We had an amazing 7 day Cruise on MS KATARINA from Split to Dubrovnik and return to Split.. Everything from the wonderful girls in the booking department, though to the hostess and crew of the MS KATARINA was exceptional. It is amazing how much difference it makes to be sailing on a family owned vessel. The crew and stewardesses were extremely helpful and the service they provided was excellent. The son was the Captain, the father was a deck hand and the daughter and a cousin were our very capable stewardesses. This ensured we were very well looked after and nothing was a problem for the whole team. When I ask for a different dryer Rose than they had onboard they went ashore at our next port of call and purchased some locally for me😜👍. And of course our guide and hostess KLARA was AMAZING. Her knowledge and great sense of humour was appreciated by all passengers. Klara went out of her way to ensure all our on board and onshore experiences went like clockwork. She is an amazing host

There are many mysteries in life - like which came first, the chicken or the egg, or the origin of the universe. However, one of life’s greatest mysteries is how Francesca can effortlessly wrangle 15 mature-age alcoholic cretins with grace and style, yet lacks the courage to jump from the not-so-lofty heights of the lower deck into the bluest waters you’ve ever seen. One taking far more bravery and skill than the other. Another mystery is how Mateo managed to hide his other six arms for an entire week. That man surely deserves a spot in the Guinness World Records for the most drinks made in a single day All jokes aside the entire crew of Mlini were outstanding. We came as guests and left feeling like family. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for a truely unforgettable week. Lots of love, Harry and Nat

Everything about the cruise was amazing! The crew, the destinations, and the food served on board were all great. Aside from enjoying the beautiful Croatia islands, I also really enjoyed our swim stops! The water was a little cold at the beginning of June, but not unbearable. It was wonderful getting to know the other travelers on our boat. Sail Croatia is a 10/10 experience for families, friends, or even solo travelers.

The trip was awesome from the start in Dubrovnic to the end at Split. Our Skipper Nikola planned the stops with our input and his sugestions enhanced the trip. Restaurants he booked for us served Croation cuisine and were excellent value. Our hostess, Ivana, catered perfectly. serving typical Croation breakfasts and lunches. I speak for the 12 of us onboard, that this is a memory to cherish. We will be back.

Fran, Mateo and the crew were all so amazing, Couldn’t have had a better experience on the boat, loved every minute of our trip and would recommend absolutely everybody to do sail Croatia!!!

Our second trip to Croatia was very special for several reasons. The cruise itinerary was varied and excellent overall. Anita was a superb tour manager, always making an extra effort to make everyone happy. She communicates very well, is highly organized, works extraordinarily hard, and always has a smile on her face. The Romantic Star ship is well designed, very comfortable, and the food is healthy and tasty, We were also fortunate that the other passengers were friendly and interesting. I would definitely recommend this cruise to my friends. I do feel that more time should be spent on land. We often landed mid to late afternoon. I feel that the educational component should be enhanced (eg more discussion of Croatian history). I also feel that the ship should overnight in Komiza instead of Vis. But overall the experience was wonderful. Thank you!

The crew on the boat were all so great. Food was very good, and the service from all was fantastic. Our tour guide Tim was also amazing and really made our whole week on Sail Croatia so easy with the constant information and just in general a great guy! Thank you for such a great week!

The modern vessel the Olimp was sailed and managed by the fantastic crew and Captain to perfection. The meals and service where 5 Star ⭐️ Our cruise Director was informative and entertaining With every briefing , and answered all our repetitive questions with humour. Overall this cruise more than exceeded our expectations Friendliness of the crew , the daily swim stop and the Islands we visited . Looking forward to booking our next Return Cruise with Sail Croatia. Ken & Jan

The entire Mali Anti crew and guides were wonderful. The boat was clean, comfortable, with plenty of room. The sailing itinerary and cycling were extremely well planned out. The food was excellent and more than what could have been expected. Other guests were quite friendly and fun to be with. We were fortunate to have really good weather for sailing, cycling, and wandering at every stop. Everyone on the crew seemed to go above and beyond to make our experience great. This included the captain (Ivica), the sailors (Ivan and Ilija), the waiter (Mario - he was exceptional), the chef (Ivica - who was truly wonderful) and helper (Antonio). The two guides Miranda and Ana were outstanding throughout our entire trip. (Suggestions - the rooms could have a few more hooks to hang things on and the mirrors in the bathrooms need to be lowered about 6 inches)

Sail Croatia crew were fantastic and great hospitality. We loved the swim stops and all the islands. Beds were comfortable and food was good. Would highly recommend. Our boat leader Vicko was the BEST!!!!!

We went with 3 other couples for one week tri[p around the islands. Tony and Mateo were the best crew ever and are our new friends :-) The trip and suggestions Tony the Captain made were perfect and he was so polite and interactive with us all. Mateo is a great Chef and did all the shopping also, but so much more. They worked so well as "a team" Hope to see them again soon. Bob and Taryn

My Fiance and I are 26 and 31. We booked the Explorer cruise on the Salve Di Mare from Split to Dubrovnik. We truly believe we picked the best cruise option and the nicest boat. Check-in was easy, our Sail Croatia guide Vicko was simply amazing from start to finish. The food, too, was exceptionally good - some of the best food we had on our whole trip. The entire staff was friendly and pleasant to be around. We had a change of route due to a failed refueling, and the crew adapted our route nicely to still have us spend the day at a lovely island. In summary, we had the time of our lives and can't imagine visiting Croatia any other way. 10./10.

Week was amazing, one of the greatest weeks I have had on my trip so far. Marin was amazing and it felt so relaxing as he had organised everything for us and always gave the best recommendations for everything and was very professional. The crew were perfect couldn’t fault a thing about them, they would bend over backwards for any of us if we needed. I would only do another sail Croatia week if Marin is my rep and I am on the tuna boat with the same crew

We were on a fantastic brand new boat - there were lots of teething issues on her maiden voyage and Nicola, our captain, was super amazing at doing work arounds to make sure our trip was awesome - throw in Ivana , our degreed maritime expert in sailing, cooking and just generally making all our lives so easy and you have a great holiday. I found Nicola engaging when he needed to be and otherwise left us to do our own thing. He made recommendations of places to sail and eat and they were perfect and enjoyed by all. And a first class captain to boot. But please fix the niggles on Jolene - she is a beautiful catamaran but has teething issues

1) Omit overnight on day 7 of trip. End the trip after lunch on day 6. This eliminates unreasonably early check out on day 7 and also makes it easier for a guest to check in to their hotel in DBV without having to wait until 12:00 or 13:00 check in time. 2) Onshore excursion options need clear explanation in pretrip communication. Example: I was not told that a scenic bus tour and a walking tour of DBV was available, so I booked them in advance with Viator. If I had known I would have gone on the onshore excursion instead. 3) Include the use of one pannier on the bike. 4) Include written instructions for charging the bike battery and operating the ebike. 5) There were three outlets in the cabin. That is insufficient to charge two bike batteries plus two phones plus hearing aids, etc. A simple multi-plug adapter can fix this issue. 6) Guide must not make promises he doesn't keep. Example: A military tour was promised on one island (Vis?) but was never delivered.

From a captain and crew and our cycling guides, they went out of their way to make our trip and everyone else’s exceptional. I would recommend our trip to all of our friends and family and hopefully one day we can join you again for another trip.. You could also improve our experience with better coffee in the morning. our trip was wonderful from start to finish . crew could not have been nicer and more helpful. Special thanks to Mario for his help in the dining room. The food and the chef were marvelous. Ana and Miranda were super helpful with our daily bike rides. Best cruise we have been on and we were sad to see it end. would definitely do this cruise again. if we could… This was a hard-working crew with great attention to detail and worked well together.. They all take pride in their work. A delight to be aboard the Mali Ante!!! A once in a lifetime experience and memory!!

We had a wonderful week of sailing and cycling. It was so much fun. The crew were awesome, they were so friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun week of exercise mixed with relaxation.

The swim stops were amazing! Everyday we would stop at somewhere incredible with crystal clear water, away from the world and have the place to ourselves. You could see the Croatian islands with ferries, lugging your luggage around, spend endless hours researching what to do, see and eat in each island or you could unpack once for the week, have recommendations made for you, no lugging luggage around, no watching where to place feet in pebble beaches with spiky sea urchins when you just jump straight in from the ship. We chose Katarina for its super yacht feel, and that it did! We were lucky to have only 15 in the group which meant having afternoon drinks alone in the hot tub or spending time with the others of the group should you want to, as we became a close knit family! Klara, our cruise director was fun, informative and always willing to assist us all. I’m not a history buff but her morning briefs was enough to get me interested and wanting to know more and she delivered

This cruise from Split took us out to several islands and on to Dubrovnik then back to Split. The amazing staff on Katarina never missed a beat the whole week looking after our every need. What a team! The boat had every luxury you could ask for and the food on board was amazing. The other guests on board also made it a very memorable trip as we all got along famously! Lastly our tour director Karla was the best we have ever had and we have travelled a lot! Her suggestions for on shore activities were fabulous and her professionalism was beyond words. Also her sense of humour definitely made things hum along nicely. We would certainly go back and enjoy another cruise if the opportunity pops up. Loved it!

We enjoyed an amazing 7 day island cruise on Katarina doing the Split south return itinerary. The crew were excellent from Ivana and Angela in the bar/restaurant to the sailors, chefs, room cleaner and of course Captain Ivan. Each island was different and we loved visiting Stari Grad, Hvar Town, Mljet, Dubrovnik, Korcula and Makarska as well as Split. We were blessed with fantastic sunny weather and calm seas. The group all bonded on day 1 and we enjoyed several dinners together on the islands. Highly recommended.

While this was somewhat of a good experience, there was too much down time, internet reception was extremely poor and whilst the crew were friendly enough they did not seem to want to go above and beyond, then at the end of the cruise, we were nearly shamed in to giving a tip, it was most uncomfortable.

Food quality - Near prison food. Fish was dry, food unseasoned at all. Your best dishes were soup and 1 pasta meal. Drink prices - total rip off your drink prices rivalled Hvar.. Communication * This involves calling hvar the party island even though it is no longer as such, also being told 2 days before the end of the trip we could order eggs for breakfast..* Pay your workers decent wages. Being told that they are paid less because tips are expected is a joke. Your not America. Tips are standard in a terrible country like America to get around the fact they have shitty minimum wage laws. If you offered me this trip again for free I would refuse. I also will be letting anyone who ever asks me about sailing through Croatia not to bother. They would be better off organising a private car / ferry transportation to a select few islands that would still end up cheaper than the price you charge.

After doing a bare boat charter around Turkey years ago, we wanted to do same in Croatia, however as keen cyclist was saw the perfect blend of boating and cycling in what Sail Croatia offered … and without all the hassle of a bare boat. This was our forth sail Croatia trip. The previous ones were the cycle trip and we decided to go for a less energetic experience. There was definitely an improvement on our previous trips with regards to both the food and accommodation on board. The chef was producing quality 3 course meals for almost 40 people in a ships galley kitchen. The presentation was exceptional and always plenty of food for everyone. The villages and towns we visited were beautiful as always. Staff were mint.

Sail Croatia made booking this cruise so easy. Their website is user friendly with great after hours service. The tour guide onboard our boat, the Tempera (Ivana) made our trip something to remember. She was very approachable, knowledgeable and above all a people person. There was always plenty of tours and activities to do and of course these are at your own expense. But their are also plenty of things to do that don't need money. The ship's crew were fantastic with the likes of Max and Milan going above and beyond.. Plenty of good food was in supply by the rated chefs. The Captains dinner for me was a standout. Of course if you have special dietary needs it is best to communicate this to them as early as you can. We felt safe the whole time. The waters in the Adriatic Sea were very tranquil for our trip. Swimming off the back of the boat was a fun affair for everyone aboard. The crew made the environment onboard fun for people from all around the world to relax and enjoy themselves.

Great ship (Emanuel), crew, guides (Ivica and Mario), and group of fellow cyclists. We did the ebike option (like almost everyone else) and it made the whole trip a enjoyable experience. Seeing the islands at a slower pace, stopping for swims and hearing the island history was great. Would recommend to all.

Everyone on the Afrodita works so hard, the ship was very well maintained and the food was great. The hike guides very good and well informed. The trails were not maintained by any standards basically goat paths. I slipped and fell on first hike injured my leg, cuts and bruised on the loose sharp rock. The guides Martin and ILona were great. Martin applied bandages to my leg to stop the bleeding then helped me finish the last kilometer back to the boat. I had to skip the hike the next day and only did 5 of the 7 hikes opting to do the easiest. Looking back I wish I knew the trail conditions, the length and elevations were all that I remember and the hikes were moderate. Next time we will do the elegant cruse. I wish I could give 5 stars.

There were about twenty of us traveling as a group. We made nice friendships with the other guests on the ship. The rides and the option of e-bikes makes this adventure accessible and fun for everyone. Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. They provided insight into history of the area offered great suggestions for dinner and activities when we were not cycling. The captain and crew were also very friendly and skilled.

Sail Croatia was one of the best weeks I have ever lived - everything is basically done for you, just rock up, make friends and party! Our trip was made even better by our host Ceilie who was super friendly and ensured we all had an awesome time. Our group will be back again soon!
