We loved our cruise on the Almissa, we sailed from Dubrovnik to Split. We had a wonderful week, the crew the food & locations were amazing. We were so lucky to have Dino as our tour guide, he made our trip the best, he gave as so much information on where to eat, what to see, great swim stops, when the weather wasn’t great he organised alternatives which we much appreciated. We had the time of our lives, we loved Croatia!!

I absolutely loved this trip! We did the Explorer Split Return on the Almissa. I'm an avid cruiser, but now I'm spoiled and hooked on small ship cruises! It was so nice to have swim stops each day and get to swim right off the bow of the boat in a beautiful cove! Since we overnighted in each port, we were able to enjoy our time there without worrying about getting back to the boat on time! We were docked in the harbor at each port and walking distance to dining, shops, and activities. Food was great and service was excellent. Our cruise director Vin was so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips and advice for each port. My bed was very comfortable and room was clean with good AC! I had an above deck cabin, so I was able to open my window for fresh air, which was very nice since it wasn't very hot during our end of Sept sailing. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to book another cruise with them if I have the opportunity to return to Croatia!

Perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, your choice! With breakfast and lunch (3 course) included every day and a swim stop in between (my fave part) the afternoon and evening were yours to explore the next town/island. You could choose one of the organised excursions or do your own thing. Nothing was too much trouble, the crew were the best and our tour manager Klara was the bomb!! Thank you Salve di Mare! After extensive research by both my husband and myself, we joined the Sail Croatia, Salve de Mare cruise this past September. Looking for a smaller cruising footprint with excursions was our goal and Sail Croatia did not disappoint. From the date of our embarking to our final day with our new international friends and a wonderful crew, our adventure was just that... a true adventure! I must start off by giving a big round of applause to our group leader, Vin, who prepped us everyday to let us know what to expect and where to go when we were sure and arrange all the excursions including the free ones. For those who love the water, the swim stops were amazing, the water extremely blue and clear and it was so much fun. We really enjoyed all the ports, and all of the people were so friendly. We met people from all over the world and it was awesome. Getting to know each other on board the ship. The food was awesome and plenty of it! Sailed on the beautiful boat Salve di mare. My home for for 7 nights. Above and beyond my expectations. The boat and crew were impeccable and made us feel welcome. The weather wasn't kind to us every day but all efforts were made to keep us happy. Off shore excursions were varied and there was something for everyone. All round a wonderful time and my only suggestion would be to stock up on more breakfast teabags . I hope to travel again with Sail Croatia.

This cruise was better than we even anticipated. The crew was great, very responsive, personable, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious; every meal was expertly prepared and what you’d expect from a 5-Star restaurant. Weather required that we pivot from the original schedule but the captain and the guide made sure we had good alternatives for swimming and exploring. Highly recommend this trip.

The boat was beautiful with a friendly and hard working crew and the cooks prepared delicious food (including the daily breakfast buffet), amazing island stops, swimming/relaxing/exploring every day, etc. and all was communicated through our awesome tour manager, Klara. 5/5 stars-would recommend!!

I had an amazing and unforgettable experience on my Sail Croatia Explorer trip from Dubrovnik to Split. The accommodations were just as I’d hoped, the food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fantastic time. In particular, our cruise guide, Dino, was outstanding—sharing endless insights about the islands, activities, excursions, and even the best restaurants to try. Improve breakfast offerings, variety and presentation. Offer better quality coffee and tea options. Communication with passengers and kitchen waiting staff. Improve lunch offerings, more vegetables, and meat quality and variety. Serve tables with waiters offering drinks. Have coffee and tea making available during day with biscuits etc The discussion of itinerary to be held prior to lunch service. No smoking on ship for passengers and crew. Provide equal number of deck chairs to passengers. We had 10 deck chairs for 36 passengers and I witnessed a passenger confrontation Set outdoor furniture up for passenger comfort prior to breakfast service

The trip was wonderful! Klara was incredibly knowledgable about the areas we were visiting and super helpful to give recommendations. The crew were well equipped in making sure all passengers had a safe and enjoyable cruise from port to port. The chefs made delicious meals for us each day and the bartenders were a delight, always willing to serve with a smile, despite their long hours and early mornings! My husband and i would highly recommend this trip to others.

We chose Sail Crotia for the small size of the ship and passenger count. I have always been attracted to Croatia and this was the perfect opportunity to get an intimate look. The ship, the Salve d’ Mar was lovely. Well kept, modern and spacious. Our staff was friendly accommodating and fun. The tour director Klara was i i formative and fun. Although we preferred a top deck cabin our lower deck was perfect. Comfortable bed, nice size bath and hot showers. We would highly recommend the Sail Crotia line and this ship specifically

We travelled from Dubrovnik to Split on the Salve Di Mare in early September. The crew (Vlaho, Marko and Monika) were attentive and friendly and excellent at their jobs. The kitchen staff were brilliant producing delicious 3 course lunches on a daily basis! Vicko was a fabulous guide and was approachable and informative. The boat was luxurious and the activities were great, although the swim stops in the secluded bays were a highlight for me! Our fellow shipmates from around the world were wonderful, making for an exceptional holiday!

Also Monica along with the Captain and sailors made our experience fun, enjoyable, and personal. The meals prepared by the chefs were delicious. Travelling on Salve Di Mare with Klara as our host exceeded all our expectations! The ship itself is divine large enough to afford everyone their own space but small enough to get us into the most amazing swimming spots and awesome island ports. The rooms are fabulous the food sublime and the crew wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our whole experience was 5 star! Our whole group felt it was a trip of a life time! After seeing other yachts in different ports Salve Di Mare was by far the best! Sail Croatia, Capt France, Klara, Vhlaho, Marco and all the crew we will talk about you for years to come! A dream come true! What an incredible week myself and 5 friends had on the Sail Croatia Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik in September 2025. Weather was great, food incredible and the crew were so friendly and approachable. Nothing was a problem. We had a great bunch of passengers ranging in age from early 20’s to early 70s. Everyone mixed easily and also participated in onshore activities if they wanted to. The activities on offer were varied. Diving off the back of the boat was ‘A DREAM COME TRUE’ . Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the boat was clean and well run. Our tour leader Dino went out of his way to organise amazing extra activities and book restaurants etc. when requested. Particularly enjoyed our tour and meal in the village on our stop in Korcula. I didn't think the wine tour was really worth the money but enjoyed the other activities especially our swim stops in idyllic little bays. I was sad to say goodbye to Dino and the crew..

From the minute we were told on the app where to board our boat we were looked after. Food was excellent throughout the week and the crew endeavour to make our holiday fun and special. They all work very hard but in a very discreet way. Our cabin which was spacious was cleaned daily. The captain Frane very professional, Klara our host was amazing and kept us up to date with the events and movement of the boat and excursions. The deck hands and bar staff were all so friendly and the other guests we had such a lovely relaxing holiday but also managed to see so many beautiful destinations with this kind of holiday. I loved the variety and we have made many long distance friends as a result. Would highly recommend sail Croatia.

We can not speak highly enough of our time on Salve De Mare! We met and created friendships and memories and were treated so well by the Captain and Staff! Captain Franne found us the most beautiful swim spots! Our Rep Klara was funny, kind, knowledgeable and always on to help us, answer ANY question or request. Our servers/barmen Vlaho & Marco were awesome. Friendly, chatty, and efficient!! They are really good at their jobs! Chefs food was delicious!!! Lots of variety and creativity with the dishes- we were never disappointed! A huge shout out to Monika who mostly stayed in the shadows of the halls and cleaning up after all of us! And to the deckhands, your jobs are appreciated! Overall this is a trip we will never forget and thanks the crew of the Salve De Mare for making it happen’

We did the Explorer cruise which was a lot of fun! Dino & crew were great. providing the group with recommendations for things to do, eat & drink each day. There is the chance for relaxation, swimming, paddle boarding etc & you could book to do excursions or go explore for yourself. The food was delicious, but they do forget about dietary requirements. I spoke to the company before arrival about dairy intolerance, again on check in & during service but gave up in the end. Fortunately it isn’t an allergy I suffer with. Excursions were hit & miss. Some were overpriced and discouraged to do which seems odd to advertise them. The evening dinner & local tour was fab but rushed, a little longer was needed during the meal & drinks to relax. We missed out on the bike tour in Mljet National Park due to winds eventhough other Sail Croatia tours were going there, it seemed there was a rush to get to Dubrovnik?? So be aware the itinerary can change but beautiful swim stops as an alternative.

The crew were outstanding and very accommodating. The pace and size of the group was always personal and a great mix of people from around the world. I would sincerely recommend this trip to anyone. We visited so many islands which otherwise would not be reached by your usual cruise ships. Croatia is spectacularly beautiful and our experience was simply amazing!! It will forever be cemented in our memories. Thank you to crew at Almissa for giving us these wonderful memories. You were outstanding.

We had a wonderful week. The staff was amazing, helpful and friendly. The ports and swim stops were unreal. My only negative feedback would be the food. I did not enjoy the food at all. Another negative was how dark the bathrooms are.

The Dalmatian islands were so beautiful! Hana our tour manager was outstanding.. She was also always available and prompt in responding back to our questions.. she is a great asset to your company.. the food was great/chef excellent. The crew members had a great sense of humor and were fun to be around.. Cesar and Kristina were very attentive serving food and drinks. I would recommend this trip to everyone..

Highly recommend this cruise. Food was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Tour organiser Dino was very knowledgeable and all his recommendations regarding places to go and eating places were on point. Plenty of relaxation time and you could either choose to do extra activities or keep relaxing if you prefer.

Value for money, excellent cruise staff and a great bunch of people on the cruise. The food was excellent. Cabins quiet, clean and comfortable. Vik our tour manager was THE BEST he provided us with so many options and opportunities. When the weather was not so great he worked really hard to find other activities to do. The captain changed our destination so we didn’t experience too many rough conditions. Honestly all the staff worked extremely to give us the most fantastic time. We are sad it is over.

Having celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with Sail Croatia was truly one of the most memorable and magical experiences of our life . From the moment we stepped on board, we were welcomed with warm hospitality , impeccable service and stunning views. The representative Dino along with the Captain Josip and the entire crew ( waiters/chef and sailors ) went above and beyond to make this experience even more pleasurable,. It was a perfect balance between relaxation and exploration. We returned home with unforgettable memories and a deep gratitude for the journey we shared both on sea and in life.

I’ve just returned from an Explorer holiday on the Tempera. It was just excellent. We had a fantastic guide who was knowledgeable and very engaging with all the guests onboard and even if you ran into him onshore he took the time to point out the best spots to visit. The chef onboard was very good with the dining room set out with four large tables so you got to meet everyone over breakfast and lunch each day. Excursion offered each day were really fun too and very good value. And the bar onboard was well stocked and run very well by two bar staff at all times. We had a lower deck room and the steps were quite steep so keep to flat shoes. But honestly I would 100% recommend this trip and boat. Thank you Sail Croatia for a fabulous week.

And what a trip it was! Toma was very thorough in his daily briefing, speeches and messages. Period very quick to respond to questions. The food on the ship was amazing- the chef is a wizard with sauces. Marco and Vlaho were attentive as waiters and bartenders. We had someone with a dairy allergy in our group and Marco never mixed up her meals. Monica, the maid, bartender and waitress was a delight. The captain was charming at dinner. And I especially enjoyed a chat. I had with him one evening up on the deck. Well, I did not get to know any of the sailors. They were obviously pros at their jobs and always had a smile in a hello when you passed them. The size of the ship allowed you to get to know all your fellow passengers. There was a good mix of onshore activities and the ability to pick and choose and create your own holiday. I highly recommend Sail Croatia.

Had a really fab week aboard the Tempera. Was the perfect mix of downtime, swim stops, activities and socialising. Changeable weather meant we missed Vis and spent an extra night on Hvar at Jelsa, which turned out to be one of my favourite places. The food was excellent and plentiful - I've never eaten so much! Our cabin was excellent too - 'the penthouse' on the second deck, possibly because I booked a year in advance. Loved watching the sunrise out the window. Couldn't get the TV tuned so bring a fire stick or something if you want to use that. Staff were all great, especially Tomas who kept an eye on us at swim stops - always smiling. There was a couple of big groups on our boat which made me nervous we'd be excluded but we made friends no problem and had a blast.
