This was my first European vacation and I couldn't have picked a more beautiful or enjoyable way to see Europe, especially Croatia. The trip was affordable, accommodations very comfortable, ship clean, food excellent. I enjoyed having a smaller ship. Staff was very accommodating. Marin and Anna did an excellent job organizing, communicating the day's events, continuing to text to keep us informed, and keeping us safe. I appreciated that the last day of the trip, our captain ensured we were not caught in the middle of the sea in the middle of a storm. Everyone ensured we could get our final rides in yet get into port in ample time prior to the storm. The first day was a bit confusing. Maybe a bit more time could have been spent explaining the ebikes and test riding more prior to going on the ride. Also, some of the ports had limited restaurants. Communication could have been a bit clearer that restaurants had limited seating. This was a most enjoyable trip. Thank you to the entire staff

This is my second Sail Croatia bike and sail. Again, it exceeded all my expectations! The staff and guides were excellent. Meals were exceptional! Loved the swim stops even though the water was a little cool in early June. Once you got in it was great.

Everyone in our group was thrilled with the crew and how they made our travel experience the very best. We loved visiting the Croatian Islands by ebike, and the guides were fantastic and very well organized. We were given a big, beautiful breakfast and lunch each day with a smile and delight. We were 4 people that joined an existing group of 24 people that were all connected with each other. We were fortunate in that we all got along great. They were great cheerleaders for those of us not riding e-bikes. Our ride leaders, Ivica and Mario, did an amazing job of planning our rides each day, adjusting routes for the weather and our group's skill level. The crew on the boat were very friendly and helpful. Extra shout out to Christiana, David and our chef (for adjusting meals to meet my vegetarian dietary needs)

Touring the Croatian Islands on bikes was such a fantastic way to see the gorgeous landscape and historic towns. The e-bikes are what made this vacation so special because they allow everyone to enjoy the ride without too much exertion. I did not use one but I would recommend them for most people. Our tour guides were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The food was (too) delicious as proven by my scale upon return. I can't stop telling everyone I know how much I enjoyed this trip!

We loved our time on board the Mali Ante. The crew and tour guides were very nice, helpful and fun to be around. The food was great. The excursions to the different islands were amazing. The islands are so beautiful. We loved everyone of them. The cycling was perfect for all of us - from beginner to advanced - we all handled it well. This is definitely the best of Croatia.

The Sail Croatia trip is small enough (about 30 people) to be personal. The organsiation has the experience to know what works for a group. We had 7 nights on board. We were cycling every day in a range of beautiful islands with time also to relax and explore the environment and local treats. The tour guides were friendly, organised and professional. It was fabulous having 7 nights without having to transfer accommodation as we hopped from island to island. We had fun with everyone on board and received fresh meals. At night we could eat locally on shore and there were options like wine tasting easily accessible to the boat. We had seven weeks holiday and this week was a highlight.

Enjoyed this Sail and Cycle Croatia tour. The accommodation was good - surprisingly spacious, onboard meals excellent and boat staff and crew lovely. The Sail Croatia Cycle guides were exceptional- professional, knowledgeable, funny and warm! Each day, Island offered new and spectacular views and experiences. Only noteworthy, took this tour early October and the weather started to be cooler - tourist season in fact coming to a close.

The trip was very well organized. We were updated daily on how the day would go and than also sent all the info on Whatsapp. Everything was above and beyond my expectations even though we had to change plans a few times. Our bike guide Marin was amazing. He is so very knowledgeable and made us feel very safe riding in some dangerous locations. It felt like We all respected him right from the moment we heard him speak. Ilona was the back guide and she is a sweet, caring girl who was always so helpful and supportive. She was always making sure everyone was doing ok and she was great to hang with the group and get to know everyone. This was a trip i won’t forget and i will definitely be recommending to friends.

We had an amazing time cycling and sailing on the Columbo! The captain and his crew were exceptional and strategic in getting us to each new port safely and efficiently allowing more time for cycling! The chef was amazing as was our two cycling guides!! Highly recommend!!

We had an excellent time on our 7 day Dubrovnik to Split bike tour. J and Anna, our bike guides, were kind, friendly, and helpful. Safety was always a priority on our rides. We had a few spicy weather days and J made accommodations to ensure both fun and safety. The servers on board were always cheerful and ready to please! Overall, our group of 4, had a great time and would recommend this tour.

This was a wonderful balance of exercise, educational experiences and relaxation. The guides were wonderful with providing an experience that was enjoyed by all and were able to adapt to the changing weather conditions and keep us informed. Our 14 year old enjoyed the trip too. The ride was harder than what we expected, but we enjoyed the challenge of the hills and there was an option to upgrade to the E-bike.

The crew of the Afrodita were excellent, helpful and friendly. Ivica, our cycling leader made us comfortable and well informed. Sonje, also with cycling group told great stories and had excellent knowledge of the history of our stops. The boat was clean. Island hopping was fun. The cabins were basic but met our needs. An extra pillow and blanket on each bed would be appreciated. It would really improve the comfort of the bed.

An Unforgettable Adventure with Sail Croatia! We had an amazing time on our bike and sail cruise with Sail Croatia! Exploring the beautiful Croatian islands by both sea and bike was the perfect way to experience the stunning scenery, charming towns, and local culture. A huge thank you to our incredible guides, Marin and Josip. Their deep knowledge of each island’s history, along with their energy and enthusiasm, truly made the trip special. They led us to the best spots to see, eat, drink, and shop ! Also, big thanks to the captain and crew for keeping everything running smoothly, and to Bruno, our awesome bartender!! The cappucino king!! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an active and unique way to experience Croatia!

We just had a wonderful week with Sail Croatia’s biking trip. The captain and crew and the biking guides did so much to keep us feeling safe and confident in the cruising experience and with the bike routes and rides. Any anxiety I had about the trip was soon eliminated. The atmosphere was always positive. Staff were eager to help each individual have a good experience and provided help and information for each island. The whole trip was even better than I imagined it could be!

We loved every aspect of our Sail Croatia Trip. From the education and history of Croatia experienced from a boat and bike to the rooms, cuisine, and most importantly the wonderful crew we were blown away. Marin with his expansive knowledge of every area we visited and his detail to safety and our surrounding areas along with Mario’’s help and support, and the lovely crew that cooked, served, and bartended, were top notch . It was a wonderful experience, even though I broke my wrist on the 2nd day of our bike ride. Sanja and Josko couldn’t have been more concerned and attentive. Sanja stayed with my sister and me all day, working as interpreter and support person. She navigated our day in Split getting us to ER and back to boat later that day. The whole team on the boat were excellent, they were supportive and fun to interact with. Last but not least were my fellow travelers, they were so much fun. Everyone got along well and we enjoyed everyone’s company. I hope to do the trip again, biking everyday.

The Columbo Crew worked hard to make the trip very enjoyable! Marin and Jossip, our bike tour guides, were informative about each day's bike ride and fun to interact with! I did like the sail and bike combination as we didn't have to pack our clothes every couple of days to move to new location. Food was great! Biking each of the islands was amazing!

Cycle guides and Mali Luka staff were all fun and helpful. They all approached their jobs with professionalism and pride. Evan and Ilona took good care of us and shared necessary safety tips in addition to some great stories and history. We had lots of fun. Suggestions to make the experience better: Soap / shampoo in the showers. Towels for boat swims (These are items that don’t work in carryon luggage. Include cycle jerseys in the pkg rate.

Provide daily written out itinerary for people to actually read what times and where things were going on. Have an intercom (overhead speaker) so people can be alerted of pertinent info for all passengers. Verbal daily communication from guide was poor on daily activities. Cycle times need to be longer with less “coffee” breaks (30 min ride, 45 min stop) Our guide, was rude. Our other guide, Mario, was great. Overall, first impression of accommodations found that a bed overhead light was broken with wires exposed, safe didn’t work, tight quarters and air conditioning was poor, Reported broken light immediately and it was repaired.. Safe reported not working, told how to use by crew, but those instructions didn’t work….finally found written safe instructions on top shelf (which we couldn’t see beforehand) and was able to get the safe working on our own.. Food was ok. Bikes were outstanding quality….so good, I’m considering purchasing that brand. Swim stops were great.

I was in a group of 18 women friends. Talk about herding cats, but the Croatia team did.! The biking was fabulous and beautiful, not too hard but not too easy. The food was wonderful. We all left a few pounds heavier. Chef George did a great job with a huge variety of food Our biking.guides were the best! Maren and Anna were so much fun. Very knowledgeable and humorous. We will definitely be back!

The entire staff was cheerful, friendly and hard working to make our trip so easy and enjoyable. The food was delicious and the the waitstaff was attentive. The captain was aware of a rain storm later in the week and adjusted our schedule so that we wouldn’t miss going to all of the islands. The bike guides were encouraging and safety conscious. The guides also provided information about the cultural and historical significance of the area. The swim stops were an added bonus!

The entire trip was spectacular! The people made this trip special. Josko and Mario as our guides were the best. Our rides were explained in great detail so we were prepared. We received a lot of historical and local information about the areas we visited. We truly appreciated their recommendations for things to do and places to eat at every stop. Mario was extremely helpful in getting my luggage that was delayed to us! Josko went the extra mile to take coffee orders and deliver them when we had a waitress that was too overwhelmed to help us. The food and beverages were great. Joseph is a great bartender and server. I didn’t learn the names of the rest of the team but everyone was very professional and helpful.

Ema and Tonka were fabulous guides. They were educational, interesting, explained the routes clearly, planned everything extremely well And changed things if needed. They brought my vacation from good to fabulous, they each deserve a 10 rating not a 5! I want to say something about the boat, the chef was fabulous, staff worked very hard especially getting bikes on and off the boat. Coffee was gross and cold, same towels had to be used for full week, no washing machine or exchanging them. Simple things should be added to the boat to make it more updated ie like more hooks in rooms, shelving for phones, towel bars in bathroom, life jacket checks (mine was moldy in the plastic case).

This is a must do trip,a great way to combine abit of exercise and to explore Croatia. The two guides Marin and Josip were excellent very knowledgeable and nothing was a problem. Everyday they explained the plan for the next day so you always knew what was happening. They also gave recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing at the port stops. So stop thinking about it and book as sometimes life and circumstances can change. Thanks for a great week.

Great staff. Bike routes well laid out and planned with interesting stops for swimming and cafes to get a delicious cup of coffee. Bikes were well maintained and very easy to ride. Any problems that did arise were handled quickly. Breakfast was great with a nice variety of food to choose from. Coffee not so good, needs improvement. Could purchase cappuccino on board which was good. Lunch definitely needs improvement. Most times it was cold. Soup was watery. Desserts were delicious. No on board safety protocols. We didn’t realize until third day into trip that life vests were under our bed. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Our guides, Marin and Josip, were outstanding! They provided detailed information about each day's cycling route and the history about each island we visited. They were always available to answer any questions/address any concerns. Both guys were so passionate about their job, and they had such a great sense of humor. In addition, the rest of the crew was fabulous, also. We mainly interacted with Bruno, the bartender, dining room host, and server. He also did an outstanding job taking care of all of us. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for an active vacation!
