However, one of life’s greatest mysteries is how Francesca can effortlessly wrangle 15 mature-age alcoholic cretins with grace and style, yet lacks the courage to jump from the not-so-lofty heights of the lower deck into the bluest waters you’ve ever seen. One taking far more bravery and skill than the other. Another mystery is how Mateo managed to hide his other six arms for an entire week. That man surely deserves a spot in the Guinness World Records for the most drinks made in a single day All jokes aside the entire crew of Mlini were outstanding. Everything about the cruise was amazing! The crew, the destinations, and the food served on board were all great. Aside from enjoying the beautiful Croatia islands, I also really enjoyed our swim stops! The water was a little cold at the beginning of June, but not unbearable. It was wonderful getting to know the other travelers on our boat. Sail Croatia is a 10/10 experience for families, friends, or even solo travelers.

Our second trip to Croatia was very special for several reasons. The cruise itinerary was varied and excellent overall. Anita was a superb tour manager, always making an extra effort to make everyone happy. She communicates very well, is highly organized, works extraordinarily hard, and always has a smile on her face. The Romantic Star ship is well designed, very comfortable, and the food is healthy and tasty, We were also fortunate that the other passengers were friendly and interesting. I would definitely recommend this cruise to my friends. I do feel that more time should be spent on land. We often landed mid to late afternoon. I feel that the educational component should be enhanced (eg more discussion of Croatian history). I also feel that the ship should overnight in Komiza instead of Vis. But overall the experience was wonderful. Thank you!

The modern vessel the Olimp was sailed and managed by the fantastic crew and Captain to perfection. My Fiance and I are 26 and 31. We booked the Explorer cruise on the Salve Di Mare from Split to Dubrovnik. We truly believe we picked the best cruise option and the nicest boat. Check-in was easy, our Sail Croatia guide Vicko was simply amazing from start to finish. The food, too, was exceptionally good - some of the best food we had on our whole trip. The entire staff was friendly and pleasant to be around. We had a change of route due to a failed refueling, and the crew adapted our route nicely to still have us spend the day at a lovely island. In summary, we had the time of our lives and can't imagine visiting Croatia any other way. 10./10.

Marin was an incredible guide. He had a lot of local knowledge. He showed a lot of care towards everyone in the group. He became our friend. The rest of the crew were also fantastic. The food was great. The activities were fun and well organised. I was also lucky to do it with an amazing group of other guests onboard. Would recommend this to anyone!

Just back from a fun-packed week on Katarina covering Split return south. Klara did a great job helping to organise onshore dining for the whole group. And the crew generally gave us a great time. Missoni Bar on Korcula was a highlight along with dinner at Mijet Island. Not forgetting the Captain's Dinner and the duo of guitarists, whose playing had everyone on the dance floor. This was my fourth visit to Croatia and has to be the best. I'll be back.

1) Omit overnight on day 7 of trip. End the trip after lunch on day 6. This eliminates unreasonably early check out on day 7 and also makes it easier for a guest to check in to their hotel in DBV without having to wait until 12:00 or 13:00 check in time. 2) Onshore excursion options need clear explanation in pretrip communication. Example: I was not told that a scenic bus tour and a walking tour of DBV was available, so I booked them in advance with Viator. If I had known I would have gone on the onshore excursion instead. 3) Include the use of one pannier on the bike. 4) Include written instructions for charging the bike battery and operating the ebike. 5) There were three outlets in the cabin. That is insufficient to charge two bike batteries plus two phones plus hearing aids, etc. A simple multi-plug adapter can fix this issue. 6) Guide must not make promises he doesn't keep. Example: A military tour was promised on one island (Vis?) but was never delivered.

From a captain and crew and our cycling guides, they went out of their way to make our trip and everyone else’s exceptional. Ana and Miranda were super helpful with our daily bike rides. Best cruise we have been on and we were sad to see it end. would definitely do this cruise again. if we could… This was a hard-working crew with great attention to detail and worked well together.. The swim stops were amazing! Everyday we would stop at somewhere incredible with crystal clear water, away from the world and have the place to ourselves. You could see the Croatian islands with ferries, lugging your luggage around, spend endless hours researching what to do, see and eat in each island or you could unpack once for the week, have recommendations made for you, no lugging luggage around, no watching where to place feet in pebble beaches with spiky sea urchins when you just jump straight in from the ship. We chose Katarina for its super yacht feel, and that it did! We were lucky to have only 15 in the group which meant having afternoon drinks alone in the hot tub or spending time with the others of the group should you want to, as we became a close knit family! Klara, our cruise director was fun, informative and always willing to assist us all. I’m not a history buff but her morning briefs was enough to get me interested and wanting to know more and she delivered

This cruise from Split took us out to several islands and on to Dubrovnik then back to Split. The amazing staff on Katarina never missed a beat the whole week looking after our every need. What a team! The boat had every luxury you could ask for and the food on board was amazing. The other guests on board also made it a very memorable trip as we all got along famously! Lastly our tour director Karla was the best we have ever had and we have travelled a lot! Her suggestions for on shore activities were fabulous and her professionalism was beyond words. Also her sense of humour definitely made things hum along nicely. We would certainly go back and enjoy another cruise if the opportunity pops up. Loved it!

We enjoyed an amazing 7 day island cruise on Katarina doing the Split south return itinerary. The crew were excellent from Ivana and Angela in the bar/restaurant to the sailors, chefs, room cleaner and of course Captain Ivan. Each island was different and we loved visiting Stari Grad, Hvar Town, Mljet, Dubrovnik, Korcula and Makarska as well as Split. We were blessed with fantastic sunny weather and calm seas. The group all bonded on day 1 and we enjoyed several dinners together on the islands. Highly recommended.

The small sized ships allowed access to smaller, quieter, and less busy ports allowing access to the real charm of Croatia. We loved the varied destinations, ports, and rides. No two days were the same. It also allowed us to really interact with the other guests and get to know them well. Our guide’s knowledge of the area and its history was excellent and very informative.

This was our forth sail Croatia trip. The previous ones were the cycle trip and we decided to go for a less energetic experience. There was definitely an improvement on our previous trips with regards to both the food and accommodation on board. The chef was producing quality 3 course meals for almost 40 people in a ships galley kitchen. The presentation was exceptional and always plenty of food for everyone. The villages and towns we visited were beautiful as always. Staff were mint.

Sail Croatia made booking this cruise so easy. Their website is user friendly with great after hours service. The tour guide onboard our boat, the Tempera (Ivana) made our trip something to remember. She was very approachable, knowledgeable and above all a people person. There was always plenty of tours and activities to do and of course these are at your own expense. But their are also plenty of things to do that don't need money. The ship's crew were fantastic with the likes of Max and Milan going above and beyond.. Plenty of good food was in supply by the rated chefs. The Captains dinner for me was a standout. Of course if you have special dietary needs it is best to communicate this to them as early as you can. We felt safe the whole time. The waters in the Adriatic Sea were very tranquil for our trip. Swimming off the back of the boat was a fun affair for everyone aboard. The crew made the environment onboard fun for people from all around the world to relax and enjoy themselves.

Not only was the location of the cruise stunning but the experience was made so much better by the crew of Salve de Mare and our guide Vicko. Every day was laid out for us in advance with advice on the best excursions and places to visit. The crew of the ship was always attentive and the food was delicious. Dino immediately set the tone of our journey — enjoy our wonderful country, learn our history , be safe and ask any question. He was very experienced. We just completed our 7 day cruise with Sail Croatia aboard the Romantic Star. We made new friends with people from around the world who enjoyed the food, sun, and wine in Croatia as much as we did. What made the trip special was having Dino assigned to our boat as the cruise manager. He was funny, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to book optional dinners and activities that were special and unique experiences. He also providing valuable information and suggestions throughout the day which was immensely helpful. We had the greatest experience. From the time we booked our trip, then embarked and met Mia at Port Gruz our Tour Manager, every part of the trip exceeded our expectations.
