Our unforgettable holiday on the Salve Di Mare has come to an end, we’ve met some wonderful people and discovered beautiful, captivating places, lots of swim stops with an opportunity to leap into the sea. We’ve been spoilt with exceptional service fantastic food and not having to plan the next days adventure. Our tour rep Vic was on hand every morning to give us the low down of what to expect for the day ahead with informative and useful tips for making the most out of each stop. My week aboard the Almissa was exciting, active and very memorable. I was a solo traveller but made friends very quickly with my fellow passengers and with the crew. All had stories to tell and I was happy to listen. I booked on the yoga cruise as I needed to sale on those dates. I did do yoga and aim to continue when my holidays are over. Prior to my holiday I hadn’t done yoga before. Dora the Yoga instructor and activities Manager led the class well. I fell asleep so relaxed after the first session. I loved swimming and chilling at the swim spots, enjoyed challenging myself by jumping off the 6metre high roof deck with the other dare devils and it was great when the captain and crew joined in for a swim or a jump over the side or a paddleboard. During one conversation with the captain, on the night of the ‘Captains Dinner’ we talked about the ongoing maintenance that is done during the off season to keep the Almissa looking so good. She looked spotless start to finish.

We had an excellent time aboard the Contessa on our 7 day trip from Split to Dubrovnik. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the cabins, the high level of finishes of the boat, the excellent meals, the cordial staff, and to make things better, all the other passengers were delightful as well. Kudos to the entire team: Marin (the tour manager), jovana and neno (bartenders), bane and marko (chefs), charlie and tino (sailors), joy (housekeeping), kristijana (boat manager) and above all, captain slavko! highly recommend and hope to sail with sail croatia in the future!

We thought everything was pretty much spot on. The Ship and staff were excellent. Our only negative was the timing of breakfast and lunch, along with the swim stops. We understand you have to adapt the schedule each day to cooincide with when you have to be at the next Port. But for the most part in chatting with our shipmates, we felt like....hurry and get up for breakfast, hurry and eat, go for a swim....but we just ate....hurry for lunch....then we typically need time to digest. We have 3 or 4 hours between breakfast and lunch......then 6 to 8 hours between lunch and dinner. It just felt like the meals on board could be stretched out longer and not rushed. The Bar, when ordering a drink, please serve the alcohol that is listed on the menu. Those are our only negatives, otherwise we totally loved the small ship cruising experience. Special thank yous to Yolana in the Salon, and Joy the housekeeper. We found out late that she is a massage therapist..too bad that service was N/A

We we're on the Queen Jelena with about 30 individuals including our family of four. Our family included a 17 year old, college student, and my wife and I. Our kids met other guests within the same age range and we all had a great time. Our tour manager Vicko was great and made the trip memorable. He helped us understand logistics, provided great recommendations, and made the trip engaging and fun overall. I would do it again, and would request Vicko to be our guide.

Positives- The food and dining service were excellent throughout the trip. The information shared about the islands, local attractions, and recommended activities was very helpful and enhanced our experience. Hanna was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with restaurant reservations and excursion bookings. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied with our cruise experience and had a wonderful time. Areas for Improvement- We noticed that some staff members were smoking in or near common guest areas. Relocating smoking to designated staff-only areas would help create a more comfortable environment for guests, especially those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. One bartender, Cesar, came across as less welcoming than the rest of the crew during our interactions. A more friendly and approachable demeanor would further enhance the overall guest experience.

We loved our time with Sail Croatia. When we booked our trip we weren’t sure what to expect. We had never taken a trip on a small boat cruise before and are not really fans of large cruise ships. But from the time we boarded till well after we got off, we completely enjoyed our experience. The crew were attentive and fun. The other passengers were a great mix of personalities. And our cruise director, Klara, kept us both informed and entertained, she even got us a reservation for 21 at Massimo Cocktail Bar on Korčula. I looked forward to the daily swim stops, always at a picture perfect beach, and each town we visited was unique and memorable. I cannot recommend Sail Croatia enough. We are already planning our next trip.

We had such a great time! Boat and the crew were perfect! We sailed on the Esperanza on an explorer tour., Clean rooms very spacious and comfortable. Our tour guide Lola was absolutely awesome! Very helpful, made local calls for us to sort out what ever was needed. From breakfast to daily swim stops and then the 3 course lunch made the trip. We traveled with our kids ages 21 and 18, they loved the trip. I really had no complaints, the whole week. The other guests aboard were truly amazing and kind people from Australia, UK and the states. Just a whole lotta fun relaxing with like minded folks.

We travelled on the Tempera Explorer from Dubrovnik to Split. Our guide Lauren was both professional, informative and fun from the 1st day to the last. Meals could not be faulted nor either the bar staff or chefs. I was apprehensive about travelling solo but needn't have been concerned. From start to finish this holiday exceeded my expectations. From the fantastic ship itself to the onboard crew, all operated like clockwork but with a very relaxed and flexible vibe all week. Sasa, our tour manager, had fantastic knowledge of each island we visited and kept us updated with the plans on each day via WhatsApp. The islands visited were amazing & the sailing and swim stops during the day were just so relaxing. The food onboard made by our chefs, Bojan and Zodojka was outstanding. Our two waiters Marco and Vlaho were also amazing and funny and went above and beyond. My cabin was super cool & very quiet each night (lower deck) and was thoroughly cleaned by Julia each day. I haven't slept so well in years! If you want to join others for chats and fun then you can, if you want to be on your own & relax, then you can - no pressure, just do what you want. I did a bit of both.

This was are second Sail Croatia cruise. The first was fantastic. Out second was on the Contessa, and it is a new boat. As with some new things, such as homes, boats, there is a pick up list of things that need improvement. In our case there were three issues. The AC was not working well and basically managed the room to 30 degrees Celsius, the boats internet was very limited, only working in the dining area, and that was food quality and taste was average. One of the driving forces besides the beauty of Croatia of our return was exceptional food quality, preparation and value in our first cruise. The chefs were amazing, tantalizing us with great appetizers, main courses and deserts. Although an effort was made it was not near the level of our first cruise. I imagine Sail Croatia will rectify these start up issues but want to present the facts as they were for us to future customers.

This was one of my best vacations and have been all different size boats. It was very relaxing atmosphere and excellent way to see Croatia. Wake up have breakfast, anchor in a bay and have a swim. While having lunch the ship travels to the next port for you to enjoy. The nice thing is you get to enjoy dinner in port and are not rushed backed to the boat as it’s there for the night. Our guide Sasa kept us informed on a daily basis on what was happening for the day and things to do and places to eat. Great job. The bar staff Marko and Vlaho were great bartenders and hard workers always ready to get you whatever drink you required great job guys. Our house keeper Julia did a great job cleaning up after all of us on the boat. Now I get down to the food cooked by our chef Bojan and sou chef Zodojka which was outstanding. The crew lead by Captain Frane and crewed by Bojan and Zodoyka did a great job getting us to were we needed to go and docking the ship even in tight situations. Great work

Sail Croatia does an amazing job. We loved everything about our trip and would definitely sail with them again. Sail Croatia is an amazing value, they make everything easy, all you have to do is relax and enjoy yourself. The boat was wonderful and the cabins were larger and more comfortable than I expected. The food was excellent and much more than advertised. Breakfast was varied every morning with a nice variety. Lunch was an excellent 3-course meal each day and everything was delicious. The team on board does an excellent job of making you feel relaxed and comfortable and you can tell they truly take pride in their work. Each swim stop was well thought out as far as location and each time offered a unique and beautiful location to enjoy. The boat offered plenty of space to relax and it never felt crowded or cramped. All of this and getting to spend time in a beautiful country make this something I would gladly do again. Thank you Sail Croatia!

My wife and I had an absolute blast on the 7-day Split-to-Dubrovnik Explorer cruise on the Contessa. This was our first cruise ever, and it wildly exceeded our expectations. Every stop was a treasure in it's own way, the recently renovated ship has a modern/elegant design, the cabins were spacious, food on on-board was great, crew was fantastic and friendly, and our tour guide Lola made sure we knew all the fun activities to do, and the best places to dine. Brilliant , Lauren was fantastic. The crew were awesome! We had a good blend of people on the boat, from all over the world. Food was good and the places where we went were absolutely beautiful. The only complaint I have was the bed and sheets were a little short for me I am 6’2” I didn’t like the fact we had to “pay in cash” for the bar tab and local taxes at the end of the trip.

I was super impressed with Sail Croatia, From the skipper, all the crew, our awesome English guide, Lauren, the facilities and all the stunning islands. Lauren gave us story time every day about the island we were visiting including its history and activity options. She was always available for information and recommendations. She really made the tour exceptional. The food that came out of such a tiny ships galley was also really impressive and the guys serving us ( Caesar and Kofta) were also awesome. I really can't fault the cruises. I went as a solo traveller and the friendship you make in the boat were a big part of the success of those cruise. I was in a below deck room which was also fantastic considering the space constraints on a small cruise, it was perfect.

It was good, but they have things to improve, like the air conditioning not working, the cancellation of multiple activities due to the weather, the captain's absence due to "illness" (though he seemed perfectly fine the other days), and having a bartender drunk almost 50% of the time. But the accommodations were very good, the food was very good, and the main day was excellent.

Our trip through the Croatia islands with Calum aboard Tempura was fun and educational. The trip was from Split to Dubrovnik visiting wonderful islands along the way. The crew was extremely hardworking and helpful. Our guide and leader for the week was Calum. If you are fortunate enough to have him as you cruise leader, know that you will have an amazing holiday. He was very knowledgeable about each stop as well as the history of each island/town we stopped in. He planned trips, dinners and events every day making the trip extra special for my wife and I!

Our boat Salve Di Mare was not only the best boat in the fleet, it was staffed by the best crew, Captain Frane, Sailors Mario and Duje, Waiter Marko and Vlaho, Cheifs Arjan and Tina and last but definitely not least our Maid Monika, all 10/10 for all their duties. Now not to forget our absolute champion of a representative Vicko. The weather was a little Ordinary so they changed the route and included some extra activity activities to give a better experience, it was appreciated by all guests on the boat. Vikos knowledge about Croatia and the places we went, outstanding. The entire crew and Vicko went above and beyond. As an airline Captain in Australia, I can only hope my crew perform as Frans crew did, I know the logistics behind a smooth enjoyable experience for your guests and the teamwork required to achieve this, Frane and Vicko mastered it. The boat trip between Split and Dubrovnik Croatia is amazing with beautiful islands and an exceptional ship crew. The small boat experience is special. You get to know people from around the world. The small crew gets to know people and they take care of things a simple as I don't like mushrooms (so the day they had mushroom soup, I got pumpkin soup). My family and I were on an Explorer cruise recently with Dino aboard the Princeza Diana and it was an amazing time. The crew of the ship was great, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Dino, by far, exceeded our expectations of what any tour guide could offer. He was kind, friendly, interactive, and involved in the trip and helped make so many arrangements that we wouldn't have been able to make otherwise. We had someone who needed to visit a doctor while we were abroad and Dino assisted with scheduling a time and making sure they got to the location. The locations we visited were beautiful and the food was all amazing, both on and off the ship, and the recommendations Dino gave were great. I only wish we could have visited more. One of the great thing about a cruise on a ship this size is how close you get to and connect with the other people on board who also help to make the trip that much more special.

Not only was the location of the cruise stunning but the experience was made so much better by the crew of Salve de Mare and our guide Vicko. Every day was laid out for us in advance with advice on the best excursions and places to visit. The crew of the ship was always attentive and the food was delicious. The guide, Anita, was excellent. Charming, efficient and most helpful. It was a joy to have such service. I cannot recommend her too much. The crew were very helpful. Food not so good- too much overcooked meat, just one fish dish in 7 days.. Good bar service. Most enjoyable party after the captain',s dinner- lots of dancing ! I did not engage in excursions, as too strenuous for my age.. Others enjoyed them.. Cabin fine and very efficient and pleasant cleaner.

Everything just came together beautifully. Fantastic weather, a diverse interesting group of friendly really nice passengers, a warm friendly crew and fantastic host Anita. On board food was great. The timing of events, swim stops and activities each day was well, thought out and just worked. Anita did a really good job of keeping everyone updated throughout the day both personally and via a group chat including extra things to do, places to eat etc. To top it off, the boat, Salve de Mare, was fantastic, with lots of space, very clean and comfortable with everything operating as it should. The staff were excellent, with special mention of Klara and Branco who made the cruise extra special. Klara's knowledge of the islands and history were shared to us with passion and humor and was received extremely well by the guests. The arranging of excursions was flawless and we always knew the times and booking details well in advance. Branco made sure that we were served plenty of food on board and his bar manner was second to none. The islands themselves shared their different characters, all of which were enjoyed by all. Our vacation experience with Sail Croatia was excellent and memorable. Having cruised in Europe, Caribbean and Alaska on much larger ships we were looking for a new cruise experience: Sail Croatia delivered a new, higher level of cruising intimacy to us. The yacht Salle Di Mare was unique in terms that it is a mix of traditional design coupled with modern elegance. There were plenty of areas to relax and enjoy a tranquil cruise around the Croatian islands. It's a very intimate experience unlike the large cruise liners. You get to meet the crew and see them working every day. You mingle all the time with fellow passengers and make new friends. And you have this against a backdrop of picture-perfect islands, historic sites, and blue (clear) water. Plus, our cruise had 6 out of 7 days of sunshine, and on the day without sun we had indoor wine tasting :-) As an endorsement, we are already planning another Sail Croatia cruise!

Firstly, the crew were a huge highlight of the week long sailing up the Croatian coastline on the Adriatic Sea. They were warm and welcoming, energetic, professional and made every effort to make my stay a memorable one. I cannot speak more highly of their efforts to make this week of sailing relaxing and enjoyable, leaving me with no other option but to book again for next year! Secondly. The Tempera was a beautiful ship, exceeding my expectations. Spacious rooms, large deck area for relaxing and gathering together and first class cuisine. The food was amazing! You certainly won’t be hungry! Thirdly, the destinations they chose to stop, not only in port, but also for swim stops were breathtaking. For my first cruise ship experience, this once is going to be hard to beat. Everything about this trip was super fun and easy. The boat - Tempera was more comfortable then I expected. I stayed below deck and the cabin was cool and quiet. The shower was honestly big enough for 2 people! Lots of common space outside the cabin to find some quiet time or mingle. The crew - Friendly, competent, attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Our Sail Croatia rep onboard was knowledgeable, personable and well organised. The food - breakfasts and lunches exceeded my expectations. The itinerary - the Explorer trip suited me perfectly. There was as much or as little as I wanted to do. Every day was the same but different - wakeup, breakfast, swim, lunch while motoring to new town, explore new town in the afternoon (with activities if desired), dinner and party... Also a shout out to my 30 shipmates. This type of holiday encourages mixing with other guests, but it never felt forced. Would do this trip again :)

Sail Croatia was an outstanding experience. The ship was clean and comfortable, the captain and his team were outstanding, and we had an outstanding itinerary that went from Split to Dubrovnik. First up, Ana, our guide, was top notch and probably the best guide I've had on any trip. She provided comprehensive maps at each stop of good restaurants, museums, attractions and bars, carried herself very professionally, and was always polite and informative. She is an asset for Sail Croatia. The staff, were also brilliant. Particularly Branko on the bar. You want your bar staff to be funny, eccentric and great to have a conversation with, and Branko exceeded expectations on all three! The food was also impeccable. The Explorer cruise was also a very good crowd. Perhaps slightly older and more couples than I expected, but it suited me well. The only parts where Sail Croatia fell short for me was some of the experiences. Not having an alternative option instead of rafting (which was unavailable in Makarska on my trip) was disappointing. Even a short walk along the Cetina would have been OK. The Korcula buggy tour was also short and expensive for what it was.

The Explorer cruise was the perfect balance of sightseeing, relaxing and fun activities, all in a social setting with the option for some alone time. Not being the party animal I was in my 20s and having more of a disire to see the scenary and learn the history of a place, this tour was perfect. We still had the odd party and was nice and social but traded the thumping music of night clubs for jazz music on beautiful beach front restaurant. The crew and the boat was fantastic, the trip was well planned with plenty of options and flexibility to work around the weather and the best destinations. All up a fantastic week, the highlight of my 2 months abroud so far.

It never is one thing that makes a trip wonderful. The itinerary was fun and event filled. Lots of things to see and do or just do what you want, Beautiful boat. Lovely appointments, Enough space to be able to find a spot to enjoy some solitude but small enough to be friendly. We were blessed with beautiful weather and lovely secluded swim spots, You don't know what personalities you'll get with 30 guests but, again, this cruise was blessed with very friendly and fun folks. It was amazing how well we all got along and were appreciative of the crew. Speaking of the crew, they were spectacular!! Very friendly, accommodating and engaging folks. Always ready to lend a hand or ear and available at the drop of a hat. They were truly interested in how your day was going and that your needs were met. Our fantastic Sail Croatia rep, Vicko, was always on top of our itinerary, made sure we were aware of the days activities, upcoming adventures. Too much delicious food. I highly recommend it. Go!

Wasn’t the cruise I planned from start, that was booked up. Was suggested Salve de Mare and so happy I did. From start to finish everything went better then expected. The ship and especially her crew we’re just a great friendly caring bunch on and off the ship. Had the most amazing week in Croatia aboard the Almissa. The boat was clean and very comfortable, and all the staff were amazing from the sailors to Tina and Rocco behind the bar and our representative Vicko. I only had slight issues falling asleep the first couple of nights as the boat was a bit louder than expected but I got used to it during the trip. The provided breakfasts and lunches were also very tasty with very generous portions but I will say maybe a different brand of coffee or machine as the coffee wasn't the best. Vicko was the ultimate guide - friendly, knowledgeable and he made sure he interacted with all the different passengers. This was our first time on a small boat cruise and it was amazing! We were a group of 6 within an overall group of 32 and we really got to know the rest of the sailers. That’s not possible on the large cruise ships. The crew and our tour rep were amazing too and we saw them working up close every day which again was very different. However, the star of the holiday was Croatia as it’s now our favourite destination in Europe and we’ve been everywhere in Europe! The scenery and the locations were incredible! We would now holiday in certain locations just based on spending one afternoon/ evening there e.g. Makarska, Korcula and Hvar and also Brac which we spent 2 days on prior to the cruise. The zip line excursion in Cetina was my personal highlight as that was a first for me and was amazing! The Game of Thrones tour in Dubrovnik runs that a close second as the guide (also called Ivana!) was really knowledgeable and it was a stunning location. I’d recommend this cruise to everyone !

We absolutely loved the Sail Croatia Split-to-Split trip on the Princess Diana. The ship was larger and nicer than we expected and very well maintained. The captain and crew were top notch. We especially enjoyed Boris and Erol who were the waiters, they always provided great service with a smile. The food was also really good. The mix of relaxing time, swim stops and activities was really good too. And a huge shout out to Ivana, our onboard tour director, she was always working so hard to make a smooth and enjoyable trip for everyone on board. She really went over and above and made the trip run really smoothly. She provided a lot of valuable information and did a really great job all week. It was also nice having the other guests onboard and we enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know them. We had the most fantastic week (24th June 2023) with Sail Croatia on the Princeza Diana. We were so fortunate to have a fantastic group of fellow travellers on our boat, within hours we were terrific friends and by the end of the week, we were so sad to be leaving one another. The Sail Croatia team, in particular, our hostess Ivanna really bought the group together and made the trip such a once-in-a-lifetime experience. They were so organised, so helpful and so friendly and we couldn't recommend them more highly. We are an Australian family of 4, husband and wife, with 2 daughters 21 and 19. We spent a lot of time researching the best boat for our various age groups and we really nailed it with the Sail Croatia Explorer cruises. In Croatia ALL ATMs are a rip off and as you accpet payment for the cruise on a credit card, why not onboard? Just returned from doing the explorer trip aboard the princeza Diana and can honestly say it’s one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on, all of the crew on board were awesome, special thanks to the chefs who prepared non dairy alternatives every day so I didn’t miss out on anything, the bar staff work such long hours but always had smiles on their faces and enough energy to keep us entertained and couldn’t do enough for you. The crew kept the boat pristine, everything was spotless and the cabins comfortable. So many different reasons why this was so magical. Firstly Croatia is a stunning country with unlimited intimate charm which I recommend seeing via sailing but mostly with sail croatia as you get to see so much more, But with a team of amazing staff who are well informed and there to give you the best possible time while doing so. The crew worked together to provide excellent service and the food was next level. As a solo traveller I was a little bit nervous but I was made to feel right at home instantly and soon enough princesz Diana was my home and will forever be in my heart. Ivana our tour guide was impecible at her job and gave us lots of detailed information about what was happening during that day, the next day and thr right amount if history. It really did change my life and I will look back on this week as one of the best. If I was you I would I would just get it booked. And no I don't work for sail croatia. Just their biggest fan now. The views, the towns, the swimming spots - they were all great. What was even better was the boat itself, the food provided, and the staff who were exceptional for the whole week - Thank you so much!. Not knowing anyone before getting on was not a problem. If you're considering booking, just do it. You won't regret it.

We choose that cruise with my daughter 16 years old. Everything was perfect, very nice boat Almissa, very confortable cabin. Cruise team was very attentive and nice, they made the cruise so great ! And finally our rep Ioana was the best we could imagine. She was scheduling everything perfectly, always available for explanation, advice and so on. We made a lot of activities, which were very great, like Buggies, Canyoning, etc... Ioana also scheduled for us dinner in town, barbecue on the boat, and this was just very nice. I really recommend this Cruise, Croatia is so wonderful and Sail Croatia makes it really perfect to visit. Little advice for travelers, take one more day in Dubrovnik before Cruise to visit this amazing beautiful City. I understand now why they choose it for Port Real in Games of Thrones. We sailed on the Princeza Diana, a beautiful boat with a lovely crew. Food was excellent. The group of guests was international, with the biggest contingent being from Australia. There were families, couples, a small group travelling together and one solo traveller. We all mixed and really enjoyed each other's company.

We sailed the Explorer Cruise Split-to-Dubrovnik in early July. The check-in process was easy and friendly. Our kids slept in rooms below deck, which were spacious, quiet and comfortable. They enjoyed these rooms! We were in a regular level cabin at the front of the ship which was very enjoyable. When we were cruising it was nice to pin the door open and watch the scenery go by. Our Cruise Tour director Ivana was fantastic. Always going above and beyond to inform us and give us insight into her beautiful country and its history, modern and ancient. She is a real asset to Sail Croatia! The food was terrific! Thank you Chef Daniel and sous-chef Mirela! The deckhands always had the ship looking tip top, thank you Ivan and Ante! The food service and bar was performed admirably by Mario, who always took care of us with a smile. Captain Davor docked the ship with ease, and anchored us in some amazing swim spots. Thank you to the entire crew for such a pleasant experience!

This is probably the best way to travel if you want to see a lot of places, but don't want the hassle of organizing every day and driving there. Julie our Tourguide made an awesome job providing everything we need for our excursions as well as information about the cities like history, points of interest or restaurants/bars. Also a shout-out to the chefs Darko and Snijezana for excellent lunch every day. The waiters Stjepan and Karla made great cocktails, were available every time and were always in a good mood. Captain Mate and the Sailors Pero, Nikola and Marin made the trip very smooth. We had a mixed group from America, Australia, UK, Singapur and Germany, which made for a lot of interesting conversations. Overall easily the best vacation I have ever had.

Ship and rooms should be more in working order . Items shouldn’t be broken or makeshift . Had to ask for new towels after being told they would be changed. Our bedsheets weren’t even changed out. Never bothered to follow up after having to request. Some of the crew’s excellent service made up for others sub par performance . As a parent, Incident on ship was alarming and could’ve ruined the cruise, had to try hard to trust things would be alright . Swimming spots was occasionally sub par. Consistency in swim locations would have made things excellent.

Salve de Mare is a beautiful modern ship with every comfort you can imagine. The crew strives to make sure every need is met, from sunup to sundown. We called Pavle our “Michelin” chef with delicious meals every day. Ivan, rep from Sail Croatia, gave a briefing everyday with history and excursions of each island. Sailors Frane, Antonio and Ivan as well as captain Tomisalv kept us in calm waters and found the most beautiful swim spots! Ich bin Ende September mit der Almissa von Split nach Dubrovnik gefahren. Die Yacht ist echt super schön. Meine Kabine auf dem Unterdeck war sehr geräumig, und modern eingerichtet. Die Almissa ist nicht nur eine tolle Yacht, sondern ihre Crew ist auch einfach der Hammer. Alle super nett.. An Bord auch wichtig: Essen war lecker (es hätte aber gerne mehr kroatisches Essen geben können!), die Bar gut bestückt. Wir hatten Ende September noch super Wetter, und die Schwimmstopps in verborgenen Buchten waren echt cool. Allerdings hätte ich mir schon manchmal mehr Zeit auf den Inseln gewünscht, vor allem tagsüber. Vielleicht wäre es eine Idee, verstärkt kleinere Inseln anzulaufen? - Was aber so eine Fahrt besonders macht, sind die Mitreisenden: ich mache normalerweise keine Gruppenreisen, von daher war ich echt sehr positiv überrascht. Unser Tourguide Karolina hat für eine gechillte Atmo an Bord gesorgt. (einen besseren Guide hätte ich mir nicht vorstellen können) Wir waren 25 Gäste an Bord (hauptsächlich Briten und Nordamerikaner, Bordsprache Englisch), hatten einen Mordsspaß zusammen und haben viel gefeiert. Sollte es neue Routen geben, würde ich sicher nochmal mitfahren!

I spent a week on the Salve di Mare, one of the newest ships. The Explorer was the right format for me, with a good mix sightseeing and partying. I highly recommend the Mljet bike excursion. There were some AC issues (which were fixed) and high winds on one morning, but the trip was very enjoyable overall. Fortunately we were a group of like-minded travellers, and our guide Vedran was helpful and friendly. The Sales rep were professional.

Knowing I wanted to see the islands of Croatia -- but recognizing I'm awful at doing my own day-to-day planning -- I booked onto an Explorer cruise with Sail Croatia, onboard ALMISSA. My considerable apprehensions about booking solo into a communal experience were allayed within the first hours -- not only were all the fellow travelers pleasant and friendly (including a few other solo travelers on board), but the crew members were relaxed, hospitable, and very welcoming. Mia, our Sail Croatia guide, was friendly, attentive, and organized. Further, the crew of Almissa clearly take great pride in their work -- not only providing their guests with an unpretentious but fantastic experience, but also caring for the ship they own and/or operate wholeheartedly. The itinerary overall was a good balance of structured vs. free time (although with complete freedom to do as one wishes, regardless), and the food onboard was well crafted and generally delicious. Don't hesitate to book on Almissa!

My vacation on the Almissa was simply amazing! If I had been asked to describe expectations prior to sailing from Dubrovnik, island hopping to Split-well all I can say is the experience proved to be nothing I could have described-it was just unimaginable & super fun! Each island stop had both rich history & unique friendly/romantic feel to it. The swim stops were great to relax before & after meals, prior to docking. The crew of the Almissa were super friendly. Chef IDA was over the top on each & every meal & could easily compete in any Michelin 3-Star restaurant. Hostess ANA, was terrific, always at the ready to provide assistance. Sail Croatia Tour Director, Andrija, proved extremely knowledgeable of the historical significance & best places to tour/eat. The intimacy you develop with the crew, Captain NIKOLA, skillfully piloting & navigating the Adriatic, with his Sailors (IGOR, ANTE’, and PAVE’). We definitely hope to return this year! Fair Winds! Wow! What are great trip. The overall concept of a smaller ship visiting many scenic locations throughout the inner islands if Croatia is hard to beat. Even though it was towards the end of the season the crowds were much lower and the weather was still fantastic. I could have not asked for anything more from the boat and crew and our cruise director Lara was amazing and really brought our group together and offered excursions that really rounded our our experience. Plus, the best part of the trip was the others on the boat. My family left with 30+ more friends from all around the world. I will certainly look to do another cruise with Sail Croatia. Thank you!!!

We were looking for a holiday that would suit my husband and I, and also our 19 year old son. The Explorer cruise made sure that we were all catered for with a range of activities that suited everyone and cruising with a group of like minded people - we didn't feel too old, nor too young. Our guided, Mateo, was fantastic and the crew went out of their way to make sure our trip was enjoyable. However the true attraction was the Croatian coast and all it has to offer - from the small sleepy villages, majestic swimming spots and the bustling historic cities - this is truly a magic place to visit. My husband and I traveled with my parents. We had 2 above cabins. The staff of Liberty was amazing. Very kind and helpful and they worked so hard! Our tour manager Kate did a fabulous job! We felt well cared for! The tour itinerary was perfect. LOVED the swim stops. The staff communicated very well with us when adjustments had to be made due to weather. Thank you to the chef's, The food was very good! The boat Liberty was well maintained and very clean on all the outside and public areas. The cabins and bathrooms were more spacious than I expected. Linens were clean and bathroom very clean. ***However the cabins need some maintenance. The tiles in the shower have caved out and broken the grout. Some of the wood paneling on the ceiling is breaking. The curtains and rugs are dingy. The AC does not work well when it is hot and humid outside. And the headboard and ledges & corners of the cabin were not dusted (thick film of dust and hair). We LOVED the trip and the staff. Thank You!

The ship was beautiful, loved the destinations. Mia was informative, helpful and knowledgeable and did a excellent job managing the needs of my group and the other guests on the boat.. I think lunch could have been a bit simpler with perhaps a buffet line with one hot item and "grab and go" type items. That would accomodate those the preferred to have somethig more formal and those that were more "on the go". The lunches were good, just felt like they took a bit too much time.. The website is not that easy to navigate. An incredible week! Walla!

Anna, Captain Yuri, and everyone else in the crew were one of the finest and the most lovely bunch of human beings I have ever came across. The swim stops in the different coves were fantastic as well as the ports. This is the best way to see and experience the Dalmatian coast.. Other major cruise lines with their large ships cannot match this experience. In fact the cabin on the Liberty was larger and set up better than the balcony cabin on the cruise ship.

Cristal is one of the newer and largest offered by Sail Croatia. The cabins and baths are very spacious and there are many well designed areas to relax and be with or away from the other guests. The ship is kept very clean by the crew and housekeeping staff. The captain is very welcoming. Our trip had a wonderful group of fellow travelers of all ages from around the world. The food quality could be substantially improved. Many of the port stops are too short and much time is spent at very long swim stops waiting for free public docks to become available at the end of the day. The boat must leave these public docks very early with engines starting at 7 or 8am. The cruse director was enthusiastic, excursion quality highly variable and local port information limited.so do your own homework.

I sailed on the Liberty Explorer cruise and all my expectations for the tour were exceeded! The atmosphere on the ship and the tour itself were incredible. A large contributor to this atmosphere were the staff on the ship. The boat and crew were fantastic, but unfortunately I was quite disappointed with the age group of travellers on board. There were a large number of older travellers when I was hoping to mix and mingle with travellers around the same age in the 20-40 age group. The trip is marked for couples, young professionals, young at heart. Unfortunately there were too many 'young at heart' and couples on board for my liking. I would recommend doing a Navigator cruise instead with a Premier boat. On the plus side our guide Ivana was amazing and we had a Sail Croatia photographer with us for the week (still waiting for the pictures though which are overdue),

We booked this trip for a family holiday in August 18 and what a holiday it was! We were on the Almissa, a year old boat and she was beautiful. From the moment we arrived at Dubrovnik harbour to the moment we departed the Almissa in Split the crew and our host Lara were 1st class. Nothing was ever a problem, they were all more like friends then crew on the boat. All the excursions that we went on were brilliant especially the bike ride round Mljet and the wine tasting on Hvar. Now to the breakfast and 3 course lunches. What can I say, these guys can cook!! No double up of meals which kept us guessing each day what we would be having and we were never let down. Each day there was plenty of time for swim stops in the most beautiful bays and in the most incredible and clear water. I was sad to say goodbye to my lilo I was using for the week. To sum up, if you want a carefree week, with great food, awesome excursions and 1st class service Saiil Croatia is it. Can't wait to do it all again

Where to begin, my family and I had a wonderful week sailing on a beautiful boat around the gorgeous Islands of Croatia with some wonderful people and that includes the crew who became very much part of our holiday. It was wonderful just stopping every day for a swim off the boat in some lovely location. My children who are 17 & 20 absolutely loved being able to jump off the boat and swim, they also throughly enjoyed the company of all the other passengers who were all of various ages. The meals on board were good, especially the Captain's Dinner, which was a wonderful event and the food was excellent. We had a wonderful cruise rep, Andrij who was extremely helpful and honest about what we really should do or go and see. The cruise itinerary was brilliant and it was the best way to soak up the true experience of seeing and sampling everything that Croatia has. I would recommend this holiday to anyone and I can't wait to do it again sometime soon.

Having been on many holidays and cruises previously, this Sail Croatia experience was the best thing we've ever done as a family. The weather was very kind to us, our ship (Cristal) was very well-appointed and the voyage very smooth. We particularly enjoyed the food presented by our gourmet chef and all aspects of the cruise were extremely comfortable. The swim stops alongside the idyllic surrounds of the Dalmatian Coastline were a highlight of our trip and further enhanced by the dramatic topography of the many islands and inlets serving as stunning backdrops. Each island and coastal stopover was breathtaking. The historic centres & architecture were stunning and the many restaurants, bars & cafes were world class. We were fortunate to have timed our holiday to coincide with Croatia's foray in FIFA 2018 resulting in a vibrant and exciting ambience throughout our entire trip. Loved every minute of it and can't wait to plan our next one.

What can I say but "Wow"! This trip was amazing and my wife and I had a wonderful time. I booked this trip based upon online reviews and it didn't do it justice. Some of the highlights of this trip are: 1) Explorer cruise- we had 30 people on our cruise ranging in age from 21 to mid 60's. Everyone got along very well and we made friends for life on the trip. This cruise was the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, partying and ample opportunity to socialise or have some alone time. Highly recommend and I'd consider this cruise again in the future or seeing if Sail Med can keep up to the same standard!

This was a Fantastic Cruise, I had a few reservations before going on the cruise due to looking at the bad reviews about the cruise after I had initially booked but was pleasantly surprised once I got on the cruise. The Cruise Director V was really good at making sure everyone was having an amazing time, the crew was very sociable and fun & all the other guests were really friendly as well (made a bunch of new friends on this trip). We were treated to 3 course lunch meals that were above and beyond and also provided with multiple excursion options, I did the Kayaking, Ziplining and wine tasting (all amazing), I did the cruise end of April beginning of May and would definitely recommend at this time since Croatia isn't that busy, the weather was sunny and at 28 degrees everyday. This was a fantastic cruise which I would recommend to friends and family, Only thing it was missing was an onboard Gelatto bar (more my personal preference than anything bad against the cruise itself).

The staff aboard including the fantastic captain (Ivan) were just great They went beyond the call of duty to make our stay on board special. The stop overs were fantasic and Dubrovnik was just the best. Loved the cabins as the size was just right. The food and company of the crews and guests made it a fond memory my wife and I will never forget. The represetative(Verdan) from Sail Croatia was witty and very professional. I would like to say a big thank you to Sail Croatia for a memorable experience which was the highlight of our holiday and travels . Ps I have already recomemended the trip with your company to so may others.

Aurora 30/9/2017 Vedran our cruise guide made sure that everything we needed was taken care of his humour kept us all laughing. The food that was served up every day for our lunches left most of the restaurants we went to in the evenings for our nightly meals in second place. The chef on board was fantastic top marks . Every morning we stopped at the most beautiful bays for a swim and then a fantastic lunch .Early every afternoon we docked to see the history, culture and scenery of a different island of town. There were excursions organized or we could choose to do our own thing. The cabin was spacious and the boat was spotless and well maintained. We did the 1 week Split south return trip as part of a 5 week holiday through Greece and Croatia and it was the best way to see the islands with the least amount of worry. I would recommend the ship, crew and Vedran our guide to everyone 5 stars are not enough . Thanks to all involved for making our holiday so memorable.

The combination of a fine boat, and a daily routine which included sailing, stopping at a bay for swimming from the boat, visits to beautiful small towns and or national parks, a very service orientation crew and a charming Sales Croatia guide. The quality of Dodd - breakfast and lunch onboard was also excellent. And well, the islands and coastal lands of Croatia are exceptionally beautiful. .Wolfgang

I did the same cruise with my wife six years ago and said it was my best holiday ever! Thought I'd give it a go with my three children (21, 18 and 15) this year, and although didn't drink as much wine or eat as much seafood, the experience was just as good by being rewarding in different ways. Great crew, great boat, excellent food on board and Croatian port towns, swim stops and fellow passengers, who were all there for a bit of fun, couldn't have been more perfect! Thanks Sail Croatia for a fab vacation.

Incredible staff and crew. Ana was absolutely amazing!!!! The captain was excellent along with the crew! Maybe breakfast could have a few more eggs and bacon prepared ahead of time and the bathroom in our room backed up a bit with odour but everything else was excellent
