1) Omit overnight on day 7 of trip. End the trip after lunch on day 6. This eliminates unreasonably early check out on day 7 and also makes it easier for a guest to check in to their hotel in DBV without having to wait until 12:00 or 13:00 check in time. 2) Onshore excursion options need clear explanation in pretrip communication. Example: I was not told that a scenic bus tour and a walking tour of DBV was available, so I booked them in advance with Viator. If I had known I would have gone on the onshore excursion instead. 3) Include the use of one pannier on the bike. 4) Include written instructions for charging the bike battery and operating the ebike. 5) There were three outlets in the cabin. That is insufficient to charge two bike batteries plus two phones plus hearing aids, etc. A simple multi-plug adapter can fix this issue. 6) Guide must not make promises he doesn't keep. Example: A military tour was promised on one island (Vis?) but was never delivered.

While this was somewhat of a good experience, there was too much down time, internet reception was extremely poor and whilst the crew were friendly enough they did not seem to want to go above and beyond, then at the end of the cruise, we were nearly shamed in to giving a tip, it was most uncomfortable.

Everyone on the Afrodita works so hard, the ship was very well maintained and the food was great. The hike guides very good and well informed. The trails were not maintained by any standards basically goat paths. I slipped and fell on first hike injured my leg, cuts and bruised on the loose sharp rock. The guides Martin and ILona were great. Martin applied bandages to my leg to stop the bleeding then helped me finish the last kilometer back to the boat. I had to skip the hike the next day and only did 5 of the 7 hikes opting to do the easiest. Looking back I wish I knew the trail conditions, the length and elevations were all that I remember and the hikes were moderate. Next time we will do the elegant cruse. I wish I could give 5 stars.

The locations and crew were outstanding. Our guides Mario and Marin were full of knowledge and stressed safe riding. The crew on the boat were also very good. The booking process was less than stellar. My son and I were assigned a room with one double bed, not two singles. Since are large people, it did not work. He slept under the bed. Booking knew the assignment but would not/could not change it. Serious screw up by the office staff.

Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful trip on our bike-boat trip in May 2025. The guides were very good and kept us well informed. The bikes were very good quality and easy to ride. My only criticism is that my wife and I slept in separate small beds in our cabin. We would’ve clearly preferred to be in a single bed together at night as we have been for 40 years. All in all, this was a very successful vacation for my wife and myself.

Loved the week on the ship. Met some great people. Mostly from Australia, UK and USA. Particularly enjoyed the swim stops. Great food too. Be aware though that the ship docks late afternoon in each location so some of the advertised shore excursions will not happen. We found this disappointing and would recommend Sail Croatia only promote those excursions that have a realistic chance of going ahead.

Great crew all round. Extremely professional and courteous. Very high standards of comfort and cleanliness. Very professional Tour guide , perfect touch and interaction with all passengers. Only complaint is breakfast is too early to close at 9.00am, also it was a direct shut down at that time. Even at 9.o5 am the coffee and tea was closed, leaving the only option was to purchase. Swim stops were cancelled due to weather without consulting passengers. Some activities were cancelled either because of equipment malfunction. A better hostess would be good.

The Croatian islands are so beautiful to see when biking. The EOS ship was not as nice as other pictures on the website. The staff were all pleasant. Vegetarian options were limited. Despite rain, the staff worked very hard to reroute us and gave us a wonderful experience.

The cabins were cold and the first nigt on board the boat we could hardly sleep due to the chill in the cabin. We could not control the tempreture in the cabin. The cabin had lower standard than we expected. The food served on board was not good.Breakfast was good but lunch and grill could have been better.. I had the feeling during the trip that we were alwayes in a hurry. and the cykling tours not relaxed.Not much time for fotos or to observe the scenery etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip.The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Anton and Karla our cruise / bike leaders did well with the large group of cyclists that were on-board the Princez Diana. Delaying a couple of rides due to weather and adding an additional ride for the island that we missed due to the weather. However, some of the riders did not like the fact that the additional 20km added for this additional ride were not given the option of missing it as it was stated before the start of the ride the group was told the additional ride would be optional. The kitchen staff were outstanding with excellent choices made for B / L and Dinners that we were given on the boat. I would've appreciated coffee included with lunch or dinner though not just breakfast. As for the room (Cabin #5) it was adequate as we did not have a working safe - staff said someone would fix it but that was never done. The venting in the bathroom was not good and the annoying relay pump sound was pretty bad when anyone was using water on the boat. I would recommend the cruise.

We reserved a few years ago but then the COVID Pandemic landed. We had to cancel and Sail Croatia were so great to deal with. A full refund no hassle. We rebooked six months ago and just returned home. We were on the ESperanza Dubrovnik return. Boarding was easy. We met with Mia the cruise director. Such a lovely warm kind person. She was so organised . We got great information and recommendations where to go when ashore. The food was very good . Anna and Antonio were our servers and bar tenders. Nothing was too much trouble to them. The weather was not the best but the captain and the sailors had to rearrange the itinerary to avoid the rough seas at times. We felt safe at all times and managed swim stops in secluded bays every day. Overall we loved it. We made new friends who we will keep in contact with. Two small areas that could improve. The hairdryer in the room wasn't great so I'm told. Also the ladders for getting back onboard after swimming need to be longer. Excellent.

We had a great time, all 28 people from all over the world, got on fantastically well. The bikes were of a good quality and everyone managed to get on really well with the e-bike I would have liked some longer rides, the longest ride was only about 50 kms, I would have liked to do this every day. The sail Croatia jersey, should be free to all and a day set aside when everyone wears it. I was the only person that bought a jersey and it certainly was not worth the £50 paid. We only swam off the boat twice and this was something we were looking forward to, This trip is not cheap and I realise we had one of the better boats, but with payment of food when off the boat and more expensive drinks when on the boat, our limit of spending was soon exceeded, to be then expected to pay for tips and what was an expensive payment was above what we could afford. The crew should not have to rely on tips and should be covered on the initial spend. I would be happy to talk more if requested.

We had a nice trip on kingfisher. Our captain and hostess were nice and helpful on making our trip enjoyable. Thank you for a fun trip. A few recommendations yo improve the experience: 1. Please tell the guests to bring more cash for mooring fees and dinners. 2. It would be nice to spend the last night on an island vs split. You can just move check out to 10 am and that would really be a nice way to end the trip. 3. The 42 Lagoon catamaran only has 3 cabins if you use a skipper so that is an important description item as the skipper takes one of the cabins. When they sold us the catamaran they sold it to us as if it could sleep 8 people which is incorrect. It can only sleep 6 guests with a skipper.

While we understand the desire to spend the last night on an island, late check-out is not possible due to the extensive safety checks and cleaning required before the next departure. Our website correctly states that this vessel has 4 cabins that can accommodate 8 guests. It's common in the sailing industry, particularly in Croatia, for the crew to use the salon area as a double bed if all cabins are occupied by guests. Thank you again for your valuable input, and we hope to welcome you on board again in the future.
Thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Excellent exercise to work off the meals! Our guides were super, well organized, and very hospitable. Met people from all over the world. Comfortable ship, Well organized itinerary. Enjoyed the swimming, particularly on hot August days! One thing to note is that it was not clear on the website nor from the saleswoman with whom we corresponded if the "total ascent/descent" for a day is combined ascent & descent or the amount one ascends and additionally descends. It is the amount one ascends and then descends as well. For example if a day's total ascend/descend is 640 meters (as ours was listed on Day 3), that means you will climb a total of 640m and then descend a total of 640m.

Some more thought into the details would be recommended. I.e having food that suits the cultures on board/having an option for those that don’t eat fish/seafood for example. Some rooms Air Con didn’t work Some of the decisions and recommendations for activities dinner etc seemed strange and almost like there were “kick backs” or back scratching for certain places vs others. (Some of the organised dinner recommendations weren’t good) Lots/most of the activities that we saw online were not available. The boat owner needs to be much more friendly, less grumpy and controlling. Some of the logistics around swimming stops were obviously just to suit the boat and to be the most fuel/time efficient, which meant we were sometimes docked too early or swimming with boats passing by, not the crystal clear water advertised. Some of the staff were doing the bare minimum. The rep has potential but was barely engaging with the guests above giving a talk each day after lunchtime.

We certainly do take food preferences and dietary requests onboard - we do ask our customers to let us know in advance if you have preferences and these are passed onto the Chef onboard. After looking into our communication with you, unfortunately we did not receive any preferences with regards to seafood or special requests. Our tour/customer representative, Barbra, was great. The islands were good with a couple of things. We didn't get to explore Vis much since we stayed korcula.. Korcula was great. We stayed in Mijet which was not worth the stop. As for the food. Breakfast was good but could have had more options instead of eggs. Lunch was over the top each day. The food was good. The night before and the day of decorating, we felt rushed off the boat. We had to be off by 9am. Jacuzzi was emptied the night before and could not be used. Did not understand why decorating time could not have been around 11.. The staff was great and the swim stops we a pleasure.

We had a lovely time on board the Morpheus from 15th of July till 22nd. The holiday started a bit unfortunate due to a delay of our flight and as a consequence our luggage arrived a day later than expected. Our skipper Marco suggested an alternative route which made we could easily collect our luggage the following day from Trogir. We had a lovely trip, enjoyed the islands, Marco suggested a nice itinerary which suited our family needs. He was discrete when we wanted it and available when we needed it. On arrival we were greeted by Ioana who welcomed us in a very professional and courteous manner. The ship Olimp was amazing. Very modern and clean. The crew were equally professional and a special mention must go to our housekeeper. She was the BEST. Our cabin was always cleaned with fresh towels which made our experience even more enjoyable knowing that everything was clean. Ioana who was in charge of cruise went over and above to ensure everything was perfect for all the guests on board. The stunning coastline and scenery provided the backdrop for a very pleasant and relaxing cruise amongst the islands between Split and Dubrovnik. The crew were excellent and looked after us very well. Food quality was excellent. Fellow passengers became friends and added to the convivial atmosphere. The only negative we experienced was excessive noise at the berths in two of the ports where we were unfortunately berthed beside boats with raucous Americans who stayed up way beyond the general curfew. Some noise is always a risk and indeed, this was flagged. However when it comes from another boat it’s profoundly irritating and detracts from the cruising experience. We would recommend Sail Croatia products, with the advisory about noise.

Meals and cycling should receive separate ratings. Our biking experience was better than we could have anticipated. Milah was professional and delightful. Andre was a great host and server; however, meal times degraded the experience for us. Breakfasts were never served hot, and lunches often consisted of lots of heavy noodles with heavy cream sauce and tenderized meat. Portions were always large, but the food was generally unappealing. We'd read reviews about gourmet fare on this experience and found nearly universally unappealing meals. The Captain's meal demonstrated the cook's capacity to make fine food, but it had been hiding until then. I would heartily recommend Sail Croatia for the challenging cycling experience, but would warn potential participants that meal time may more closely resemble a teenager's summer camp experience than an upscale adult experience.
