The staff were very friendly and accommodating The food was adequate but could have been somewhat better..Enjoyed my time in the Dalmatian islands

Katerina is owned and crewed by the family. This is a 5 star rating. Ship is spotless and crew are the best. Owner and crew (mostly family and cousins) are so attentive to every detail. Meals: adequate and enjoyable but not outstanding. Captains' dinner was very good. Activities: not memorable. Walking tour in Dubrovnik was boring. Ship provided dinner was not impressive. Should have stayed in port and gone to local restaurant Ioana our tour director was 5 stars' She had to deal with a lot of shifting itinerary and was a truly shing star for the passengers. Overall was a nice experience. Met a lot of good people and that was a big plus; Croatia is very expensive on the street Plan to spend some BIG $$ in local establishments. Overall, a check on our bucket list. Nice but would not do again

Our bike tour leaders Marin and Ilona were fantastic. Highly skilled, organized, caring and kept our group very safe. I thoroughly appreciated, as well enjoyed spending time with them. Sail Croatia should highly regard both these staff. A big 6 out of 5 for these two. They went way above beyond what was well beyond the minimum they needed to do.

We had a wonderful week sailing with Sail Croatia and would happily recommend them to others. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Our boat was ready on time and in great condition, and the team provided helpful assistance both before we set off and when we were leaving the dock. Their communication was excellent. Before the trip, any message I sent was answered promptly with all the details we needed. This continued during our journey. When we saw a "bura" wind in the forecast, we messaged them for advice. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and gave us clear steps to take. They also went out of their way to help with a small request, providing an extra coffee machine for the boat when we asked, which was much appreciated. A particular highlight was Karolina, who personally stopped by to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. It was a nice, personal touch that showed they care about their guests. Highly recommend Sail Croatia!

We sailed on the Queen Jelena (Split North itinerary). Beautiful boat, really good crew. The food onboard was just OK, often just warm rather than hot. A 3 course lunch is not what most people have day to day at home and the thoughts from fellow passengers were thst this was a bit rigid and maybe a buffet style lighter lunch would be better as it felt you had breakfast and a couple of hours later a large lunch making you lethargic. Trips were ok, village dinner was good, buggy trip was good but not best value. More time needed in Dubrovnik as it beautiful, I would skip the walking tour (pointless) and enjoy more time exploring yourself. All stops on this itinerary were beautiful. One last point; the daily briefing should be carried out using the TV in the saloon as shown on the website content so you can actually get a visual idea of your day ahead. The WhatsApp group is useful when it's set up. Overall a good experience, 7.5/ 10

Great staff and itinerary. A little more cleaning - railings and doors should be everyday. Sanitizer in dining room and public spaces. Half our group got sick which was NOT fun. Probably not their fault. All else was excellent. Their bikes were well Maintained and it was beautiful.

Swim stops. Port visits. Particularly Korcula and Omiš. Barman ‘Milan’ was a genuine, nice guy. I still believe our room ‘0’ was bigger than others. I asked and was told the rooms were the same size, however when I peeked into a twin room ours was definitely larger! Not so great - Breakfast was monotonous, same every day. Really need a FOC push button coffee machine for use throughout day. The American drip coffee was rubbish and yes paid for the nespresso style coffee from the bar but e3.50 for something not that good. Our window leading outside next to the door required a curtain as well as the twisted Venetian blind there. I had to put up a makeshift curtain to block out the exterior downlights rays coming in. We spoke to a couple who were on a Sail Croatia boat with the same timings as ours and they raved about the food, as prepared by ‘two mamas’ who obviously cooked from the heart. Unlike our chefs!!
- Gary, 02/10/2025 14:44, Travelled in a Couple
Martina and Mio were great. The Guide from Sail Croatia was a little tightly wound and confrontational. The food was just okay, and that’s probably generous. The worst part was all the noise on the boat. Spend ten bucks and put felt sliders on the chairs in the saloon. Seriously. The chair sliding noise killed all the cabins right below it. The drink prices were stupid for what you get. The food was very forgettable. But the boat and the crew were good!
- Jason, 01/10/2025 19:49, Travelled with Friend/s
My product ? Your product. Guides were great, boat crew was great ! Communication was fantastic ! All logistics great! Breakfast needs some help. Lunches not great. Need to rename the game- no sailing whatsoever. Bike Croatia is more appropriate.
- Robert, 01/10/2025 08:29, Travelled with Friend/s
First of all the added costs. Quite a few of the added activities were charged. The prices when converted to Australian dollars were quite expensive. Recommended tipping at the end was very high and this was noted by other passengers as well. We were looking at around AU$700 for the service. Considering how much we paid for the cruise wevconsidered it unreasonable to expect extra charges like this on top. Meals. Breakfasts were very nice. However, some of the lunches were variable in quality. Generally, the entree and deserts were fine but some of the main courses were not to liking. Captains dinner was disappointing. The Entertainment was noisy: not allowing any kind of conversation between the passengers. As an older couple, we found the loud music and tactic singing and dancing to be a bit disconcerting. Nikos and Ivanka were both friendly and always helpful. 5 stars to both of them. Also, the cabin was comfortable and clean and about was beautifully presented.
- Rupert , 30/09/2025 17:09, Travelled in a Couple
Hello Rupert, thank you for taking the time to review your cruise with us this season. We are pleased to hear that you found your cabin comfortable and clean, enjoyed the beautiful presentation of the ship, and that both Nikos and Ivanka made such a positive impression during your cruise. We will be sure to pass on your kind words to them. Guest feedback is very important to us, so we do appreciate you sharing your experience with us. You can find a helpful blog on Tipping on the website and further information is also included in the Pre-Departure Information sent to you prior to departure. We do also note on the Elegance page and Excursions page which activities are included, free or charge or at an additional cost. If ever in doubt, we encourage guests to always reach out to their on board Sail Croatia Representative. Thank you for joining us this season and exploring beautiful Croatia.
Captain, tour guides and front line staff were great. Room was not great with a bed that you could feel the metal springs, lumpy pillows, lights that didn’t work, safe that wasn’t opened, Generator noise was intrusive into the room during the night. In port the boats were often racked together so that you had to pass through multiple boats to get onto shore. This also trapped diesel exhaust fumes on still nights, making staying outside at the back of the boat uncomfortable.
- Anonymous, 29/09/2025 08:36, Travelled in a Couple
Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our captain, crew, and staff – we’re pleased you felt well looked after during your cruise. We regret to hear about the issues you experienced with your cabin. If we had known at the time, we would have done our best to resolve them and make your stay more comfortable. Regarding port mooring, it is standard practice for small ship cruising that boats are tied alongside one another in port. While this can occasionally limit open-air space, please rest assured that our boats remain idle with engines switched off to keep noise and fumes to a minimum. Your comments are very valuable to us, and we will certainly take them into account as we continue to improve.
The guides were very good, knowledgeable about all the Locations that we visited. helpful and friendly all the time .The food was below average and we were hoping for a lot better. Although the rooms were small they were ok but they were damp and clothes and bed sheets damp even with ac on. I would still recommend, but on a different boat with a different chef
- Brian , 28/09/2025 15:30, Travelled in a Couple
My husband and I loved the itinerary, and all the friends we made on board. 7 days of stunning swim stops, time to read a book or play a game of dice. Dino was a great help advising and setting up activities at each stop. The food was great! The boat is a bit dated, but I feel it was a fantastic value for the price.
- Becky, 24/09/2025 01:29, Travelled with Friend/s
Great ship and crew.
- Peter, 23/09/2025 19:14, Travelled in a Couple
Croatia is scenic and the cycling was good. The crew of the Princeza Diana was terrific- they worked very hard and were friendly and happy to interact with guests. The food was absolutely top notch- I'd recommend this trip for the food alone. Our guides were only average based on multiple previous cycling trips in Europe. They were pleasant enough but seemed disconnected from their jobs. Perhaps it was late in the season and they had mentally moved on.
- Anonymous, 22/09/2025 12:21, Travelled with Friend/s
Great destinations. Great crew. Good breakfasts, lunches not so great. The wine tasting tour was a waste of time and money,. Dino was a terrific tour leader 5 stars. The captains dinner was good but like I said the lunches need improving.. thoroughly enjoyed the swimming stops and also all the port stops. Croatia is a beautiful country. Would recommend this cruise if the lunches improved .
- Jurgen, 22/09/2025 07:34, Travelled in a Couple
Excellent guides and beautiful destinations. Hiking trails fitted the group and if not alternatives were on offer.
- Bjarni , 22/09/2025 05:50, Travelled with Friend/s
The guides Ivan and Lucija were very knowledgeable and organized. We alway knew the plan and they provided great local info and recommendations. The food was well prepared and tastey. The coffee was good but cold. Maybe replace the coffee maker with a better style that keeps the urn warmer. The only downside was our ship was charged after all our travel plans were made. The upper bunk mattress was small and uncomfortable.
- George , 20/09/2025 16:35, Travelled with Friend/s
Well managed trip with hard working and knowledgeable staff and guides. The rooms were small and uncomfortable. Older boat needs an update. Food was adequate, but not outstanding. Riding in groups was challenging as some inexperienced riders.
- Mark, 19/09/2025 03:04, Travelled in a Couple
Overall the week aboard Morpheus was great. We had great service from the hostess Niki and Captain Christian had great suggestions for destinations and restaurants. The SUPs were not very good quality so check those and be sure to ask for more towels.

- Kevin, 16/09/2025 17:22, Travelled in a Couple
Lola was excellent as our tail end guide with good history comments along the way. For constructive criticism I would recommend that the up front lead guide (Srdan) go a bit slower so that we did not spread out into seperate pelotons with the later groups missing turns that Srdan made without stopping to allow the later groups to catch up.

You offer transfers from airport to boat, but not hotel to boat, I cannot see the difference in going to airport or a hotel? We had 2 hot showers at of 7 days - this is unacceptable. Coffee and tea should be available at all times. Other food options should be available at all times Wifi was poor, consider using starlink We had 1 towel to use for the week??
- Ray, 16/09/2025 04:04, Travelled in a Couple
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that certain aspects of your trip didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to respond to your concerns. Regarding transfers, we do offer complimentary Elegance transfers to and from the local airport only, as per our contracted service. We understand the convenience of a hotel-to-port transfer, but this is not included in the Elegance package as advertised - this information can be found under FAQ's. We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulties with the hot water. According to our internal report, the crew did investigate your concerns and found the issue to be related to the operation of the shower control. The knob needed to be turned fully to the left and given some time to activate the hot water. The Captain also explained that the water is heated while the engine is running, and this was communicated to you. After these clarifications, it was confirmed that hot water was available throughout. With regard to towels, each guest is provided with one beach towel for the week, however plenty of showering towels are provided and if you found yourself needing more towels for showering, you simply needed to speak to the crew and your Onboard Representative for additional towels or other needs — they are always happy to assist. Concerning Wi-Fi, we do provide complimentary access on board; however, as outlined in our materials, connection quality can vary due to signal coverage along the coast and limitations inherent to sailing. Thank you for your further thoughts on food and beverages onboard which have been passed on to operations team together with your entire constructive feedback which is very welcome. Thank you again for traveling with us and we do hope to see you again!
First of all, let me say that the people involved (crew, etc.) were excellent. I have no problem with any of them. Our cruise director was especially friendly and personable. Plus, I found Croatia to be a most beautiful country. That said, it was not one of my favorite trips. I found most places we stopped to be glorified "tourist traps." Most things were far too expensive, and we were constantly confronted with cost after cost for anything we might want to do. I think that should I ever return to Croatia, I'd probably pick one or two places and spend more time exploring more than just tourist trap stuff. I guess that could be said, however, for many such cruises, etc. Have traveled to several countries, however, this will not be considered one of my favorites.

- Nigel, 15/09/2025 07:38, Travelled in a Couple
On our recently completed trip from Dabrovnic to Split for 7 days, Although the "Tempera" ship requires some strong maintenance repairs and surface repairs, the experience beyond that was incredible for a first time cruise guest on that size and style of a ship. Our Cruise Manager Sasha was the most friendly, knowledgeable management team member that leads the way in customer relations and makes all guests feel like a family member. The Captain and crew provide a constant team effort of providing services of any nature while at sea or when at dock daily. We were fortunate to have a dining room / bar drink service leader in "Max", his efforts exemplify professionalism customer service. The most valuable aspect of this specific cruise trip was the personal relationships built in a very short order of time (from day 1) of the other guests. This size of a ship and the areas of common use created an experience like no other, for the friendships that were created, we thank you.

The boat was very old and really it did fall short of expectations. Light didn't work. No key for safe. Old and slippery tiles in shower. Old shower. It needs to be better. Communication between guides and passengers was minimal. Half the time we were never really sure of what was going on. Rides were spread out. You probably need 2 groups. One to do a longer ride, and one to do a shorter ride. We also needed to stop at a private bay here and there for a swim. We rode past so many secluded rocky beaches with crystal clear water, but never stopped

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with a review of our services! We're sorry to hear that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and upon reviewing our internal reports, we found no records of issues concerning the lighting, safe, or shower facilities in your cabin. We have a rigorous process in place for reporting and resolving any onboard concerns, which is outlined in your pre-departure information. Following this process ensures that no issue goes unaddressed and gives our crew the best opportunity to resolve matters promptly during the cruise. While we have received excellent feedback throughout the season for your ship, we appreciate all insights and will take your comments into consideration to ensure we maintain a high standard for all our guests. In terms of ride structure, we understand your concern about group pacing. Safety is a top priority for us, which is why we always provide two experienced guides for each ride — one at the front and one at the back — to manage different riding speeds and support the group throughout the route. We also appreciate your suggestion about offering separate ride options for different levels and will certainly take this into consideration for future departures.Your idea to include more swim stops at secluded bays is also well noted. We agree that these moments can be some of the most memorable, and we’ll explore how we can better incorporate them where timing and logistics allow. Thank you again for your feedback — it plays a key role in helping us enhance the experience for future guests.
We were on the Esperanza which is an excellent facility. The food and service were outstanding. I think every port stop should include a walking tour. I think it would be good to have the boat docked while we are at lunch so you could walk off immediately after lunch. Our cruise director Mia worked very hard to keep everything organized. Unfortunately she is difficult to understand as her speech is very rapid fire. The guests got to know each and all were friendly. Lovely overall experience!
- Scott, 10/09/2025 06:47, Travelled in a Couple
Nicola (captain) and Ivana were great crew to guide us along the Croatian coast. They were attentive and flexible with our group of 9 and Ivana did a great job preparing meals after shopping for us daily. The island stops were beautiful places to visit!
- Dan, 10/09/2025 00:39, Travelled with Friend/s
Lovely boat, comfy bed and cabin. Very relaxing on board and nice stops along the Split North route. SC rep was excellent as was service on board. Food was a bit hit and miss but Croatia not renowned for its cuisine. Warmed plates would help
- Nigel, 09/09/2025 14:06, Travelled in a Couple
Sailing on the Olimp with Sail Croatia was, overall, a very good experience. The boat itself was fantastic, and the crew were excellent. However, a couple of things did take the shine off the trip. Firstly, in the cabins there’s a constant whirring from the extractor fans throughout the night. The air-conditioning is fine, but these bathroom fans never switch off. We asked for them to be turned off, which they kindly did on the first night, but for the rest of the week we had to put up with the noise—such a shame. Secondly, breakfast was always served in the dining area, which is air-conditioned, but with all the doors kept closed the sound of 30 people chatting becomes deafening. It seems such a missed opportunity not to let guests spread out onto the aft deck, where there’s fresh air and space for the noise to dissipate.

The biking was the highlight of the sail. The food was good. The lower rooms could use better ventilation. The rooms were very damp. Staff were accomadating
- Anonymous, 08/09/2025 09:43, Travelled with Friend/s
The highlight of a Sail Croatia cruise are the incredible islands you visit and the fun activities available on all. I could nit-pick over little things we did not like which is why we give it a 4-star not 5. More than happy to share the constructive comments if you like in a separate communication. Always best to have objective and fair feedback to help you constantly improve. Overall a great experience.
- Daniel, 08/09/2025 09:17, Travelled in a Couple
Hi Daniel, thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed the incredible islands and activities on your cruise. We truly appreciate your constructive feedback and would be happy to receive any additional comments you’d like to share directly – it’s invaluable in helping us continually improve. We’re glad you had a great overall experience and hope to welcome you back on another adventure soon!
The trip destinations and food was great. The attitude of some staff including the cruise director was pretty poor. The captain of the boat and chef were excellent but other staff were openly stating they were over the season and complaining or arguing with the customers. The cruise director twice had harsh words with us through no fault of our own which is unacceptable.
- Peter, 08/09/2025 06:33, Travelled in a Couple
Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the destinations and food, and we appreciate your kind words about the captain and chef. However, we regret to hear about your experience with some of our staff and the tour representative. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. For this week, guest ratings were generally high, with most scoring 4 and 5 stars for the crew, so I’m sorry to hear your experience was not the same. We expect all our customers to have the same experience throughout the season and your comments have been passed on to our management team, and we’ll address this with the crew to ensure improvements are made. Thank you.
The itinerary was well plannned with excellent leaders. I especially enjoyed the bike routes and swim spots! The food was good but the coffee was not acceptable! I would use Sail Croatia again!
- Henry, 08/09/2025 06:04, Travelled in a Couple
our guide, Vedran, combined with the absolutely lovely ship Queen Jelena and it's expert captain/owner (Gordan? sorry), combined for a wonderful experience. Exploring the Dalmatian Coast this way was amazing and everything we hoped it would it be, and was so much more. Vedran informed, educated, coddled and tolerated all of us crazy tourists with grace, humor, and bottomless patience. The captain found us the most beautiful swimming spots each day, and navigated through the islands so smoothly, especially during the few rough waters we had. The boat is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and relatively brand new (2018)! My only quibbles would be with the kitchen. The Captain's dinner was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Croatia (and probably the most fun!), and all the lunches were lovely (though the chef could have used a lighter touch with the tuna steaks and racks of lamb to better represent his skills). We just wish the breakfast window was longer and less rigid.
- Peter S, 06/09/2025 12:12, Travelled in a Couple
We had a really lovely time. We were lucky enough to only have 16 people on our boat which meant we had lots of space and there was no issues getting deckchairs etc. I would imagine that with 40 people on board the boat would feel a little cramped, and getting a deckchair might be something of a challenge. The boat itself is beautiful and well looked after. The staff were really lovely and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the food was not good and certainly didn't math the price point. This was an opinion was shared by many of the other guests. Besides this, everything else on the boat was great. The Itinerary (Split - Dubrovnik) was great. The stops were beautiful and the excursions offered were on the whole really great. Overall it was a great experience and we had a lovely time.

The boat we where on the Mala Kate was shit, Pay the little bit extra and go on a better boat. This was my first time on a sailing boat Croatia and I expected more. The rooms were dirty, bins never cleaned , alcohol cleaned up yes. The captain took us of cause multiple times, did not stop at certain swim spots and missed actual islands throughout the whole journey. Honestly a partial refund would be expected as the experience on this was not what was promised nor the correct destinations visited. The boat was way out of ratio from male to female also.
- Kris, 12/08/2025 04:33, Travelled with Friend/s
Dear Kris, Thank you for taking the time to review your cruise with us this season. It is a shame to read that you felt the option you booked did not meet your expectations. We offer a wide range of different ship types to suit everyones budgets, offering different levels of accommodation and comfort. For example, our Premier ship cabins, offering spacious cabins with ensuite bathrooms and AC. I wanted to provide some more information on the decision to change the itinerary during your cruise. I can see that due to unfavourable weather, it was reported that the Captain did need to make some changes to the itinerary, I'm afraid. Due to the increase in wind and rocky seas, a swim stop was also not possible due to safety reasons. Our Captains are responsible for the safety of both the vessel and all guests onboard, and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, they may adjust the itinerary if necessary to maintain this. I'm pleased to see that after missing Hvar earlier in the week, the Captain made sure to make this stop later during your cruise so that guests did not miss out on visiting this destination. Although some changes needed to be made due to the weather in Croatia, I can confirm that all other destinations were visited as per your itinerary, and just Mljet was skipped as a result of bad weather. We have a rigorous process in place for handling any issues that may arise whilst you are on the sail, which is included in the Pre-departure information emailed to you before the tour. I can see from our reporting that you did not raise any issues with your Sail Croatia Representative whilst you were on board Mala Kate, which is a shame as our crew could have organised additional cleaning of your cabin and emptying of bins. We have reached out to you directly to discuss your feedback further, Kris. Thank you, Cayley
This was our second Sail Croatia experience, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The crew was exemplary, and special thanks must go to our wonderful Cruise Director, Ana. Her attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm ensured every aspect of our trip was a memorable adventure. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sail Croatia to anyone seeking a unique and unforgettable holiday. The only minor issue we encountered was with the cabin allocation. While this didn't detract significantly from our overall enjoyment, a more thoughtful approach to cabin assignments could have elevated the experience from a four-star cruise to a truly exceptional one.
- Nigel, 07/08/2025 04:16, Travelled with Friend/s
The beautiful ship. The amazing swim stops. The clean and spacious cabins. The ‘welcome on board’ canapés. The opportunity to experience some beautiful, picturesque islands. The Captains dinner. The itinerary. Mio & the lovely cleaning lady who cleaned our cabins. Only having 14 guests on board. Room for improvement:: The staff could be more friendly (except Mio and the cleaning lady - they couldn’t do enough for you); there should be more fish served as part of our lunches as we are out at sea and in the Adriatic! The lunches were lovely but certainly could be improved; the breakfasts and fresh fruit needed to be replenished as you were scared of having too much and not leaving enough for other passengers. It was not clear that you could have more. The chief female waitress in my opinion didn’t want to be there and that was more than obvious at times. As there was only 14 guests on board, it felt like most of the crew were ‘on a jolly’ and did not make enough effort to satisfy.
- Anonymous, 05/08/2025 08:53, Travelled with Friend/s
We really enjoyed the itinerary and The Esperanza was very well maintained. However some issues need addressing. The staff don’t appear to be very happy in their work place. Deck hands rarely smiled, the waitress in the salon was at times most inappropriate and borderline rude. It’s not every day you hear the F word or gestures using an arms whilst talking to passengers. So totally unprofessional and disrespectful to the Captain.. We appreciate that crew are able to go ashore for free time but please don’t tell the passengers that drinking of alcohol was consumed whilst ashore and then come onto deck to work; Safely for guests and crew surely should be paramount. The salon steward Mio went above and beyond to make every moment a pleasurable experience. The food lacked any wow factor, breakfast tepid, cold ravioli not nice, lettuce leaves as a salad, fruit bowl not replenished until we complained Only 14 guests in total and that shouldn’t mean less effort.. Representive did his job.

We really enjoyed our time on the Salve Di Mare. The locations we visited were beautiful! Absolutely stunning. Our cruise director Dino was friendly and informative. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say anyone went above and beyond though. The rooms were nice and always cleaned well. The cruise is expensive and we really do not believe that is was worth the price we paid. The food was average at best. Well cooked, but boring. Breakfast was front 8 -9.30 with zero flexibility. No food or options for food is offered between breakfast and lunch. So if you miss breakfast, bad luck. Lunch was a 3 course meal and although I eat everything, my partner doesn't eat fish and instead received a piece of 'stuffed' half zucchini instead. During swim stops, which were again, stunning! While on the top deck reading a book, no one ever came up to ask if you'd like a drink! I found that the most puzzling. Wouldn't you want to make money?! Hard to give 3 stars, we loved it!
- Luke Carvell, 04/08/2025 08:10, Travelled in a Couple
The ship was immaculately fitted out, crew were friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was substantial and generally good standard. But not gourmet as photography on brochures suggested. The islands were interesting and great to explore, however, a couple had very little to keep us occupied and exploring( notably Brac). Sail Croatia events coordinator was always helpful and available to help and plan for each stopover.. We felt that more entertainment in evenings even one more early on in cruise would have brought guests and crew together . The evening dinner on one of the islands was extremely disappointing, both for location and the meal itself.
- Peter, 29/07/2025 15:00, Travelled in a Couple
Marin made the week as great as possible. Disappointing about Hvar situation but he improvised well. Super easy going & knowledgeable host makes your time as stress free & enjoyable as possible. Food was slightly disappointing after seeing/hearing about the other boats.
- Kane, 25/07/2025 09:56, Travelled with Friend/s
Make travel from boat to club/port/city centre etc included in the overall fair, or inform customer of these costs, pre-departure. Give a selection of restaurants for the customers to vote on to eat together. The restaurants chosen for use were very expensive were there were cheaper options available. Have the BBQ dinner included in the price paid for the week, not as an additional expense.
- Ethan, 23/07/2025 15:25, Travelled with Friend/s
Dear Ethan, Thank you for taking the time to review your cruise with us this summer - we are so pleased to have you on board! Yes, your onboard Representative will certainly make recommendations on where to eat your evening meals. Guests are given the freedom to dine at the suggested locations or choose somewhere else if they prefer. Additional costs are detailed in the Pre-Departure Information sent to guests one week prior to departure. It is important to us that we set the right expectations for travellers, ensuring they can budget appropriately. Please rest assured that guest feedback is very important to us, and the suggestion on the BBQ will be passed on to the relevant teams so that we can make improvements where necessary. Thank you for a fantastic week in Croaita!
