It was good, but they have things to improve, like the air conditioning not working, the cancellation of multiple activities due to the weather, the captain's absence due to "illness" (though he seemed perfectly fine the other days), and having a bartender drunk almost 50% of the time. But the accommodations were very good, the food was very good, and the main day was excellent.

Perfect from start to finish. Olimp is a beautiful and well maintained ship. The crew, from the Captain down were superb and looked after all our needs, always smiling and so helpful. Food, breakfast and lunch was excellent. The planning of each day and all the tours made for a busy but most enjoyable experience. Thoroughly recommended and we will be going again next year.

Cruise Director Dino is a national treasure. If ever I am playing "Croatia Trivia" I want Dino at my side. No question was too difficult or obscure. The food on board was great, especially from such a small galley. The opportunity to dine on shore at a restaurant of our choice was great for tasting Croatia cuisine and meeting locals. We discovered some grape varietals on the wine list we were not familiar with. The Captains Dinner was a blast!

I chose Sail Croatia for the first week of our 4 week tour of Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro because the beautiful ships of the Sail Croatia fleet are both stunning and luxurious. Once onboard for the Romantic Star wine cruise I realized what a good decision I made. Immaculate is the word that comes to mind. Comfortable beds with soft duvets and ample pillows in spacious staterooms. Slept like a baby every night waking refreshed and ready for the wonderful excursions (wine tastings!) planned by the Sail Croatia crew. Cruising the coastal islands of Croatia for a week really sets the scene for a luxurious blend of Croatian cuisine, wines and culture. Can’t say enough about our tour manager Klara who was onboard with us 24/7 and catered to our every need, questions and requests.

Having struggled over the last few years with what works for us as a holiday, my wife and I have bounced between exotic destinations and luxury beach holidays. We’ve found that neither are particularly fulfilling and, although we’ve always enjoyed ourselves, we feel that our experience has been lacking. We thought that we would leave our comfort zone by trying an activity holiday with a group of complete strangers. Having just finished a cruise with Sail Croatia, I can honestly say that, certainly for us, I feel that we’ve found what was missing. A holiday which was centred around our activity level but challenged us to push ourselves further. An experience which allowed us to form friendships with travellers from all over the world. A well led and curated cultural introduction, facilitated by guides (Marin & Olja) who love their country and job, while supporting their guests to bond, experience and enjoy their holiday. We would definitely recommend this holiday, company and guides.

We expected to have a great time and our experience blew that away!! From the time we stepped on the yacht right through the last day we were treated to perfection. From things to do, things to see, experiences not to miss, places to eat, night life, and history of Croatia. We felt like we knew each island before we even step foot on land. The Adriatic islands are now my favorite area - they have it all. The cruise/biking experience was icing on a marvelous cake. Lauren, Andro and crew took good care of the 17 of us with humor, insights and kindness. It’s obvious that the company has figured things out so itinerary can be adjusted as necessary. Wi-Fi worked great, a “WhatsApp” site, good food, fine accommodations. I’d note only that e-bikes should be considered essential due to the distances and grades - all but 2 in our group had them and were VERY grateful.

Our trip through the Croatia islands with Calum aboard Tempura was fun and educational. The trip was from Split to Dubrovnik visiting wonderful islands along the way. The crew was extremely hardworking and helpful. Our guide and leader for the week was Calum. If you are fortunate enough to have him as you cruise leader, know that you will have an amazing holiday. He was very knowledgeable about each stop as well as the history of each island/town we stopped in. He planned trips, dinners and events every day making the trip extra special for my wife and I!

I travelled as a solo passenger but needn't have worried. From the offset it was the friendliest group of passengers, staff and crew i have ever met. The 2 Sail Croatia leaders, josko and Lauren , were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble, managing to change my picky carnivorous diet to a vegetarian one after 2 days. It was exactly the same with the crew of our boat, the "Dionis"- a very comfortable and ideally sized boat for the holiday- bigger boats around seemed too big and cold compared to the smaller boats. The excursions and cycle routes were absolutely ideal. Most of our 15 passengers opted for the E-bikes but 4 of us had the normal calf powered versions, which didn’t detract from the enjoyment. We had the chance to have a swim stop most days and after a chilly 10 minutes swim, the scorching onboard showers were a very pleasurable welcome experience. This was my first time as a solo traveller on a group trip but i now see it as the only way forward in future

Myself, my wife and 9 friends had an absolutely brilliant week, sailing around Croatia on a perfectly sized boat (30 passengers). The accommodation was great, the food delicious and the amount of hiking spot on. Some hikes were challenging some were easy but it was a great balance. The guides were friendly, informative and looked after us just right. I highly recommend the trip to active folks who want to see the sun, sea and Croatia.

Nice number of guests. Team leaders/tour mangers absolutely terrific, as well all the crew. Food amazing. Accomodation was very comfortable. Such a memorable trip. A great combination of traveling on a midsize boat, max. 32 guests, we had 17 which made the excursion so much more personable with guests and crew. Weather in first of May was decent. 20ish degrees.

If you can find fault with this holiday you have spent the week looking for it, and even then I doubt you will find it. Everything was perfect from breakfast to evening drinks before bed, each trip out was well organised to get the most out of the experience and with morning swims stops everyday each day just flowed perfectly. We had a small kitchen on board that did breakfast and lunch. Well they called it lunch, but each day was a set menu of three courses and the food that came out of that small kitchen was just amazing and all made fresh on board, very talented people in that kitchen first class. Would I recommend Sail Croatia for a holiday, yes without a doubt, Beautiful country, beautiful people, beautiful ship

I was a bit worried about booking this trip coz i was 35 and i thought i will be the only millennial on this trip but the entire group got along well. It really was a great trip, Marin and Mario were exceptional. They covered all the bases for having a safe and worry, free experience, very professional. Personally, I could’ve used a little bit longer routes to cycle and myself and a few others felt the last cycle stop was a little risky getting on and off the boat. I throughly enjoyed my time on sail Croatia, as a solo traveler I was a bit nervous first coming on but from the entry Nikola bringing his upbeat energy made me feel very welcome. The chefs were amazing and I felt very lucky to have my peers on the board who I instantly got along with. I truly want to highlight the chef, crew and especially Nikola. He went out of his way the whole trip to make sure everyone felt comfortable and when asked about facts or recommendations he had answers for everything. Above all he was just a good human being along with the crew which goes a very long way. Will definitely recommend the navigator boat I went on.

Overall, the 7-day Sail Croatia Cruise was a really enjoyable trip. The crew did a fantastic job making sure everything was clean and ready on the boat. The food was excellent too. All the activities were well organised and communicated via my host Lara. She would consistently explain the itinerary for the day as well as prepping the activities for the next day. Dinners were often suggested by Lara which was a good show of her local knowledge. As well as having great general knowledge about the history of Croatia. 10/10, I couldn’t have asked for a better host or experience.

The guides were first-rate. Marin, the cruise director, was conscientious, helpful, and friendly. We always knew what was happening and when. Josip, the cycling guide, kept us safe and made sure we enjoyed the rides. Our group included avid cyclists and people who had biked only rarely. We all had a great experience. The entire crew of the Columbo was efficient, friendly, and hardworking.
