Positives- The food and dining service were excellent throughout the trip. The information shared about the islands, local attractions, and recommended activities was very helpful and enhanced our experience. Hanna was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with restaurant reservations and excursion bookings. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our cruise experience and had a wonderful time. Areas for Improvement- We noticed that some staff members were smoking in or near common guest areas. Relocating smoking to designated staff-only areas would help create a more comfortable environment for guests, especially those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. One bartender, Cesar, came across as less welcoming than the rest of the crew during our interactions. A more friendly and approachable demeanor would further enhance the overall guest experience.

My wife and I had a great time on the sailing and biking adventure! The guides, scenery, and bikes were amazing! The routes were challenging at times and very beautiful. We had plenty of free time and made lots of new friends from around the world. We added extra days in Split (before) and Dubrovnik (after) which were both very enjoyable. Really loved this trip!

This was are second Sail Croatia cruise. The first was fantastic. Out second was on the Contessa, and it is a new boat. As with some new things, such as homes, boats, there is a pick up list of things that need improvement. In our case there were three issues. The AC was not working well and basically managed the room to 30 degrees Celsius, the boats internet was very limited, only working in the dining area, and that was food quality and taste was average. One of the driving forces besides the beauty of Croatia of our return was exceptional food quality, preparation and value in our first cruise. The chefs were amazing, tantalizing us with great appetizers, main courses and deserts. Although an effort was made it was not near the level of our first cruise. I imagine Sail Croatia will rectify these start up issues but want to present the facts as they were for us to future customers.

Holiday was great. All staff on the boat were great to deal with. Boat was clean and safe as well as the food was excellent. Only drawback was that there were some people not on ebikes which held up the whole tour several times. Would have liked to ebike longer distances but were not able to because of this issue.

I enjoyed the other people on the tour and the guides (Marin and Martin). I did feel that the boat used was not a proper one for this kind of cruise. Once the bikes were loaded there was little room left. I noted other boats when at dock that were roomier on the stern on the middle. Also, the breakfast buffet was poorly organized. Again, there was a lack of space forcing people into a small table area where only one person could get in and had to come back out into the same line. There should be access in the round and not at one of the eating tables. When parked alongside other boats there was no airflow. This became an issue when the air conditioning was not working. The crew was not very friendly, were smoking near the eating area and on their phones. There were no smokers on the tour so it was somewhat disgusting to have to inhale the crews cigarette smoke. They should go off the boat or to the upper deck if they want to smoke. The food was not of good quality. Needs improvement.

It was good, but they have things to improve, like the air conditioning not working, the cancellation of multiple activities due to the weather, the captain's absence due to "illness" (though he seemed perfectly fine the other days), and having a bartender drunk almost 50% of the time. But the accommodations were very good, the food was very good, and the main day was excellent.

Forgive my spelling of names but Jospina and Skipper Ante where the best. Every meal was perfect and they were attentive to all our needs, especially some of our party that were less sure footed getting on and off board. Bottom line only complaint was who sends a charter out with only 1 towel per guest for a week( this was not the crews fault) . Had a great time overall and our Crew were very knowledgeable of all the ports which made getting to and from any adventures/tours we went on super easy and added to our fun!!!!

The locations and crew were outstanding. Our guides Mario and Marin were full of knowledge and stressed safe riding. The crew on the boat were also very good. The booking process was less than stellar. My son and I were assigned a room with one double bed, not two singles. Since are large people, it did not work. He slept under the bed. Booking knew the assignment but would not/could not change it. Serious screw up by the office staff.

The cabins were cold and the first nigt on board the boat we could hardly sleep due to the chill in the cabin. We could not control the tempreture in the cabin. The cabin had lower standard than we expected. The food served on board was not good.Breakfast was good but lunch and grill could have been better.. I had the feeling during the trip that we were alwayes in a hurry. and the cykling tours not relaxed.Not much time for fotos or to observe the scenery etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip.The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

We had a nice trip on kingfisher. Our captain and hostess were nice and helpful on making our trip enjoyable. Thank you for a fun trip. A few recommendations yo improve the experience: 1. Please tell the guests to bring more cash for mooring fees and dinners. 2. It would be nice to spend the last night on an island vs split. You can just move check out to 10 am and that would really be a nice way to end the trip. 3. The 42 Lagoon catamaran only has 3 cabins if you use a skipper so that is an important description item as the skipper takes one of the cabins. When they sold us the catamaran they sold it to us as if it could sleep 8 people which is incorrect. It can only sleep 6 guests with a skipper.

While we understand the desire to spend the last night on an island, late check-out is not possible due to the extensive safety checks and cleaning required before the next departure. Our website correctly states that this vessel has 4 cabins that can accommodate 8 guests. It's common in the sailing industry, particularly in Croatia, for the crew to use the salon area as a double bed if all cabins are occupied by guests. Thank you again for your valuable input, and we hope to welcome you on board again in the future.
We had a lovely time on board the Morpheus from 15th of July till 22nd. The holiday started a bit unfortunate due to a delay of our flight and as a consequence our luggage arrived a day later than expected. Our skipper Marco suggested an alternative route which made we could easily collect our luggage the following day from Trogir. We had a lovely trip, enjoyed the islands, Marco suggested a nice itinerary which suited our family needs. He was discrete when we wanted it and available when we needed it. Our cabins are based on two person sharing a cabin and if there is a traveller travelling solo, then they are offered the option of booking a cabin with added Single Supplement cost which is 50% on top of per person pricing. This is offered at the time of booking and is advertised on our website under FAQ's. It isn't possible to waive this fee whilst on the cruise as it would be unfair to solo travellers onboard who booked and paid for a single occupancy cabin. Thank you for your feedback and we do hope we will welcome you again onboard sometime soon!
The passenger coordinator, Ioana, was amazing - great communication regarding what was ahead and very responsive to any passenger needs. There was food aplenty; we joked about getting three dinners every day. Best of all were the stops - every island is rich in history and allowed for easy access to the key sites. I wish we had more time at each stop so maybe next time I'll book a longer cruise.

Great cruise, fantastic host in Stjepan, a bit disappointed that we had to spend 2 days in Dubrovnik. A little irritated that you would not accept Credit cards on board. In Croatia ALL ATMs are a rip off and as you accpet payment for the cruise on a credit card, why not onboard? No doubt you dont want the charges to your account but the inconvenience and extra cost we had to bear spoiled a little what was otherwise a great trip

The staff were wonderful and Stephanie took great care of keeping us informed and organized for port calls. The food was great with the minor exception of too much olive oil use for me on some dishes. The tuna steak was perfect! I would suggest shorter swim times to allow earlier port stops. Some excursions were not enough time to do them well. Some activities for poor weather days would be nice also.

26 friends and family sailed on the Emanuel from Split to Dubrovnik. Nina from Sail Croatia was a great guide the food on the Emanuel was delicious and each port was somehow nicer than the last. I only wish was spending more time on the bikes exploring the islands. The schedule keep us fairly tied to the A To B trip with little time for side trips. Also, much of the biking day was spent waiting for slower riders which would have made my trip even better…..

I was more than a bit surprised to be greeted not by Sail Croatia staff but by the manager of Sunlife.HR !! The manage was very helpful and did his best to rectify the extreme stiffness in the two throttles. Unfortunately he wasn't very successful and we were stuck with the difficult throttles throughout the trip. This didn't cause us to have any accidents but could well have done so. I've used Sail Croatia before and been happy with the service but this year was very much the exception.

I have checked our internal records, and cannot see that this was raised with our Operations Team so I am unable to comment on how you were greeted by a non-Sail Croatia staff member. I am however pleased to hear that the Manager was helpful throughout your journey, as no incidents were raised with us for the duration of your week in Croatia. We do hope that any issues that may have arisen did not detract from your overall enjoyment, especially as you have travelled with us in the past and had a wonderful experience. Ship and rooms should be more in working order . Items shouldn’t be broken or makeshift . Had to ask for new towels after being told they would be changed. Our bedsheets weren’t even changed out. Never bothered to follow up after having to request. Some of the crew’s excellent service made up for others sub par performance . As a parent, Incident on ship was alarming and could’ve ruined the cruise, had to try hard to trust things would be alright . Swimming spots was occasionally sub par. Consistency in swim locations would have made things excellent.

If this was missed for any reason, we would hope that guests would highlight this to their Onboard Representative. We understand that there was an incident onboard and our Rep, Captain and crew were on-hand to assist where possible. All swim stops are monitored and a member of staff is always on watch to ensure the safety of guests. Our Captain will chose the best secluded bays, these are in a variety of exclusive locations for your enjoyment. Thank you again for your review.

Staff hangs around community areas and smokes cigarettes. Extremely offensive to passengers. All cruises should be smoke free. This is ridiculous in this day and age. Also, more time should be dedicated to biking and less on “boat time”.

Ana the onboard rep took the worry out of every decision (places to go, dining, problems, transfers etc), and was absolutely outstanding. Her dedication was exemplary. Amongst the guests, a community spirit developed & we all had a ball, whatever the event. Boat was kept spotlessly clean throughout. Lunches were nicely presented and although a little simple, they were always imaginative and enjoyable. While relaxing, felt you were on your own boat! Breakfasts were lacking and as they were buffet style, if you were not first in you often missed out! Cabin had all amenities but the wardrobe was very small & problematic. Hooks on walls needed. Bed & linens comfy but needed extra pillows. The swim stops would have benefited by having some “toys” and canoes would have been welcome. Main disappointment was I specifically asked not to be allocated the noisy cabin (upper deck!) next to the engine as it was wife's special birthday — and that’s where we were put! All in all - a fantastic time!

Cristal is one of the newer and largest offered by Sail Croatia. The cabins and baths are very spacious and there are many well designed areas to relax and be with or away from the other guests. The ship is kept very clean by the crew and housekeeping staff. The captain is very welcoming. Our trip had a wonderful group of fellow travelers of all ages from around the world. The food quality could be substantially improved. Many of the port stops are too short and much time is spent at very long swim stops waiting for free public docks to become available at the end of the day. The boat must leave these public docks very early with engines starting at 7 or 8am. The cruse director was enthusiastic, excursion quality highly variable and local port information limited.so do your own homework.

Boat is not owned by sail Croatia. Its sub contracted. We asked for our 2 rooms with our daughter s to be next to each Other . The boat never got the request. The grey water tank overflowed into our bathroom. It was really gross The roof leaked from the ice machine above and soaked our mattresses The shower floor leaked and the bathroom floor was entirely flooded. The beds had broken springs and uncomfortable No ventilation in the lower cabins . Dank musty and moldy. No portholes to open. Sealed shut. After 3 days crew finally turned in air conditioning. Captain did this not sail Croatia. The crew were awesome and apologetic. Lead guide /Sail Croatia did not offer to compensate for these issues at all. Gordana the 2nd guide was very nice. Food was excellent. Great views and cycling for the most part very good. We would like to see a partial refund for the accommodations. The 20" wheel ebikes are wrong for the terrain. The newer 26" mobiles we saw for next cruise were correct.

We are family owned and each of the ships we work with are also family-owned and operated. Together we make up Sail Croatia. I have had a look into this for you and can see that the cabins that were allocated to you were directly opposite each other. There are a couple of points in your review that I just need to clarify for other travellers considering booking with us. We have a rigorous process in place for any issues that may arise on our cruises and this process is emailed to guests prior to departure, is available via your Online Account and pre-departure information, and is also reiterated onboard the ship by your Representative. Thank you for following this process and making your Representative aware of the leak in your cabin which had wet the end of the beds, we can see via our reports that this was resolved immediately. Upon checking our records, I cannot see that the flooded floors or the broken spring issues were reported to the Representative. As you booked an Ensuite ship, unfortunately Air-conditioning is not included in the cabin price. However, some ships are have the functionality of turning the air-conditioning on for the entire ship and this is charged at a per person rate. I can see that from the first day the Captain decided to turn this on for all guests to enjoy at no additional cost. The 20" wheels that are advertised on our website for our Cycle cruises have been trialed and tested, in saying this we are currently trialing a larger 26" wheel bicycle and may release these for future seasons. We enjoyed the cruise very much... friendly crew, good weather, great views! We particularly liked the size of the ship. The food was very good... but it would have been nice to have greater choice. Very disappointed not having tea or coffee available all day. As water in cabins undrinkable, water bottles should have been available in the rooms. Spending so little time in Hvar and Dubrovnik was disappointing and only 3 stops for swimming was also surprising. Family night and the Captain's Dinner was a lot of fun! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but thought the company could have made it better at little additional cost.

Our Elegance cruise was just that, very spacious and modern boat being the Olimp. The crew were very caring and Mia kept us well informed every day of activities. You could be as busy or relaxed as you wanted to be, Our daily lunch was huge and varied. We never felt crowded as there was plenty of room around the boat. Disappointments was being allocated twin beds upon upgrading to a upper deck room. The bar tab at the end is something to watch. There is no price list for the bar and we had to trust a pencil ledger at the end with no dates or prices. We only used the bar on two nights one being half price wine night, (7 wines, 1 beer) and the captains dinner 2 bottles red $65AUD each, 3 wines, 1 beer. 2 beers during the day. This came to over $400AUD total for the 4 of us travelling. Should have reviewed before paying as something was clearly wrong. My suggestion would be drinks to be signed off as ordered and prices given. Others had warned us prior re Sail Croatia bar tabs.

The highlight of the cruise was swimming in the Adriatic Sea, and relaxing on the Olimp. We enjoyed daily visits to the islands, and would have preferred to have more time in Hvar and been able to moar at Bol rather than the other side of the island.

We sailed Dubrovnik-Split with a lovely group & fantastic rep, Stanko. Stan was very informative and looked after our needs very well. The opportunity to see the islands & swim in lovely clear water from the boat was superb. We combined this with. Game of Thoines tour in both Dubrovnik and Split which made the area even more interesting.

Absolutely loved our time on the boat and saw so much of beautiful Croatia. The boat facilities were amazing and our children loved it. Only change I would have made would be to have more child friendly meals given it was a family cruise.

The beautifull Croatia landscapes!!! Very comfortable boat made the trip very interesting. Navigating every morning for such beautiful scenery and docking at lunch time to visit the places of destination made the itinerary very interesting. Highly recommend!

Active Croatia, hiking tour, first week October: Positives: The group were all great fun. Ages ranged from mid 20s to mid 60s along with the consequential mixed abilities. The slow were determined to get up the hills and the fast were patient and supportive. The evenings and dinners were comradely and a dose of \"Cards against humanity\" tore up all inhibitions. The hikes were good and varied. What could have been better: The boat, not having hot-water available for showers after a sweaty walk on some days was poor. Our guide was not a walking guide and did very well given she didn\'t know the routes and we got lost a few times. She and her colleague were personally great and did really well but we paid for a guide not a guide\'s learning experience. Advice: Croatia\'s weather is changeable at this time of year, I hadn\'t realised just how cold the cold days were (8 oC). If you\'re going this late have some warm clothing with you. Overall a lovely trip, would highly recommend
