Sailing on Salve Di Mare with Sail Croatia was truly one of the best vacations I have ever had. The scenes were picturesque, our tour manager was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone on board really made it a special experience where I feel like we are all bonded forever. The food on board was delicious and they always accommodated to any dietary restrictions. The service team were spectacular and very attentive. I can't wait for my next sailing with Sail Croatia!

My experience with Sail Croatia was nothing short of incredible. The ship was beautiful. The meals were delicious. The crew was friendly and our host Vicko was very accommodating. The bar/dining room staff were standouts as my group spent a lot of time there. Our room cleaner was also a standout. Yoga Cruise 2026 Dora, the cruise manager, the crew and the mix of travellers made this the perfect week away. If I could rate 6 stars I would it’s simply that good. Prefect mix of itinerary, ports, food, fun, activities, morning yoga and fellow travellers all out for a good time. The days filled with fun on the ship, docking and evenings are wide open to explore, eat and enjoy the magical Croatian islands. This is the definition of the best one week vacation - I recommend this in an instant - book and you will never look back.

We had a wonderful time. The ship was clean at all times. After our swim the staff was mopping the floors. Our room was cleaned every day. This attention to detail was apparent and appreciated. Everyone was friendly and kind. The food was always delicious. Hanna our cruise director was so helpful and her informative presentations at lunch helped us with what to do on each island and learn a little history of the people. You couldn’t help but notice how hard she worked caring for 35 guests around the clock. We loved her. We made so many friends while we were on board, it was an unexpected surprise. I would recommend this cruise to anyone thinking about visiting Croatia. Our thanks to all your wonderful crew that made this trip so memorable.

What an incredible week! We spent 7 days aboard the Salve Di Mare with just 33 passengers, and it was easily the highlight of our two weeks in Croatia. At 162 feet, the boat had all the creature comforts we could ask for, but was still small enough to visit the charming little ports and historic towns and islands along the Dalmatian coast. Every day seemed to have the perfect balance of exploring, amazing food, fascinating history and time to simply relax. I especially miss our daily swim stops in beautiful, secluded coves with crystal-clear water. What really made the week unforgettable was the crew. Vicko, our fun organizer, was fantastic and by the end of the week felt more like family. The entire crew was warm, friendly and made us feel completely at home. We made wonderful memories and made wonderful new friends. I would go back tomorrow if I could!

We had the pleasure of sailing with best crew who were incredibly professional, kind, knowledgeable, outgoing and fun. Marin led the charge and his positive attitude and thorough commutation set the tone for the best experience. Kristijana (boat manager) was behind the scenes allowing for the operation to run seamlessly. Neno and Jovana (bartenders) were so kind and engaging, and became fast friends with all of the guests. Marko and Bane (chefs) prepared delicious meals each day. Joy (housekeeper) made our rooms spotless daily, and Charlie, Tino (sailors) and Slavko (captain) made sure the boat and our voyage was safe and smooth. Each of these individuals work tirelessly to make everyone’s experience extraordinary. The service provided exceeded our expectations. Croatia is such a unique and stunning country. First, Anita needs a promotion asap. Her love for her country, and her love for her job is so heartwarming, I can honestly say I have never met a more beautiful soul. Anita is AMAZING! Travelled on Queen Jelena from Dubrovnik to Split. The Captain and his crew were wonderful! So professional and courteous. Service was impeccable, breakfasts and lunches were top notch. Chef and sous chef did a great job getting hot food out to all on board at the same time and the stewardesses never missed. Cabin attendant kept our towels fresh daily , sailors were terrific! Great experience and Holiday! Tour manager was very knowledgeable and provided good information about each stop.

Our Explorer Cruise aboard The Contessa from Split to Dubrovnik was a five star experience from start to finish. Our onboard representative Marin was front and centre on the pier welcoming everyone as suitcases were being loaded and from that point forward he did an exceptional job managing the itinerary, and sharing his knowledge and passion for Croatia throughout the trip. We also received great service onboard with the crew: Ivana, Neno, Charlie, ,and Joy. They were all super friendly and hard-working and it was a pleasure getting to know them over the course of the trip. The food on the cruise was over the top and chefs Bane and Marko were a fantastic culinary team. A special shout out to.the boat manager Kristijana for going above and beyond to have my suitcase, delivered to the ship on one of the islands because the airline had left it behind on a connecting flight. Amazing voyage on the Salve di Mare. Hana (tour coordinator) and the crew of the Salve di Mare earned a 11 out of 10 for our group of eight trek through the islands down the Dalmatia coast. This ship is pristine. Bedrooms spacious. Super comfortable beds. The ports along the way, and unique swimming stops, take all the thinking out of this kind of week long trip. The extensive buffet breakfasts and multi course lunches will keep foodies very, very happy. The vessel was spotless the entire trip and more than exceeded our group's expectations. Hana is the most capable person I've ever experienced in my four decades of being on the road for work and is the ultimate logistics "fixer", making experienced suggestions every step you take and every knot you sail. You want drinks on the top of a castle, a party in a coastal cave, a quiet table for a seaside dinner, Hana delivered every request. The ship's crew quickly helped 31 strangers become part of their maritime family., thank you.

My friends and I had the most incredible week on Sail Croatia’s Almissa. The crew were incredibly passionate about Croatia and all had deep local connection, which seemed to be a huge point of difference from competing operators. The Tour Manager Sanja was an absolute professional. She was beaming with energy and positivity all week - articulate, approachable and genuinely cared. Nothing was too much trouble. Sanja is truly a genuine asset to your business. The itinerary on our Explorer trip blended the perfect combination of relaxation and swim stops with exploring the very best the Croatian coastline had to offer. The meals provided were all of a high quality - we were genuinely surprised with how tasty the meals were. What instantly struck us is how the crew treated us all like family and were incredibly helpful and warm. This fostered a really friendly, social atmosphere across the vessel. My only suggestions for improvement are the quality of the linen & towels-it felt very cheap.

I will definitely be recommending Salve di Mare to everyone. From the moment we stepped on, we knew we were in good hands. Hana’s daily recommendation and personal touches were beyond my expectations. Her inviting smile and cheerful attitude were welcoming and comforting. Swimming in the clear, warm Adriatic sea every day was spectacular. My favorite part. The food on the boat was 10 out of 10. Did not expect every meal to be literally amazing. And I have high food standards. I took a picture of every 3 course lunch. Amazing!! This is a must do vacation at least once in a lifetime…. This holiday was amazing. I went with my friend and we had the best of times and I’m sure if I went solo I would have had an equal amount of fun!! Whilst we were the youngest on the cruise, it didn’t matter, everyone on board had a great energy and our rep Viko brought everyone together. He was amazing. The excursions were also amazing with Viko letting us know honest opinions of them whilst using banter along the way. The Canyoning in Makarska was definitely a highlight. Just be prepared to pay a lot more than what the ship cost. The wifi was pretty slow and crap but we spent lots of time together and at the swim spots it didn’t really matter in the day and there was a decent amount of service from the ports at night.

This was my wife and I's first cruise, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We joined another couple who chose the trip, and we're so glad they did. The Explorer level was perfect for active people in their 40s/50s who enjoy having fun both on and off the boat. The crew was AMAZBALLZ: accommodating, fun, knowledgeable, and always making sure we had everything we needed. Hana, our tour director, went above and beyond to make the trip special. Kafka and Cesar were outstanding, always taking great care of us and adding to the experience. We even got to meet the owner of the Almissa, Pave, who was super friendly and fun to spend time with. The captain and crew kept everything running smoothly all week, which was especially appreciated during the heat. What an incredible way to experience Croatia and enjoy our first cruise. The memories will last a lifetime. Highly recommend!

My friend and I (50s) had a wonderful time on a 7 day cruise on the Almissa (Explorer Cruise). Our Sail Croatia tour leader Hana was a major part of making the entire experience so great. She took care of all logistics and communicated very well. The rest of the crew was amazing as well. The food was delicious and the bartenders were so cool. Everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The best part was probably the extended daily swim stops. If you are thinking of seeing Croatia by sea - Sail Croatia is the way to go. Remember the navigator is for younger party crowd, explorer is for people seeking activities and excursions and elegance is for the less active travelers. Highly recommend and try to find what ship Hana is leading.

When I booked the trip with sail Croatia I wasn’t really sure what to expect. It definitely exceeded my expectations. Every day we stopped in the morning for a swim and then dock for the evening. We travelled from Split to Dubrovnik on an Explorer cruise on the Esperanz in early August. The cruise was amazing for a number of reasons. The boat was very comfortable with a nice sized cabin, a great roof top area to sunbake and a great dinning room. The staff were fantastic and very accommodating and the cruise director was brilliant. The itinerary was great with the daily swim stops in crystal clear water and then then docking in port for an evening experience. The islands were amazing with each town that we visited had something different to offer. Every island had great restaurants and bars with friendly staff. We also had a great group on the boat. There were around 20 guests on our trip and everyone got on really well. The cruise director made sure there were plenty of networking opportunities which made the trip more enjoyable. We made new friends, shared lots of experiences and we were sad to finish the trip. Overall, and amazing trip and highly recommended.

One of, if not the best vacation I have had. Very service minded crew. The boat was great. Best part for me was the sosial aspect. Got to know the other guests and crew. In addition I felt like I could relax with a good consciousness. Didn’t feel like I missed out when I was relaxing on deck while the boat was sailing to a new dock. Then when we docked I could do excursions, chill some more, go to the beach or explore a city. Highly recommend. Was perfect!

Our trip on the Salve Di Mare was unbelievable. Everyone on the crew made us feel like family from the captain, to the sailors, to our favorite bartenders Marco and Vlaho, the chefs Bojan and Elena, the maid Julija and our amazing cruise director Barbara. Everything was first class and 5 stars. Dining was gourmet 5 star meals. Accommodations were spacious, clean and quiet. There was a good mix of scenic sailing when we could relax in the sun, daily swim stops, great meals and amazing destinations. There were daily excursions offered but we opted to simply take the time in port to explores the quaint ancient cities and walk the cobbled streets. The local food for dinners was great. The entire week was well plan and I would without hesitation recommend everyone to choose Sail Croatia. I would definitely choose the Salve Di Mare as it was much more luxurious than other yachts but well worth the higher price. Your only regret will come the last day when you must say goodbye

We sailed on the Almissa for my sister in laws 60th birthday. We had the most amazing trip! Captain Joseph was the most amazing captain! He was so friendly and genuinely loved sailing his ship. He found the most outstanding swim spots. He truly enjoyed talking to all his passengers. Our bartenders Cezar and Kufca were so fun and so personable!! They knew all our names by the end of the first day! The food was really very good. We had breakfast and lunch everyday on the boat! The sailors were outstanding as well! The star of the show was Hana! We all absolutely fell in love with our ships director(not sure the actual term). But Hana was soooo lovely! We were informed every day with the schedule of events. She sent us restaurant recommendations and made us reservations if we needed. Everyday she gave us a presentation of what we would see on our next stop. She planned a birthday dinner including cake. But most of all she took the time to get to know every one of us! We loved her!

We loved our Sail Croatia holiday aboard Salve di Mar slowly island hopping between Dubrovnik and Split. About 18 months ago, I saw Sail Croatia on Instagram and quickly showed it to my wife. With her blessing, I reached out and booked our trip. We quickly told friends about it and were a total of six when we boarded the Almissa. Simply stated, the trip was amazing. Our captain, our crew, and our bartenders (Cezar and Kafka) were the best. Always there for anything we needed, and always with a smile. Everything you see on the cruise is beautiful but the service on the Almissa took it over the top. Each day you leave a location, eat wonderful food on the boat, have a swim stop, and end up in a new location. The food was excellent. I am a picky eater and loved everything. The swim stops are so beautiful that we all agreed that pictures were not doing them justice. The size of the ship allows for smaller ports and takes you to places you likely would not see otherwise. I cannot recommend this cruise enough. It was a highlight of not just this trip, but all the trips we have taken.

The reviews don't lie. It's a five-star experience in a spectacular country with beautiful people. My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and were treated to a first-class trip in every way. Our cruise director was outstanding: knowledgeable, funny, well connected and became a good friend. Our fellow travelers were wonderful; plenty of opportunities to connect and also do our own thing. Moment we boarded the ship the service was top level. Our tour manager Barbra was amazing giving us our daily activities and giving us a good overview of each stop. The chefs that provided us our 2 meals each day were so delicious. The way the ship is set up is a great way to meet and get to know all the guests on the boat. Got to make a lot of new friends from the Uk,USA and Australia. We recommend this trip to anyone that would like to have a relaxing trip, eat great food, visit hidden gems of Croatia and meet amazing people from all over. Pictures do not do it justice, you have to visit yourself to see the true beauty of the country of Croatia

We had a really good time on board the Salve di Mare, Split to Dubrovnik. The food was very tasty, every staff member was friendly and professional, and the ship was spotless and well appointed. The swim stops were mostly incredible (the last one near Dubrovnik was less special and secluded than the others). We didn't get to do the Blue Cave tour as scheduled; still not sure why not. My only real criticism is that the ship didn't have karaoke!! 😜

We had an amazing trip! The crew and coordinator (Boat Manager Christiana, coordinator Nikos, sailors Tino and Charlie, waiters Neno and Martin, and maid Joy) all did an amazing job. They all went the extra mile to make sure we were accommodated. The ship had just been renovated, and it was definitely and it was very nice. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Other common areas of the ship (upper sun deck, saloon, etc.) were very nice. Would highly recommend Sail Croatia and the Contessa ship.

An unforgettable experience. The boat was immaculate, and the cabins, complete with private ensuites, were comfortable and well maintained. The staff were amazing, and the delicious three-course meals served every day were definitely a highlight. The food was consistently excellent, and the crew went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. One of the best parts of the trip was the wonderful group of fellow guests, along with the outstanding crew. Our cruise guide, Dino, was exceptional. He was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure every guest had the best possible experience. He took the time to understand what my partner and I enjoyed and recommended excursions that suited us perfectly. Beyond the cruise itself, Dino shared fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, bars, and hidden gems in every town we visited, helping us experience Croatia like a local. I was pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything went. Everything was organized and I felt like I didn't need to worry about anything. I was also surprised how good the lunches were. I am a tad picky, but the food was just great. I'll also note that our room was bigger and more comfortable than expected. Traveled with a group of 8, and had the absolute best time! Sanja was great, working with us everyday on what to expect that day and next, and the crew was fabulous! 6 of us sailed on the Almissa the first week of July. Right from the start we were greeted with friendly staff members who met all of our needs and answered all of our questions. Hana was our guide/host for the week and she was amazing. She always checked in on passengers daily asking them what they had done the day before and what the plans were. She gave us a play by play of what to expect each day and answered questions and gave suggestions in a timely manner. She was outstanding. The boat was extremely clean and was big enough for all thirty plus passengers to find space if needed. The staff was friendly and assisted whenever needed. The food was also the best food I have had on the trip - even better than the restaurants. The pace of the trip was great. The only reason I did not give five stars, is that I wish drinks were included in the price or that a drink package could be bought. I would definitely suggest bringing snacks on board as they were not provided throughout.

Sailing on the Ezperanza with Sail Croatia was honestly one of those trips that just felt easy in the best way. Our experience with Sail Croatia on the Princess Diana was amazing. While the beauty of Croatia makes the trip awesome, the staff on the boat made it memorable. The 7 day cruise spent on Salve di Mare was nothing but first class. We had great service, relaxed atmosphere and immersive destination access. Our cruise director Matilda provided excellent info about each destination & organised side tours at each destination. Marko and Vlaho ran a very professional bar and dining service from early in the morning till late at night. These two were very warm and welcoming and shared there knowledge and promoted fun and laughter amongst the guests. The maid Julija did a wonderful job keeping rooms clean as well as the ship. The kitchen staff Bojan & Fani prepared delicious meals. The crew led by Capt Frane with sailors Fadil and Richard were very professional and skilled especially when mooring the ship in tricky weather and space. The beauty of this ship was its ability to reach smaller locations that provided a more local vibe that large cruise ships cannot reach. The whole 7 days was very relaxed and felt uncrowded on board. Cabin:: + adequate space. -- cigarette smoke frequently entered our cabin (15) via the a/c system. As nonsmokers w tobacco allergies, It was very problematic as it started early in the morning and last into the late evening affecting our sleep. Ship: + nice facilities and layout. — the not hot, hot tub was not filled until 1/2 way thru the cruise. And then not really utilized. Recommend repurposing that space for 6 more lounges so most passengers can have a lounge. Food: + passionate chef and assistant. Hot food available w breakfast and lunches. Really good quality. Service was great (Mario). Bar: + staff friendly and helpful. — unfortunately wines by the glass were restricted to one brand and were of poor quality and overpriced. You pay € for all beverages, tea, coffee, sodas, juices and again more than what u pay in ports. Coffee,tea,and juices only provided at breakfast. For lunch, only water served. The Mali Ante was the perfect ship to be on. The cruise food was great Croatia style meals and the drink prices were reasonable. The Captain’s dinner was perfect, as were the drinks and dancing afterwards. Our cruise director, Elena, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We cruised in early June, which I think is the perfect time to go. The water is just warm enough to swim, but the cities are not as crowded as they will be later in the summer. Recommend bringing swim shoes, an inflatable “noodle”, and maybe a 1mm neoprene swim top if you get easily cold when swimming. Also, we liked our lower cabin. Seemed to be a little roomier and quieter.

Our Salve di Mare Explorer Cruise was truly unforgettable. From the moment we boarded, the crew made the experience feel personal, luxurious, and effortlessly fun. Our onboard representative, Matilda, was fabulous; witty, personable, organized, and always sharing history and local tidbits of each port. Marko & Vlaho mastered the balance of polished bartenders and friends, with perfect prosecco pours flowing late into the evening, then back up early each morning serving breakfast without missing a beat. Chef Bojan & sous chef Fani prepared incredible meals daily - I’m still thinking about the stuffed tomato starter. Captain Frane’s Dinner was a highlight, especially once the impromptu conga line pulled in sailors Fadil & Richard! The Salve di Mare itself is stunning; sleek, modern, impeccably clean thanks to Julija, and clearly built with pride and craftsmanship. Every port was beautiful, but some of my favorite moments were simply onboard laughing and lounging with everyone aboard.

She went above and beyond for each guest, was super friendly, gave great insights into each location we went to, helped ensure each activity and program ran smoothly. Best holiday ever. From the boat and the tour guide, to the stops and food. Ceili, our tour guide, was amazing - super professional but still showing us where we can find something fun, interesting, and exciting. Always came up with the best suggestions and was happy to hear our experiences at places we discovered on our own. The organized group dinners, drinks, and moments were great. Thanks for taking us up that hill Ceili!! The boat and crew need a separate review of their own to brag about how perfect they were. Stews and deck hands were great - I’ll miss my dudes, Niksha and Damir. They were on point with the service and always made sure we had what we need. The Tempera boat was great. I consider myself lucky to get a chance to “live” on the beautiful boat for a week. I spent so much time on the top deck and the salon was a great place to grab a drink and take a break from the sun. 10/10 would do this all over again!

What a lovely vacation! This might have been one of my favorite trips ever. The Dalmatian islands are absolutely breathtaking and I would do this exact same cruise again. The ship was nice, comfortable and clean. Ceili, our tour manager, was fun, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. Our waiters, Nikša and Dimir, were attentive, friendly and funny. Even Peter, one of the sailors was nice enough to give us some recommendations for Dubrovnik on the last day. I highly recommend Sail Croatia and I hope to be on one of their ships again soon.

We recently finished a Sail Croatia cruise aboard the Contessa, and overall it was a fantastic experience. The weather took a little while to come good, but once it did, the trip really turned into something special with beautiful stops, great swimming spots, and an awesome atmosphere onboard. The Contessa is a newer ship, and while there were definitely a few early “gremlins” to work through, the crew handled everything professionally and always did their best to make sure guests were looked after and having a good time. You could tell the team genuinely cared about creating a great experience. A special mention has to go to Tino the sailor, who was an absolute standout throughout the trip. Friendly, very hardworking, and he really helped make the cruise memorable (including getting the hot tub going!) Big credit as well to Cal for keeping the vibe fun and social the entire week. Overall, despite a few small hiccups that come with a new vessel, we had an amazing time!!

My wife and I had such a blast on our Sail Croatia cruise. The crew was amazing, and Mirin was an incredible guide the whole way. It was the perfect mix of being able to relax when we wanted, explore on our own, or join in on group excursions onboard. We ended up making friends with everyone on the cruise, and by the end we were all so close that we were genuinely sad to leave. It was an unforgettable experience and we would highly recommend it!

Our first cruise with Sail Croatia and in Croatia. Our boat, Salve Di Mare, was really impressive, comfortable, well maintained and our below deck cabin was larger than we expected. Our fellow guests were a fantastic bunch and everyone had a great time. The crew were a highlight of the cruise, especially Marco and Vlaho, our bar staff/waiters, who made sure everyone was looked after. The food was delicious and we were sad to leave the ship. Our tour guide, Nikos, was the best and ensured everyone had a great trip. I would definitely recommend this cruise and would happily book another cruise with this company.

I had a fantastic time on my Sail Croatia cruise—the route, crew, and food were all great. That said, I was surprised by the 40€ tourist tax per person, which wasn’t clearly explained upfront and for which I received no receipt. I also wasn’t comfortable with how our passports were left in an unlocked plastic box in the dining salon at night, with no visible security. Tipping felt a bit awkward too, especially when envelopes were later collected over WhatsApp after limited communication. Overall, I’d still recommend Sail Croatia, but these small improvements would make the experience even better.

This was by far the best vacation I have ever taken. We were on the MS Almissa with our amazing crew (Marin, Caesar, and Kafka) for 7 days and they could not have made the experience any better. By the end of the trip we had made so many new friends, including the crew. The destinations were amazing and Marin, our tour manager, gave us so many great recommendations in each stop. We spend most nights out on the town, but the post-dinner hang outs on the boat with new friends are some of the most memorable of the whole trip. Happy to be leaving the trip with new friends (including our amazing crew).

We took the Sail Croatia Explorer Cruise from Dubrovnik to Split and we had the Time of our Lives. Our entire crew was amazing from Vicko our Representative who was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the area. Every morning he provided us with the details of all the local spots to visit and directions on how we could get there. As well as providing amazing stories and history about the area, Our Bartenders Damir & Niksa were so friendly and attentive if we ever needed anything they were there to provide & provide a good time. Our Chefs Vlado & Daki we so amazing at preparing Gluten Free meals for my wife to fit her dietary needs and never made her feel like she was missing out on a meal. Even though we had an itinerary change due to weather our sailors and captain made us feel safe and kept us informed of the changes as soon as possible. The entire crew was so amazing and the excursions prepared even with a change were so engaging and amazing. We would do this every year!

We travelled from Split to Dubrovnik on their first cruise for the season ( 25 April) — boat was well equiped , cabin was very comfortable — ensuite bathroom great — meals weee ALL excellent and bar was well stocked and run ! Viscko our “ leader” for the week was well organised , very informative and knowledgeable , and was enthusiastic all week !! The crew were a great bunch , always there to help or just talk ! Swims off the back of the boat were BRACING but bloody good fun ! Loved our stops at all the islands — good variety of stops — always docked very close to cafes or the centres at each venue. We would travel with these guys on this boat again in a heartbeat !!

Had a great time, low passenger (21) to staff ratio really helped. Couple of things though - Last cruise of the season meant we had to ask for things like spa being heated, etc - there wasn't a lot of initiative from crew in general, Also food and alcohol was running out so they weren't going to replace certain things. While we got a very SLIGHT reduction in price from peak time it did mean that we still felt as though we had to ask for things. Swim stops were awesome, but many people wanted to do more snorkelling options - It would have been easy to pull in a little closer to shore (100 metres) so we could see the bottom rather than swim there (I swam 250m there and back on one just to see the bottom). These are all minor details - the room was great, the tour manager Dino was AMAZING and dealt so well with a lot of different personalities. He responded immediately to all queries and was very patient with some of the more demanding passengers. We met great people.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We did the Explorer trip early October '25, so the towns visited were not as busy as peak season, which was great. Interactions with Sail Croatia ahead of the trip were clear, concise and quick (I would recommend sending guests a pdf or e-mail itinerary ahead of departure). The cabins were sufficient for a week's travel, the included lunch and breakfast perfect and crew and tour manager Nikos all very helpful. Additional excursions were suggested and organised where required. The only disappointment was that we couldn't do a swim stop during any of the days due to the windy weather. One could swim at the towns, though. Just to note, Croatia along the coast has become expensive for anyone that might be travelling on a budget, but all in all the trip was well worth it. The towns and natural surrounds exceeded all expectations and experiencing it on a small cruise boat (36 guests) is highly recommended.

Swim stops. Port visits. Particularly Korcula and Omiš. Barman ‘Milan’ was a genuine, nice guy. I still believe our room ‘0’ was bigger than others. I asked and was told the rooms were the same size, however when I peeked into a twin room ours was definitely larger! Not so great - Breakfast was monotonous, same every day. Really need a FOC push button coffee machine for use throughout day. The American drip coffee was rubbish and yes paid for the nespresso style coffee from the bar but e3.50 for something not that good. Our window leading outside next to the door required a curtain as well as the twisted Venetian blind there. I had to put up a makeshift curtain to block out the exterior downlights rays coming in. We spoke to a couple who were on a Sail Croatia boat with the same timings as ours and they raved about the food, as prepared by ‘two mamas’ who obviously cooked from the heart. Unlike our chefs!!

Croatia proved a wonderful place to visit but it was the on board experiences that made this holiday great. Firstly Dino was a great cruise organiser and entertainment provider. He was always to hand with advice and assistance. He was engaging and shared many stories with great humour. Dino truly drove our experience and I can’t recommend him highly enough. The crew were very good as well, Cesar and Christina’s hospitality and good humour made our dining and beverage experience easy and fun. The food was excellent on the whole. We had the absolute BEST time aboard the Salve di Mare sailing from Split to Dubrovnik. The route and timing of the voyage provided a steady crescendo with a stunning finale. First of all, let me say that the people involved (crew, etc.) were excellent. I have no problem with any of them. Our cruise director was especially friendly and personable. Plus, I found Croatia to be a most beautiful country. That said, it was not one of my favorite trips. I found most places we stopped to be glorified "tourist traps." Most things were far too expensive, and we were constantly confronted with cost after cost for anything we might want to do. I think that should I ever return to Croatia, I'd probably pick one or two places and spend more time exploring more than just tourist trap stuff. I guess that could be said, however, for many such cruises, etc. Have traveled to several countries, however, this will not be considered one of my favorites.

We had an amazing time on our sail Croatia yoga cruise. The entire crew was amazing, kind and friendly. Very hardworking and deserve more down time off between charters. The boat was wonderful and rooms clean and good size vs expectations. The chef was awesome and made delicious meals every day. Breakfast was basic with some meats cheeses, fruit, toast, eggs. My suggestion would be a blender for smoothie and microwave to reheat cold food. Lunch was delicious but having an idea of what it is before hand would be helpful for those selective eaters so they can have more breakfast or select the vegetarian option if they want. The yoga was great and excursions were fun and easy to sign up with each day. Posting the options on the whiteboard in the saloon, daily meals and schedule etc would be very helpful to prevent so many msgs on what’s up. I found the group chat nice but too many msgs and questions of things we were already told. Overall, we loved it and would do it again! Thanks

On our recently completed trip from Dabrovnic to Split for 7 days, Although the "Tempera" ship requires some strong maintenance repairs and surface repairs, the experience beyond that was incredible for a first time cruise guest on that size and style of a ship. Our Cruise Manager Sasha was the most friendly, knowledgeable management team member that leads the way in customer relations and makes all guests feel like a family member. The Captain and crew provide a constant team effort of providing services of any nature while at sea or when at dock daily. We were fortunate to have a dining room / bar drink service leader in "Max", his efforts exemplify professionalism customer service. The most valuable aspect of this specific cruise trip was the personal relationships built in a very short order of time (from day 1) of the other guests. This size of a ship and the areas of common use created an experience like no other, for the friendships that were created, we thank you.

We were onboard Almissa for our split to Dubrovnik cruise and we couldn’t fault it. We had a really lovely time. We were lucky enough to only have 16 people on our boat which meant we had lots of space and there was no issues getting deckchairs etc. I would imagine that with 40 people on board the boat would feel a little cramped, and getting a deckchair might be something of a challenge. The boat itself is beautiful and well looked after. The staff were really lovely and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the food was not good and certainly didn't math the price point. This was an opinion was shared by many of the other guests. Besides this, everything else on the boat was great. The Itinerary (Split - Dubrovnik) was great. The stops were beautiful and the excursions offered were on the whole really great. Overall it was a great experience and we had a lovely time.

Having cruised 8+ times in different parts of the world in groups of 4 to 8 friends or family we were a little nervous of a boat with 26 other people my wife and I would have to mingle with, regardless of whether we lijed them or not. We were also concerned with a bar tab that was not payable by card or pre-paid with a drinks package prior. However, we wanted a more intimate and overnight relationship with the towns and restaurants that a cruise boat cannot provide. Sail Croatia exceeded our expectations. With ~28 others + crew of 6 & an onboard tour operator/guide we all bonded very quickly. Kristina & I are 60. There was a couple who were 62. Everyone else was 30's, 40's & 50's. Yes, the 30's partied hard but were respectful & were on well earned breaks from their jobs/businesses. Onboard meals were excellent. Guide had wide range of suggestions from high to low $$ for dinners & excursions. Cabins comfortable but not at same standard as a cruise boat. Overall you should not hesitate.

I recently booked a Sail Croatia tour with friends and had the most wonderful experience. The boat itself was one of the older boats, but very comfortable and met all our needs. I cannot say enough about the friendly staff. They were all so very accommodating to us and never hesitated to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The chef on board was also very kind and worked hard to make sure we had plenty of great food to eat. There were plenty of fun excursions to keep everyone busy on the cruise including wine tastings, swimming, hikes, and my favorite...the dune buggies. One of the more unexpected aspects of the trip for me was the wonderful people we met on board our boat. We made some incredibly friendships and were extended invitations to our newfound friend's countries as well. I have no doubt we will keep up with these lovely people we met. I would highly recommend booking a cruise with Sail Croatia...Five Stars!

All of the staff onboard were amazing. Our captain Josip ensured a smooth trip and even switched up some ports on the fly when he found out how busy Hvar was going to be on our scheduled day. The sailors Ivan and Marko were great fun and we felt super safe in their capable hands. Our waiters/bartenders Kiki and Cezar were absolutely incredible. They had everything ready for our onboard breakfast and lunch well ahead of time and always made time for quick chats and banter as the days rolled on. The chef's onboard, Marko and Bobi, whipped up some incredible feats for us. Honestly some of the best food I've ever had and they somehow managed it all in a tiny kitchen! Last but not least, our tour guide Barbara made the experience so seamless. We were notified of everything well before time and she gave us great recommendations at each port for various things to do. It was clear she loves the work and was able to provide a once in a lifetime experience for all of us onboard.

We really enjoyed our time on the Salve Di Mare. The locations we visited were beautiful! Absolutely stunning. Our cruise director Dino was friendly and informative. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't say anyone went above and beyond though. The rooms were nice and always cleaned well. The cruise is expensive and we really do not believe that is was worth the price we paid. The food was average at best. Well cooked, but boring. Breakfast was front 8 -9.30 with zero flexibility. No food or options for food is offered between breakfast and lunch. So if you miss breakfast, bad luck. Lunch was a 3 course meal and although I eat everything, my partner doesn't eat fish and instead received a piece of 'stuffed' half zucchini instead. During swim stops, which were again, stunning! While on the top deck reading a book, no one ever came up to ask if you'd like a drink! I found that the most puzzling. Wouldn't you want to make money?! Hard to give 3 stars, we loved it!

This was the best holiday ever. Everyone at Sail Croatia made the trip memorable and made sure everyone had everything they needed. The ports were so beautiful and the people of Croatia were wonderful. I would recommend Sail Croatia to everyone I know. Great work!!!

Was a pleasant suprise having Captain Gordan again 11 years later! Trip was spectacular with highly knowledgeable guide Vicko. The hospitality on board Kraljica Jelena was stellar. Loved the Captain's Dinner which was very traditional Croatian, so it felt like I was eating at home! Great swim stops and fantastic round two. Would go again!

The itinerary was well planned, The crew on the tempura boat was excellent. Food and swim spots were great. We met amazing people from around the world. Would highly recommend doing a cruise like this for others!

Our trip was good overall. The boat was fantastic, and the crew did a great job. The swim stops were good fun for the first few days, but it got a bit repetitive after a while, especially when it goes for multiple hours. This however also means we get limited time at each destination. Just enough to have dinner before the sun sets, walk around a little, and then the boat is off by 7 or 8am the next morning. Also, we booked the explorer cruise thinking it wasnt the young party cruise, nor the golden oldies cruise. We were hoping for a mid age crowd with like minded people - this wasn't really the case. I will say though however, the people we did share the boat with were all a pleasure. It delivered what was advertised. But if I knew then what I know now, I'd probably just have booked my own trip through croatia, giving us more time in locations where we want to be and not wasting days at locations with little to offer or waiting to dock.

This was a great way to explore Croatia. Relaxing mornings with scenic cruising and secluded swimming. Plenty of time to explore the various islands once docked and great staff onboard to take care of us. One worry we had before cruising was room size and being able to dry clothes but this was fine. We sailed on Tempera and the rooms were good size with sufficient room to unpack and stow suitcases. There are also clothes lines run around the perimeter of the boat for easy drying of swimwear / clothes / towels.

Despite not being able to do the planned itinerary due to bad weather we had a fabulous time. All the boat crew were amazingly friendly and the food was varied and delicious. Rooms comfortable and very clean an the a/c worked very well and was needed.

Dino and the crew first and foremost. The itinerary and everything planned out so well with swim stops, activities and free time. The food was great and being able to eat on the islands was a great experience. The entire group of guests were friendly and we all got along well. Getting to know other passengers is very meaningful.

Hands down best way to experience the diverse islands of Croatia! With overnight stops at islands in between in Dubrovnik + Split, you can really see it all. The guides do a great job suggesting local excursions + places to eat. Plus the daily swim stops are awesome! I recommend the Explorer cruise if you are looking for a good balance of fun + sightseeing without too much party :)

We had high expectations coming into our Sail Croatia cruise on the Salve Di Mare, and those expectations were greatly exceeded by the experience and the crew. The Dalmatian Coastline is stunning, definitely more stunning than the pictures yo see. The crew was very attentive and helpful. The crew made sure we had the best time possible. Our guide, Dino, was great helping setup experiences for all of us on the boat. We made new friends that we will stay connected with in the future. If you're thinking about taking a cruise with Sail Croatia, and specifically on the Salve Di Mare, I could not give them a higher recommendation!

We booked the Explorer cruise on board Tempera from Split to Dubrovnik and I can tell you we ended up very happy with our choice. Firstly, the ship Tempera made us feel right at home. Our cabin was cozy, decent size with everything you might need. The highlight there was definitely the window with amazing views to wake up to every morning.. Take the above deck cabin just for that. The food was great! Breakfast just diverse enough to get you ready for the day ahead (try the watermelon) and 3course lunch which was always delicious. The itinerary was breathtaking; either while on the way, the swim stops or the ports of call. Writing this 3 days later I still can't decide which destination was my favorite. All of the excursions were fun and different from each other so not one day felt the same. After excursions we still had enough time to explore (or party) which was awesome! Big thanks to all of the crew without which this trip wouldn't be as memorable and so hard to match in the future!

Our Sail Croatia Explorer cruise on the Tempera exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was top-notch! The entire crew was great...always very attentive to anything we needed. Cal, our amazing tour leader, made the week truly memorable. From restaurant/attraction suggestions at each stop, to interesting historical info about all of the islands, and of course, his great taste in music (that playlist!), he was the perfect guide for our incredible week on-board! Thanks Cal! Highlights of our trip included the daily swim stops, exploring all the islands, and the wonderful new friends we met on the boat.

We sailed from Split to Dubrovnik over 7 days on the Almissa.. An experience I will remember always, the team aboard the vessel were fantastic with their hospitality and knowledge. The scenery and locations we were taken to were truly amazing and made even more enjoyable with their hospitality knowledge shared by our host/guide Dino. The weather and other passengers was perfect which added to the week of fun and relaxation. Highly recommended Sail Croatia to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.

From the intimate feel of a small cruise ship and new friends made, to the very fun and friendly staff, to the incredible views and historical locations we visited, and the delicious cuisine that could be found everywhere - there was no trip I have ever had that compares. Lola was friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and honest about the locations and excursions, Captain Josif, Cezar, Kristina, Marco, and the rest of the Almissa staff were simply remarkable and deserve recognition for their customer service!

This cruise was the highlight of our 7 week Europe trip, we wouldn’t change a thing. The crew was amazing all so friendly and welcoming, food each day was faultless from the 2 amazing chefs. We made some Great friends from all around the world on this cruise ranging from 18-75. A massive shout out to our guide Dino, this guy made the trip. From our first meeting it felt like I had known him for years, his story’s, his organisation, direction and knowledge all was more than amazing and made life on the boat so easy knowing he will sort everything out for you, if you wanted a day experience he would book it arrange pick up and drop off from the boat, if you wanted tea Dino would organise that too. This guy was made for the job and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Would highly recommend this cruise and company and can’t wait to do it again.

Had the most incredible week with Explorer Sail Croatia, made even better by our amazing guide, Callum. From day one, he made the experience feel personal and unforgettable. He struck the perfect balance between fun and chill, tailoring recommendations to suit everyone – whether you wanted to explore or just relax. Callum’s local knowledge, energy, and attention to detail truly set the tone for the whole trip. He created a great vibe, made sure everyone felt included, and took us to some unforgettable spots we never would’ve found on our own. It felt more like travelling with a good friend than being on a tour. Highly recommend – and if you get Callum as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!
