We arrived at the boat in Dubrovnik and met the very welcoming host Vedran. We were made to feel at home instantly and explored the boat which had all the facilities you would expect and a splendid hot tub on the sun deck. To say we had a blast is probably a bit of an understatement. We all got on very well as a group, and the staff were excellent – including Mio, Martina, Sylvie and the captain Vlado. We were lucky with a very hot & sunny week so the daily swim stops in coves were always welcome. And then there was the wine….. Whilst by no means experts we can now distinguish our Grk from our Vugava and discuss the styles of Posip! And for red, the ubiquitous Plavac Mali (literally ‘little blue’) was made in all sorts of styles. We visited family wineries in various locations including a fun jeep safari on the island of Brac and a local Peka dinner on Hvar. Thanks Vedran for your knowledge, unflappability and company during the week. Keep on singing those songs!!! živjeli!

From the minute we boarded our vessel, Esperanza we knew it would be a great holiday. The service from all of the crew was exceptional, with Dino, our tour guide providing us with valuable information and he had very sound knowledge of every destination we visited. I would place Dino as one of the best tour guides I have ever had. Martina, our front of house hostess, did an amazing job of keeping all of the guests happy in every possible way. Nothing was too difficult for her and made everyone feel happy. I would highly recommend this cruise for anyone looking for an educational and fun holiday in one of the most beautiful places in the world. Thank you Sail Croatia for the wonderful experience.

Nothing was to much trouble for her and she Explained every day what we could do ie trips Excursions ect. We met many new friends from USA to Australia. Everything from pre-cruise planning with the Sail Croatia staff, to our Sail Croatia representative Vicko, to the staff and crew on Romantic Star was exceptional. Our cruise had shipmates from all over the world and everyone got along fantastically and had a wonderful time. I can honestly say that everything about this cruise was terrific and I will recommend Sail Croatia to anyone interested in visiting Croatia!

Mia our guide and the entire crew of the Katarina worked so diligently to give their guests an unforgettable experience. The ship was beautiful and was kept in pristine condition. The food was gorgeous and catered very well also for we vegetarians. We enjoyed the daily swims, and of course the excursions on the islands in the fabulous weather. A highlight for us was meeting very interesting and lovely people from all over the world. The holiday of a lifetime!!

Our tour director, Vedran, and Esperanza's crew provided us with a great experience both on board and on shore. Their hospitality was exceptional, as they made every effort to ensure our experience was outstanding. Passengers from 4 different countries made the trip even more delightful. The weather was perfect for exploring the islands. Food was excellent both on the ship and at our ports of call. Although the May water temperature was cool, swimming off the back of the Esperanza was a daily ritual that made our trip even more memorable. I can't remember the last time I had so much fun. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; I highly recommend it!

The four of us set out to Croatia from Canada via Prague. From the moment we arrived the staff greeted us with humour and. Assistance. The entire trip we were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful cruise and scenic views. It was a wonderful way to spend my 50th birthday with my spouse and best friends. It was a wonderful adventure to a region of this world I had not considered venturing to before. What an adventure! Sailing on the Olimp was fantastic. First, the cruise leader, Ioana. Wow. Dynamic, organized, fun. Not sure the cruise would have been the same without her leading the way. The ship itself was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was helpful to make sure all our needs were met. Beautiful destinations and fun history tours. Even though we were traveling with friends, the new friends we made helped make things even better. Would be happy to go again.

The ship, Olmp, was immaculate and the crew always helpful. With only 36 passengers the experience was very personal and we were fortunate to have a very interesting and homogenous group . The meals served were all delicious but the service was a little too efficient for me. I prefer a slower pace while eating. The only meal that I would avoid n the future is the so called "BBQ". Definitely not up t the chefs usually high standards. The Sail Croatia cruise is a great way to sample all that Croatia has to offer. Our cruise director, Ioana, added another dimension to our touring experience. We all had a wonderful and educational experience on the cruise

The crew was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. We were kept informed on a daily meeting about changes and weather situations concerning our travels. V our guide was great, suggesting restaurants and other things about the Croatia people. I would choose to do this trip again. It was a vacation of a lifetime! Most people were not happy that coffee couldn't be have after 9:00 am.

Staff was great. Especially Klara and Pamela. We enjoyed the swim stops and island stops. The meals were so so too much fish for my liking. They’ve in our room didn’t work for 1/2 the week. The tours were great, Capains dinner/dance and wine tours as well I would include gratuity in the price and/or arrange for credit card payments for on board liquor purchases for some people I spoke to were surprised they needed so much euros at the end of the trip which may have an effect on gratuity’s We would highly recommend Sail Croatia to anyone that asks us

The ship was beautiful and comfortable, the cruise director was very funny and knowledgeable and the crew was very professional, competent, friendly and helpful.. We enjoyed it thoroughly! It was extremely hot during the cruise and the swim stops were a wonderful way to cool off but it was hard to stay cool on the boat. The food was good but lunches were a bit heavy for my tastes and drinks were a bit on the weak side. Stops and excursions were interesting and informative - could have skipped Milna -may be replace with Trogir or a night not in port with 2nd swim stop and simple light dinner on the ship.

We just returned from a 7-night charter of the Queen Jelena. Our group included nine families, including those in age from teens to their 60s. It's a group that has traveled together extensively, but this trip was truly extraordinary. The boat was perfect, the cabins spacious and cool, with great outdoor spaces. The itinerary (Elegance route from Split to Dubrovnik) was wonderful, with each island offering something new. The swim stops, as others have said, are truly magical. Above all else, it was our tour manager, Karolina, that made the week so special, handling our large, boisterous group with aplomb. Our group included a number of hotel and restaurant owners, and I don't think any of us have experienced a more capable and caring hospitality professional. She, Captain Gordan, and the entire crew created a wonderful experience our group of friends will never forget. If you're considering a charter of or cruise on the Queen Jelena, don't hesitate - it's extraordinary.

From booking to departure, Sail Croatia delivered the best experience. A beautiful boat that was immaculate. The staff on board were friendly, helpful and worked so hard to ensure we had a holiday to remember. Food was absolutely First class, tasty, well presented and such a variety of dishes served Daily. Must not forget our lovely funny knowledgeable tour guide loana. She mixed well with everyone and you knew she was genuinely keen for everyone to enjoy the experience. Overall the trip was excellent. However if you look into the fine details then you can find major issues. For example tipping policy is terrible ad should be scrapped. Company say one figure staff say a different figure and service you receive is not worth either amount. Some staff’s appearance could improve especially first thing in the morning at breakfast. Sail Croatia and crew of Jelena, have forgotten who the customer is, in respect of, a customer works hard to save money to go on holiday and we are all suffering with cost of living being expensive no different to the crew. Excellent on the face but poor in detail

Karolina, the tour director, made the cruise beyond our expectations on the Esperanza. She was very helpful and accommodating. She would advise us about the restaurants and her favorite ice cream spots in the towns. She and the entire crew were very friendly and efficient. Tomo and Phillipe were great bartender/waiters. The small number of passengers made the cruise very intimate. and one of the most memorable cruises out of more the 50 we have taken over the years.
