Absolutely loved this holiday. The ship was immaculate, crew were amazing, with special note to Vedran our cruse guide. He was so lovely and very funny, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely swim stops, beautiful islands. We were also blessed with such lovely fellow passengers. What an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend. Would love to do it all again!

After discovering Sail Croatia a few months ago—and reading countless glowing reviews on TripAdvisor—I decided it was time to add island-hopping on a superyacht to my bucket list! I’m so glad I did, because this cruise turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. After decades of “research,” I’ve finally found my favourite type of holiday—and my preferred way to travel! The MV Katarina, along with everyone on board (guests and crew alike), was completely my vibe. 🫶🏻 I’d always dreamed of a holiday like this, and it exceeded every expectation. The crew were outstanding. A huge thank you to Captain Ivan, to Zeljko & Karlo the talented chefs, Ivana and Karlo in the bar and restaurant, Petra in housekeeping, the engineers & deck crew. From pre-boarding to waiting for different transportation upon departure, the experience was seamless. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with my family and other passengers on the boat. Our cruise manager Dino did amazing with constant and clear communication, being available for anything we needed whenever, and the knowledge and pride in their country to share with all of us. I was the youngest on the group by 40 years yet I still had such a fun time at the swim spots and islands we visited. The food was great, crew did amazing with everything and I was thoroughly comfortable throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend and I will be back with more friends and family in the future!

My husband and I had a fantastic time on this cruise. Croatia is a beautiful country and what a perfect way to see it for first time. A great itinerary - nice mix of organized activity and free time. Swim stops were amazing. Dino and the crew went out of their way to ensure we were safe and well looked after. Dino had recommendations, solutions, ideas, suggestions for everything we could have wanted or needed. The Captain’s dinner and group dinner in Žrnovo village were extra special. The walking tour with Nik in Žrnovo was a fascinating view into traditional village life years ago - we could have listened to him all evening. Terrific food on board! We had a great group of travel companions and left the cruise with new friends and memories for a lifetime.

Our 7 days on Esperanza were wonderful from Karla our tour leader, to our esteemed captain who took us safely to port each day with an eye on the weather and our safety in mind. The breakfasts and lunches each day were delicious with excellent care from the bar/wait staff. The crew members were quick to help and got us docked with minimum fuss and our housekeeper kept our cabins tidied each day. The islands visited were delightful and made one want return one day. Karla gave us excellent information about each port and island and was willing to assist in every way.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Esperanza from Dubrovnik to Split. The crew is exceptional. They can't do enough. The islands we visited were charming. Not too crowded. The swim stops at these remote locations were beautiful (though the water was chilly). The food on board was good and plentiful.

Words cannot express the wonderful experience we had on the Sail Croatia Olimp. The people were warm and friendly and went way out of their way to provide top notch service. Always friendly, available and accommodating, we felt so well cared for. The food was incredible, ans we always felt safe wherever we went, We had swim stops, history tours, and rest time. Being on the turquoise blue Adriatic Sea and relaxing in the sun made it the perfect holiday. Don’t hesitate to book a trip on the lovely and well maintained yacht with these beautiful people. 🇭🇷🛥️

My holiday was legendary. As a solo traveler, I expected to be the mysterious lone wolf on the boat… but the crew and passengers immediately adopted me like a long‑lost cousin. Suddenly I had a whole squad, plus the freedom to wander off whenever my main‑character energy demanded a solo montage.My guide, Dino, was an absolute icon. If you get paired with him, congrats—you basically won the Croatian lottery. Every stop came with great suggestions, optional group dinners, and zero pressure. I even left with friends I’m now morally obligated to visit.And the food and wine? Outrageously good. Every meal tasted like someone’s grandmother blessed it, and the local wines were so delicious I briefly considered becoming a Croatian vineyard apprentice.Croatia is almost offensively beautiful, and having a local guide makes everything smoother and way more fun. Very good. Boat was beautiful, so clean and well maintained. Staff were a little aloof but service was good. Rooms and bathrooms very good size. Bar could do with more spirits and a coravin system to avoid serving oxidised wines. Our guide was lovely. Be nice if the captain dressed in uniform and mixed a little. Swim stops were the highlight.

The trip from Dubrovnik to Split was awesome. I have been in the hospitality industry for more than 30 years and I would like to offer some suggestions: -towels need to be dried some way, we had to use them wet. -shower floor is very slippery, you might want to do something. -regular coffee and bread can be better at breakfast. Sweet bread was fine. -Lunch can be better as well. Dessert when made by the lady cook was awesome. she is really good. All the crew offered a fantastic and warm service at all times.. congratulations for that. Ally and Linda worked non stop and the boys as well. Captain was a lot of fun and so friendly and easy going. He did a very good job. Having the boat from Blue Cave take us directly to the ship was a great idea. thank you. Jacuzzi was a little small for a big crowd and we had to take turns. -Dinning room was very noisy during meals. Too many people in a small area. I wish we could extend and eat outside. My husband and I travelled with Sail Croatia on May 17, 2025 on Romantic Star for a wine tour of the Dalmatian islands. The yacht is very well appointed and the room size was surprisingly roomy for the ship. Our stops were well coordinated and the Croatian wines we sampled were very good. Included 3 course lunches were good. The crew were helpful and our cruise director Klara was a plus. We highly recommend this company.

If I could give this cruise a ten I would. This was a trip of a lifetime! The entire crew and our guide Vicko took wonderful care of our entire group. The food cooked by the ship’s chef was delicious and the stops along the way were amazing. We learned a lot about the history of each area and could do as much or as little as we wanted. Everyday we had a swim stop followed by a delicious lunch before docking at that day’s destination. We walked, swam, hiked, biked and also relaxed with afternoon and evening cocktails and local dinners. I always said I would never go on a cruise and if you feel the same this is the one to go on. I highly recommend this trip and the ship we were on, Kraljica Jelena.

My husband and I travelled with my parents and we had the best time! Dino, George, Linda, Allie and the rest of the crew were amazing and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. We could have not been happier with the trip! Since I didn’t get to fill out the iPad survey on the ship I have a few minor suggestions: My husband would have preferred breakfast that wasn’t the same every morning. The shower floor was very slippery so a mat in the bottom would have been nice. The dining room was very loud when we were all there so more softer surfaces to absorb the noise would help. The days were arranged so nicely and we felt taken care of very well. Thank you!!

We were on a wine cruise which was most enjoyable . Lola was helpful and knowledgable and warm. The staff on the boat were warm and friendly. The boat was comfy and the food very good . The other travellers were good fun and we have made some lasting friends from all corners of the earth . Highly recommend !

My two siblings, their spouses and I wanted to do a siblings trip, and chose the Wines of Croatia tour, the first of the 2026 season. Anita was our cruise director, and she was what made this trip so fantastic! With only 18 passengers, it was a super fun group. Anita was so helpful and friendly, which also seems to describe most of the people we met in Croatia! She's great at planning and communicating, and a pleasure to be with. The wine events are terrific and so varied! And evenings where you may want to find a restaurant (sometimes the wine events include dinner), Anita sent us recommendations in the ports for meals and things worth seeing. Chef Silvija did a fine job, and we enjoyed "cookie time" at 11am. Glad we all opted for the Blue Lagoon (short visit, but worth the trip!). Dubrovnik was where we ended our trip - amazing place, but if I had a choice, I'd start my trip there as we had culture shock with the huge crowds. Rooms lovely, and bedding comfy. Great captain and crew!

It's a very nice boat and wonderful crew! The ports were all fabulous. We loved each island that we visited. The food was plentiful and well prepared. We had unseasonably cool weather, but we were still able to enjoy a swim stop or two. We could always find a spot to enjoy cruising. Our cruise manager, Vedron was warm and friendly. He had a great sense of humor and gave wonderful port talks. We especially enjoyed the bike tour in Mljet National Park and the Military tour on Hvar. I would have like another opportunity to do a bike tour on another island possibly.

Number one, the staff was excellent! From the time we entered onto the ship to the time we got off they were always there when we needed them. If someone also had food issues, they were also accommodating to the persons needs. The director, Ivan, also personalized, and went above and beyond some of the things to help us and make our experience very memorable! The staff also in charge of swimming, cooking, serving, cleaning, bartending were all very friendly. Second, the ship was in great condition and kept clean. Third, the two tours that were included were great with Ivan. Fourth, the Captain’s dinner was great and the band was excellent! And, the people that were on the ship with us ended up to be the best and we all had so much fun together! A feeling of family! Ivan, the director was superb!! Captain Ivan was also superb!

From start to finish this was a once in a lifetime holiday. The boat Queen Jelena was so beautiful. The crew were polite and helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, the daily routine suited me perfectly . Our Tour Manager Vicko took such good care of us and brought Croatia and its history to life with his informative daily talks on the culture and history of each island we sailed to. He is a great ambassador for Sail Croatia and the country of Croatia. I cannot recommend this cruise enough.it really was perfect.

The boat was great as were the staff who worked very hard. Islands were super, only disappointment was we wanted to go river rafting in Makarska but they said that wasn’t an option even though it was advertised in the islands itinerary.

My sisters and I loved our trip on Sail Croatia. The itinerary was one of the prettiest I have ever experienced in my travel. We were able to anchor up in areas that a bigger ship would never be able to negotiate. The day flowed perfectly with a swim stop in the morning and time to explore the next island in the afternoon. Anita was our tour director who was excellent and made travel seamless.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and professional and very eager to please. The boat was comfortable with sun, shade, and AC. the swim stops were beautiful. The countryside was wonderful. Our unplanned extra time in dubrovnik was handled well. The trip to Montenegro was way to long with the border crossings. The cruise leader was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious and varied. Our whole family aged 21 to 78. Loved every minute. I have told many people about it and have given them information.

This cruise was simply unforgettable! The Olimp is a beautiful boat, and the crew were all fantastic. I loved the daily swim stops and the more relaxed schedule. The boat (Queen Jelena), the intinerary from Dubrovnik to Split, the regular swim stops and the food, was all outstanding. However, I also did not feel like I needed a full 3-course sit-down meal in the middle of the day EVERY day. Our tour leader was informative, helpful and lovely. Perhaps the only disappointment was that the boat was half full (in July??) with 12 other passengers : 3 couples and the rest retired single and/or divorced women in their 70s. (I still work and was holidaying solo for a break and some fun). By the 4th night I was feeling trapped in the slow lane and trying to avoid the "horrible ex-husband" stories.. That said, I do recommend Sail Croatia, and I understand you cannot control who books a tour at the same time as you. However I found the Elegance cruise to be better suited to travellers seeking a slower pace.

Our experience with Sail Croatia was simply spectacular. From the very beginning, everything was perfectly organized, the boat was spotless, and the route was breathtaking. The food onboard was delicious every single day, with fresh and varied options that exceeded our expectations. We sailed a 7 day cruise with Sail Croatia. The boat is called Katarina & it is part of the Elegance line. Captain Ivan, his staff and the cruise director were so welcoming and attentive. We had amazing swim stops every day, visited beautiful islands and had plenty of time to enjoy them. The boat is beautiful, new, well maintained, clean and very comfortable. I was sad to see the trip end and I would go again, if possible.

Our tour manager, Ioanna, was the shining star of the cruise. She is very knowledgeable about Croatia’s history, top things to do on each island, always goes the extra mile and consistently to ensure guests are well versed in all possibilities, she over delivers on every aspect of the role and has a great communication style, very light and funny. The crew is wonderful as well, very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. The cook staff was incredibly talented, and meals were delicious. And the captain was just lovely. Definitely one of the cleanest sails I have ever experienced. I would absolutely recommend the Olimp, it’s a family-owned boat and the Captain is the son of the owner.
