We had such an amazing holiday . It was a real adventure, yoga , swim stops every day, biking in the most beautiful surroundings and hiking. Lots of other available activities too if you wanted. We visited some gorgeous places, it was so much fun! The crew were very friendly and helpful and Dora was the best you could ask for on a trip like that , she organised so much and really made the trip special. Her sunrise yoga was a perfect way to start the day . I would highly recommend. Also the food is delicious! 😊 ❤️

We had a great time on our yoga cruise. The entire crew on the Almissa were hard working & fantastic. We found Croatians in general so friendly & accommodating. We felt safe @ all our travel stops. Our activities director - Dora had our days well planned with a fantastic balance of activities & beautiful swim spots. To see Croatia on a boat is a dream! We met the nicest & fun people on our cruise- a real mix of ages & from all over the world. The food was good. There was always a great selection @ buffet breakfast - something for everyone. We had an amazing week cruising the islands of Croatia with Sail Croatia on the MS Contessa. My husband and I, and some friends cruised Split to Dubrovnik on Salve di Mare in Sep '26. We enjoyed it very much. The ship was beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. Our package included breakfast and lunch. The food was faultless! Both meals were excellent Breakfast consisted of hot and cold choices and was tasty,fresh and plentiful. Our three course lunch was impressive to say the least - restaurant worthy, tasty, fresh and varied. Hats off to the chef - he did an amazing job! Equally impressive was the bar staff - Marco and Vlaho! They knew every single name in the first hour ! And, they knew all of our preferred drinks by dinner! No request was too hard, or a bother for them. They were warm, welcoming and always smiling. Cheers to both of them Our cruise director Vicko was knowledgable and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this to anyone considering this cruise.

Croatia itself is absolutely stunning but what really made the trip was the crew. We got to know everyone throughout the week & they genuinely made the whole experience the best it could have been. Marin was the best. Always so happy, helpful & willing to go above & beyond for everyone. I especially loved his “me time”. Kristijana was amazing. Everything seemed to run so smoothly & you could tell how much work she was doing behind the scenes. Neno & Jovana were so canny. They were friendly from day one & somehow always remembered exactly what we liked to drink. Marko & Bane - The food was amazing every single day & they were so accommodating with my allergy. Beautiful trip thru the islands of Croatia starting in Dubrovnik and ending in Split. Our cruise director, Anita was so kind and amazing! She always answered questions, explained the local culture, and set up side trips for us. The boat was comfortable with daily cleaning and I was thankful for the A/C! The swim stops were so incredibly beautiful that I have renamed my home WiFi to “swimstop” to honor them. Blue and clear every day! I can’t say enough good things about our trip, from the Captain to the Crew and most importantly, the Cruise Director, Anita. We had the most amazing experience and felt very well taken care of. The ship was always spotless and watching the Captain cruise into port and dock the yacht was a sight to see. The Crew worked so hard in assisting, making every detail seem effortless. The Chef always had a delicious 3-course lunch that was always a delight and left us satisfied all day. Anita was incredible and well organized. All adventures were well organized and detailed and made each day even more enjoyable. Anything we needed, we could count on Anita to direct us and make our experience even better than expected. Traveling on a smaller ship was amazing and the Kraljica Jelena was wonderful, made possible by the Captain and crew who diligently took care of the ship daily - cleanliness was on point. Also what made this adventure so amazing was the coordination of events, communication, and awesome attitude and humor of our crew coordinator, Anita Condic. I can’t speak highly enough about this experience I had on Almissa with sail Croatia. It was so enjoyable and comfortable that the boat genuinely started to feel like home. From the people we met, to the destinations we sailed to, and the experiences we got to have, it made leaving on our last day very difficult. The entire staff on the boat, especially, were so dedicated to making our time the best it possibly could be that everything blew me away. 10000/10 staff. I don’t think I could recommend visiting this beautiful country any other way than by sail. I will be back on the almissa in the future.

We had a great time on the sailing trip, and the staff really made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure guests had a good time. Their professionalism and positive attitude were definitely the highlight of the trip. That said, the cleanliness of the boat could use some improvement. While it didn’t ruin our experience, some areas felt like they could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning and a little more attention to upkeep. My week on the Sail Croatia Explorer Cruise aboard the Contessa with my friend was truly unforgettable. From the planning and excursions to the beautiful islands and amazing food, everything was so well done. But what really made the trip special was the people. The crew created such a fun, welcoming environment that a boat full of strangers quickly felt like a group of friends and family. Huge thank you to Marin, Ivana, Neno, Joy, Charlie, Tino, Kristijana, Captain Slavko, Bane and Marko for making the week so memorable — and for keeping us very well fed and informed! I met some incredible people along the way, and by the end of the week, saying goodbye was genuinely hard. That says everything about the kind of experience Sail Croatia creates. I’m already talking about doing it again and bringing more friends and family next time. I cannot speak more highly of Sail Croatia and the service they provided. We sailed the Contessa on the Explorer and it truly felt like you were on a yacht. Our tour guide, Marin, was absolutely the best. Not only did he always have good and honest recommendations, he made sure to accommodate your every need and request. Day of reservations? No problem, Marin took care of it. The food served was excellent, I left lunch everyday not able to finish all that they served. Our bartenders were also top tier. They truly mixed better cocktails than what we would have on land, shout out to Neno! A truly professional crew from the sailors to the housekeeper. I did not want to leave at the end of the week and wish i could have sailed with the crew for another week! Thank you Marin and all of the crew who curated the perfect experience!

I began this trip thinking it would be a ONCE-in-a-lifetime trip. It was so fabulous I would do it every year if budget allowed! The yacht was spacious and well-appointed. Our guide, Hana, was OUTSTANDING. Cannnot say enough good things about her concierge-type service, her kindness, and her stellar approach to guiding 31 guests through mulitple excursions, all with a smile. The chefs consistently put out 5 star meals, and our servers were attentive to every need. And the Croatian coast/islands are a beautiful ocean gem - other island vacation destinations pale in comparison. All put together, the result was memories that will last a lifetime.

We were on board Almissa and apart from the amazing itinerary and coastline we travelled I found Hana from Sail Croatia friendly, informative and extremely helpful. She was a bubble of joy. To the hard working sailors (deck hands, multi taskers) whose names I just can’t place thank you. The boat was handled beautifully and kept sparkling by you two. To the chefs… the food was lovely and I’ve definitely put on a couple of kegs haha. Caesar and Kafka you made the trip something to treasure… your friendliness and charm made us feel like family. We had an amazing experience. The crew and Josko were great. The rooms were great spacious and clean. The boat was very clean and staff was attentive. Couple suggestions would be if there was a. Way to keep the breakfast hot as it was cold by the time we ate. Be nice to have. Coffee through out the day and it be available earlier. The plants on the tables were nice but to big. When paying our bar bill it was difficult as we never saw or get emailed a receipt to show the breakdown. That might be something we should get before leaving a printed one. The bar attendants were so fun. The lunches were amazing. Only meal was the veal that was not good. Swim stops were beautiful. And staff was great setting everything up for us.to enjoy the swim spots. Josko was great helping us find the best places to eat and answered other questions we had. If it was a full boat I don’t think the hot tub would have worked for 36 passengers. We were lucky to only have 16 on board. Thank you to all

This trip exceeded my expectations . The staff were great , friendly . Food was very good , I was expecting it to be basic. I’ve been on several cruises with celebrity so I do like decent food.Cabins were very clean and comfortable . Great shower. Loved waking up every morning to the scenery , saw dolphins several times , beautiful scenery and loved the various island stop offs . We were well informed on excursions available and places to visit when not on board .

We travelled on the Almissa with a total group of 22 people to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. This was one of THE BEST TRIPS I have ever taken! We could not have been happier with the service, cleanliness of the ship, fun excursions, excellent food and drinks and exceptional crew! Captain Josip was the best! He sailed the Almissa perfectly, changing the order of our itinerary to best suit weather and wind conditions, giving us a perfect week of sun and beautiful weather. Our sailors Ivan and Capo took beautiful care of the ship, working tirelessly behind the scenes. Chefs Marko and Bogden prepared delicious meals with very large potions and beautiful presentation. Bartenders Kafka and Cezar prepared wonderful drinks while interacting with all of us in a fun atmosphere. We loved Hana our cruise director, she was THE BEST! She lovingly took care of all of our needs, provided us with history, information on restaurants and places to see, and even made a reservation for 22 of us!

What an amazing experience sailing around the beautiful islands of Croatia. Our trip started in Slpit & end ended in Dubrovnik. We stopped at 5 amazing islands along the way. The boat guide Andro was incredibly knowledgeable about each island’s history & what it had to offer and gave suggestions on activities and restaurants along the way. The crew were great however my only suggestion would be it lacked a female’s touch (all male crew) 😅. Eg room cleaning & also lack of salad at lunch time with massive serving of 3 course meal at lunch (the men very happy). I would highly recommend Sail Croatia it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Sail Croatia was amazing. We were doing a bit of a Europe tour; Greece, Croatia and Italy. Croatia was the middle of our trip and the highlight. Don’t even hesitate about booking this trip. We sailed on the Princess Dianna for 7 days with a crew that bent over backwards for us to make sure we had a good time. The food was amazing everyday. Mario was our main tour guide. Mario is extremely knowledgeable about the areas that we visited and just a great guy to hang out with. The Sail Croatia trip was great. Beautiful swim stops, interesting fellow travelers, and no shortage of food or drinks. Good value for money, and leaves you wanting more time in Croatia. A few things I would change: The amount of time spent in port towns. We were really only in a port during the late afternoons and at night, and it would have been really nice to have more daytime to explore the islands and towns. There's a lot of food waste on the boat. Every lunch had three courses, and they were huge and quite heavy. One or two courses, or the ability to opt in or out of certain courses, would reduce food waste. Also, the house wine on the boat was from two huge plastic jugs on the floor behind the bar. It was super sweet and undrinkable. It would have been nice to have the option for a glass of decent house wine, instead of having to purchase whole bottles.

Spectacular week on board the Mali Ante Explorer cruise! Went on some excursions, skipped others, was never unhappy about where I ended up. Seemed impossible to make a bad choice between the pristine sea, the INCREDIBLE crew, and all the picturesque seafront towns my heart could desire! Not generally a big cruise person but this didn’t feel like that at all, aside from the convenience of not having to plan a single travel logistic ourselves. It all felt friendly and personal and like the perfect size group to make some friends, learn everyone’s name, but have plenty of opportunity for privacy too. Below deck room w/twins was perfect for two besties and actually much larger than I expected—just bring earplugs for the morning engine noise and you’ll do great. Again have to say a fabulous crew made it feel really special. Put it this way: if you like to like things you will find it easy to like this vacation! Highly recommend mid/late June for crisp water and perfect daytime temps.

Another AMAZING week cruising through the Dalmatian islands. My husband, Bill, and I found Sail Croatia back in 2017 and did our first week in 2018. As Bill says “it’s the easy button.” A handful of years later we wanted to go again, so we booked a week on the Salve di Mare. Wow! Another incredible week some little details had even improved from the first time. We became friends with several other guests from the far reaches of the world, stayed in touch, and my Aussie friend, Kirstyn, and I schemed a return. 7 of us from the 2023 trip returned this year (more had planned to, but life got in the way). Klara was our guide in ‘23, and there was some concern that this year’s Sail Croatia rep might not live up to her, but Saša was up to the challenge. He was friendly, approachable, funny, and informative. It really felt like he cared about each of us. The whole crew of Salve di Mare (Captain, sailors, chefs, waiters, housekeeper… ) were professional, kind, and hardworking. ❤️Sail Croatia!

The seven night cruise in Croatia was an enjoyable experience. We saw different islands, daily swims and enjoyed the staff. The food was good and was typical Croatian food, lots of meat. If you are vegetarian they will accommodate you. If you like to float on a float during the swim stops bring your own floatation as there are limited choices.. Couple things I would change are the mattresses on the beds. They were very lumpy and hard on my body. I think more towels should be given to the passengers as they only do one exchange for the entire week.

Everything was so well planned. Our representative Marin was extremely helpful. Croatia is a beautiful country with some amazing towns with incredible medieval fortresses and buildings. Cruising among the Dalmatian islands in the Adriatic Sea on Sail Croatia's Almissa ship was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The crew served delicious breakfasts and lunches. Caesar and Merico kept everyone well served and entertained. Dino, our tour guide, did a fantastic job and had great suggestions for places to go on our own. He was also a great source of information on the history and culture of Croatia. I absolutely loved this trip! We did the Explorer Split Return on the Almissa. I'm an avid cruiser, but now I'm spoiled and hooked on small ship cruises! It was so nice to have swim stops each day and get to swim right off the bow of the boat in a beautiful cove! Since we overnighted in each port, we were able to enjoy our time there without worrying about getting back to the boat on time! We were docked in the harbor at each port and walking distance to dining, shops, and activities. Food was great and service was excellent. Our cruise director Vin was so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips and advice for each port. My bed was very comfortable and room was clean with good AC! I had an above deck cabin, so I was able to open my window for fresh air, which was very nice since it wasn't very hot during our end of Sept sailing. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to book another cruise with them if I have the opportunity to return to Croatia!

I must start off by giving a big round of applause to our group leader, Vin, who prepped us everyday to let us know what to expect and where to go when we were sure and arrange all the excursions including the free ones. Sailed on the beautiful boat Salve di mare. My home for for 7 nights. Above and beyond my expectations. The boat and crew were impeccable and made us feel welcome. The weather wasn't kind to us every day but all efforts were made to keep us happy. Off shore excursions were varied and there was something for everyone. We travelled from Dubrovnik to Split on the Salve Di Mare in early September. The crew (Vlaho, Marko and Monika) were attentive and friendly and excellent at their jobs. A dream come true! What an incredible week myself and 5 friends had on the Sail Croatia Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik in September 2025. Weather was great, food incredible and the crew were so friendly and approachable. Nothing was a problem. We had a great bunch of passengers ranging in age from early 20’s to early 70s. Everyone mixed easily and also participated in onshore activities if they wanted to. The activities on offer were varied. Diving off the back of the boat was ‘A DREAM COME TRUE’ . We had a perfect week on Sail Croatia! We loved every minute. The tour manager and crew were excellent, food was fantastic ( we may well be slightly heavier than when we got on 🤣) We we lucky enough to have a fantastic group of like minded people and together with all the crew, it made for one fun week that will stay in our memories forever ❤️

I’ve just returned from an Explorer holiday on the Tempera. It was just excellent. We had a fantastic guide who was knowledgeable and very engaging with all the guests onboard and even if you ran into him onshore he took the time to point out the best spots to visit. The chef onboard was very good with the dining room set out with four large tables so you got to meet everyone over breakfast and lunch each day. Excursion offered each day were really fun too and very good value. And the bar onboard was well stocked and run very well by two bar staff at all times. We had a lower deck room and the steps were quite steep so keep to flat shoes. But honestly I would 100% recommend this trip and boat. Thank you Sail Croatia for a fabulous week.

And what a trip it was! Toma was very thorough in his daily briefing, speeches and messages. Period very quick to respond to questions. The food on the ship was amazing- the chef is a wizard with sauces. Marco and Vlaho were attentive as waiters and bartenders. We had someone with a dairy allergy in our group and Marco never mixed up her meals. Monica, the maid, bartender and waitress was a delight. The captain was charming at dinner. And I especially enjoyed a chat. I had with him one evening up on the deck. Well, I did not get to know any of the sailors. They were obviously pros at their jobs and always had a smile in a hello when you passed them. The size of the ship allowed you to get to know all your fellow passengers. There was a good mix of onshore activities and the ability to pick and choose and create your own holiday. I highly recommend Sail Croatia.

We had such an amazing time on Tempera with Anita and the wonderful crew. Everything was so organised and the food was so delicious, special shout out to Max, but all the crew were amazing and really took care of us. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather and were able to stop at all islands on the agenda. The buggy rides in Korcula were a highlight for me, but all the activities were fantastic. I would definitely return again, and recommend this to anyone who wants to see some of the islands of Croatia with ease. Thanks!

I traveled on the Tempera with a group of friends in August 2025, sailing from Dubrovnik to Split. We had an AMAZING time getting to visit the different cities and islands - the flexibility of the itinerary to accommodate weather turned out to be one of the best aspects of the trip, because it allowed to us to explore places and activities that otherwise wouldn't have been available to us (e.g. ziplining in Omiš). The tours and activities coordinated by Sail Croatia were top notch and offered a wide variety of ways to experience the country, from wine tours to canyoneering. Our guide Vic was so personable and knowledgeable about each of our stops, and the entire crew of the ship from the kitchen/bar to the deck were absolutely wonderful (and went above and beyond to help me when I tripped and fell!) The cabins and ship were very clean, though the heat proved tough for the AC at times. The food was incredible, the drinks were great, and overall, this was well worth every penny.

This was an experience I will never forget! Croatia is a gem and Sail Croatia is the best way to see the Islands. The Crew and the Rep on the Tempera (Dubrovnik to Split) were phenomenal. VK, the Rep, was full of information and made the destination meetings really interesting. The Crew on the boat were only too happy to listen to any requests anyone had. The boat was comfortable and the group of like minded traveller will remain friends for a long time, if not for life. The daily swim stops were, not only beautiful but, a really good way to get to know our fellow travellers, as were the wonderful breakfasts and lunches provided on the boat. If I had to pick one highlight (there are so many) it would be the Zipline, Omis. The guides were brilliant and patient and the views were sensational..Oh and it was so much fun. The only low light (for me) was the wine tasting in Stari Grad. Just too many groups there for one host to manage so we were a bit ignored!

My friends and I traveled on the Tempera on an Explorer cruise in August 2025, and we had a wonderful trip! The accommodations onboard the ship were great, and both Vicko (our tour director) and the Tempera staff were fantastic. Vicko was the best possible cruise director: he was knowledgeable, honest, and super kind, and he really helped us plan our port adventures. As a vegan, I was a little worried about the food onboard, but the kitchen & bar crew (especially Max) really went above and beyond to take care of me. Every member of the ship's crew made sure my friends and I had a fun and memorable trip. Really loved getting to know the other passengers onboard too!

My friend and I travelled on the Queen Jelena from Split to Dubrovnik on the navigator cruise. This had to be one of the best experiences of my life. Dino, our trip leader, went above and beyond. He had fantastic food recommendations for each island, as well as tips for what to see and do and incredible knowledge of Croatia. He took excellent care of everyone on board! He was amazing!! The crew were also fantastic. The food was delicious! And the boat itself was beautifully designed and very comfortable. We also had an amazing group of people to travel with and we so enjoyed getting to know all of them and listening to their travel and life stories. We will definitely be staying in touch. I cannot give Dino, the crew and the captain enough praise. Thank you, Sail Croatia, for this amazing experience.

My friends and I made the sail Croatia a birthday trip for me to celebrate in the Adriatic Sea! We had so much fun with our new friends on board and our amazing host Dino. Cesar and Kristina were our lovely bar staff and now have become our friends. We will definitely come back and do this trip again. Dino was very helpful with accommodating our needs and the chefs went out of their way to cater to my allergies. I have so many amazing memories from this week and I will recommend it to my friends in the states. This was the perfect way to see so many islands and coves that big cruises don’t have access to!! My only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror somewhere on the boat :) Thanks for an amazing vacation!!

We sailed on the Mail Ante from Split to Dubrovnik, we had the absolute best time ever. The crew were fantastic, the food was amazing, we loved Mario who looked after us every day like he was our family. So welcoming, Lola our tour guide was gorgeous, friendly and very informative, giving us realistic expectations of tours and local bars, restaurants etc. The lower deck cabin was. Very spacious much bigger than I imagined and very quiet The age range on board ranged from early twenties to late sixties. Would I go again, absolutely in a heartbeat. Croatia has won my heart. Chef and his mate were great, so happy and great food everyday. Well done crew

Our group of 5 toured Croatia aboard the Almissa, leaving from Dubrovnick and ending in Split. We had a wonderful trip thanks to our tour guide Klara and the rest of the crew. Klara was knowledgeable, helpful, fun and provided excellent recommendations.... the trip would not have been the same without her. The food was plentiful and delicious, the swim stops were amazing, the excursions offered something for everyone, the ports were fantastic and the scenery was absolutely breath-taking. Had such a fun time! Our tour manager Anita was such a sweetheart, so organised and genuinely cared if we had a good time. She made sure we were well informed and helped build friendships among the guests. The service was amazing. Max and Milan were attentive, friendly and funny. The food was mostly great, I am a vegetarian and got served cheese in almost every lunch, more of a protein variety would have been amazing but what was served was still delicious, just a lot. The captain Frano and sailors (I’m sorry I forgot their names!) made sure we were safe and kept to scheduled times so it was easy to plan our days, they were lovely people as well. Every location was beautiful and so charming. Especially Mljet, we biked through the national park and it was gorgeous, please do it if you get the chance! Would definitely recommend to people who like a good mix of relaxation, culture and partying. Thanks sail Croatia, I’ll definitely be back in future!

I was invited to join a 20th anniversary celebration cruise on the Salve di mare for my first cruise experience. First off, the crew was amazing! Klara as our cruise director took care of all the details in such a warm, funny and efficient way — I loved her history lessons and honest recommendations for excursions, dining and shopping. Our waiters/bartenders Marco and Vlagho worked so hard and were such fun! The boat was luxurious and spotless, and the variety of common areas (dining area, covered lounge, forward deck and sun deck )meant you never felt crowded. The food was delicious . I loved the itinerary and ship’s size! We had a great full breakfast, swam off the boat in the morning, sailed to our island stop, had scrumptious 3- course lunches, and then on our own. Because there were only 37 of us, we easily made new friends with whom the we would go off for excursions and dinner. Perfect trip for a non-planner!

hi! unfortunately, the experience didn't align with what i expected. a few examples... - we were on a sailboat chartered by a company named Sail Croatia, I expected we'd sail at some point. I was disappointed to learn upon boarding that the sails hadn't been raised in years. Instead, we awoke to a running engine every morning. - I expected lots of swimming and time in the water along the Croatian coast. Instead, swimming was limited to just an hour or two per day. - Because the boat didn't have a tinder, we couldn't pull up to beaches on those swim stops and could only exit the boat in larger port cities - Instead of offering hot breakfast for an hour and continental breakfast beyond that, passengers could only access food from 8am-9am and were told to snack on a banana if they missed that short window. the boat captain was wonderful and the crew exceptional,the itinerary and schedule were not.

What a memorable experience on the Princeza Diana Cruise. Fantastic food both in taste and freshness. Also, visually pleasing. Attentive customer service by the crew who made sure you knew it was never a bother to ask them for whatever you needed at any time of the day or night. Swim stops were the best! Ports of call were usually long enough to survey the town, go on a short adventure, and sit down to a lovely meal.

What an incredible week. From the bag drop off to our last morning on the ship, my week was a complete delight! No detail was missed. From the daily culinary masterpiece called lunch to our morning briefing aimed to help us navigate our adventures, my time on Salve di Mare was utter perfection. Vicko and the crew were so attentive to every last detail. Any request was handled quickly and the staff was always looking for ways to make an incredible week even better. I can not recommend this boat, our stunning destination ports and the crew enough. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t stay on for another week.

Yes, we have great people we went with but also met some great people we enjoyed spending our time with. The crew was wonderful. They worked had to make it a relaxing getaway. Vicko our on board representative was great at organizing dinners, transpertation, excursions... He also gave us all the information we could need about the history of the area and recomendations on the high lited thing to do while making it fun. Last week, my husband and I joined 8 of our friends for an incredible week on the Almissa boat. We had a friend who planned the entire trip ( I highly recommend everyone to have a friend that does this!) so, we really went into the trip blind. We knew we were flying to Split, Croatia to set sail, there would be 7 ports, swim stops and some excursions to choose once we got there. We barely even looked at a map to see where Croatia was! The joke was that we were just showing up and had no idea where we were going. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Everyday was a new surprise. We had the most knowledgable cruise director named Lola. She knew so much history about each island, gave recommendations for restaurants and was completely honest about which excursions were worth it. The lunches on board were delicious and we loved the Captains Dinner. The crew was fun to hang out with, the boat was clean and we felt safe everywhere we went.

This was our first time visiting Croatia and first time on a small ship cruise. Both exceeded our expectations and we are already planning for a return trip. The Explorer cruise was a perfect, stress free way to explore the stunning islands of Croatia. Our tour guide, Vicko, was great. Always a smile on his face and incredibly knowledgeable of all things “Croatian”. He was always available and assisted us with extras like cabs and dinner reservations . We loved his daily destination talks and his take on which excursions would give our group the best experiences. We traveled with another couple and our Explorer cruise was a great combination of travelers from many countries whom we were able to get to know over the course of the week. I also want to give a shout out to the Salve di Mare crew who ensured we had a fabulous experience each and every day.

We enjoyed each destination, the swim stops and the variety of experiences. Our chief stew was amazing for coordinating activities, both free and paid, but we didn't do many excursions as they are pricey for the value, We still found plenty of fun things to do in each port! The accomodations and food fell short of our expectations though - there were three people on the boat with dietary restrictions or vegetarian, and we were only given extra services of the veggies/starch with no protein substitute. I often left hungry as we were unable to eat a lot for what was provided. The serving staff were also not accommodating, often dismissive or talking over our attempts to sort out alternatives for food. We also ran out of toilet paper a few times, and the showers didn't drain. Overall the itinerary made the trip worth while, but would hope to see a better effort to accommodate guests who don't eat meat.

Had amazing trip on the Salve di Mare from Dubrovnik to Split. The boat is beautiful, comfortable rooms, lovely dining lounge along with a fantastic top deck perfect for taking in the views. Loved the pace, having downtime in the mornings, no rushing into the day! The swim stops were gorgeous even through the water was cold! Our “cruise director” Vicko was top-notch! He knew so much about Croatia and its history. There wasn’t a question he didn’t know the answer to and he was excellent at keeping us informed of the itinerary and any changes to it. Everyone was amazing during our trip. Caesar and Christina were very attentive at the bar. Vicko was amazing and very knowledgeable about each stop with great recommendations. Overall incredible trip and I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Croatia.

I was looking for a trip with a combination of relax and adventure and the Sail Croatia Explorer itinerary delivered it. You get into a routine of breakfast, swim stop, lunch then explore the island. Our rep did a wonderful job of explaining each island coming up and possible excursions. I liked how we didn’t have to commit to excursions before the trip. We could play it by ear day by day. He pointed out key points of interests and made great recommendations of places to eat. The only feedback I would give for the cabin is to install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower makes the room steamy and since we were on the lower deck, we couldn’t open the porthole. The AC unit was turned off at night and without the flow of air, towels and bathing suits did not dry quickly. I would also make sure guests aware to bring more cash than they think they need. Excursions, bar tab and tips are all paid in cash.

We enjoyed our Split to Dubrovnik cruise; a great itinerary with lovely ports of call. The crew on board were exceptional - Max and Milan especially were so friendly and attentive - they really made us feel welcome. The cruise director, Dino, worked hard to help us with port stops and excursions. Overall, a great trip but there are definitely a few things that could be done to improve the experience: for instance, tea and coffee should be available throughout the day - we had to pay 3.50 euros for each cup of tea, and the trip excursions were very expensive eg we paid 60 euros each for the Vis tour which had 8 of us crammed into a closed landrover and those in the back unable to see anything out of the window or hear anything the driver said. The food on board ship was very carbohydrate heavy - very few veggies eg menu on day 2 was: starter = pasta, main course = rice and bit of meat, dessert = semolina type pudding. I was craving some fruit and veg! Overall a good experience though.

We had a great experience with Sail Croatia on the Explorer Cruise on the Tempera. The crew was amazing and went above and beyond!! Dino was very organized, and his communication and suggestions for local restaurants and highlights were very helpful. Max and Milan were so personable and were always willing to help. Frankie, the captain, was great as well as the cook and kitchen support, who were also great about offering gluten-free options. And the crew, Peter and Thomas, were wonderful as well! Overall, a great experience and memories were made that will last a lifetime :) We would highly recommend this experience.

The whole cruise experience was amazing! Dino, Max, Milan and everyone on the crew went out of their way to make sure we all had the best time- from the itinerary, food, service, communication and the swim stops- we loved all of it. It was the best way to see a lot but relax along the way without worrying about anything, Thank you!

We had the best experience on Sail Croatia Tempera. The ports, the food, the swim stops were all great. Our cruise director Dino was fabulous. He gave us so much information, selected some great restaurants and kept us up to date in the group chat. Max and Milan were the best server and bartender. The crew became our new friends by the end of the week, we hated saying goodbye.

Super cruise up the beautiful Dalmatian coast. Smaller boat with great attention to detail by the crew and representative who was sooo knowledgeable and helpful. The off board trips were varied so we all had something to do, be-it the fit ones or the indolents ! Enjoyed the breakfast spread and having local courses at lunch time. Ports and local taverns for evening entertainment were spot on, with our host suggesting best local venues. On the rainy day he helped us to order in pizza for the party that erupted :) We are looking at 2025 now !

The Katarina and her crew were highly professional and attended to our every need throughout the week. What a fantastic way to see the Dalmatian islands! Cabins were amply sized and comfortable, ship was sparkling clean. The Explorer cruise offered multiple ways to enjoy each stop and every day began with a leisurely swim in a beautiful place. Highly recommend this trip.

The boat and staff were top notch. I would definitely recommend this trip for those who want to experience the coastal small towns and cities of Croatia. The cruise director Dino was helpful and full of wonderful suggestions for activities and dinners. The food on the boat was excellent as well as the coffee. I had a wonderful week. The smaller cruise, 36 people was a great number. The food was amazing, got to try so many local dishes. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The format for each day worked really well. Loved the combination of swimming, relaxing, eating on board and the in the afternoon exploring and being able to eat dinner on land.

The "Tempera" cruise was interesting bc it stopped every day at a different island unlike other large cruise ships. The boat was small which allowed both the crew and the 36 passengers aboard to get to know each other. The food + its preparation were excellent. Above all, our guide, Ioana was so pleasant and knowledgeable, funny and accommodating. She got to know each one of her guests and always made sure we were happy with her options for us at each stop. Her briefings were engaging. Secondly, our meal server - M_____, was extremely kind and hard-working. Constructive criticism: In order to allow more sightseeing time, serve breakfast and DINNER instead of lunch. We felt a bit shortchanged by the current dining schedule. Overall, it was a lovely way to spend a vacation! Thank you to all for making us feel comfortable and safe!!

This vacation was our second with Sail Croatia. Our group consisted of 12 ladies, aged between 40 - 63 years old. We had a fabulous week on board. The crew were friendly and hard-working. The chefs magically made delicious food for us all, particularly amazing when you consider the limited space available in the kitchen. The guide, Dino was very knowledgable and enthusiastic to share the joys of his country with us. Our fellow shipmates were wonderful, especially five ladies from Australia celebrating a 50th birthday. Croatia is a wonderful country in so many ways. If you’ve not been before, BOOK NOW!

The staff were great on this trip, especially Ioana our guide! Food. On the ship was very good and plentiful. The captain adjusted our itinerary for the weather. We had options to join group activities and dinners. Only wish we had more time off the boat. This cruise would be difficult for someone with mobility issues-especially in lower cabins and needing to cross between boats at ports. We had daily swim stops in am.

Dino and the crew when above and beyond. Had the best experience sailing around Croatia. Only negative thing I would say is the cabins need a mirror in them besides the bathroom. ( Suggest maybe a long length mirror inside cupboard door and a small hairdryer and Iron on deck)
