The boat “ Mali Anti “ was more comfortable and larger than I expected. My cabin was large with wardrobe and cupboard space again more than I am used to on smaller boats . The shower and bathroom was clean and functional . The Crew were always around to help , immaculate in serving us and attending all our needs . The food was enjoyable and plenty bearing in mind we were cycling every day . I met many new friends and had a fun time which was again above my expectations. The crew who took us on our cycle trips , Ivica and Anita were brilliant. Helped us all from flat tyres repair , advice on restaurants, bars.interesting stories of the history of all the locations and islands they took us to . They made us safe and looked after us making the whole week just perfect The islands were stunning , cycling through beautiful villages , vineyards and deserved coffee stops meant I had such a fabulous holiday I am back home for 2 days and have booked again for next year!

Three reasons to go. Boat: Gorgeous comfy boat and cabin with such beautiful wood work with lots of places for the guests to spread out and relax. Bike: Awesome bike riding through all terrain with a close up view of each island. I am not a big bike rider but an relatively fit so found the rides enjoyably challenging. Never felt rushed. Ebikers went ahead and classic bikes hung back and paced themselves. And the food! Being a vegetarian I did not want to get my hopes up but boy did they impress me. Incredibly well prepared food. And with all the biking I had an appetite that was well satisfied. And consider yourself blessed if you get Ivan and Marin as your guides. Those guys took such good care of everyone - especially me being the only solo guest. And Marvin's historical briefings for each island was something I looked forward to each day! Thanks for the lifetime memories!

The intimate experience of a small ship was even better than we expected. You get to know the passengers and crew but also have time to spend on your own. The smaller ship allows for entry into smaller ports that you wouldn't get to experience on a large cruise line. Everything was great, from the cabin to the food, the swim stops, would honestly not have changed a thing. If you ever get the chance, I would highly recommend that everyone enjoy the Sail Croatia experience at least once!

I was initially undecided about doing a group sailing trip, but am very glad I did. Klara and the Almissa team did a fantastic job making sure we were looked after, fed, and entertained. The Stari Grad wine tasting and morning swim stops were the highlights. Klara went out of her way to ensure we knew exactly what was happening when, and you never felt it was a nuisance asking for help. There was a good mix of ages and mostly Australians, Kiwis & Americans in the group. Would recommend.

A fantastic relaxing 7 nights on the Romantic Star, Elegance cruise. A brilliant way to see the Croatian islands. Excellent service on board from our Captain Ivan, all the crew and our Tour Manager, Ioanna, who put 150% into making sure we all had a good time. The food was delicious and from beginning to end we didn’t need to worry about a thing. Every detail had been carefully planned to make the holiday perfect. I’d like to do it again soon and will certain recommend Sail Croatia to my friends and family.

Had the best time ever. I was a little nervous travelling on my own and about motion sickness but had the best time ever and have made friends for life. Our guides Anita and Mate were incredible. They made the whole experience memorable. I did the Hike and Cruise trip and it had the right amount of activity and relaxation. Anita and Mate briefed us on the hike each morning and safely took us and brought us back. They made great recommendations for other activities to do once we got back as well as dinner recommendations. We sailed on the Salve De Mare. The Captain and his crew were great. The cabins were very comfortable, and the lunches were incredible. Captain's dinner was also very good. If i had to say something negative cause everything can't be perfect, it would be, need better coffee on the boat! I would recommend this trip to anyone. The age range of our group was 52 to 72 and the hike was manageable by all.

My ship was beautiful and the captain was clearly proud to have built it with his family. The accommodations were clean and spacious. Food was phenomenal. The guide was knowledgeable and honest - not just pushing sales or pressuring guests to use certain businesses. Croatia itself was welcoming and gorgeous. An island bike ride was a high point as was a local farm to table dinner.

From the moment I met Karolina and a few other passengers quayside at Split I felt welcome and comfortable. (I am 73 and travel solo). Over lunch we were given a full orientation about the ship and the week ahead: scheduled swim stops, shore excursions, meal times etc. My fellow passengers were a great mix of personalities, from reserved to more lively and we all got on so well (lucky/blessed). The Captain and crew, from front of house and in the background were efficient and fun. Special mention goes to our Cruise Director Karolina whose care and attention to detail were exceptional! We had the opportunity to swim every day which I did despite the water temperature, hence my given cruise name!! I can’t recommend this company/trip highly enough! Croatia is the most beautiful country; the people who live there are lovely (nearly everyone understands English), its history, food and wine absolutely great.

Our week aboard the Salve Di Mare with Sail Croatia was nothing short of amazing! Every stop was perfectly chosen, offering the ideal balance of rich history, relaxing coastal vibes, and absolutely stunning scenery. As the first cruise of the season, it was wonderfully peaceful — the towns were quiet but still full of charm, giving us a chance to enjoy Croatia without the usual crowds. The ship itself was stunning: modern, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The crew were incredibly helpful, friendly, and truly made us feel like part of one big family. Special mention goes to our guide, Anita, who was simply next-level amazing. Her passion and deep knowledge of Croatian history made every moment memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we experienced the very best Croatia has to offer, and by the end, it felt like we had known her forever. If you're considering this trip, my one tip would be to fly/start in Split and fly/finish out of Dubrovnik with a few nights in each.

Rooms spacious, the excursions were well planned and brilliant. Our host Anita was friendly and very helpful. The sailing team were friendly and helpful. The food could have been better, the portions however were generous. Swim stops lovely. Would have liked the hot tub warmer when it was available to use. The team were very organised and gave us all the info on stops, timings and what to do at each port. It is a fantastic boat the captain and crew were exceptional!

The tour was a wonderful way to see some of Croatia, relax, and enjoy some outdoor and cultural activities. Ioana was a fantastic tour guide and the crew on the boat provided excellent service. The history tour in Split was very interesting, the wine tasting in Korcula was lovely, bike riding in Mljet and Makarska (private rental) was a great way to see the area, and going up the cable car in Dubrovnik provided amazing views of the city and coastline. I enjoyed the swim stops and the option to use the on-board paddle board and kayak, and the food onboard was delicious and plentiful. There was a good mix of down-time and activities/walking in the towns to keep things fun and interesting. We weren't able to do all of the excursions due to weather conditions, but it wasn't a big issue (and they were often quite pricey). I enjoyed seeing a number of different locations, while returning to the same room every night and getting to know the many wonderful people on the tour.

We had a great time on our private catamaran tour in early October 2024. When I asked family members what their top parts of the trip were, they said "the amazing coves that our captain took us to for private swimming and relaxing," "the fabulous food that our hostess cooked for us every day", and the wine and food we found along the islands. October was a great time to travel around beautiful Croatia without crowds, and while there were some limits in that restaurants or shops were sometimes closed and the weather was less predictable, it ended up being a terrific trip. Every step of the way (including a post-trip excursion) was supported by both the administrative teams and the sailing teams.

This holiday was a total knock out and far exceeded my expectations. Our two guides, Marin and Mila, were fantastic. They are both passionate about: cycling, Croatian history and maintaining the authentic side of Croatia. Both had safety top of their list - even adapting rides for me as I am afraid of heights. The food was great and as much as I enjoyed the cycling - which was my main reason for booking this holiday - I also enjoyed all of the walks and talks on Croatian history. Without doubt I'll be back!

The ship was comfortable and quite luxurious. Staff were very helpful and always pleasant The food was excellent. Congratulations to the chefs The cabin was cleaned daily and towels and bedding changed. Well done to the maid The captain changed the route when necessary to enjoy a safe venue and sheltered areas to swim. Being able to use the drop down platform enabled me to enjoy the daily swim stop. I would not have been able to do the swimming without it. Captain and crew did everything to enhance our experience. The travel guide V was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and friendly with a great sense of humour. All in all a very positive and memorable trip. I woul highly recommend this trip to anyone. We travelled on the Katarina from Split return. It was so much fun and the scenery spectacular. If I had to suggest one thing that is a must I would say you need to book on the Katarina. It is a family run yacht and they honestly treat you like family. It was 5 star from start to finish.

Our plan was to do the E-bike trip but it was full so we decided to jump on the hike trip! We definitely made a good decision!! Mate and Karla did such an amazing job accommodating everyone! They both really love their country and love to share it with everyone!! We were able to go off on our own and rent bikes/mopeds if we chose to change things up a bit! We met so many great people from all over the world! We highly recommend sailing with this group!

We were on the Colombo boat with Bruno and an excellent crew. They were polite, efficient, hard working, friendly and very good at their jobs. Our guides Mate and Karla were fantastic! travelling solo for the first time was daunting to me, however from start to finish sailing on the Emanuel with the skilled and friendly skipper, the chef, who treated us with delicious meals, to Ivan and the other hands on board this experience got better and better. Tour guides Mila and Anita were passionate about their beautiful home country of Croatia and their enthusiasm for our day to day activities made this the perfect trip to include daily Hikes, swims in stunning locations, local knowledge and ensured everyone on board this lovely, comfortable ship had the best time. Of cause the highlight for me were the other 25 passengers I met. All like minded people from around the globe and im sure we will all remain friends. We had so much fun ! Bought the explorer sail package and it was absolutely perfect. Wake up, have breakfast buffet on board, the captain would drop us off for a swim stop (1-3 hours), then it’s a 3 course lunch, right as we finish our lunch we have arrived at our new destination. We then had the rest of the day to explore at our own pace or sign up for the additional excursions. It was the perfect balance of scheduled and free time. I can’t wait to go back to Croatia!

I highly recommend doing Sail Croatia! I boarded not knowing anyone and left with the most incredible group of friends. I loved every minute of the trip and it’s such an easy way to visit many different destinations in Croatia. I booked the Navigator Cruise and was placed on the Tuna ship with the most incredible crew. I want to give a massive shout out to Toni our Tour Manager who made the trip so much better! Toni and the crew always went above and beyond and I am forever grateful for them all.

We traveled with family and friends - everyone had a connection to at least one other person and my sister - the organizer - had done a cruise on the Mali Ante the year before, so certainly all of that familiarity contributed, but the trip was just a wonderful combination of exercise, relaxation, wonderful people, perfect weather and idyllic destinations. I don't remember ever being that relaxed and content.

What a wonderful week on Tempra Explorer Cruise this week. The crew were extremely helpful and attentive. The chef was masterful in his approach to Croatian cuisine. Lovely presentations and always supremely delicious. Our Sail Croatia host Victor was such a positive influence. He is funny and very knowledgeable. Our cabin was easily large enough for 2 adults and good size bathroom and shower. Loved this cruise!
