We travelled on the Almissa with a total group of 22 people to celebrate a friend's 60th birthday. This was one of THE BEST TRIPS I have ever taken! We could not have been happier with the service, cleanliness of the ship, fun excursions, excellent food and drinks and exceptional crew! Captain Josip was the best! He sailed the Almissa perfectly, changing the order of our itinerary to best suit weather and wind conditions, giving us a perfect week of sun and beautiful weather. Our sailors Ivan and Capo took beautiful care of the ship, working tirelessly behind the scenes. Chefs Marko and Bogden prepared delicious meals with very large potions and beautiful presentation. Bartenders Kafka and Cezar prepared wonderful drinks while interacting with all of us in a fun atmosphere. We loved Hana our cruise director, she was THE BEST! She lovingly took care of all of our needs, provided us with history, information on restaurants and places to see, and even made a reservation for 22 of us!

We enjoyed our vacation aboard the spacious Esperanza. The crew was welcoming and funny and our Tour coordinator Klara kept us laughing and informed. We loved meeting people from across the world and sharing our travel stories each day. The Croatian islands were so beautiful to see and the old towns each had a unique vibe to them. Leaving the planning to Sail Croatia made it truly relaxing.

We (boyfriend and I) traveled on Salve Di Mare mid July from Dubrovnik to Split. We regularly take trips/vacations and this has by far been one of our favorite. Barbara was wonderful as was the rest of the crew, especially our bartenders. Mornings were very relaxed on the boat and lunch was incredible every day. Arrived at each destination around 1-2 PM which left plenty of time to explore in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a slower paced way to visit the coast of Croatia.

I don’t have the words to clearly express how amazing the Almissa cruise was. I’ve travelled a lot and met many wonderful people, however Hana, our Tour Director, was special and will linger in my memory. It’s easy to provide information but Hana was honest about what was available to see or do and determined that everyone would have something they liked, but most of all she enjoyed every single person on board, listening to their stories about life and experiences. What a wonderful person! Sail Croatia is lucky to have her. The rest of the crew was also amazing, our Bartenders (aka waiters) were hilarious and so sweet, they genuinely wanted everyone to have a good time and it showed. The entire crew was amazing led by a Captain that knew when the winds were shifting and seas might get rough! The food was excellent, the Almissa is a beautiful sailboat. I loved my room, excellent comfortable bed. Would I go again? In a heartbeat, but I’d go because of the crew!!

An Awesome experience!! The Captain took us to amazing swim spots and kept us in schedule for all our stops. The crew was a pleasure to interact with every day! One of the most amazing weeks! The crew were incredible, the meals were delicious and the boat was so comfortable and clean. I love that we had swim spots everyday, the crew and guides were so helpful and gave so many Suggestions but you could also do as you pleased when you docked. The group chat meant we had our itinerary for the day and knew what our options were and when things were happening. A very easy way to see a lot of different islands, meet people and enjoy Croatian summer . Highly recommend if you love the ocean and want to see lots of the islands in Croatia 🇭🇷

From the moment we arrived at the dock we were welcomed and our Vacation truly started. All bags were transported to our room. This was where we first met Hana, who took such good care of us throughout the trip. We had a great week aboard Princeza Diana. The crew were attentive and our host Ana very knowledgeable. Some great excursion options. A small group of 15 which actually made the week as we all got to know each other so well and all clicked. Highly recommend. I would say though when asked if you have dietary restrictions, if you don’t like fish or tomatoes worth saying as they are very much apart of the meals. Overall meals were good.

If you are considering a Sail Croatia trip, take the plunge and go! We absolutely loved our experience from start to finish. (We departed Dubrovnik on July 4 and ended in Split - Explorer.) The itinerary was the perfect combination of beautiful destinations, swimming, adventure, culture, food, and plenty of time to relax and enjoy the incredible Adriatic coastline. What really made the trip special, though, was the experience of traveling with a small group and the dedicated crew. Of our 31 travelers, 11 were international (Scottish, British, Spanish, Australian, South African), with the rest from the US - and all were awesome humans! With Josip as our guide, and the Salve Di Mare crew caring for us all week, we enjoyed every minute with all our new friends. And the ship is perfection! The trip was well organized, while still feeling relaxed and adventurous. We came home with memories we'll never forget and friends we hope to see again. Five stars without hesitation!

We had a wonderful time on the Contessa, Niko and the staff were wonderful. Decor was top level. The boat wasn’t full but we had a great group that had a great time together. We did ask to change rooms as it was very noisy when the boat was running.

Amazing! Such a great trip. We seemed to have ended up with a much younger age group, but it couldn’t have been better. Our guide, Barbara, was so good. She brought us all together. The food was incredible, the room and boat very clean and nice, and the host was gracious and super informative and helped us take advantage of the right excursions and our time on each island. I can't say enough about Sail Croatia and this amazing seven day trip from Split to Dubrovnik. It was so well organized, and all of the stops were beautiful and perfectly curated. It was the perfect blend of fun and adventure, with a great group of people. Highlights were the swim stop every day and of course, all of the beautiful Dalmatian islands with the Port towns and activities. The ship (Salve di Mare) and the accommodations were also fabulous. The rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. The meals were wonderful. The crew was so friendly and helpful and Our tour guide , with Sail Croatia (Vin) took great care of us. I couldn't think of a better way to see the Dalmatian coast than doing it this way!!!

My husband and I had a blast on the trip. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! We were easily able to pick when we wanted to sightsee, participate in more adventurous activities, or have a chill beach day. The boat exceeded our expectations; our room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. The waters and scenery of Croatia were stunning; the swim stops were some of the best parts of our trip. I was worried about getting on a boat with a shellfish allergy, but the kitchen staff was easily able to accommodate my allergy, as well as others on our trip (gluten free, pescatarian, etc). Additionally, our guide Vic was awesome; he was a wealth of knowledge about everything from the history and culture Croatia to where the best place to watch the World Cup would be. He presented many fun options of what to do on every island. It really felt like we had a private guide (who knew everyone) at every stop. If we could book to go again, tomorrow we would!

Our week on the Almissa was amazing. Great food, staff, rooms, common spaces and other guests. The itinerary was excellent including a variety of activities and swim spots. A truly unique and special way to experience Croatia and we have no hesitation recommending the Almissa. The Sail Croatia communication was good in the lead up to the tour. A few things to note as feedback. Make the end of tour survey anonymous to get honest and useful feedback, carrying cash is a pain now for tourists - the fact everything on the boat and the extra tours and tips are to be paid in cash is inconvenient. Towels on the ship could be replaced - they are getting a bit old. Provide tea and coffee after lunch for free. This would be a small inexpensive thing to include - many international guests like their coffee and tea in the afternoon. 3 Euros for a cup of tea is way over the top. Finally the tipping recommendation appears out of step with what the cruise cost is. Small suggestions.

My husband and I and two good friends (another couple) spent a week on the Salve di Mare and it was magical. The beauty of the Dalmatian coast, the swimming off the boat, excellent food, and the excursions were perfect and unforgettable. The staff on the boat were also professional and so kind. They made everything go so smoothly and put everyone at ease. Sail Croatia was also fantastic—great communication and information armed us with clear expectations that somehow the Salve di Mare crew and beautiful Croatia vastly exceeded. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this trip on the Almissa. Perfect mix of cruising, swim stops and visits to beautiful islands. Staff were great, food was delicious and we had a great group of people onboard with us. Fun side trip options if you want them. Plenty of sunloungers upstairs for everyone. Only give it 4 stars as cabins are fairly basic but you don’t spend much time in there anyway - they were perfectly fine with plenty of room to store things. So good being able to unpack for a week and enjoy the cruise.

Our Sail Croatia cruise was one of the best trips of my life! My husband, our adult kids, and I all agreed it was an unforgettable experience. The ship was beautiful, our cabin was spacious, and it was meticulously cleaned every day. The food was outstanding, and the entire crew was friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. A special thank you to our tour manager, Dino. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations at every stop, helping us make the most of each destination. Although our itinerary changed slightly due to weather and docking conditions, it worked out perfectly. We visited Jelsa, which ended up being our favorite stop of the trip! The swim stops were absolutely spectacular, with crystal clear water and breathtaking scenery. If you're considering Sail Croatia, don't hesitate. It was an incredible experience, and we would do it again in a heartbeat!

The locations were stunning, the crew and fellow passengers were fun and engaging, and the food was imaginative and delicious (but not too crazy for our picky eaters). From the start the crew were extremely welcoming and helpful. The boat was immaculate and stylish, the cabin was spacious and comfortable. We were not disturbed by noise from the boat or other people. Nothing was too much trouble. The itinerary worked really well, there was enough down time to relax, sunbathe and swim. The excursions added a fun dynamic to the trip and were mostly fun and exciting. We did cycling, kayaking, wine tasting, zip lining (the best!!) plus plenty of time to explore the beautiful Croatian towns which I hadn’t expected to be so charming. There was plenty of choice of restaurants and bars and our crew gave us recommendations on where to eat , even making reservations for us. The food on board was delicious, make sure you advise about dietary restrictions at the time if booking so that they can plan ahead for you. We were extremely lucky that the people on board were fantastic. We all bonded really well which made the experience very special…… a cruise family!!

We sailed on the Contessa. The ship and crew were amazing. Our room was comfortable and more spacious than we had anticipated. The entire ship was spotless. The breakfast buffet always provided a nice variety of choices. The lunch menu changed each day and every meal was delicious. Tour manager Nickos gave us great information each day and worked hard to make sure all guests enjoyed each port. Bartenders Martin and Nino kept us well hydrated and were a lot of fun. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Great small boat experience with swimming stops, and small town adventures lead by a wonderful leader Klara. She was super helpful and guided us to lots of fun. Really liked eating out at restaurants almost every evening. Really liked the food onboard and especially appreciated getting Gluten Free food which I needed. The staff onboard was exceptional. Highly reccommend.

Sali Croatia on Almissa exceeded our expectations. All the crew were amazing. Caesar and Kafka kept us entertained in the bar. Captain was friendly. The chefs were outstanding.. My husband and I chose sail croatia to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were welcomed warmly by Sanja our cruise director. From the minute we walked on board we felt like a family. The crew was so welcoming and the boat was beautiful. Sanja was most pleasant and attentive throughout the cruise. Vlad our chef for the week outdone himself. The food was outstanding. The bartenders were also so pleasant. Our group bonded like a family and spent multiple days and nights together. The pace of the cruise was perfect. The choice of islands and suggested activities were amazing. By the end of the week we were so sad to leave our sail Croatia family. What an amazing experience sailing around the beautiful islands of Croatia. Our trip started in Slpit & end ended in Dubrovnik. We stopped at 5 amazing islands along the way. The boat guide Andro was incredibly knowledgeable about each island’s history & what it had to offer and gave suggestions on activities and restaurants along the way. The crew were great however my only suggestion would be it lacked a female’s touch (all male crew) 😅. Eg room cleaning & also lack of salad at lunch time with massive serving of 3 course meal at lunch (the men very happy). I would highly recommend Sail Croatia it definitely exceeded our expectations.

You never know what to expect with 35 strangers but this mini 7 night cruise exceeded all expectations. We were warmly greeted and had ample time to mingle or do our our things. We were provided with numerous options for eating out and placed to visit at each stop. The on board food (breakfast and lunch) were plentiful and the swim stops along the way were so dreamy and refreshing during our hot week on board. The rooms were well spaced with ample storage for our 2 large and 2 small cases and the A/C kicked in well at night. Our main host Andro was exceptional and his command of the English language made everything seamless, closely followed by the diligent boat crew . We had so much fun, lots of drinks and laughs with guests and plenty of time to really unpack and unwind. I felt safe, my belongings were secure and we strongly recommend the Tempera to those looking for adventure, unique beauty but ample time to chill out.. There are a few deserving tips and taxes to factor in though.

Especially her recommendations for walking and hiking trails. She really made our time on the boat stress free, The swim stops where beautiful.
