This was my first time with Sail Croatia! Definitely have fun memories for life from this week sailing! the people from this group ended up being like a little family especially the girls from my group the girlhood was so special! Every day was a new swim spot in beautiful waters and the ports were so cool exploring when docked, the food on board was quite delicious and the portions weren’t limited. Ola the tour guide of our party boat did a great job in keeping the group updated with recommendations, activities available and each days itinerary!! :) Each night was spent partying in a new spot and was very fun! There were a few birthdays on my week and the crew, captain and people on board were all amazing at making their birthdays feel special and celebrated with cake and birthday drinks and all! As a young person you have lots of fun connecting and partying with people around your age, I recommend! The only downside was the amount of mold spotted in the cabins and aircon vents.

overall the experience wasn’t the best, our tour manager was extremely unorganised, didn’t know little bits of information such as where we were docking or roughly when it would dock, couldn’t tell us if we had swim spots for the next day. We missed some of our spots we were suppose to dock into and lots of things were left out. We also had to pay extra fees such as bus trips etc even if it wasn’t our choice to stay in a port further away from town, in my opinion that should be covered by sail as that’s something we didn’t ask for. Overall wouldn’t recommend but highly depends on the crew you’ve got on your boat.

A week full of fun, making new friends and carefree days. What made it even more fun was Bruno! What I did not like was the tipping policy in the end. The tour itself is already expensive and everyone spent lots of money on alcohol during those 7 days, which is exactly what the company wants. We shouldn't be the ones paying people's wages.

Holiday overall was great. Only comments would be to possibly offer other options than just clubs every single night. Everyone understood we were doing a drinking cruise, however seven nights of clubs in a row is a lot! I would’ve loved to have clean linens or at least clean towels offered to us, given that being below deck nothing dried and became very gross mildewy smelling. Lastly, if they would just include what they were feeding us each day, I think that would be helpful. I didn’t have many problems with the food, however being hungover sea sick and then handed mystery food made it a little harder to trust. Just announcing what the meal is would’ve made it a lot better! Otherwise great trip, lots of fun. Just wish swim spots were longer!

Marin was amazing, very friendly, professional and on-time, he made sure the day ran very smoothly. My experience on Tuna boat was mainly attributable to Toni, our rep. Toni was highly informative about the history and activities of each destination. His organisation of group dinners really helped for us to bond and make friends. Not only was he a rep, but he was also a great friend to all of us. I give all my praise to Toni!

As a solo traveller I was disappointed that there was absolutely zero effort by our tour manager to develop any connection between the group, not even an introduction of everyone’s names which I would have thought would be basic. There were only 4 solo travellers out of 35 on board and this lack of effort directly impacted the quality of socialising on board. Additional to this the quality of the boat was definitely not up to standard. I booked the premier navigator and yet our boat arrived with a broken bell, multiple broken sun lounges and the shower in my room was completely snapped off. The sailing through Croatia part was definitely a highlight however the actual experience provided by Sail Croatia was well below expectations. I would book with another company in future.

I did really enjoy my holiday however I and the rest of my boat were a bit confused why we, as a party boat, would dock and stay in towns with either no clubs or where noise/time restrictions impacted our time and experience greatly. Our crew on big blue were always so fun and gracious. The rep, Diego, put lots of effort to get our group bonding by organising family dinners and always showed up for us, whether that was searching the town for place with working gelato, taking people to multiple pharmacy trips as well as the hospitals.

Sail Croatia was the worst experience. Our top deck was closed the whole week so there wasn’t enough chairs for people to tan during the day. My food had hair in it almost everyday and my room leaked and my whole bag with all my clothing got wet.

We had the most amazing time on sail Croatia! Our trip manager was lovely! My only comments would be that on the trip itself there was a lot of hidden costs (bus rides paid in cash, taxes, tips, etc) so we spend significantly more than planned.

Bloody brilliant!!!!!! Nikola was the most amazing rep we could have asked for! So kind, caring and knowledgeable. Overall my holiday was incredible. The itinerary of the trip was well thought out and the places we visited absolutely beautiful. Our guide Josip was so friendly, inviting and informative. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience on board as well as in every town we visited. I really appreciated how he involved himself in the group and was a central part to everyone getting to know each other so well. The crew of our ship TVRDI were also a highlight, they were friendly, helpful and hard working and we all left feeling so grateful to have got to know them. My only negative experience on sail was the pricing of drinks, activities and recommended restaurants. As young people this experience is already expensive and while I believe the sail itself is well worth it there could be adjustments made to make it more affordable. I would’ve loved to have free or decently priced walking tours included in each place to learn more about the history, culture, and stories.

I had an amazing time on sail Croatia, it’s absolutely stunning and an experience I will never forget. The guests on my boat and the staff made this experience truly unforgettable. Our chef Darren was AMAZING, he made the most incredible vegetarian options going to so much effort even though I was the only vegetarian on board! Our guide Ante was kind and approachable with any questions, and truly wanted everyone to have an amazing time. Having a local guide like Ante made such a difference as he had so much more insight and knowledge than a foreign guide would be able to have. The only reason for a loss of a star was a cleanliness issue on board, but other then that it was perfect!

Sail Croatia was a great experience, allowed us to see the beautiful islands while enjoying the awesome activities that were offered. A great social vibe, our tour guide was great and really knowledgeable and organised allowing us not to think about our day and just enjoy it! the only downfall I would say is the additional costs which can add up especially if travelling before and after! Definitely would recommend, it’s a great week of swimming, exploring and also relaxing!

Sail Croatia was so much fun. I was there solo and there weren’t many other solo travellers but it was so easy to make friends cause everyone was so welcoming and awesome! The crew were PHENOMENAL, great meals attentive waiter (that even rang the bell for us multiple times!). The only thing to be mindful of is there were lots of little cash payments for bus transfers that were optional but also the only real way to get into some cities so it added up. Honestly I would recommend Sail Croatia to anyone it was fantastic!

I loved how comfortable was. Arriving as a sooo traveller it was scary. But the boat felt like home. I also love how it was definitely worth your money. Had an amazing experience on the Big Blue, Francesca was our host and a fantastic one at that! Had a good mix of solo travelers and some groups of friends but in the end we all became a big family. The staff and crew were outstanding and really made the atmosphere inviting, they knew who we were by first name after day 3. Food was incredible and the boat was kept super clean. We had an amazing experience overall and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip! One of the standout highlights was our guide, Nour. She was absolutely fantastic—extremely well-organised, kind, professional, and always went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt comfortable and informed. Her knowledge and calm, friendly presence really made a difference, and we felt very well taken care of throughout. The excursions were varied and really well thought out, offering a great mix of activities to suit everyone. The rooms were also excellent—clean, comfortable, and a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day. If we had to mention anything for improvement, it would be the price of the drinks on board, which felt a bit high, and we would have loved more opportunities for swim stops, as those moments in the water were some of the most enjoyable. That said, it was a fantastic trip overall and Nour’s guidance truly elevated the whole experience. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The staff! The staff were lovely and catered to our needs. I went with a couple of friends and we had Lovre and he was great and fully engaged with all of the sail group, couldn’t have asked for better staff. Food was delicious. The showers were less great but overall great trip.

I had such a fun week aboard the Penelopa navigator cruise! From amazing food, stunning scenery, daily swim stops, free time exploring the towns, optional excursions and of course daily happy hour and clubbing, it was a great way to see and experience Croatia. Shout out to our amazing crew especially our bartenders/waiters Charlie and Ivan, our chef Robbie and captain Big Daddy and his wife and dog Daisy who worked hard to make the experience extra special. Grateful for our rep Lovre who kept us all organised and in check. He really came out of his shell by the end of the trip and felt like one of the group, making an effort to have fun and socialise with everyone. My highlights of the week were the buggies in Korcula, the bikes in Mljet national park, the daily swim stops and many of the clubs. Only let down was the boat itself being so old and run down - the below deck rooms were tiny and hot and there were not enough showers for the amount of people on board. Doors did not lock.

The boat itself and bar staff were amazing. The tour guide was late on ship which was fine but when we all boarded she didn’t introduce herself until later that evening and no one knew what was going on a many hours. She only really interacted via WhatsApp to give us a plan of the day but wasn’t until midday so it felt quite unorganised and I didn’t love not knowing what we were doing. She spent a lot of time on her phone, smoking and vaping and wasn’t interactive besides the “crew talk”. I wish it was a bit more organised. However besides that, the bar man kept us up to date always and was very nice and chatty.

Sail Croatia was a fantastic way to see the country at an affordable price. Firstly, I got extremely lucky with my guide, Noura. You can tell how well-versed, experienced, and caring she was in every way. I do not think my review would be the same if I had anyone else. The crew on my ship greatly improved the experience as well, the bartender Mateo was extremely fun and flexible, the chef was super talented and accommodating, and the sailor/captain were very friendly and felt like a part of the group. Overall, I’d come again but I would never choose a triplet. Realistically, it is not a triplet room and should not be advertised as such. The downstairs rooms were more spacious as doubles, literally. Claiming the lower bed is viable for two people isn’t ok, and especially frustrating since we had a smaller group and empty beds that could’ve been offered. Also, the party bus should be chartered. Everyone agreed it was a money grab that the company definitely could afford.

My partner and I had a great week on Sail Croatia thanks to Lauren, Mateo and the other crew members. The weather was average but Lauren went above and beyond to maintain morale and organise alternative activities. The crew were very easy-going and friendly and we enjoyed learning about Croatia from them. Our only suggestion is to Sail Croatia directly - we think the itinerary could be improved. The Sail Croatia website states the white water rafting is available on the Split to Dubrovnik tour (which was not the case). We also would have appreciated more time exploring the towns as opposed to spending hours at swim spots.

This trip was seriously one of the best experiences ever! We had an amazing crew, a great group of people and we visited some of the most beautiful places! Our ship was so much nicer and more spacious than we expected, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was amazing on those hot days! The swim stops were so beautiful and refreshing and exploring the islands and towns made for a perfect balance of a relaxing and activity filled trip! Dino and the rest of our crew were amazing, they worked so hard to make sure we had the best experience and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Dino was fantastic, he was so friendly and welcoming and it felt as though he genuinely cared about us, taking our concerns seriously and taking care of any issues that came up.

There’s wasn’t as many activities as I though there would be. The food wasn’t great and there was no food to snack on aka chips. I feel like since the towels weren’t drying they probably needed to be changed more often. My towel was wet all the time when showering. Sanja was great, crew were all fabulous. Sanja was well informative on each island and was very honest in which activity was better to do which was great.

I definately think our guide Toni made us having the best time ever, he was really good at making the group become one and making sure that we were all having a great time. I find it admiring to see how quick we was at always answering our texts and questions whether it was late at night or during the day and he always made sure everone was safe and good especially during the party nights. He was a real and honest guide who made sure that our money was spent right and we didn't waste anything, giving us good recommendations of what to do see and eat and what not to do. I wanna thank him and sail croatia for a fantastic week!!

Was very happy with the room, both the bedroom and bathroom were decently sized and had good facilities. The food on the boat was really great, we were never hungry. The crew were kind and hardworking. I wish we could’ve been informed on our swim spots more. The boat would just depart from them without notice so you might miss out or jump in without realising we were about to leave. I think our tour manager could’ve gave us better suggestions on what to do in town. Sail is a great way to travel and I really enjoyed my week!

You don’t have enough characters to accurately describe my disappointment. My partner has a deadly allergy to peanuts and this was not taken seriously by the crew or comply. Was served a meal with peanuts in it and after only a small bite had an immediate reaction. Upon medicating herself other guest sort her out to ask her if her if she had eaten the meal since they could taste and see peanut chunks. The chef lied and said no nuts only to confirm to myself and another guest that the stuff that was in peanut was in the meal but he “only put a little bit in” so thought it would be okay. After being informed my partner could have died then changed his story again to say there was no nuts. This company did not follow any precautions to make sure the safety of my girlfriend’s life and then has gone on to say she is at fault and can not blame them since she didn’t need the hospital. We had an ED nurse on board and multiple epipens so we were able to assess and monitor the situation ourselfs

I felt throughout the whole trip I was being asked to pay extra for random aspects such as bus transfers, water ferry’s. I feel like I don’t understand where my almost $2000 went. The crew and guide were amazing but all the hidden extra costs are not explained properly. I feel the initial price should be increased or have a lump sum you can do at the start with card instead of having to try get exact cash for everything. We had a ratio of 19 females to 3 males which is just ridiculous. I feel there should be allocated spots for males and females to have an appropriate dynamic. The people I was with were amazing and did save the trip and I really did enjoy myself but the random hassles all throughout the trip really did not make me want to rebook with sail Croatia again.

Boat was a bit ordinary and not what’s in the photos and videos. Food was okay. Advertised that dinner isn’t included so assumed find something ourselves however it was organised every night which felt like we had strict time lines and did not have much freedom to explore. The dinners organised were overpriced and average. I don’t want to be eating Japanese on my first night in Croatia. I want traditional food and seafood!!! The night clubs we were taken too were small and pretty average and some overpriced!! 11€ for one drink is stupid. I also was charged wrong prices for my drinks on board, I ended up having to pay 30€ extra for drinks when I was just charged wrong. Ceili was amazing though! Best rep we could’ve asked for and she made the week so special! Have made friends for life

Marin was amazing I hurt myself on the trip and he made sure he was there to support me through getting it sorted at the hospital while also making sure everyone was sorted for their activities. He did amazing thinking on his feet when things had to change and we couldn’t do the original plan. The crew were fantastic helped us we everything we asked them and chief made some awesome meals with the BBQ night our favourite. Unfortunately I was disappointed in the fact that clubs weren’t open and we weren’t offered the activities which were advertised. I think that it’s extremely poor to advertise certain clubs that won’t be open at this time of year that we would miss out on but wouldn’t know that till we got on the boat that needs to be fixed as I would have adjusted my dates.

We were on the "Big Blue" ship, and to start with the only negative, the ship was smaller then we anticipated. The Navigator Cruise has 2 or 3 ships you can be put on depending on the price you pay. I would describe the accommodation has a hostel on a boat. However, this did not stop us all from having the best week, I would actually say it helped! Everyone was always together having chats, listening to music on the top deck, jumping from the top deck and making a memorable week for us. Lastly the crew and tour rep were all incredible!!! Highly Recommended 🥳

The easy answer...YES. However a bit differently... I would recommend going in peak season so the weather doesn't interfere with your itinerary. Be prepared to spend more money than you think! The party cruise is 110% partying every single day...your liver definitely gets a run for its money. Overall your group makes the experience. As a solo traveler I still had the best time and made so many friends/memories!!!!!!!

Croatia as a country was amazing and beautiful. However, the sail was disappointing. Our representative was not very engaging and for the price you pay, you don’t get a lot for it. Considering you pay prior, the drinks at the bar are expensive and ‘happy hour’ is only 10% off which isn’t worth it. They offered limited water and if you wanted a bottle of water you had to pay. Even when unwell, there is no bottled water that is accessible and you are not able to bring bottles from off the boat. As a couple, we were given two single beds and other groups of friends that requested single beds were in rooms with doubles. Overall, not worth the price you pay and we weren’t very satisfied and actually left the boat early due to being unwell and not being able to access cold water.

Aircon was not working properly and the bedroom fascilities were terrible. No changing of sheets, towels or pillows when we were in a HEAT WAVE and many on board were sick was not good. Whole experience was uncomfortable. Chef also prepared wintery hot meals when we were in a HEAT WAVE. Very disspointed with the experience.

Our boat itself was fantastic, make sure you book the Gradina. Also a huge shout out to the chef who was fantastic. Our lunches and 2 dinners were delicious. My experience was tainted by the make up of the group, but that is the risk you take with group tours. The activities were the highlight though especially the Mljet national park bike ride.

Had a great, rowdy group which made the week really good and entertaining! So much fun and great memories made! The crew was so lovely, food was yummy! We had 4 deck chairs between the 34 of us and 1 floaty. There were also no spare towels when they blew away while hung up. Those were the only downsides. But overall the girls and I had fun.

this trip was amazing! its a well oiled machine, the swim spots, the activities, the nightlife. I'm convinced the only way to see the croatian coast fully is by boat. Im really glad i did the VIP navigator on the salve di mare ship, it was clearly the nicest ship. also the perks were great for the VIP, the food was good, the maid service daily, the ship itself was beautiful. the rooms were even more spacious than expected. i didn't realize this was almost an exclusive aussie trip so that was a surprise, i was expecting people from all over the world. luckily most people were nice and whoever was annoyed by me being american i just kept my distance. i did expect more solo travelers but it was actually a lot of couples. or groups of couple friends. i wish the drinks on the boat were a little cheaper to encourage more mingling on the boat, everyone just seemed to be drinking in their rooms to avoid the prices at the bar.

Sail Croatia was one of the best weeks of my life. We had an amazing group that was all super welcoming and ready for anything. Barb was an exceptional guide that was always smiling and willing to have a laugh with us. The crew on board worked so hard and did not stop cleaning up after us and making sure our drinks were full. Only down side is I didn’t realise how expensive the week would be. Bar tabs, excursions and tips and the end. The week itself is already not cheap and then there was a whole lot of cots that really added up. However, that is just small part. You can make money back but the experience was well worth every penny!

Sail Croatia was fun in general if you like partying everyday. For me was okish, from their social media I expected it to be a lot of swim stops, but in reality it’s very quick morning stop -some of the days then your stuck in port most of the time. They changed our tour around a little bit so we didn’t get to see stari grad. Food quality for price could have been way better, way too much pork/meat and not much flavor, breakfast wasn’t good so I ended up skipping it everyday.. They activities they offer aren’t the best, I think the zip lining was the best but the buggying was not worth the money. The tour guide we had she was very nice but not super informative, but from other people I spoke to seemed we got very lucky with out staff members as other boats girls were getting harassed and bar tabs wrong. Probably wouldn’t sail again unless it was VIP and different cruise type.

“Tuna” itself was really good, the aircon worked and the chef was fantastic. It was quite spacious for an ensuite boat. A few notes on this trip- the Tour guide was very unenthusiastic from check in on day 1. This was in regards to everything from excursions, to pub crawls. The pub crawls were very unorganised and communication overall could have been better. Restaurants for dinner were very average. Although Excursions were fun, they were well overpriced. The breakfast advertised was a buffet with an assortment of sausages/meat, eggs, pastries, cereal, fruit etc. The breakfast provided was continental style with one type of egg, toast, cereal and fruit, which was a bit of a let down.

Whilst Croatia is absolutely beautiful, prepare yourself for the low quality of the boat and the extremely tiny confines of your room. Our shower, if you could call it that, didn’t even have a holder on the wall, you had to hold it yourself like a tap and shower on top of the toilet. The smell in the bathroom was horrific and with three people crammed in a room hardly fit for one person, it was certainly an experience. The tour leader and crew however were absolutely lovely and made the experience more bareable. If you’re not into budget travelling, sail Croatia is not for you.

Firstly we were one guy one girl FRIENDS only travelling and we booked two single beds. A week before going on the cruise we were told that there were to many solo travellers on the boat so we had to share a double bed. If we knew this could happen before booking then we wouldn't of chosen this cruise. When we got onthe boat we found out that there was only one solo traveller out of the 36 of us..A group of 8 girls all had separate beds and said if they were asked to share then they would of been more than happy too. It made the trip not so pleasant sleeping next to someone of the opposite sex that you are not in a relationship with. Secondly our host/guide or whatever you call him was useless. He was unapproachable, unfriendly, not helpful, grumpy alot of the time and wouldn't cater to everyone. Would say comments like "I'm the guide, you do it my way" All and all I didn't enjoy this and wouldnt recommend it

I feel it is very misleading, you pay a lot of money and don’t even get aircon or a toilet or shower in your room. The food was very average and all the extra cost reallt add up. Sail was one of the things I was most excited for but I was so disappointed with it. The bed situation was disgusting, try sleeping in 38 degree weather without aircon!

The toilet was broken on lower deck which meant we had to constantly walk upstairs. This was inconvenient and not what we were promised for what we paid. We also paid for air conditioning which often turned off, meaning we woke up extremely hot. We wouldn’t have bought it if we had known it would randomly stop working. We didn’t have access to any tissues/toilet paper downstairs which was also frustrating as we had nothing to wipe things up with. When we arrived home from clubs we had been taken to the water was always empty which meant we had to ask other boats for water. When I called our representative he said all the deck crew were asleep and to buy it. This was completely unacceptable as we were meant to be supplied water. On our last night we didn’t get a family dinner or barbecue or cocktail which was on our itinerary. Often weren’t told about happy hour on the boat. It was not worth the amount money we paid.

Same bedding and towels for the entire week. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Tasks appeared to be too difficult for crew members, e.g my friend reached out to staff after collision with a sea urchin and they bluntly suggested to pee on it. They should’ve looked at it, tried to assist, help make a doctors appointment, discuss possible options. Rafting excursion was cancelled, no one was advised. Staff expected a tip despite average service and when being tipped there was no appreciation demonstrated, no ‘thank you’, but a careful eye was watching the amount tipped. Our boat leader didn’t make an effort to hype everyone up, it resulted in a mellow experience unlike what was advertised and expected when travelling with the navigator cruise. The itinerary suggests that there should be a group dinner followed by cocktails on our final night, but after money was collected earlier in the day, all staff were unreachable. No one organised a group dinner and our group felt disassembled.

Our tour guide was not involved in the group at all. He did nothing to combine the different groups and so as a solo traveling it was unenjoyable. I feel as though he did the bare minimum, but didn’t even give adequate information. For example, when we went on the buggies there was a 30 mins break where we could have gone swimming but he didn’t mention this to us. So, the whole group missed out and were extremely hot. He never went out of his way to communicate much at all

Not only did we have the most amazing group of people who are now lifelong friends we had the most amazing crew on board. Ante our captain made us all feel very safe and comfortable. Gloria was a darling and always made sure we were fed and happy. Faruk was very knowledgeable and recommended some great activities for all of us within our budgets. Marin and Kula were so lovely and kind and always did Thier best to accommodate our needs. Boshco is an amazing chef and I have been missing his cooking since i left the boat. Will be bringing my friends who missed out back again next year and we will hopefully be onboard Vosicia again. Thank you all for such an amazing week. Xxxx

The advertising for Sail Croatia isn't clear because the Navigator cruise is marketed for ages 18-39 but this blog post from the official website says the cruise is perfect for people under 30: https://www.sail-croatia.com/set-sail/which-ship-type-is-right-for-me-a-navigator-guide Also got food poisoning from the boat so I had to miss an activity I wanted to go to although some activities were overpriced for what they were. For example, the buggying in Korcula cost 60 euros but involved a half an hour break where you just sat around doing nothing. The ziplining involved driving back the way you had just come by boat for 40-60 minutes and then having to wait to be driven all the way back afterwards so it takes up a lot of unnecessary time. Also the bike riding in Mljet is just a bike hire, literally no helmet or anything else so this was expensive for what it was too. On the first day the check in ended up being later (after 12 pm) and we missed the first day swim stop. Refund me.

I had the best week abroad Penelopa with host Caitlin and while I think there are some improvements that need to be made, I still had an amazing time. Caitlin was such a fun, personable and knowledgeable host who was committed to helping us have the best time possible. The boat could do with some improvements, such as the showering facilities and lack of fans in each below deck room, as this made sleeping rather uncomfortable. We also had some changes to our schedule, outside of Caitlin’s control, that were rather disappointing and left us missing out on activities such as kayaking and buggy ing which were all crowd favourites. All in all I had the most amazing week with such a good groups of people who I now call dear friends!

The entire Salve De Mare crew have been great! They were friendly and know how to spoil their guests with the meals on board. We were unable to go onto the other sail croatia boats at swim stops or at pres. I’m so lucky that I met such an amazing group of people on this sail Croatia because without them I would’ve been very disappointed. The food served on the boat was almost inedible, most people skipped it and ended up buying their own food. The crew on the boat were quite rude and made no effort to remember dietary requirements which almost resulted in some dire situations with multiple members on the boat. The bar on the boat was pretty much always closed which made it difficult at ports where there were no external bars - everyone had a few early night which isn’t exactly what you picture when you sign up for sail Croatia. Although the bar being closed wasn’t all bad as the drinks were so overpriced hardly anyone could afford them. Another issue with the bar being closed is that you’re not allowed to bring any food or drinks onboard - this is inconvenient when you need something to eat or drink and there is no way to purchase anything on board. Thank god I had a good group!

What a convenient way of getting to see all the amazing islands off the coast of Croatia! The staff work so hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. A little costly for the food you get onboard but other than that no problems. It’s not a luxurious experience so don’t go into it thinking it wasn’t clean, fancy or spacious enough. You’re on a party boat island hopping and it was just that. Would recommend!!

The sail itself was amazing, not only were the crew and our host Mia so welcoming and attentive, there was plenty to see! The food on board pleasantly surprised me and we had a swim stop each day. The extra activities are loads of fun however some of them do overlap so you have to choose which one you prefer. If you are looking for more of a party boat definitely book in the peak season as I booked late august and we had a few chillers but that didn’t stop us from having a ball. We had an amazing trip ! The boat was super clean. The crew ensured that the boat was always spotless. The crew was also very friendly and welcoming. Our guide mila was amazing. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to give us tours of every place we stopped at. She was kind, funny, and made our trip the best it could be. She was organized without making us feel like we were at school. She brought the group closer. The food on the boat was cooked very well. Everyone enjoyed the food so much. I wrote on my application that I was vegan however on arrival it was not known. It would be better if there was better vegan options for me instead of the regular menu without meat. Some days all I could eat was cucumber and tomato. Also the chef used a lot of oil on my food. The food was cooked well but a load of oil was added all over it at the end. I am not used to this and it was hard to eat. Overall a great trip thanks to mila and the mali ante crew :)

Dino our sail leader and all the crew were incredible, Dino was full of great island recommendations for all excursions, swim spots, bars etc so knowledgeable and was apart of the family on our sail! Sail Croatia was a unique way to meet people and see Croatia! The Navigator was perfectly suited to us as it was chilled, relaxed and a very comfortable boat. Our experience was made so much better by our guide Karla, who had so much energy, was great fun and super helpful! The staff on the boat were also wonderful. Aside from the prices of drinks on board, we loved our Sail Croatia experience and would recommend it to anyone else who's willing to have a bit of fun!

He was friendly, engaging, helpful, shared his knowledge and would explain were to spend money or where you would be ripped off. The breakfast and lunch is a great thing to have on the boat, loved having this, however the food was average. Had risotto 1 day for lunch and it was inedible, the rice was not cooked it was crunchy. The soups on the boat were nice. Alcohol on the body is expensive, 40 Kuna for an apple cider when you can get the same thing at a convenience store for 12 Kuna.

My friend & I were on the Marija Magdalena boat Split rtn Splt tour The whole experience was great, the crew absolutely fantastic, so chill, easy going & fun. And the food was great. Destinations were absolutely stunning. It really is one of the most beautiful countries. Our tour guide was Ioana, genuinely such a lovely person & exceptional at her job. Gave us detailed activities every day via the WhatsApp group with all the info needed.. I was lucky enough to spend my Bday on the boat which all the crew made really special with cake, ballons, banners & drinks. The ship itself had great facilities such as lounge chairs, outdoor eating areas ect The only negative thing I have to say is- 2 of our friends canceled on the day of the tour, we asked if one of us could take the spare room. It came back from the office that this was not possible which was dissapointing. During a pandemic i don't see why this should have been an issue. Experience would've been 5* if they allowed this.

The Sail Croatia was a great experience and a good way to travel around many of the Croatian islands and cities, however it was disappointing that given our tour commenced after Oct 1, many activities were closed. Some warning about this would be good to ensure expectations are met. I came on Sail Croatia alone which was fine since I met tons of nice new friends on the cruise. My issue was with our guide. He was very unenthusiastic the whole time, made sexist comments, and generally made me feel uncomfortable as a solo passenger by making rude comments. I have good things to say about the boat, the captain, and his crew as the boat was always in good condition, and we safely got everywhere we were going, however the bartender was another story. Although he freepoured the drinks, he was unpredictible in his attitude, sometimes being happy and friendly, and sometimes getting angry with passengers for ordering certain drinks or ordering lots of drinks. This made me feel uncomfortable going to the bar to order drinks. Finally, since the whole crew was male and our guide was male, I felt disadvantaged on the boat as a solo woman, since they were all more friendly with the male passengers. Overall, a more friendly, enthusiastic guide would have improved my experience.

We got on the Big Blu for the 5 day Navigator cruise. It was a lot of fun with a nice balance of activities, partying and relaxing at the swim stops. First of all, the sail week it’s self was fantastic! Ivana and the entire boat crew went constantly above and beyond to cater and help us with everything we ever needed! I was seriously impressed with their professionalism at all times! Ivana in particular was just the most amazing tour guide I’ve ever had! There were some major issues in errors made with my booking that were only noticed a few months out which really put a damper on the experience. The solutions they came to were satisfactory however the bus they booked me to get to Dubrovnik arrived after the lunch and welcome speech which was really disappointing as I missed the introduction aspect to the first day.

I find it deceiving that you call it "sail" croatia and they aren't sail boats. We were directed to only the main tourist spots, where nothing was original and everything was overpriced. Each night was clubbing or nothing, and there was never a recommended cool laid back wine night or beer spot or cafe. The crew was great and our guide was awesome... but I think this tour company needs to market themselves more accurately and honestly. Ultimately, it was a disappointment for me and travel time could have been better spent.

We upgraded to the premier navigator cruise and had a ship that was not nearly up to the standard of the ships depicted in the ‘premier navigator’ video. Our ship was basic only with the added extra of aircon. The crew were fantastic however the group asked for the spa, which was filthy, to be cleaned many times which wasn’t done. The spa was advertised as one of the premier added bonuses and it was extremely disappointing that we couldn’t use it. The food on board exceeded expectation.

Lets start with the good experience. Staff onboard the ship Captain, Sailor and Tour guide were fantastic! It is them that makes the trip worth while. On another note, the sales team are terrible with their service. I told them from the beginning I am travelling with my partner and requested a double bed. They said it depends on the availability as first come first serve. When we got onboard, two girls who DID NOT request for a double bed got one and my partner and i got stuck on a bunk bed. There were only 3 couples on the ship. 2 whom got a double bed, except us. I would have been fine with it had we missed out because we booked later and the 3 doubles were already requested. It is upsetting when somebody gets .a room they didnt request and someone who really really wanted it doesnt. The rooms are ridiculously small and most of all there is no air circulation, if you left your door open, you would smell diesel, or others coming back in the early hours from partying. RIDICULOUS!

Overall the boat was good on the marija magdalena. There was no ac so it was impossible to sleep and could be purchased but only if 12 out of the 18 people on the boat agreed to pay. The downside was there was also no freedom during our stops in the towns. Our rep planned 5 of our 7 dinners with many of the food being disapointing. When we requested to do our own thing and meet at the boat for "happy hour" we were made to feel guilty about not going along with what he had planned. I understamd that he eats for free or makes comission by taking us as a large group to these meals which we shouldnt be forced to do as they are not included in the price of the sail. Our rep also spent most nights drinking and on the morning of our departure was too hungover to get up and awnser questions we had that morning which almost resulted in me missing my flight. The only good things were the food on the boat prepared by the cook, which were included in the price and the swim spots.

Split return was amazing! The landscape was beautiful sailing along for the week, we partied at great places every night and the food was more than average considering the tiny kitchen they had to work with. We also paid the extra to be above deck but the fan in our room did nothing with the heat and during the afternoon the sun would beam down on our rooms making it impossible to sleep. I’d recommend going below deck because it is so much cooler down there at night. My only downer would be that out main tour guide was a bit lazy with the group. Compared to previous organised tours, it felt like he would just tell us where to go but had no involvement with us feeling a little disconnected.

Our tour leader Lamija was amazing. She was so helpful especially when any slight problems arose and we all felt like we could go to her for anything. So lucky to have her for my week on Sail! As for the boat, I'd strongly recommend paying extra for a nicer one. Our boat was not in the best condition. Overall I had a really great week on Sail Croatia!

Was not happy with my sail. I was the oldest on my boat I was solo also which is fine. But the oldest boy was 21. Majority were 18-20 year olds. I made friends on another boat Vosica. I wish I was on that boat. Was a bigger boat with people my age doing the same route. Was very dissapointed a shame you couldn’t have put other solo travellers of similar age on the same boat.

The crew was not the friendliest or nicest to majority of passengers on the boat. The amount of tips they expect at the end is ridiculous. If they want tips they should provide better service. They need a better variety of food. You aren’t allowed to bring snacks on and they don’t have any on board. The actual sail was the best week of my life. You go to some amazing places and meet some of the best people. I would do it again but i know what to expect next time.

The facilities, people and crew were everything i expected - sometimes even more! However I had hoped the activities were better explained and organised. I also hoped the food was much better, as I saw many images on Sail Croatia's social media which looked much better than what we got. But most meals were tasty. One thing i did not expect was how late we sometimes arrived on the islands, but again, i can understand that too, so was fine with it. I would just warn others not to expect to do/see too much on the islands as there often isn't much time at all between arrival, dinner and going out. Nonetheless - an experience I won't forget! This was my second sail. I loved the first one so I came back with my partner. Tea was amazing she made our experience even better. She was present, friendly and approachable. The boat was great as well as the captain. I do however have a recommendation about the bar. On my last sail we each had wristbands where each drink purchased was recorded on a computer system. This time it was controlled by the bar staff on a sheet where I and many of the other guests had been over charged. Even to the point where we took photos for proof and magically the numbers increased over night. I believe the bar tab should be in the hands of the customer and not the staff. This ended badly and effected the overall experience. I felt that it was cheaper and much better to buy drinks on the islands and not on the boat. Ivona was so lovely, Adriana could have been a bit more approachable and friendly. I am speaking as a guest who does not drink much (1-2 drinks a day on board). Thank you for a great time

This product is advertised as a party cruise however our cruise manager was barely seen, we had noise curfews of 10pm in place every night, activities were restricted and also too many people on activities if you do decide to go on them. Barely any communication from cruise manager and boat staff e.g. change of docking location ending in 20km journey to town and not to mention docking at a terrible dock for 2 nights. Very disappointed in Sail Croatia, the only thing that made this Sail good was that we were with 20 of our friends on the cruise. I felt sorry for the people on the cruise who were solo or couple travellers because of the lack of organisation. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

My Sail Croatia experience was incredible and I would highly recommend the brand to friends and family. The route was well designed for rest days and nights. During nights out I felt very safe at the bars we were taken to. I was extremely impressed with the size of the room and the en-suite. However, the towel provided was an old beach towel which I believe a previous guest had left on board. As well that bathrooms bins and toilet paper should be regularly maintenance. The breakfast and lunch on board was amazing and the crew made sufficient effort to accomodate peoples needs. The paid BBQ on board was overly priced and didn’t meet myself or other guests expectations.Zac did a wonderful job on his first tour particularly ensuring the group felt safe and was having fun. He made a very conscious effort in making sure the entire group got along. As a solo traveller this was particularly welcoming.He consistently asked for feedback and would action any concerns or issues promptly.

Daniel was a great tour manager and the crew were wonderful on our Split Return South sailing trip. We had such a great week! A favorite part was the swimming stops and if possible, more time would have been appreciated at those. The only other thing I would suggest is more communication. We were told at lunch the various schedules of the day. I think it would help if there was a “day sheet” or some sort of schedule hanging for people to refer to and take a photo of for reference. Contiki uses this and we have found it very helpful.

Sail Croatia week was one of the best weeks of our Europe trip. Although prepare your livers - there is a lot of drinking and partying in a different location each night. Great secret swim spots each day to wash away the hangover. Our Sail Croatia host Ivana on the Navigator ship was super helpful and informative! And shout out to our bartender Alena for her positive attitude and always making sure we were having a great time! Would not have been the same without these ladies!

Excursions were poorly planned with a lot of waiting time and timing did not make sense with the rest of the day scheduled. Swim stops were random in the middle of the sea and not in pretty locations as advertised. Some of the excursions offered were not even possible to complete due to timing constraints. The food was cheap, very small portions, and the drinks were under poured. Our ship was lucky enough to be equipped with AC which we paid for directly to the captain, except it "didn't work" 2/7 nights and we still had to pay for the full 7. The captain was very cheap and would shut it off thinking we wouldn't say anything. We weren't allowed to swim when parked in Port and there mostly wasnt time to beach bc of lunch at 1-230pm. Lunch was way too long for no reason. No snacks provided in between meals. They assumed as budget travelers we wouldn't notice all the corners they cut. Overall very poor. We left the boat 2 nights early. Would not recommend unless you want low class travel.

Weather was amazing, our Captain took us to the best swim stops everyday (Go Tuna) which cured the hangover really fast, food was good, people were great, dinners were nice and the bars were very cool and quirky. We loved the tour! The swim stops every day were amazing, the lunch provided each day was exquisit. The places we went on the tour were so beautiful. The only thing that would have been good was knowing the layout of the day and what times everything would be. Also would say that in the boat we were in the room was super small which was expected. There is an aircon in the hallway and if the cabin doors are left open it does get cool. The tour itself and our manager were awesome. He had lots of facts and information about every place we were going. He recommended well priced places and knew a lot about the places we were in. Was a great time.

A lot of things weren't yet open as we went at the start of summer but there were no alternative plans and we weren't notified until the actual day - the cave bar was a big loss! There was nothing planned for the bad weather, it basically rained for the full week so swim stops, kayaking etc was not possible but we weren't given any alternative activities. 18-35 is too wide of an age gap. A 25-35 boat option would work well. The food was far too salty and the vegetarian options at times were poor- we seemed to just get grilled vegetables in replace for all of the meat at every meal! There were no snacks available on board which if you didn't enjoy lunch, aren't able to bring food on board and are somewhere in the middle of the sea can be quite frustrating!

We booked the sail for late May. The itinerary did not match what was guaranteed on the website. Major clubs were closed and some excursions were cancelled. We expected a party boat and the our boat “Tuna” was definitely not that. Absolutely no money from the captain has gone into this boat to make it fun. We sailed along side “Penelopa” (the standard boat - same route) and watched their boat have a whole different experience. They had speakers that were loud and actually worked. They had party lights. They had two bars. They had no noise restrictions. They had a silent disco. Our group on board Tuna felt ripped off as we got none of these party features, having paid more for the en-suite rooms. Six people left our boat due to the lack of vibe and other reasons. Not only that but the bar staff was unprofessional and quite unapproachable. This made us feel uncomfortable. If we didn’t have such a lovely group of people on board the experience would’ve been 1 star.

The staff onboard our cruise were some of the best people I’ve ever met, they worked so hard but still found time to joke around and have fun with us. Overall the trip was one of the best weeks of my travels so far! The other travellers on the boat were so much fun. I was nervous at first as to how I would go making new friends but instead I made a whole new family. However, I thought it was a bit cheeky that the clubs (main disappointment, Deep) advertised to us by head office weren’t even open at the time of our cruise so it was never going to be an option for us to attend... I would have preferred they had been a bit more honest with what we were going to have available to us at the time of year the cruise was offered.

The cruise was fun, met some great new people. My only complaint would be the food. As a vegetarian the food on the boat was not good. The first day was alright but on the 2nd night I recurved a plate of half boiled vegetables that had been covered in oil. Being hungry made enjoying the cruise to its full potential difficult. The boat team did their best to rectify after a complaint was made. However, it should have been thought about prior, in an age were there are quite a few vegetarians and making vegetarian food is not difficult a menu that is appropriate should be considered Other than that the staff were lovely the rooms were average the parties were fun, Croatia is gorgeous. Would definitely go back!

For someone that usually gets unwell on boats I'm happy to say that I felt great on this sail. The Capatain was great, swim spots were so beautiful and we got to stay for a good amount of time. The Sail Croatia crew on our ship Tuna were outstanding! My partner and I are both vegan and gluten free so I was hesitant at first to book but the chef and crew paid attention to our dietary requirements and provided the most yummiest lunches!!! We were so over the moon! A huge thanks to them!!! Our tour guide Mila was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed going to secret swimming spots everyday to refresh and relax! It was a tiring but cool and rewarding week at sea!

Sail Croatia was amazing. The islands we visited were stunning and the daily ocean swim stops were so much fun. The staff were friendly and we made good friends with them and we felt looked after. We bonded so much with our group and every night going out together was heaps of laughs and good times. Unfortunately there was bed bugs on our ship and we gave one of the other couples our mattress after the crew didn't sort out the problem and they and many others had no where to sleep. That was the only negative.

My experience with Sail Croatia was great although the boat we where was slightly under satisfactory. Our room although small and hot was forgotten when the 10-15kg port hole fell on my face causing a very painful and large bruise under my eye. There was also a small opening in the wall that caused an electric shock through my body. The crew, boat, and Sail Croatia representative where really great and made my experience amazing but, the safety at of the boat was something that needed to be reviewed.

Great way to see so many different places in Croatia. Absolutely fab tour guide too. However the conditions on the boat were not up to standard. We were on a premier boat and our cabin (below deck) smelled of damp/ sewage the entire week. It was also incredibly noisy from the sound of the engine so it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. The overall cleanliness of the bathroom etc was poor and the provision of toilet roll ridiculous- only get given a few sheets to last a whole week so needed to keep asking for more. Apart from these issues, the food was great and we still did have a good time!

Overall my week on the Naval for Sail Croatia was an amazing experience. From the gorgeous sights and scenery to the fun nights out, it was a trip to remember. However, I think the Naval crew could all agree that our trip was made exceptional by being lucky enough to have Aleks as our guide. What a lovely, caring and absolutely fun and hilarious person. I loved that apart from the party aspect of the sail boats there was also a really nice inclusion on history and knowledge of the places we were traveling to by our tour guides. Lara was so knowledgable and helpful if anyone had any questions. The whole boat of mala Kate had such great staff who were helpful, respectful and so much fun at night to party and talk with. Only downfall is that when the generator was off the rooms were incredibly hot and I had no way of charging my phone which meant I couldn't take photos of some of my experiences. All in all tho I had so so much fun and would recommend highly to anyone

Sail Croatia, how do I even begin to describe it in 1000 words. The destinations will take your breath away, and if that doesn't, jumping off the top deck of your gorgeous boat for the first time into crystal clear blue water will! You will eat the most amazing home-like meals and be served any drink you could possibly ask for. You've got a question? Our representive Vedron would have the answer, and if he didn't, he would find out before you even had the chance to ask again. He was caring, fun, down to earth and very organized making our experience on sail seamless. The people make it very special with excursions for you to bond and clubs for you to boogie. Our air conditioned rooms made sleeping after a big night out easy, and watching the sunrise on the top deck after stumbling home was a once in a lifetime opportunity. The Adria crew on the Ocean boat were flawless and we are stoked with their hospitality. Subanking, Adventuring, snorkeling and partying! OH & YOU MUST GO CANYONING!

My partner, Zach and I had an amazing time on our Sail Croatia. The country was absolutely stunning, with Hvar being one of the most beautiful places we have visited to date. We were extremely fortunate enough to have had a great group of nearly 40 people, all getting along and sharing travelling stories as well as different drinking games for fun. Both Zach and I have made several friends we intend to keep in touch with once back in Australia, including our guide Alex who was extremely friendly, genuine and such a caring person. We are very excited that she is moving to our home state in Australia and intent to keep in touch with her. She certainly made our experience on Croatia Sail one to remember forever. Lara was a wonderful host! The rooms were much better than I had thought- cool temperature with private bathrooms. I was also very impressed with the food. Unfortunately, things that were not so good included our bar tender was very sour over the week, there was very little to do during the day except for tan on the deck and lastly, on the final night my wallet was taken with 600 kuna ($120) taken out of it which I have a strong suspicion was by the bar tender as a result of not tipping him.

We were SUPER lucky on our sail to have a fantastic host Ivana, being a local herself ment for our group that we could trust we were in the best hands at each destination. Ivana was always a step ahead of us making sure we were happy and comfortable, she was quite literaly the glue that held us together. At times she may have felt a little in over her head, but she kept her cool in every situation, she never gave up on us and in the end with her patience and understanding, bought us closer together as a family, We put her through a lot during our week sail and for that she deserves gold medal And our crew ofcourse were also fantastic! super friendly, always having a joke with us, and there was not a single time where someone wasnt around when we needed help, thankyou all for the laughs and the good times. Ivana was a great representative for our trip! She made me feel welcome and guided us through the cruise well. I would suggest that the representatives go on the excursions prior to the trips so they can give the guests a better idea of what to expect and bring while away from the boat.

The people we were with, the great boat we were on, the amazing crew who put on great meals each and every day! The fact we were able to visit so many amazing islands and experience what Croatia had to offer. Would definitely do it again!

The cabin crew and our host Lara were incredible! They were so friendly and made our time so entertaining. Im so sad to leave them they were like our family by the end of the week. Our whole boat was full of like-minded people and we all made sure everyone had a blast. Top job.

Had a great time. But firstly our standard ship wasn't 'sea worthy' so we were put on a premium boat which was very nice but there were more rules and we had to keep the music down a lot. Sometimes it felt like school camp as everyone was given a lecture almost everyday for things that other people had done which isn't appreciated and ruined the mood. The fact that Sail Croatia doesn't check their boats until they have left the port is worrying. I don't recommend the Buggies unless you have goggles because the dust in your eyes ruins it. Highly recommend either canyoning or zip lining. But thankfully I met some awesome people and the islands were beautiful.

Had a really great time on Sail Croatia. Would recommend getting an above deck cabin. Be wary that Sail Croatia's price point is lower than other companies as there are a lot of extra costs including alcohol, meals and activities that aren't always the best value.

Sail Croatia. Words do not describe how amazing this experience was. Parties every night, a boat full of the most awesome people, life long friendships made. The food was amazing, the Croatian cities were amazing. I have experienced nothing like this before and would highly recommend anyone who loves a good time to get out there and do it!!

We had a great week on board the Maestral for our Navigator cruise. The boat was clean and out cabin was a private double bed as we had requested. We were very well fed on the ship for breakfast and lunch, and the crew was very accomodating and friendly. The excursion options were nice, but a little pricey. The suggested dinner locations were also a bit pricey, and some of them were less than great quality food. Overall though it was a very fun time, and we were able to coordinate our own excursions and do our own things for dinners anyways. We enjoyed the nightclubs we were taken to very much as well. Our Sail Croatia representative was wonderful and a really fun guy. I would recommend this cruise to others :)

The cruise was magnificent in terms of the views - majestic mountains in the background with crystal clear, bright blue sea water. The crew was very friendly and helpful. A little more attention to detail could be given to itenarary arrangements - excursions, places, times, etc. Overall awesome experience.

Our tour guide was really experienced in what people on sail Croatia usually like and don't like. We were worried about getting a group we didn't fit in with, but everyone on our boat was beyond amazing. Memories of a lifetime.

Even though we went on the last cruise of the season and the weather was far from warm, we still had such a good week with stanko. Sail Croatia made everything so easy and such a good environment to make great friends :)

Everyone was very friendly, including the crew (Naval). There was lots of drinking and partying. Lunches on the boat were surprisingly delicious. Loved the sight seeing!

The crew where fantastic! I loved everything about it was one of the funniest weeks of my life to date. The boat was a little rough could definitely use some doing up, showers , beds ect but another then that. Maja did a wonderful job, by far the best tour leader I have ever had! Our whole group where so suited and all got along so well, maybe that was a fluke. Thanks for a fantastic week ! X

Met amazing people, great excursions, Ivanna (our rep) was lovely. The only thing I will say negative - I wish the music and bar could stay on longer other boats had their music on much later but our Captain just seemed so grumpy.

I had a fantastic week on Sail croatia! It was great as a solo traveller as I made many new friends. The week went way too fast and I would have like to see more of the islands, but for a first trip it was fab! The staff on our boat were wonderful and the only reason I have given it 4 not 5 stars is because of the facilities on the boat which could have been a little bit better. Otherwise I highly recommend!
