The seven night cruise in Croatia was an enjoyable experience. We saw different islands, daily swims and enjoyed the staff. The food was good and was typical Croatian food, lots of meat. If you are vegetarian they will accommodate you. If you like to float on a float during the swim stops bring your own floatation as there are limited choices.. Couple things I would change are the mattresses on the beds. They were very lumpy and hard on my body. I think more towels should be given to the passengers as they only do one exchange for the entire week.

The staff on Contessa were excellent.. helpful and friendly. Lola was very organized and always available to answer questions or assist with restaurant reservations and suggestions. 10 out of 10.

We just absolutely loved our cruise. We felt like we had an actual holiday. Spent our mornings cruising to a swim spot and the afternoon and evenings exploring new islands and villages. Food and staff incredible.

I had an amazing time sailing with Sail Croatia. A huge shoutout to our trip leader, Lauren, who was fantastic throughout the journey. She had incredible knowledge about every destination we visited and always had great recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and local experiences. Her enthusiasm and expertise really enhanced the trip. The crew on the Almissa were absolutely amazing and made us feel welcome from day one. The service was exceptional, and the food on board exceeded all expectations—it was consistently delicious and one of the highlights of the trip. The overall vibe of the trip was fantastic, with a great mix of relaxation, adventure, and socialising. My favourite part was definitely the daily swim stops. Getting to jump into the crystal-clear Adriatic waters every day was an unforgettable experience. Thank you to Lauren and the Almissa crew. You guys are the best.

I went on the explorer cruise on the Almissa with my friends, it exceeded my expectations! The food on board was so so good, the day to day running was very smooth and I had the best time! Our guide Lauren was amazing, she made the whole experience seamless, her recommendations were fab and she was super friendly and welcoming!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our 7 day Explorer cruise, aboard the Contessa! The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make everyone on board happy and comfortable! Communication was prompt and efficient and we always knew what was up next on the agenda. We loved that you could choose to excursion with the group or go explore each stop on your own. A must do trip!

Loved every minute of our cruise. Ceili was our guide and she was wonderful. The food was delicious and the crew always helpful. We had an upper cabin and loved the huge windows...waking up ever morning to beautiful views. Made many special friendships and memories. Will miss Ceili especially as she was a huge reason for all the laughter...bindng us together. Sail Croatia and Ceili are #1 ! ❤️

I travelled with Sail Croatia with my friend and we had a wonderful time. Ceili was our guide and she was amazing from organizing excursions, group dinners and basically anything we needed. The crew was attentive and very professional. Leaving with a new set of friends.

fantastic. We were already excited with 12 friends old and new coming together together to go on Sail Croatia. But the fellow passengers and amazing and fun crew just added to it. 2nd time round in Almissa and was as fab as the first time. Clean, comfortable, good food and a great mix of people and ages. having a new stop everyday was great. we could have kept going at the end of the week. Thanks all xxx

From the moment my friend and I got on board the Tempera, we were greeted by such a friendly team. Marin (our representative) was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, funny & willing to go above and beyond to give everyone on board the best experience. The crew behind the bar were also 10/10. Couldn’t recommend Sail Croatia enough.

I travelled on board Sail Croatia with my friend and we had the best time ever. It was so easy, with everything organised for us by our tour representative, ensuring that we didn’t have to lift a finger the whole week. My trip with Sail Croatia on the Almissa was truly the trip of a lifetime. The crew on Almissa - Mava, Kafka, and Ceazer are the best and became instant new friends. Mava is the cool local friend with the best, honest recommendations that truly elevated my experience in Croatia. Kafka and Ceazer behind the bar are the life of the party and kept our spirits high throughout the day and night! The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious. Our 7-day sailing trip through Croatia on the Almissa was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped onboard, the entire crew made us feel welcome, relaxed, and completely taken care of. Our host Mava was an absolute gem! He made every single guest feel welcome and included. Whether you wanted to join the group activities or explore on your own, he made sure everyone had the perfect experience. The itinerary itself was fantastic, with a great mix of excursions, activities, and free time. You could spend the day adventuring with the group or simply wander through the beautiful towns at your own pace. It was the perfect balance of structure and flexibility. The food onboard was outstanding. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The bartenders Cezar and Kafka also deserve a special mention because they were truly the life of the party and kept the energy fun and upbeat the entire trip. 10/10 amazing experience!!!

Everything was so well planned. Our representative Marin was extremely helpful. I loved the way he explained what was to transpire every day and how he repeated the info on WhatsApp. The rest of the staff including Marco & Vlaho were also excellent. I am vegetarian so a big shout out to the kitchen staff who make delicious meals for me. Overall, as 2 women travelling together, I always felt safe & well taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Croatia is a beautiful country with some amazing towns with incredible medieval fortresses and buildings. Cruising among the Dalmatian islands in the Adriatic Sea on Sail Croatia's Almissa ship was the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The crew served delicious breakfasts and lunches. Caesar and Merico kept everyone well served and entertained. Dino, our tour guide, did a fantastic job and had great suggestions for places to go on our own. He was also a great source of information on the history and culture of Croatia. Our fellow travelers were great - a small cruise ship (28 people on our ship) is a great way to explore Croatia and meet so many great folks. Lots of fun!

I absolutely loved this trip! We did the Explorer Split Return on the Almissa. I'm an avid cruiser, but now I'm spoiled and hooked on small ship cruises! It was so nice to have swim stops each day and get to swim right off the bow of the boat in a beautiful cove! Since we overnighted in each port, we were able to enjoy our time there without worrying about getting back to the boat on time! We were docked in the harbor at each port and walking distance to dining, shops, and activities. Food was great and service was excellent. Our cruise director Vin was so friendly and helpful, giving us great tips and advice for each port. My bed was very comfortable and room was clean with good AC! I had an above deck cabin, so I was able to open my window for fresh air, which was very nice since it wasn't very hot during our end of Sept sailing. I would definitely recommend this company and would not hesitate to book another cruise with them if I have the opportunity to return to Croatia!

I must start off by giving a big round of applause to our group leader, Vin, who prepped us everyday to let us know what to expect and where to go when we were sure and arrange all the excursions including the free ones. For those who love the water, the swim stops were amazing, the water extremely blue and clear and it was so much fun. We really enjoyed all the ports, and all of the people were so friendly. We met people from all over the world and it was awesome. Getting to know each other on board the ship. The food was awesome and plenty of it! Sailed on the beautiful boat Salve di mare. My home for for 7 nights. Above and beyond my expectations. The boat and crew were impeccable and made us feel welcome. The weather wasn't kind to us every day but all efforts were made to keep us happy. Off shore excursions were varied and there was something for everyone. All round a wonderful time and my only suggestion would be to stock up on more breakfast teabags . I hope to travel again with Sail Croatia.

I had an amazing and unforgettable experience on my Sail Croatia Explorer trip from Dubrovnik to Split. The accommodations were just as I’d hoped, the food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious, and the crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a fantastic time. In particular, our cruise guide, Dino, was outstanding—sharing endless insights about the islands, activities, excursions, and even the best restaurants to try. We travelled from Dubrovnik to Split on the Salve Di Mare in early September. The crew (Vlaho, Marko and Monika) were attentive and friendly and excellent at their jobs. The kitchen staff were brilliant producing delicious 3 course lunches on a daily basis! Vicko was a fabulous guide and was approachable and informative. The boat was luxurious and the activities were great, although the swim stops in the secluded bays were a highlight for me! Our fellow shipmates from around the world were wonderful, making for an exceptional holiday!

The crew looked after us so well. A big mention goes to our tour host Klara, and bar staff Blaze & Marco. Also Monica along with the Captain and sailors made our experience fun, enjoyable, and personal. The meals prepared by the chefs were delicious. Travelling on Salve Di Mare with Klara as our host exceeded all our expectations! The ship itself is divine large enough to afford everyone their own space but small enough to get us into the most amazing swimming spots and awesome island ports. The rooms are fabulous the food sublime and the crew wonderful! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure our whole experience was 5 star! Our whole group felt it was a trip of a life time! After seeing other yachts in different ports Salve Di Mare was by far the best! Sail Croatia, Capt France, Klara, Vhlaho, Marco and all the crew we will talk about you for years to come! A dream come true! What an incredible week myself and 5 friends had on the Sail Croatia Cruise from Split to Dubrovnik in September 2025. Weather was great, food incredible and the crew were so friendly and approachable. Nothing was a problem. We had a great bunch of passengers ranging in age from early 20’s to early 70s. Everyone mixed easily and also participated in onshore activities if they wanted to. The activities on offer were varied. Diving off the back of the boat was ‘A DREAM COME TRUE’ .
