After friends recommendation we booked the Wine Cruise Dubrovnik to Split and it was an amazing trip and we made some new friends from all over the world. The cruise, boat crew, food on board and the trips were amazing.

This was a great experience. Vin did a great job coordinating all of the wine tastings and providing excellent background to each destination. Also, Tony and Henry did a great job with the bar service and meal service. The food was excellent and the chef did a great job. The only issue was one of the wine tasting destinations had a problem with the bus not being available for returning us to the marina. Several vans were ordered to accommodate everyone's return trip. Thank you for a wonderful expeience.

It was amazing from start to finish, staff were so friendly, the food that came out the small kitchen was absolutely delicious , our tour guide was so informative, he booked restaurants for us , bars, knew everything about every area we stopped he couldn’t have been any better , we had daily swim stops which were beautiful, full breakfasts, 3 course lunches , tea and biscuits, I was really sceptical when booking , but it is one of the best holidays I have been one , anyone debating on going with sail Croatia , please don’t it was amazing and I will definitely be doing another one

We travelled on the OLIMP. The only weakness of this trip was the arrival into Dubrovnik. This was a special week made so by the boat crew, staff Sail Croatia and the other guests. Would I do this again - YES. The islands, swimming spots were beautiful.

The group of people were all unknowns when we started but soon clicked. We met so many great people and all got on so well together. The cruise was well planned and despite a day or two of windy conditions it went off without a hitch. The staff were were always friendly and happy and willing to help whenever possible.

Katerina is owned and crewed by the family. This is a 5 star rating. Ship is spotless and crew are the best. Owner and crew (mostly family and cousins) are so attentive to every detail. Meals: adequate and enjoyable but not outstanding. Captains' dinner was very good. Activities: not memorable. Walking tour in Dubrovnik was boring. Ship provided dinner was not impressive. Should have stayed in port and gone to local restaurant Ioana our tour director was 5 stars' She had to deal with a lot of shifting itinerary and was a truly shing star for the passengers. Overall was a nice experience. Met a lot of good people and that was a big plus; Croatia is very expensive on the street Plan to spend some BIG $$ in local establishments. Overall, a check on our bucket list. Nice but would not do again

It was evident from the start that this was a cruise on a well maintained ship that was in family ownership - with family serving as captain and bar tender. The whole crew were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were treated to great food and swim stops were arranged in a safe environment. Tours were expertly arranged. It was a very memorable experience

We sailed on the Queen Jelena (Split North itinerary). Beautiful boat, really good crew. The food onboard was just OK, often just warm rather than hot. A 3 course lunch is not what most people have day to day at home and the thoughts from fellow passengers were thst this was a bit rigid and maybe a buffet style lighter lunch would be better as it felt you had breakfast and a couple of hours later a large lunch making you lethargic. Trips were ok, village dinner was good, buggy trip was good but not best value. More time needed in Dubrovnik as it beautiful, I would skip the walking tour (pointless) and enjoy more time exploring yourself. All stops on this itinerary were beautiful. One last point; the daily briefing should be carried out using the TV in the saloon as shown on the website content so you can actually get a visual idea of your day ahead. The WhatsApp group is useful when it's set up. Overall a good experience, 7.5/ 10

This trip was organised by my wife,Tracy, having never cruised before my expectations were low, however from the time we arrived on the boat to the time we left the experience was exceeded. We meet 36 people who we had never met before from America, Canada, Barbados and the UK, we had so much fun. The ship’s crew were fun and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our time onboard. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people we have met have been fantastic. Would we do it again -YES.

The boat, Romantic Star was fantastic! Beautiful rooms with lots of light and wonderful staff that took care of everything. I loved that we were able to tie up each evening and find dinner in different restaurants after having great breakfast and lunches on board each day. It was an incredible trip.

We booked sail Croatia cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary and have never cruised before. We were a little skeptical in the beginning if this would be right for us. But we absolutely LOVED this small group setting the swim stops, the food, the ship and rooms were absolutely great.. We had wished that there were pool noodles as my husband isn't a big swimmer. The pillows in the rooms were not very supportive - but all in all we would absolutely come back for a Sail Croatia cruise! We also want to give a huge shout out to our director and guide Vicko was amazing! informative and full of so much knowledge.

First of all the added costs. Quite a few of the added activities were charged. The prices when converted to Australian dollars were quite expensive. Recommended tipping at the end was very high and this was noted by other passengers as well. We were looking at around AU$700 for the service. Considering how much we paid for the cruise wevconsidered it unreasonable to expect extra charges like this on top. Meals. Breakfasts were very nice. However, some of the lunches were variable in quality. Generally, the entree and deserts were fine but some of the main courses were not to liking. Captains dinner was disappointing. The Entertainment was noisy: not allowing any kind of conversation between the passengers. As an older couple, we found the loud music and tactic singing and dancing to be a bit disconcerting. Nikos and Ivanka were both friendly and always helpful. 5 stars to both of them. Also, the cabin was comfortable and clean and about was beautifully presented.

Such a great week Dubrovobik to Split on the Romantic Star which is a lovely boat. All the crew were amazing, looking after everyone’s needs and so friendly. All the food was really tasty. The bay stop swims each day were so lovely as were the island stops. Our tour guide Ivan was informative, friendly and funny which made the trip.. All in all, a fabulous week!!

All was excellent. Staff were all wonderful--personable, helpful, and really good at their jobs. The 2 women serving us were terrific. Food was excellent. Captain clearly had tremendous expertise and also found great spots for swim stops. Finally, I figure that you in general select really good people, but I can t believe anyone is as good as Vicko. He is simply outstanding: personable, knowledgeable, informative, and entertaining. Gave him a 5 only because the scale didn't go higher. A couple of very minor things: some things like "noodles" to float in the water would be nice, and recycling for paper and cans on the ship would be a good idea. All in all, just great.

Online research indicated our week with Sail Croatia would be a top experience, and it wasn't wrong. From the very start our dealings with all the crew and tour director Nikos were warm, caring and professional. The boat was immaculate, the onboard dining was well executed and nicely proportioned and the ports of call were pretty and pleasant. The week was suitably paced and all arrangements related to the trip went like clockwork..

First, the small ship concept is what sets Sail Croatia apart from other cruises. We saided on the Romantic Star in cabin #1. This may have been the best cabin on the ship. It was roomy and the bathroom was bigger than our bathroom on the Discovery Princess. Where Sail Croatia excels is the cruise director. Anita was absolutely amazing. We would sail with her anywhere. The cruise itinerary was perfect and Anita always gave us a pre-arrival briefing with tips for a great outing. It rained one day so Anita switched our activity to a winery, which was a hit with the passengers. A cruise director who can think on their feet and fix problems is worth their weight in gold. The chef staff did a great job. It was irritating that the coffee machines were only available during breakfast. They need to be available all day with newer, higher-capacity machines. Finally, the toilet seat was broken in cabin #1 before we arrived and needs to be replaced.

There are many Accolades use to Discribe the Most recent Olimp Sail-Croatia Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik! It was Relaxing, Informative and Right Sized! The Crew use attentive to our wants and needs, the Food was delicious and the Lunches were diverse. The Beautiful Sunny Weather had a Great Influence on the overall Atmosphere, But the Chemistry of the People Really created the " Magic"! Let's Start with Vedran or V as he became known to the Olimp Passengers or as the " Aussies" would say " Mates:! Everyone would look forward to ( with anticipation) to his Daily Briefings. He was able to read the Room and Delivered his Info with Wit and Humor! Each Day was a New Beautiful Swim Venue and he always gave us the Local Color of the next Stop along with History and Important Tips to help create a most Memorable Adventure Experience! We have also give a Shout out to the Aggregate of International Travelers who Created their own Identity as the Cruise " sailed" on? Great People!

We had the most amazing time on our Sail Croatia elegance cruise . The crew were amazing, Mioljub especially went over and above to make our cruise memorable. The Cruise director Vedran was very informative and so funny with a very dry sense of humour that really appealed to the Australians on the cruise. I would definitely recommend this cruise and this particular ship (Esperanza ) to all my friends and family

The crew were amazing. Our guide set the tone & the staff followed up - entertaining, funny, polite, courteous, respectful & professional. The cabins were spacious enough, the meals were fantastic, the islands were breathtaking & the swimming locations were incredible. We were, however, fortunate to also have like-minded guests on board (fun loving couples who enjoyed having a good time & made sure that everyone was included).

You offer transfers from airport to boat, but not hotel to boat, I cannot see the difference in going to airport or a hotel? We had 2 hot showers at of 7 days - this is unacceptable. Coffee and tea should be available at all times. Other food options should be available at all times Wifi was poor, consider using starlink We had 1 towel to use for the week??

Regarding transfers, we do offer complimentary Elegance transfers to and from the local airport only, as per our contracted service. We understand the convenience of a hotel-to-port transfer, but this is not included in the Elegance package as advertised - this information can be found under FAQ's. We’re sorry to hear you experienced difficulties with the hot water. According to our internal report, the crew did investigate your concerns and found the issue to be related to the operation of the shower control. The knob needed to be turned fully to the left and given some time to activate the hot water. The Captain also explained that the water is heated while the engine is running, and this was communicated to you. After these clarifications, it was confirmed that hot water was available throughout. With regard to towels, each guest is provided with one beach towel for the week, however plenty of showering towels are provided and if you found yourself needing more towels for showering, you simply needed to speak to the crew and your Onboard Representative for additional towels or other needs — they are always happy to assist. Concerning Wi-Fi, we do provide complimentary access on board; however, as outlined in our materials, connection quality can vary due to signal coverage along the coast and limitations inherent to sailing. Thank you for your further thoughts on food and beverages onboard which have been passed on to operations team together with your entire constructive feedback which is very welcome. We were on the Esperanza which is an excellent facility. The food and service were outstanding. I think every port stop should include a walking tour. I think it would be good to have the boat docked while we are at lunch so you could walk off immediately after lunch. Our cruise director Mia worked very hard to keep everything organized. Unfortunately she is difficult to understand as her speech is very rapid fire. The guests got to know each and all were friendly. Lovely overall experience!

The boat was spotless, the staff were really helpful and polite. Ioana our tour manager was great, always on the ball organising everything and tailoring the trips to suit the guests. We visited some beautiful places and got to see them in the daytime and evening as we were in port overnight. We did have a slight hiccup with one lunchtime meal when nearly half the guests had an upset stomach after eating the tuna. This could be something that they need to look at and maybe learn from. That been said I would definitely holiday with the company again, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Sailing on the Olimp with Sail Croatia was, overall, a very good experience. The boat itself was fantastic, and the crew were excellent. However, a couple of things did take the shine off the trip. Firstly, in the cabins there’s a constant whirring from the extractor fans throughout the night. The air-conditioning is fine, but these bathroom fans never switch off. We asked for them to be turned off, which they kindly did on the first night, but for the rest of the week we had to put up with the noise—such a shame. Secondly, breakfast was always served in the dining area, which is air-conditioned, but with all the doors kept closed the sound of 30 people chatting becomes deafening. It seems such a missed opportunity not to let guests spread out onto the aft deck, where there’s fresh air and space for the noise to dissipate.

our guide, Vedran, combined with the absolutely lovely ship Queen Jelena and it's expert captain/owner (Gordan? sorry), combined for a wonderful experience. Exploring the Dalmatian Coast this way was amazing and everything we hoped it would it be, and was so much more. Vedran informed, educated, coddled and tolerated all of us crazy tourists with grace, humor, and bottomless patience. The captain found us the most beautiful swimming spots each day, and navigated through the islands so smoothly, especially during the few rough waters we had. The boat is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and relatively brand new (2018)! My only quibbles would be with the kitchen. The Captain's dinner was one of the best meals we had in our 2 weeks in Croatia (and probably the most fun!), and all the lunches were lovely (though the chef could have used a lighter touch with the tuna steaks and racks of lamb to better represent his skills). We just wish the breakfast window was longer and less rigid.

We had a fabulous week onboard the beautiful ship Katarina. The Captain and crew were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our Sail Croatia liaison Nikos was great fun, knowledgeable and was able to provide a great introduction to each Port as we stopped. The swimming spots chosen by Captain Ivan were in great protected spots. Could not be more positive to recommend Sail Croatia and Katarina.

We sailed from Dubrovnik to Split with Sail Croatia on the Katarina in July 2025. Our tour Director Ioana, Captain Ivan and all the sail Croatia crew were fantastic. Everything was well organised, the ship extremely comfortable to travel and live aboard. We highly recommend Sail Croatia for your Croatia holiday.
