Miran and Yossib were great. They quickly became friends as well as our guides. Each were very knowledgeable with all of the islands as well as the Biking adventure. I would recommend this trip to anyone. They definitely would need to be ready for a couple challenging bike rides.

Sail Croatia team Miranda and Matilda were fantastic guides taking care of every level of cyclers capability and entertaining us with stops along the way to talk about the islands and areas we were touring. The boat and crew were fantastic, boat was like new and crew were so accommodating to guests. The food was absolutely excellent.

Fantastic. As hosts and cycling guides, Callum and Josko were first class. They were very supportive and ensured each ride was completed with safety in mind. They were knowledgeable about the areas we cycled through and provided snippets of the history that truly added value to the rides. Enjoyment of the rides and our overall holiday was paramount. They truly made a first class partnership that enhanced our experience no end. Although the crew were less engaged in one-to-one engagement within our daily activities they made the cruise experience a very enjoyable one and should also be commended.

The holiday was more than excellent. The boat was very clean and comfortable. The crew were exceptional being very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and our chef was great. Our tour managers Tonka and Lucija were wonderful. I really liked story time with history of Croatia etc. They regularly updated us on the group Whatsup. I was pleased I changed to an E-bike a month before leaving as there were some long hills to climb. We had a great very friendly group. I would def recommend this bike boat trip with Sail Croatia to anyone. I love Croatia.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable time cycling the spectacular routes along the coast. Our guides and staff were wonderful, the cuisine was really really good, and the hospitality exceptional. Also, the ports we visited gave us a true Croatian experience!

We had an amazing trip. My cabin sheets were unscented which I needed for scent allergies. The cook took great care with food for my allergies. Ivan and Borna were wonderful guides. Showed us their beautiful country and kept us safe and moving on our bikes. Very kind and efficient! Thank you so much.

I enjoyed the other people on the tour and the guides (Marin and Martin). I did feel that the boat used was not a proper one for this kind of cruise. Once the bikes were loaded there was little room left. I noted other boats when at dock that were roomier on the stern on the middle. Also, the breakfast buffet was poorly organized. Again, there was a lack of space forcing people into a small table area where only one person could get in and had to come back out into the same line. There should be access in the round and not at one of the eating tables. When parked alongside other boats there was no airflow. This became an issue when the air conditioning was not working. The crew was not very friendly, were smoking near the eating area and on their phones. There were no smokers on the tour so it was somewhat disgusting to have to inhale the crews cigarette smoke. They should go off the boat or to the upper deck if they want to smoke. The food was not of good quality. Needs improvement.

Our premier plus Sail Croatia cycling vacation from Split to Dubrovnik on the Princess. Diana was outstanding. The crew of the boat and the guides for the tour could not have been better. I would highly recommend this tour to anybody that wants to enjoy a relaxing cycling vacation.

Having struggled over the last few years with what works for us as a holiday, my wife and I have bounced between exotic destinations and luxury beach holidays. We’ve found that neither are particularly fulfilling and, although we’ve always enjoyed ourselves, we feel that our experience has been lacking. We thought that we would leave our comfort zone by trying an activity holiday with a group of complete strangers. Having just finished a cruise with Sail Croatia, I can honestly say that, certainly for us, I feel that we’ve found what was missing. A holiday which was centred around our activity level but challenged us to push ourselves further. An experience which allowed us to form friendships with travellers from all over the world. A well led and curated cultural introduction, facilitated by guides (Marin & Olja) who love their country and job, while supporting their guests to bond, experience and enjoy their holiday. We would definitely recommend this holiday, company and guides.

The Adriatic islands are now my favorite area - they have it all. The cruise/biking experience was icing on a marvelous cake. Lauren, Andro and crew took good care of the 17 of us with humor, insights and kindness. It’s obvious that the company has figured things out so itinerary can be adjusted as necessary. Wi-Fi worked great, a “WhatsApp” site, good food, fine accommodations. I’d note only that e-bikes should be considered essential due to the distances and grades - all but 2 in our group had them and were VERY grateful.

I travelled as a solo passenger but needn't have worried. From the offset it was the friendliest group of passengers, staff and crew i have ever met. The 2 Sail Croatia leaders, josko and Lauren , were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, managing to change my picky carnivorous diet to a vegetarian one after 2 days. It was exactly the same with the crew of our boat, the "Dionis"- a very comfortable and ideally sized boat for the holiday- bigger boats around seemed too big and cold compared to the smaller boats. The excursions and cycle routes were absolutely ideal. Most of our 15 passengers opted for the E-bikes but 4 of us had the normal calf powered versions, which didn’t detract from the enjoyment. We had the chance to have a swim stop most days and after a chilly 10 minutes swim, the scorching onboard showers were a very pleasurable welcome experience. This was my first time as a solo traveller on a group trip but i now see it as the only way forward in future

Nice number of guests. Team leaders/tour mangers absolutely terrific, as well all the crew. Food amazing. Accomodation was very comfortable. Such a memorable trip. A great combination of traveling on a midsize boat, max. 32 guests, we had 17 which made the excursion so much more personable with guests and crew. Weather in first of May was decent. 20ish degrees.

We were advised after we sailed about extra charges above those we paid for the trip, 50.00 per person port taxes and harbor charges. Why were surprised by these because sail Croatia didn’t tell us. Not very nice. To be paid in cash before final disembarking.

The ship was lovely and cycle guides did a great job looking after us on the rides. ship staff also did a great job with friendliness and efficiency. The ship itself was impressive lovely cabins and great showers. Only critique cabins could be warmer on the cooler says. Heater controls made no difference.

It really was a great trip, Marin and Mario were exceptional. They covered all the bases for having a safe and worry, free experience, very professional. Personally, I could’ve used a little bit longer routes to cycle and myself and a few others felt the last cycle stop was a little risky getting on and off the boat. I’m off to extend my journey and vacation, but I think that this part of it’s gonna be the best of everything overall Thanks, John.

The guides were first-rate. Marin, the cruise director, was conscientious, helpful, and friendly. We always knew what was happening and when. Josip, the cycling guide, kept us safe and made sure we enjoyed the rides. Our group included avid cyclists and people who had biked only rarely. We all had a great experience. The entire crew of the Columbo was efficient, friendly, and hardworking.

Miranda and Sanya at SC paced the week perfectly balancing between bike time, boat time and town time. They were more like coaches than guides for an old guy (no e bike for me). Highly recommend them.

This was our seventh B & B trip and we had an excellent time. The staff and guides did an excellent job throughout the week. The food on the ship was very good. We used ebikes which I would recommend, they made the hills which there are many very easy to peddle up. There were not any panier bags on the bikes to carry anything in so I would recommend brining a small backpack or sling bike while riding.

My second Sail Croatia holiday and just as good as the first. I chose the Split Northern Cycle Tour to explore some new places and more of some of the places I'd visited previously, It was a great trip with an excellent multi national bunch of people on board. We were well looked after and the rides were excellent, scenic, varied, interesting and challenging but do go for the e-bike option unless you are a serious bike rider!

The tour leaders (Ivica and Mario) were great hosts, made sure we had a safe and interesting bike tour. The food was excellent, and the cycling on the different islands was fantastic. What a beautiful country ! I would not hesitate to recommend this tour.

The small sized ships allowed access to smaller, quieter, and less busy ports allowing access to the real charm of Croatia. We loved the varied destinations, ports, and rides. No two days were the same. It also allowed us to really interact with the other guests and get to know them well. Our guide’s knowledge of the area and its history was excellent and very informative.

The islands were beautiful and the combination of sail and cycling was the best way of seeing them. We saw so many incredible and interesting things. The cycling was more challenging than I expected but the group and the guides kept us all going and the achievement of completing the rides on a pedal bike with the amazing views of the islands was special. We were lucky to be part of a small group of 8 passenger from UK and USA. Everyone got on so well and made a great group that added to the experience. Ivica was a great lead guide with so much experience and local knowledge, he was friendly and looked after the group. Calum kept the fun coming with good stories, playlists, and the best recommendations on where to eat and drink. The Dionis was a lovely boat with a very happy and friendly crew, we felt very comfortable and looked after. The meals on the boat were amazing and kept us fuelled up for the cycling. Our first cycling holiday but won’t be our last.

The locations and crew were outstanding. Our guides Mario and Marin were full of knowledge and stressed safe riding. The crew on the boat were also very good. The booking process was less than stellar. My son and I were assigned a room with one double bed, not two singles. Since are large people, it did not work. He slept under the bed. Booking knew the assignment but would not/could not change it. Serious screw up by the office staff.

Perfect blend of cruising, cycling and free time to get a beautiful experience of Croatia. Crew were very proficient and friendly. Size of the boat was nice with just 32 guests and 8 crew including cycling guides. Choice of islands and cycling routes were really excellent. Would have enjoyed more cycling too!

The staff could not have been more helpful, the guides were knowledgeable and were quick to make changes when the weather demanded it. However charging €40 for a bottle of sparkling wine that retails at £6 is outrageous.

The combination of cruising, cycling and exploring the islands along the southern Dalmatia was perfect. The experienced guides were the best! Thank you Jošco and Ana. The captain and his crew were always helpful and accommodating. The chef's dishes were always tasty. I will Sail Croatia and cycle again!

What a fantastic time we had, not being a cyclist riding the EBikes was the best thing. We were able to take in all the views that each day gave us. Our cycle guides Josko and Ann were simply the best. Loved the tales we were told at many stops. Thank you also to our crew, Ben our waiter was amazing one person to look after 29 of us. I travelled solo, on the Emanuel boat on the Cycling cruise from Split to Dubrovnik. Cycling was a great way to see the different islands of Croatia. The guides (Ana and Josko) knew the area really well, and organised a fun ride on each island with beautiful views. The e-bike allowed me to sweat or relax as much as I wanted. There were 3 people who got a regular bike (no e-assist) but they were pretty serious cyclists. I'd recommend an e-bike unless you want a difficult bike ride on your holiday. I appreciated the daily stops for swimming off the boat too! I really enjoyed the schedule of breakfast and lunch on the boat - With a 2-3 hour cycle in between. And then you get your own free time to explore an island after lunch. Great way to explore, relax, eat local, and experience each island. As a solo traveler, I paid a 50% extra to have my own room. It's worth it for me, but to each their own. I'd highly recommend this cruise, and hope I get to go again soon!!

The crew went to great lengths daily to address any questions or concerns. The food was great and if you liked your morning eggs other than was offered, the cook took orders. The cycling staff was very attentive to your safety and to each person physically being able to do days planned route. All in all great service for an affordable price.

The cabins were cold and the first nigt on board the boat we could hardly sleep due to the chill in the cabin. We could not control the tempreture in the cabin. The cabin had lower standard than we expected. The food served on board was not good.Breakfast was good but lunch and grill could have been better.. I had the feeling during the trip that we were alwayes in a hurry. and the cykling tours not relaxed.Not much time for fotos or to observe the scenery etc. Nevertheless we enjoyed the trip.The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

A comfortable ship crewed by an exceptional team and hosted by lovely knowledgeable hosts. The itinerary with cycling included was and varied and just the right distance and the information provided by our hosts prior to and during the rides was relevant, helpful and interesting. Although we had weather interruptions towards the end of he week, our crew and host did all they could to ensure we still had a fulfilling trip. The food was superb and plentiful prepared by an excellent chef who was a wonderful character and served by a most well mannered and delightful waiter who kept a clean and tidy salon. All crew were friendly, helpful and for whom nothing was any trouble. These are great holidays for meeting and spending time with new people who become friends. This is the second time I have taken a holiday with Sail Croatia and have loved both trips. I would book again in a heart beat if there was an itinerary that gave greater variation from the two trips I have now done.
