeljana, and Captain Slavko were wonderful. Whatever excursion you were interested in, Calum would plan for you. He was always there to help you. He took us to fun and interesting wineries! This was definitely a trip I would recommend. Returned from an Explorer cruise with Sail Croatia, on the Salve Di Mare which is a stunning, luxurious and incredibly comfortable vessel. The layout is exceptional with spacious cabins, sun decks, and jacuzzi. The ship is kept in immaculate condition from the cabins, swim platforms, dining salons, to the sun decks. The service from all staff is professional, friendly, and world class (special thanks to Marko, Vlaho). The onboard chefs, every meal a daily highlight. Our tour manager Marin, was an incredible host, all week going above and beyond for our group. His local knowledge made every excursion experience wonderful. Huge thank you to the entire crew, for their exceptional hospitality, we will definitely be back!

The food was great some days and other just mediocre but you can’t please everyone right? Dino, our tour manager was lovely and very responsive to our questions and requests. He often responded within a minute and was already taking action on our request. He was very knowledgeable about each location and gave us a daily briefing. The ship was beautiful and the staff friendly. Due to rough seas the itinerary had to be changed and we did not visit Vis, but instead went to Omiš, which was a lovely town with stunning landscapes and some exciting excursion options! They handled the itinerary changes gracefully and seamlessly. I've deducted one star as there were a few quirks along the way that could have made the stay more pleasant: The ship has AC, but only when the AC is turned on as a whole, so for the first couple nights and the last night our room was a nearly unbearable 77-80°F at night, there were a couple days where housekeeping came into the room, but the room was only partially done, like 1 out of 3 beds done. All in all it was an enjoyable experience though!

Traveling with Sail Croatia was an experience that was more than " just a cruise" where you are one of hundreds or thousands on a massive ship. It wasn't perfect, but I look back on the friendships we made, the cozy feel of the ship and I'm left with special memories of our time on the Adriatic. When we arrived in Split and were faced with two massive cruise ships at port, I was so thankful for the choice we made. Dino, our cruise director, was a very relatable, friendly guy who responded quickly with our questions. The crew were all very nice! I rated it 4/5 mainly because of a few issues such as ventilation in the cabin that made it uncomfortable for a few days. Otherwise, it would be 5/5!

Sail Croatia helped make the travel process seamless from start to finish. The communication before during and after made the decision to book simple, what to do during the cruise easy and decision to rebook in the future a definite. The staff was visible hardworking and always available to assist in any way need from pouring a drink, crossing a gap or information about local culture or traditions. The cruise director Dino was the best. He not only informative and professional but also fun and engaging. He arranged activities,,helped with bookings,, transport and was there for us to resolve an unexpected inconvenience with a flat tire on a bike excursion . Whike the weather was not perfect for our cruise. Dino and the Captain worked together to avoid the difficult uncontrollable weather and locate ports with better weather and new fun activities seamlessly. This cruise was better than we even anticipated. The crew was great, very responsive, personable, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious; every meal was expertly prepared and what you’d expect from a 5-Star restaurant. The trip was wonderful! Klara was incredibly knowledgable about the areas we were visiting and super helpful to give recommendations. The crew were well equipped in making sure all passengers had a safe and enjoyable cruise from port to port. The chefs made delicious meals for us each day and the bartenders were a delight, always willing to serve with a smile, despite their long hours and early mornings! We chose Sail Crotia for the small size of the ship and passenger count. I have always been attracted to Croatia and this was the perfect opportunity to get an intimate look. The ship, the Salve d’ Mar was lovely. Well kept, modern and spacious. Our staff was friendly accommodating and fun. The tour director Klara was i i formative and fun. Although we preferred a top deck cabin our lower deck was perfect. Comfortable bed, nice size bath and hot showers. We would highly recommend the Sail Crotia line and this ship specifically

From the minute we were told on the app where to board our boat we were looked after. Food was excellent throughout the week and the crew endeavour to make our holiday fun and special. They all work very hard but in a very discreet way. Our cabin which was spacious was cleaned daily. The captain Frane very professional, Klara our host was amazing and kept us up to date with the events and movement of the boat and excursions. The deck hands and bar staff were all so friendly and the other guests we had such a lovely relaxing holiday but also managed to see so many beautiful destinations with this kind of holiday. I loved the variety and we have made many long distance friends as a result. Would highly recommend sail Croatia.

We can not speak highly enough of our time on Salve De Mare! We met and created friendships and memories and were treated so well by the Captain and Staff! Captain Franne found us the most beautiful swim spots! Our Rep Klara was funny, kind, knowledgeable and always on to help us, answer ANY question or request. Our servers/barmen Vlaho & Marco were awesome. Friendly, chatty, and efficient!! They are really good at their jobs! Chefs food was delicious!!! Lots of variety and creativity with the dishes- we were never disappointed! A huge shout out to Monika who mostly stayed in the shadows of the halls and cleaning up after all of us! We did the Explorer cruise which was a lot of fun! Dino & crew were great. providing the group with recommendations for things to do, eat & drink each day. There is the chance for relaxation, swimming, paddle boarding etc & you could book to do excursions or go explore for yourself. The food was delicious, but they do forget about dietary requirements. I spoke to the company before arrival about dairy intolerance, again on check in & during service but gave up in the end. Fortunately it isn’t an allergy I suffer with. Excursions were hit & miss. Some were overpriced and discouraged to do which seems odd to advertise them. The evening dinner & local tour was fab but rushed, a little longer was needed during the meal & drinks to relax. We missed out on the bike tour in Mljet National Park due to winds eventhough other Sail Croatia tours were going there, it seemed there was a rush to get to Dubrovnik?? So be aware the itinerary can change but beautiful swim stops as an alternative.

We had a wonderful week. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The ports and swim stops were unreal. My only negative feedback would be the food. I did not enjoy the food at all. Another negative was how dark the bathrooms are.

We cruised on the Salve di Mare and had a great experience from start to finish! Monica in Sales was my first point of contact and she was friendly, professional and always quick to respond. A pleasure to work with! The cruise itself far exceeded our expectations, primarily because of our Tour Manager, Vicko. He was outstanding!! Not only did he keep us informed about each day's itinerary and the optional excursions, he provided rich historical context and interesting trivia as well. He is a walking textbook on Croatia - but not in a stuffy professor-like way. Everyone on board absolutely loved him! Our bartenders, Marco and Vlaho, were also very service-oriented and friendly. They did an excellent job. As for the food, it was delicious! The chefs make everything on board so each dish was fresh and tasty. Passenger-wise, there were only 40 of us so we were able to get to know one another rather quickly. I suspect that many new (life long?) friendships were formed. Thanks, Sail Croatia!

Our experience with Sail Croatia was phenomenal! It was one of the best trips we've ever taken - offering a nice balance of relaxation on the boat and activities on the islands. It was great to have flexibility to explore on our own (using recommendations provided if we wish) or opt in to the excursions. We enjoyed that we docked in port every night so we could stay out and enjoy the island as long as we wanted. All of the staff were so welcoming, kind, and provided top notch hospitality! We also really enjoyed meeting our fellow shipmates and actually formed some deep friendships with others on the boat, which was unexpected but made the experience that much more special. We highly recommend this cruise!

Concept was great. Yoga daily swim stops and included excursions. Food was great Although Captains dinner could have been a little more special. Maybe include a glass of wine. Also daily it would be nice to know what the lunch was, perhaps even just posted somewhere.. But overall it was a great trip and I would do it again and would highly recommend

Value for money, excellent cruise staff and a great bunch of people on the cruise. The food was excellent. Cabins quiet, clean and comfortable. Vik our tour manager was THE BEST he provided us with so many options and opportunities. When the weather was not so great he worked really hard to find other activities to do. The captain changed our destination so we didn’t experience too many rough conditions. Honestly all the staff worked extremely to give us the most fantastic time. We are sad it is over.

Having celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with Sail Croatia was truly one of the most memorable and magical experiences of our life . From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed with warm hospitality , impeccable service and stunning views. The representative Dino along with the Captain Josip and the entire crew ( waiters/chef and sailors ) went above and beyond to make this experience even more pleasurable,. It was a perfect balance between relaxation and exploration. We returned home with unforgettable memories and a deep gratitude for the journey we shared both on sea and in life.

The crew on the Mali Ante were absolutely exceptional. Everyone was so kind and helpful and the chef was amazing, making us the most delicious food. The tour guide Sasa was a delight, making jokes and helping everyone on the boat feel welcome and included while also giving us the information we needed about our destinations. I had an amazing time on my cruise and would definitely go again!

Had a really fab week aboard the Tempera. Was the perfect mix of downtime, swim stops, activities and socialising. Changeable weather meant we missed Vis and spent an extra night on Hvar at Jelsa, which turned out to be one of my favourite places. The food was excellent and plentiful - I've never eaten so much! Our cabin was excellent too - 'the penthouse' on the second deck, possibly because I booked a year in advance. Loved watching the sunrise out the window. Couldn't get the TV tuned so bring a fire stick or something if you want to use that. Staff were all great, especially Tomas who kept an eye on us at swim stops - always smiling. There was a couple of big groups on our boat which made me nervous we'd be excluded but we made friends no problem and had a blast.

We had a wonderful time on the Mali Ante. The sights, excursions, food and facilities were top notch. The crew were professional, fun and gracious. Our tour host Sasa was a great guy and very responsive. Highly recommend Sail Croatia. Croatia is an incredible country with equally incredible people.

Sail Croatia, Dubrovnik to Spit on Salve di Mare with Vicko as our tour manager was a highlight of our European holiday. We chose an Explorer itinerary hoping for likeminded people on the cruise and could not have asked for a better group of people and crew to explore Croatian islands with. We chose excursions that interested us, and sometimes decided to relax and explore on our own. The morning swim stops were spectacular!. We had a lower deck room and were surprised by its generous size. The crew on Salve di Mare were wonderful, and nothing was ever too much for Vicko, who explained the history and attractions of where we were next visiting, and he was happy to make suggestions and reservations for us. We highly recommend this cruise and hope to return to beautiful Croatia!

We really enjoyed our week on the Almissa, all of the crew were very friendly and professional at all times. The breakfast selections were excellent and most lunches delicious and big servings. The boat was kept very clean at all times. Only negative for us was that we would have like clean towels supplied more frequently as they were only changed once. Also a bath mat supplied for the slippery floor in the bathroom. We would recommend the Almissa & Sail Croatia & would love to book again in the future... Kind Regards to the team!

We had the best week onboard the Almissa. The crew were amazing, always eager to help. Tour Manager Dino was full of local knowledge and it was so helpful when he shared tips and suggestions of where to eat and what to do at each port. The captain adjusted the schedule slightly to ensure we had the best experience on each island, this included swapping ports around so we could visit the Blue Cave in Vis, which was definitely a highlight of our trip. Thank you to all the crew for making this a truly memorable trip.

Overall, trip was fantastic. Boat was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Monica and her cleaning crew did an amazing job keeping cabins clean and linen refreshed. Like fairies because we never saw her. Vsisko was a very good leader. He was knowledgeable, had attention to detail. Enjoyed his morning 10 am debriefs and historical information. Swim stops were the true highlight of our adventure. The only negative, or, suggestion I would have is on the food. Overall, the flavors were very good. However, we all wanted a green salad every once-in-awhile. Could even make a large salad with chicken or shrimp the main course. Or, grilled vegies with the main course. Did not like the lamb chops. Chicken dish and hummus salad was delicious! Crew and staff went above an beyond to create a special wedding anniversary celebration for my husband and me. Great memories and will recommend Sail Croatia.

We had never booked a holiday like this so was a little apprehensive on what to expect. I can honestly say it was amazing. This was such a great way to explore Croatia. We were travelling as a family with 3 young adult/ teenage boys. This type of holiday had the perfect balance of visiting some absolutely stunning destinations and activities such a cycling around a beautiful National Park and driving a buggy through a vineyard and across the island to a beautiful beach. We particularly enjoyed our morning swim stop in beautiful locations were you could take a leisurely swim or paddle board and some snorkelling. Our boat was beautiful ( Queen Jelena) met some great people and the staff could not have done more for us - thank you Nikos and team. Would totally recommend this holiday - you will not be disappointed!

Such an easy and efficient way to see coastal Croatia. You meet lots of others on the boat, however there is plenty of time and opportunity to be by yourselves as well. The excursions are really worthwhile - we particularly enjoyed the bike ride in Mijet National Park. The food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I picked the below deck cabin as I was told it was quieter, however I would recommend an above deck cabin if you can. Could not fault anything with Sail Croatia and would highly recommend.

The week was amazing cruising through the islands, stopping to swim each day and exploring the cute towns. The crew was really friendly/fun (our host was Dino) and the rooms were far more spacious than we expected. One thing to note was that the excursions weren’t included in the booking cost so we ended up spending quite a lot more on doing the activities (30-60 euro pp on each activity). They provided heeeaaaps of food for breakfast and lunch and catered to my dietary requirements (gluten free as I am coeliac) but unfortunately the desserts were pretty sad compared to everyone else’s - usually packet custard/mousse with fruit or just fruit alone :(

We had the most incredible week sailing with Sail Croatia on the Salve di Mare! The whole experience felt so luxurious, the cabins were much bigger than expected, the food was absolutely outstanding, and there was always plenty of space to relax and sunbathe on board. Each day was perfectly planned with swim stops in beautiful spots, a great selection of excursions, and the most welcoming crew who made everything seamless. A special highlight was our expert tour guide Vicko, who was not only friendly and helpful but also gave fantastic morning briefings that brought each destination to life and helped us make the most of our time there! In just 7 days we managed to pack in so many incredible experiences that it honestly felt like a much longer holiday. Sail Croatia exceeded all of our expectations – I couldn’t recommend it more!

I am so grateful for the incredible experience. We sailed for 7 nights from Dubrovnik to Split and loved it! We were surrounded by a wonderful group of like minded people and made friends for life. Lola and Max honestly were the best and provided a wonderful atmosphere and experience. The experience could only be slightly improved by a few tiny things, better coffee on board, the smell around the front lower cabins and swim stops being a little later and longer. But this did not take away from the incredible time we had and we will recommend this to everyone we know! Thank you Sail Croatia!

The quality of the boat, we were on the Princess Diana. The staff and guide were great, we were also lucky we Had all great passengers aboard who all got on well. The food was magnificent and the bar was sufficiently Stocked with fair and reasonable prices, We were Impressed with the rooms and all the amenities Worked. The access to activities was well informed. Overall would do it again and will recommend to Family and friends.

We specifically picked this boat for the hot tub which never worked for the entire trip. Very disappointed by this. We expected more regional dishes for lunch ie more seafood. Most meals were red meat based. The cabin bathrooms were far from clean. The floor under the sink was filthy and shower grout was in need of a cleaning. Really can’t say enough about the staff, super friendly and helpful and the itinerary was fantastic. All the stops were beautiful.
